本发明提供的文档访问方法包括:获取与目标文件相对应的控制文件,其中所述控制文件用于承载所述目标文件的访问信息,包括所述控制文件的唯一访问通用资源标志符URI以及所述目标文件的通用资源标志符URI,所述目标文件的URI为所述目标文件在其所在的远端系统上的访问URI,所述控制文件的唯一访问URI为所述控制文件在所述远端系统上的访问URI;根据所述控制文件中的唯一访问URI,下载最新的控制文件;根据所述最新的控制文件中的目标文件的URI,找到所述目标文件,对所述目标文件进行访问。
具体地,每个目标文件分别具有一个与其相对应的控制文件,且所述目标文件和所述控制文件之间为一一对应的关系。
另外,所述控制文件还包括以下信息中的至少一个:目标文件存储时间、目标文件被最后同步的时间、目标文件最后修改时间、目标文件大小、目标文件访问状态和目标文件校验码。
具体地,所述文档访问方法还可以包括以下步骤之一:

另一方面,如果在目标文件无法在本地长期保存,在步骤S15中,在所述终端设备从所述最新的控制文件获取到目标文件的最新访问URI并根据所述目标文件的最新访问URI所指示的信息找到所述目标文件之后,其可以将所述目标文件下载到本地并进行转发,比如直接转发或者缓存之后转发。另外,所述终端设备还可以根据需要,对所述目标文件进行本地备份或者本地编辑。
在其他替代实施例中,如果转发的目标用户的终端设备同样支持本发明提供的方案,则所述文档的转发还可以为:在获取到与目标文件相对应的控制文件以及对所述控制文件进行有效性检查之后,直接将所述控制文件的唯一访问URI转发给目标用户;并由所述目标用户执行上述步骤S13-S15从而得到目标文件,比如所述目标用户可以直接根据所述控制文件的唯一访问URI,得到最新的控制文件并获取到目标文件URI,从而进一步根据所述目标文件URI找到所述目标文件。在另一种替代实施例中,所述文档的转发还可以为:在获取与目标文件相对应的控制文件之后,直接转发所述控制文件给目标用户,并由所述目标用户执行上述步骤S12-S15从而得到目标文件。
基于上述文档访问方法,本发明还进一步提供一种终端设备。请参阅图2,其为本发明提供的终端设备一种实施例的结构示意图。所述终端设备200可以为移动终端设备或者文档处理系统的用户客户端设备,其可采用上述文档访问方法进行文档访问。所述终端设备200可以包括:
读取模块210,其用于获取与目标文件相对应的控制文件,另外,所述控制文件所携带的信息参数可以参照上述实施例的相关内容;
下载模块220,其用于根据所述控制文件中的唯一访问URI,下载最新的控制文件;
在线访问模块230,其用于根据所述最新的控制文件中的目标文件的URI,找到所述目标文件,对所述目标文件进行访问。
其中所述读取模块210关于所述控制文件的获取的具体实现可以参照上述方法的步骤S11,所述下载模块220关于所述最新的控制文件的下载可以参照上述方法的步骤S13,所述在线访问模块230关于所述目标文件的访问可以参照上述方法的步骤S15。另外,应当理解,为实现上述文档访问方法,本实施例提供的终端设备200的各个模块的具体功能实现可能还需要其他功能模块的配合和支持。
进一步地,在一种实施例中,可选地,所述终端设备200还可以包括:
在线编辑模块240,其用于在所述在线访问模块230根据所述最新的控制文件中的目标文件的URI找到所述目标文件之后,对所述目标文件进行在线编辑。
另外,可选地,所述下载模块220还可以用于在所述在线访问模块230根据所述最新的控制文件中的目标文件的URI找到所述目标文件之后,将所述目标文件下载到本地;并且所述终端设备200还包括转发模块250,其用于将所述下载模块230下载到本地的目标文件进行转发。或者,在替代实施例中,所述转发模块250还可以用于转发所述控制文件或者转发所述控制文件的唯一访问URI。
进一步地,可选地,所述终端设备200还可以包括:
检查模块,其用于在获取到所述控制文件之后,对所述控制文件进行有效性校验,若所述控制文件无法通过有效性校验;或者,在下载到最新的控制文件之后,根据所述控制文件,判断目标文件是否可用。其中,所述检查模块的具体检查和判断实现可以参照上述实施例的步骤S12和S14。
应当理解,图2所示的各个功能模块均可以为软件模块,其可以在所述终端设备200内部的处理器实现,以执行上述文档访问方法。并且,除了图2所示的功能模块之外,所述终端设备200还可以具有其他功能模块或功能单元来实现上述文档访问方法的其他步骤。另外,图2所示的功能模块或功能单元所执行的具体功能可以参照上述文档访问方法的相关步骤的技术细节,并且图2所示的功能模块还可能具有用于实现所述技术细节的其他子模块或者功能单元。
虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专业的技术人员,在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述揭示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种文档访问方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取与目标文件相对应的控制文件,其中所述控制文件用于承载所述目标文件的访问信息,包括所述控制文件的唯一访问通用资源标志符URI以及所述目标文件的URI,所述目标文件的URI为所述目标文件在其所在的远端系统上的访问URI,所述控制文件的唯一访问URI为所述控制文件在所述远端系统上的访问URI;
    根据所述控制文件中的唯一访问URI,下载最新的控制文件;
    根据所述最新的控制文件中的目标文件的URI,找到所述目标文件,并对所述目标文件进行访问。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:在根据所述最新的控制文件中的目标文件的URI找到所述目标文件之后,对所述目标文件进行在线编辑。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:在根据所述最新的控制文件中的目标文件的URI找到所述目标文件之后,将所述目标文件下载到本地并进行转发。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,每个目标文件分别具有一个与其相对应的控制文件,且所述目标文件和所述控制文件之间为一一对应的关系。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述控制文件还包括以下信息中的至少一个:目标文件存储时间、目标文件被最后同步的时间、目标文件最后修改时间、目标文件大小、目标文件访问状态和目标文件校验码。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:在获取到所述控制文件之后、下载最新的控制文件之前,对所述控制文件进行有效性校验,若所述控制文件无法通过有效性校验,则结束本方法;其中所述有效性校验包括:检查所述控制文件是否具有唯一访问URI和所述目标文件的URI以及所述控制文件的唯一访问URI和所述目标文件的URI是否符合预设的参数定义要求。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:在下载到最新的控制文件之后,根据所述最新的控制文件,判断目标文件是否可用,若所述目标文件不可用,则结束本方法。
  8. 一种终端设备,其特征在于,包括:
    读取模块,其用于获取与目标文件相对应的控制文件,其中所述控制文件用于承载所述目标文件的访问信息,包括所述控制文件的唯一访问通用资源标志符URI以及所述目标文件的通用资源标志符URI,所述目标文件的URI为所述目标文件在其所在的远端系统上的访问URI,所述控制文件的唯一访问URI为所述控制文件在所述远端系统上的访问URI;
    下载模块,其用于根据所述控制文件中的唯一访问URI,下载最新的控制文件;
    在线访问模块,其用于根据所述最新的控制文件中的目标文件的URI,找到所述目标文件,对所述目标文件进行访问。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的终端设备,其特征在于,还包括在线编辑模块,其用于在找到所述目标文件之后,对所述目标文件进行在线编辑。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述下载模块还用于在找到所述目标文件之后,将所述目标文件下载到本地;且所述终端设备还包括转发模块,其用于将下载到本地的目标文件进行转发。
