Description
一种针头能换且能自动回缩的仅能使用一次的安全注射器 技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,特别是涉及一种针头能换且能自动回缩 的仅能使用一次的安全注射器。 背景技术
目前,在治疗疾病注射药液和卫生防疫接种预防疫苗时使用一次性使用 无菌注射器, 对控制医源性传染病、 防止交叉感染等方面起到了积极作用。 但是,现有技术的一次性使用无菌注射器一一包括自毁式、针头手动回拉式、 针头自动回缩式等多种形式的一次性使用无菌注射器一一由于设计及结构 的不完善, 缺乏一些必需的功能, 不能完全满足安全使用上的需要。 例如, 1. 现有技术的一次性使用无菌注射器, 由于产品用过后基本保持原样,用过 后需回套注射针保护套, 这过程极易产生医护人员遭受污染针尖的意外伤 害; 2.虽说一次性使用无菌注射器定名为 "一次性使用无菌注射器", 但绝大 多数产品从结构上不能达到仅使用一次的目的, 绝大多数都能重复使用, 也 就是讲 "一次性使用"仅仅是要从管理上去严格要求而已, 唯利是图的不法 分子将定名为 "一次性使用" 无菌注射器重复多次使用和回收使用, 将造 成交叉感染的严重后果; 3.在使用干粉注射剂配制注射药液时, 在向密封的 粉剂药物容器内注进溶液, 容器经摇晃后干粉药物溶解后还需用注射器通过 扎针抽取药液, 这时注射针头已避免不了产生变形及对针头的光滑度和锋利 度产生影响, 从严格意义上来说, 配制药液时用于穿刺药瓶胶塞的注射针是 绝不能再用于对人体进行注射的, 并且, 已有一些国家已经有配制药液穿刺 药瓶胶塞用过的注射针不能再用于对人体进行注射这一方面的强制性要求。 而现有技术的一次性使用无菌注射器 (此类产品不具有安全特征), 尤其是 针头能自动回缩的安全注射器 (此类产品不具有针头可换的特征), 一般都 没有能更换针头的功能; 4.当前世界各地医院开始推广使用针头自动回缩型 安全注射器,包括申请者前期申请的发明专利申请号: 200910164711.1 , "— 种针头可换且可自动回缩的一次性安全注射器"等, 绝大多数这种注射器都 是釆用 1. 压并的压缩弹簧环套在针座的方式, 这种方式的弊端是紧卡针座
的力度 F 1必须大于压并压缩弹簧的潜在张力 F2与注射时 4氏御注射针回缩的 力 F3之和(即: F1 > F2+F3 ), 如此势必要较大提高对产品零件加工的精度 要求, 才能达到抵御注射针回缩的力不受减弱的影响; 2. 紧卡针座的方式 固定注射针, 这种方式的弊端有三个方面, 首先在生产过程中对另件的加工 精度要求较高, 其次产品受加工精度、 加工组装灭菌方式和气候环境热胀冷 缩的影响, 其抵御注射针回缩的力也有较大减弱的影响, 最后尤其是用过的 注射器在事后处理时, 其注射针和其它金属器件(压缩弹簧)难以取出和难 以分类作销毁处理。 发明内容
针对以上所述一次性无菌注射器及针头能自动(包括手动)回缩的安全 注射器的不足, 本发明的目的在于, 提出一种针头能换且能自动回缩的仅能 使用一次的安全注射器。
本发明的目的是釆用以下技术解决方案来实现的:
一种针头能换且能自动回缩的仅能使用一次的安全注射器, 包括外套和 芯杆, 所述芯杆的一端从所述外套的大口端插入所述外套的内腔, 还包括配 药针头和注射针头, 所述芯杆为筒式结构, 其特征在于, 所述芯杆的内腔中 设置有卡环, 芯杆的杆顶的开口孔内设置回弹活杆, 压缩弹簧环套在回弹活 杆上, 压缩弹簧的一端抵靠于回弹活杆的活杆平面, 另一端抵靠于芯杆的束 节平面上, 所述回弹活杆露出芯杆的杆顶的部分设有弹性扣合装置, 回弹活 杆的中上部处设有卡节,组装时回弹活杆的中上部处的卡节在芯杆的内腔中 设置的卡环之上被卡固, 环套在回弹活杆上的压缩弹簧被压并, 此时回弹活 杆处于压缩弹簧被压并的潜在张力之中。
