更に本発明では、前記上下翼板の少なくとも一方に、前記抵抗部との干渉を回避する凹溝部が配されていることが好ましい。
また本発明では、前記上下翼板の少なくとも一方に、前記スライドファスナーのファスナーエレメントとの干渉を回避する凹溝部が配されていることが好ましい。
左右のファスナーテープ11において、芯紐部17を含むエレメント取付部11bには、複数のファスナーエレメント13が射出成形によりテープ長さ方向に沿って一定の間隔を開けて列設され、これらの複数のファスナーエレメント13によってエレメント列12が構成されている。また、左右のファスナーテープ11の下端部における表裏面には、合成樹脂製の補強フィルム18が貼着されている。
具体的には、同スライダー30は、スライダー胴体31と、スライダー胴体31に回動可能に保持される引手32とを備えている。スライダー胴体31は、上下翼板33,34と、同上下翼板33,34の前端部間を連結する案内柱35と、上下翼板33,34の左右側縁から互いに近接する方向に延設された左右のフランジ部36と、上翼板33の上面に門型形状に立設された引手取付柱37と有している。
即ち、開離嵌挿具40は、左側のエレメント列12の後端から連続するようにファスナーテープ11に固着された蝶棒41と、右側のエレメント列12の後端から連続するようにファスナーテープ11に固着された箱棒42と、箱棒42の後端部に一体成形された箱体43とを有しており、蝶棒41が箱体43に対して挿抜可能に構成されている。また、止具は、スライダー30がエレメント列12の前端から脱落しないように、左右のエレメント列12の前端から連続するように左右のファスナーテープ11に固着されている。
図4(c)に示した停止エレメント53は、円柱状の隆起部(抵抗部)53eが基部53aの上下面にそれぞれ配されて構成されている。
図4(e)に示した停止エレメント55の隆起部(抵抗部)55eは、同停止エレメント55の長さ方向の中央部に配され、円弧状に湾曲した外面(上面又は下面)を有している。即ち、この隆起部55eおけるテープ幅方向に垂直に切断した切断面は弓形に形成されており、それによって、スライダー30が隆起部55eを乗り越え易くしている。
図4(g)に示した停止エレメント57では、円弧状に湾曲した外面を有し、テープ幅方向に垂直な切断面が弓形に形成されている隆起部57eが、基部から噛合頭部に亘ってテープ幅方向に沿って配されている。

Claims (20)
- 第1及び第2ファスナーテープ(11)の対向するテープ側縁部にエレメント列(12)が配された左右一対の第1及び第2ファスナーストリンガー(10)と、前記エレメント列(12)に沿って摺動可能なスライダー(30)とを有し、前記エレメント列(12)は、前記テープ側縁部に所定の間隔をもって取着された複数のファスナーエレメント(13)により構成され、前記スライダー(30)は、上下翼板(33,34,73,74,83,84,93,94) と、前記上下翼板(33,34,73,74,83,84,93,94) 間を連結する案内柱(35,75,85,95) と、前記上下翼板(33,34,73,74,83,84,93,94) の少なくとも一方の左右側縁部に配されたフランジ部(36,76,86,96) とを有するスライドファスナー(1,2,3,4,5) であって、
前記スライダー(30)の摺動時に同スライダー(30)の内面に接触して摺動抵抗を増大させ、前記スライダー(30)をロック可能な抵抗部を備えた少なくとも1つの停止エレメント(15,51-63)が、前記エレメント列(12)に局部的に配されてなる、
ことを特徴とするスライドファスナー。 - 前記抵抗部は、前記停止エレメント(15,51-57,60,63)のテープ表裏方向の寸法を前記スライダー(30)の前記上下翼板(33,34,73,74,83,84,93,94)間の間隔よりも大きくして構成されてなる請求項1記載のスライドファスナー。
- 前記抵抗部は、前記停止エレメント(15,51-57,60,63)のテープ表裏方向に向いた第1面及び第2面の少なくとも一方に隆起した少なくとも1つの隆起部(15e,51e-57e,60e,63e)により構成されてなる請求項2記載のスライドファスナー。
- 前記停止エレメント(15,51-57,60,63)におけるテープ表裏方向の寸法の最も大きい部分が、前記第1又は第2ファスナーテープ(11)の芯紐部(17)上に配されてなる請求項1記載のスライドファスナー。
- 前記スライダー(30)の左右側縁部に、前記第1及び第2ファスナーテープ(11)を挿通させるテープ溝(39)が配され、
前記停止エレメント(59,60,61)は、前記スライダー(30)の前記テープ溝(39)を挿通するヒレ部(59f,60f,61f) を有し、
前記抵抗部は、前記ヒレ部(59f,60f,61f) のテープ表裏方向の寸法を前記テープ溝(39)の溝幅よりも大きくして構成されてなる、
請求項1記載のスライドファスナー。 - 前記停止エレメント(62)は、テープ内方側の壁面にテープ幅方向に突出する突出部(62h) を有し、
前記抵抗部は、前記突出部(62h) の突出寸法を、左右の前記エレメント列(12)の噛合時におけるチェーン幅が前記スライダー(30)の左右フランジ部(36,76,86,96) 間の最小間隔よりも大きくなるように設定して構成されてなる、

