Abstract
La présente invention concerne de manière générale un procédé de traitement de fèves de café et des fèves de café ainsi préparées et des boissons au café ainsi préparées, et plus spécifiquement, un procédé de traitement de fèves de café par un procédé de traitement à la vapeur et des fèves de café et des boissons au café qui ont bon goût et des ingrédients plus efficaces ainsi préparés.