所述注射针头包括注射针管、 注射针座、 针座套、 0型密封圈和针座挡 帽, 所述注射针座为管状柱体, 其管腔的粗端设计成入口小、 内容积大、 能 卡接的容纳腔, 所述注射针座的粗端的外缘设计成圓弧凸盘, 所述注射针管 固定在注射针座的细端的管腔内, 所述针座套为中空圓柱体, 其内腔下端向 内设有圓弧凸缘, 所述注射针座置于针座套内腔中, 在所述注射针座的粗端 的圓弧凸盘与针座套的圓弧凸缘之间设置 0型密封圈以实现密封,所述针座 挡帽固定设置在针座套的上端, 注射针座的细端部分穿过针座挡帽, 注射针 座的中粗部分抵顶针座挡帽的内面, 注射针座被固定, 所述配药针头包括配
药针管和配药针座。
如以上所述一种针头能换且能自动回缩的仅能使用一次的安全注射器, 其特征在于, 所述外套的大口端内设置卡篮, 所述卡篮的外侧设有束节, 所 述外套的大口端的内缘设置有能与所述束节配合的倒扣装置,从而使之能牢 固地固定所述卡篮。
如以上所述一种针头能换且能自动回缩的仅能使用一次的安全注射器, 其特征在于, 在所述外套的内腔外部的所述芯杆的另一端利用插接、 卡接设 置按手, 在从所述芯杆的束节平面至所述按手的任意位置上设置通气孔。
如以上所述一种针头能换且能自动回缩的仅能使用一次的安全注射器, 其特征在于, 所述外套被芯杆插入的另一端的内部设有外套内螺紋和圓锥 孔, 所述配药针座设有配药针座外螺紋和圓锥台, 装有注射针座的针座套设 有针座套外螺紋和圓锥台, 所述配药针座或装有注射针座的针座套与所述外 套分别配合时通过配药针座外螺紋或针座套外螺紋分别与外套内螺紋旋紧 使所述配药针座的圓锥台或装有注射针座的针座套的圓锥台分别紧密地抵 顶于所述外套的圓锥孔中呈密封状态。
如以上所述一种针头能换且能自动回缩的仅能使用一次的安全注射器, 其特征在于, 所述外套的圓锥孔的内缘设置有止退内棘齿, 所述针座套的外 缘设置有与所述止退内棘齿相对应的止退外棘齿。

如以上所述一种针头能换且能自动回缩的仅能使用一次的安全注射器, 其特征在于, 还包括注射针护套, 所述注射针护套的内部和针座套的外部分 别设有对应的内齿脊和外齿脊, 所述注射针护套套在所述注射针头上。

本发明的一种针头能换且能自动回缩的仅能使用一次的安全注射器与 现有技术相比较有如下有益效果:
1.本发明将压缩弹簧压并设置在芯杆内的回弹活杆上, 改变了传统的将 压并的压缩弹簧环套在针座上的做法一即去除了压并的压缩弹簧在注射针 座上的潜在张力, 增大了抵御注射针回缩的力, 提高了产品的安全性, 具有 艮好的实用价值和经济价值。 配药针头的配药针管和配药针座釆用医用级无 毒硬质塑料一体成型, 改变了传统的塑料配药针座与不锈钢注射针管粘结方 式, 节约了材料成本和人工费用, 降低了整体产品的生产成本。
2.本发明使用时基本不改变传统的操作习惯, 使用便利, 作用可靠, 注 射完成时注射针仍能通过自动回缩机构自动回缩隐藏,确保医护人员避免遭 受污染针尖的意外伤害,从而避免了医护人员因针尖伤害而感染疾病所受肉 体痛苦和精神伤害,从而节省了大量的因针尖伤害医务人员而感染疾病带来 的医药救治费用, 并且由于本发明在芯杆外侧设置卡盘被外套大口端固定的 卡篮在注射完毕时被卡住, 注射针注射完毕后自动回缩而无法重复安装使 用, 从这两方面的结构设计上让使用过的注射器无法重复进行注射, 实现注 射器真正意义上的一次性使用, 彻底杜绝、 避免血源性疾病的交叉感染, 特 别是将压缩弹簧设置在芯杆内, 注射器使用过后极易使注射针和压缩弹簧与 塑料件迅速分开, 注射器使用过后的后处理工作极其简单, 这二方面显示了 本专利具有极好的社会效益。