- 前記抵抗部は、テープ長さ方向に傾斜する傾斜面又はテープ長さ方向に湾曲する湾曲面を有してなる請求項1~7のいずれかに記載のスライドファスナー。
- 前記停止エレメント(15,51-63)は、テープ長さ方向に2つ以上連続して前記エレメント列(12)に配されてなる請求項1~8のいずれかに記載のスライドファスナー。
- 前記停止エレメント(15,51-63)は、前記第1及び第2ファスナーストリンガー(10)の一方又は両方の前記エレメント列(12)に配されてなる請求項1~9のいずれかに記載のスライドファスナー。
- 前記第1及び第2ファスナーストリンガー(10)に開離嵌挿具(40)が配され、
前記停止エレメント(15,51-63)は、前記開離嵌挿具(40)の箱棒(42)が配されている側の前記エレメント列(12)に配されてなる、
請求項1~10のいずれかに記載のスライドファスナー。 - 前記停止エレメント(15,51-63)は、前記エレメント列(12)の開口側端部から当該エレメント列(12)全体の長さ寸法の20%以内の領域に配されてなる請求項1~11のいずれかに記載のスライドファスナー。
- 前記スライダーは、前記上下翼板(73,74,83,84,93,94) の少なくとも一方に一体に設けられ、前記停止エレメント(15,51-63)に干渉して前記スライダー(30)の停止状態を保持するロック部(72,82,92)を有し、
前記ロック部(72,82,92)は、テープ表裏方向に弾性変形可能に構成されてなる、
請求項1~12のいずれかに記載のスライドファスナー。 - 前記ロック部(72,82,92)は、前記上翼板(73,83,93)の主内壁面又は前記下翼板(74,84,94)の主内壁面よりも、テープ表裏方向の内側に突設された凸部(72b,82b,92b) を有してなる請求項13記載のスライドファスナー。
- 前記上下翼板(73,74) の少なくとも一方に、後口側端部又は肩口側端部から切り込まれた一対のスリット(79)が配され、
前記凸部(72b) は、前記スリット(79)間に挟まれた弾性片部(72a) の先端に配されてなる、

- 上下翼板(73,74,83,84,93,94) と、前記上下翼板(73,74,83,84,93,94) 間を連結する案内柱(75,85,95)と、前記上下翼板(73,74,83,84,93,94)の少なくとも一方の左右側縁部に配されたフランジ部(76,86,96)とを有するスライドファスナー用のスライダーであって、
前記上下翼板(73,74,83,84,93,94)の少なくとも一方に一体に設けられ、前記スライドファスナーのファスナーエレメント(13)に干渉して前記スライダーの停止状態を保持するロック部(72,82,92)を有し、
前記ロック部(72,82,92)は、テープ表裏方向に弾性変形可能に構成されてなる、