3.本发明结构设计的独创性, 将压并后具有潜在张力的压缩弹簧环设在 回弹活杆上, 改变了目前市场上针头自动回缩安全注射器普遍釆用将压缩弹 簧环设在针座上的做法, 使抵御注射针回缩的力增大而更安全, 而且这种结 构对产品零件加工要求相应较低,产品组装的要求也较将压缩弹簧环设在针 座上的做法更简单方便, 由于本发明结构设计更趋合理, 更适合于生产流水 线自动组装生产, 既提高了产量, 又保证了产品质量。 由于产品的合格率提 高, 因此产量提高、 产品成本降低, 即能产生更好的经济效益。
4.综上所述, 由于根据本发明的一种能换针头且能自动回缩的仅能使用 一次的安全注射器具有很好的实用价值、 极好的社会效益和更好的经济效
益, 因此是一种值得在全世界推广应用的、 也极有可能成为时代发展过程中 更新换代的一次性安全注射器。 附图说明

本发明提供一种针头能换且能自动回缩的仅能使用一次的安全注射器。 如图 1〜图 12所示, 包括外套 1和芯杆 2, 所述芯杆 2的一端从外套 1的大 口端 le插入所述外套 1的内腔,还包括配药针头 3和注射针头 4。 所述配药
针头 3包括配药针管 3a和配药针座 3b,所述配药针头 3的配药针管 3a和配 药针座 3b釆用医用级无毒硬质塑料材料一体成型。 所述芯杆 2为筒式结构, 其内腔 2a中设置有卡环 2al ,所述芯杆 2的杆顶 2a3的开口孔内设置回弹活 杆 2b, 压缩弹簧 2d环套在回弹活杆 2b上, 压缩弹簧 2d的一端抵靠于回弹 活杆 2b的活杆平面 2b3 , 另一端抵靠于芯杆 2的束节平面 2a2上, 所述回弹 活杆 2b露出芯杆 2的杆顶 2a3的部分设有弹性扣合装置 2bl , 回弹活杆 2b 的中上部设有卡节 2b2,组装时回弹活杆 2b中上部的卡节 2b2在芯杆 2的内 腔 2a中设置的卡环 2al之上被卡固, 环套在回弹活杆 2b上的压缩弹簧 2d 被压并。 所述注射针头 4包括注射针管 4a、 注射针座 4b、 针座套 4c、 0型 密封圈 4e和针座挡帽 4d。 所述注射针座 4b为管状柱体, 所述注射针管 4a 固定在注射针座 4b的细端 4bl的管腔中。 所述针座套 4c为中空圓柱体, 其 内腔下端向内设有圓弧凸缘 4cl , 在所述针座套 4c内腔下端的圓弧凸缘 4cl 处卡固 0型密封圈 4e。所述注射针座 4b的粗端 4b3置于 0型密封圈 4e中, 所述粗端 4b3设计成入口小、 内容积大、 能卡接的容纳腔 4b2, 注射针座 4b 的粗端 4b3外缘上的圓弧凸盘 4b4与针座套 4c内腔下端的圓弧凸缘 4cl之 间相互兜住 0型密封圈 4e, 从而使注射针座 4b与针座套 4c之间密封并卡 固。 在所述针座套 4c的上端通过卡接、 旋接或其他方式固定设置针座挡帽 4d, 所述注射针管 4a及注射针座 4b的细端 4bl部分穿过针座挡帽 4d, 所述 注射针座 4b的中粗部分抵顶针座挡帽 4d的内面。 所述外套 1被芯杆 2插入 的另一端的内部设有外套内螺紋 lc,所述配药针头 3和注射针头 4分别设有 外螺紋 3b3和 4c4。 在实际应用中, 根据使用需要, 能够通过螺紋结构方便 地将所述配药针头 3或注射针头 4分别与外套 1旋接固定。 由于在外套 1的 上端设有孔径渐缩的圓锥孔 la,在配药针座 3b和针座套 4c的下端分别设有 圓锥台 3bl、 4c2 , 配药针头 3或注射针头 4分别与外套 1旋接固定时, 它们 的圓锥台 3bl、 4c2部位分别抵顶于圓锥孔 la内, 从而实施密封。 如果圓锥 孔 la与圓锥台 3bl或 4c2为不同的锥度, 则圓锥孔 la的锥度应大于圓锥台 3bl或 4c2的锥度, 对它们的配合及密封较为有利。如果将圓锥孔 la和圓锥 台 3bl或 4c2设为相同的锥度, 它们之间的接触面大, 密封效果更好。 使用 时, 装有配药针头 3的注射器抽取溶药溶剂注入粉剂瓶中使之溶解, 注射器 回抽药液后旋下配药针头 3 , 旋装上注射针头 4, 此时注射针头 4的针座套 4c外缘上设置的止退外棘齿 4c3与外套 1的止退内棘齿 lb配合发生作用,
致使注射针头 4不能反旋转退出, 当使用旋装有注射针头 4的注射器进行注 射药液时, 芯杆 2将外套 1中的药液推注将要完毕的同时(芯杆 2的前端套 装活塞进行密封是现有技术,在此不作详细说明), 芯杆 2的杆顶 2a3的开口 孔中的回弹活杆 2b的弹性扣合装置 2bl抵顶进入注射针座 4b的粗端 4b3的 容纳腔 4b2中被卡固, 芯杆 2继续推进时, 回弹活杆 2b被注射针座 4b的反 顶力逐渐顶移进入芯杆 2的空腔 2a内, 回弹活杆 2b逐渐被顶移进入芯杆 2 的内腔 2a内的同时, 芯杆 2的杆顶 2a3逐渐暴露, 随着芯杆 2的推进暴露 部位插进注射针座 4b的粗端 4b3与针座套 4c的圓弧凸缘 4cl之间的间隙内, 直抵顶 0型密封圈 4e翻越过注射针座 4b的粗端 4b3外缘的圓弧凸盘 4b4进 入针座套 4c的内腔, 此时药液已注射完毕。 注射针座 4b失去 0型密封圈 4e的卡固, 同时在芯杆 2继续推进过程中, 回弹活杆 2b也在不断被推移进 入芯杆 2的内腔 2a, 直至回弹活杆 2b中上部的卡节 2b2向下越过芯杆 2的 内腔 2a中的卡环 2al , 回弹活杆 2b在压缩弹簧 2d舒张力的作用下, 回弹活 杆 2b连接注射针座 4b (包括注射针管 4a )从而一起自动向芯杆 2的内腔 2a 内回弹。所设计的压缩弹簧 2d的舒张力应足以使注射针管 4a和注射针座 4b 迅速离开人体注射部位而整体自动回弹落入芯杆 2的内腔 2a内结束注射, 结束注射后无需回套注射针座护套 5。 同时, 在药液注射完毕时, 芯杆 2也 同时推到外套 1的底部, 这时芯杆 2的卡盘 2c也同时越过设置在外套 1的 大口端 le的卡篮 Id,在结束注射后, 芯杆 2因被卡篮 Id卡住芯杆 2的卡盘 2c而无法回抽,一方面医护人员避免了遭受污染针尖的意外伤害, 另一方面 本发明的设计使使用过的注射器难于重新拆装而杜绝产品重复使用,确保根 据本发明的安全注射器真正的一次性使用。
如图 4所示, 本发明注射器还包括配药针护套 3c, 活套在配药针座 3b 上, 对配药针管 3a起保护作用; 配药针座 3b上设有多条防滑棱条 3b2 (或 称凸脊)和 /或设成双蝶翼 (图中未示出)和 /或表面滚花 (图中未示出), 便于握 持及旋接。
如图 8所示, 本发明注射器还包括注射针护套 4f, 活套在注射针头 4的 前端,对注射针管 4a保护。在注射针护套 4f内缘和针座套 4c外缘分别设有 对应的内齿脊 4fl和外齿脊 4c5 , 如图 5所示, 注射针护套 4f和针座套 4c 相套接时, 它们的内齿脊 4fl 和外齿脊 4c5相互交错设置, 注射针护套 4f 外缘还设有多条防滑棱条 4f2 (或称凸脊)和 /或设成双蝶翼 (图中未示出)和 /
或表面滚花 (图中未示出), 便于注射针头 4的旋接安装。 在注射针头 4未旋 接安装在外套 1上之前, 利用注射针座护套 5内缘上设置的注射针座护套内 螺紋 5a将注射针座护套 5旋套在针座套 4c上, 加以清洁保护。
如图 5和图 6、 8、 10所示, 本发明还包括注射针头的止退装置: 在外 套 1的圓锥孔 la的内缘设置有止退内棘齿 lb,并在针座套 4c的外缘上设置 有对应的止退外棘齿 4c3 , 当注射针头 4旋入外套 1时, 由于止退内棘齿 lb 和止退外棘齿 4c3的作用, 注射针头 4只能单向旋进, 而反向无法旋出。 本 发明注射针头的止退装置可防止重复使用用过的废弃注射器, 或被拆卸后重 新加以利用。
如图 10和 11所示, 所述外套 1的大口端 le中设置卡篮 Id, 所述卡篮 的外侧设有束节 ldl , 所述外套 1 的大口端 le的内缘设置有能与所述束节 ldl配合的倒扣装置 lei , 从而使之能牢固地固定所述卡篮 ld。
如图 1和图 12所示, 本发明还包括通气孔装置, 即在所述外套 1的内 腔外部的所述芯杆 2的另一端利用插接、 卡接设置按手 2e, 在从所述芯杆 2 的束节平面 2a2至所述按手 2e的任意位置上设置通气孔 2el。本发明的通气 孔装置可防止产品在经受需负压至真空灭菌时, 使回弹活杆 2b的卡节 2b2 的内外气压平衡, 不致回弹活杆因负压而移动。
所述芯杆 2、 注射针座 4b、 针座套 4c、 针座挡帽 4d、 注射针护套 4f釆 用塑料材料制成, 所述外套 1釆用医用级透明塑料材料制成。
上述实施例仅作为说明之例, 并非对本发明所作的限定, 本发明还可以 釆用其他方式、 步骤进行实施, 在此不作一一赘述。 但凡釆用等同替换或等 效变换形成的技术方案, 均属于本发明要求的保护范围。

1、 一种针头能换且能自动回缩的仅能使用一次的安全注射器, 包括外 套(1 )和芯杆(2), 所述芯杆(2) 的一端从所述外套(1 ) 的大口端 (le) 插入所述外套(1 ) 的内腔, 还包括配药针头(3 )和注射针头(4), 所述芯 杆(2)为筒式结构, 其特征在于, 所述芯杆(2) 的内腔(2a) 中设置有卡 环 (2al ), 芯杆(2) 的杆顶 (2a3 ) 的开口孔内设置回弹活杆(2b), 压缩 弹簧(2d)环套在回弹活杆(2b)上, 压缩弹簧(2d)的一端抵靠于回弹活 杆(2b)的活杆平面(2b3), 另一端抵靠于芯杆(2)的束节平面(2a2)上, 所述回弹活杆(2b)露出芯杆(2) 的杆顶 (2a3) 的部分设有弹性扣合装置 (2bl ), 回弹活杆(2b) 的中上部设有卡节 (2b2), 组装时回弹活杆(2b) 中上部的卡节 (2b2)在芯杆 (2) 的内腔(2a) 中设置的卡环 (2al )之上 被卡固, 环套在回弹活杆(2b)上的压缩弹簧(2d)被压并。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种针头能换且能自动回缩的仅能使用一次 的安全注射器, 其特征在于, 所述注射针头 (4) 包括注射针管 (4a)、 注射 针座(4b)、 针座套(4c)、 0 型密封圈 (4e)和针座挡帽 (4d), 所述注射 针座(4b) 为管状柱体, 其管腔的粗端 (4b3 )设计成入口小、 内容积大、 能卡接的容纳腔(4b2), 所述注射针座(4b) 的粗端 (4b3 ) 的外缘设计成 圓弧凸盘(4b4), 所述注射针管 (4a) 固定在注射针座(4b) 的细端 (4bl ) 的管腔内, 所述针座套(4c)为中空圓柱体, 其内腔下端向内设有圓弧凸缘 ( 4cl ),所述注射针座( 4b )置于针座套( 4c )内腔中,在所述注射针座( 4b ) 的粗端 (4b3 ) 的圓弧凸盘 (4b4) 与针座套(4c) 的圓弧凸缘( 4cl )之间 设置 0型密封圈(4e)以实现密封, 所述针座挡帽(4d)设置在针座套(4c) 的上端, 注射针座(4b)的细端(4bl )部分穿过针座挡帽(4d), 注射针座 (4b)的中粗部分抵顶针座挡帽(4d) 的内面, 注射针座被固定, 所述配药 针头 (3) 包括配药针管 (3a)和配药针座(3b)。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的一种针头能换且能自动回缩的仅能使用一次 的安全注射器, 其特征在于, 所述外套(1 )被芯杆(2)插入的另一端的内 部设有外套内螺紋(lc)和圓锥孔(la), 所述配药针座(3b)设有配药针 座外螺紋(3b3 )和圓锥台 (3bl ), 装有注射针座(4b) 的针座套( 4c )设 有针座套外螺紋(4c4)和圓锥台 (4c2), 所述配药针座(3b)或装有注射 针座(4b) 的针座套(4c) 与所述外套(1 )分别配合时通过配药针座外螺 紋(3b3)或针座套外螺紋(4c4)分别与外套内螺紋(lc)旋紧使所述配药 针座(3b) 的圓锥台 (3bl )或装有注射针座(4b) 的针座套(4c) 的圓锥 台 (4c2)分别紧密地 ·ί氐顶于所述外套(1 ) 的圓锥孔(la) 中呈密封状态。
4、 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种针头能换且能自动回缩的仅能使用一次 的安全注射器,其特征在于,所述外套( 1 )的大口端( le )中设置卡篮( Id ), 所述卡篮的外侧设有束节(ldl), 所述外套(1 ) 的大口端 (le) 的内缘设置 有能与所述束节(ldl)配合的倒扣装置( lei ), 从而使之能牢固地固定所述卡 篮(ld)。
5、 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种针头能换且能自动回缩的仅能使用一次 的安全注射器, 其特征在于, 在所述外套(1 ) 的内腔外部的所述芯杆(2) 的另一端利用插接、卡接设置按手( 2e ),在从所述芯杆( 2 )的束节平面( 2a2 ) 至所述按手 (2e) 的任意位置上设置通气孔(2el)。
6、 根据权利要求 2所述的一种针头能换且能自动回缩的仅能使用一次 的安全注射器, 其特征在于,还包括注射针护套(4f), 所述注射针护套(4f) 的内部和针座套( 4c )的外部分别设有对应的内齿脊( 4fl )和外齿脊( 4c5 ), 所述注射针护套(4f)套在所述注射针头 (4)上。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的一种针头能换且能自动回缩的仅能使用一次 的安全注射器, 其特征在于, 所述注射针护套(4f) 的外缘还设有防滑棱条
(4f2)或 /和双蝶翼或 /和表面滚花。
8、 根据权利要求 3所述的一种针头能换且能自动回缩的仅能使用一次 的安全注射器, 其特征在于, 所述外套(1 ) 的圓锥孔(la) 的内缘设置有 止退内棘齿(lb), 所述针座套(4c)的外缘设置有与所述止退内棘齿(lb) 相对应的止退外棘齿(4c3 )。
9、 根据权利要求 2所述的一种针头能换且能自动回缩的仅能使用一次 的安全注射器, 其特征在于, 所述针座挡帽(4d)通过卡接、 旋接设置在针 座套(4c)上端。
10、根据权利要求 2所述的一种针头能换且能自动回缩的仅能使用一次 的安全注射器, 其特征在于, 所述芯杆(2)、 注射针座(4b )、 针座套(4c)、 针座挡帽 (4d)、 注射针护套(4f)釆用塑料材料制成, 所述外套(1 )釆用 医用级透明塑料材料制成, 所述配药针头 (3) 的配药针管 (3a)和配药针 座( 3b )釆用医用级无毒硬质塑料材料一体成型。
