Prior Art
In the prior art, procedure in a few ways is followed for interlocking and easy detachment of toy components. One of these ways, the said toy components are locked using connectors such as screw, bolt and are disintegrated. For this interlocking, these toy components are assembled; connectors such as screws, bolts are inserted into the slots either as built-in or are these slots are cut thread, are tightened with the tools such as screwdriver, and similar to be locked with one another. Detachment of theirs on the other hand is achieved by loosening the said connectors with proper tools. This procedure bears the shortcomings that interlocking and disintegrating processes are extremely difficult, it requires competent men and equipment in these processes, wear emerges when interlocking and detachment processes are performed frequently, interlocking is demanding and time-consuming. Another procedure used to lock toy components on the other hand are click-fit, clamp, toothed, spring devices. Locking and disintegrating process is performed according to the structure of these interlocking devices by bringing toy components together. This procedure on the other hand bears shortcomings in that lock device components are locked with one another with difficulty, it loses
interlocking property of its after certain use due to weariness; it requires competent men and equipment, is time - consuming for interlocking and detachment; it is not flexible against the effects coming from outside because it is a tight connection and in this way it reflects the external effects upon the components they perform interlocking; failure to protect the interlocking point; being away from aestheticism.
In conclusion, the need for a lock assembly that eliminates the above mentioned shortcomings and provides interlocking and easy detachment of two components with one another in a simple, easy way protected against external effects with full safety while making the function of toys active and the inadequacy of the solutions in the prior art have made it mandatory to make an improvement in the respective related art.

Detailed Description of the Invention
The invention comprises frame (1), comprising mounting tab (1.6) in the lower part of its, exterior wall (1.1) surrounding the assembly all around, cover tab clearance (1.7) threaded on the exterior wall (1.1 ) and wherein the cover tab (3.3) is housed, frame tabs (1.3) located also on the exterior wall (1.1) and providing assembling with the cover (3) transiting into the clearance in the cover (3), mounting holes (1.4) assuming duty in mounting of the part in the centre of its to the relevant area, inner bearing (1.2) surrounding the component passage clearance (4) which the toy component passes through and comprising interior wall clearance (1.2.1 ) bearing forward and backward motion of the lock bolt (2.3) by both sides, bearing opening protrusions on both sides (2.1) which has opening section protrusion (1.5) forming a motion surface when the assembly is in open position and comprising the property of being the main component; lock part (2) on which comprises opening protrusions (2.1 ) performing the function of opening the locked assembly, flexible arms (2.2) assisting in the duty of opening of the components passing through its by means of the contraction - relaxation motion and also lock bolt (2.3) performing the function of interlocking and opening the components by means of
the forward and backward motion; cover (3) comprising opening section clearance (3.1 ) allowing motion capability to the opening protrusions (2.1 ) by the both sides, on which there are cover tab (3.3) and frame tab clearance (3.2) are located providing the connection with the frame (1 ) and opening mark (3.4) guiding through the opening of the assembly in which direction the move should be made when it is locked.
The frame (1 ) comprises mounting tab (1.6) in the bottom and mounting holes (1.4) on theirs, the operation of directing is achieved by getting flexible arms (2.2) to slide by means of the swaged protrusions (1.8) formed on the interior surface of the exterior wall (1 .1 ) surrounding the exterior of the frame (1 ). The support arms (1.9) backing up the flexible arms (2.2) from the rear area and resting on have been formed. The cover tab clearances (1.7) provide connection of the frame (1 ) section with the cover (3) by fitting in the cover tab (3.3) threaded on the exterior wall (1 .1 ) and the frame tabs (1.3) located also on the exterior wall (1.1 ) by means of fitting in the cover tab clearances (3.2). The inner bearing (1 .2) on the other hand serves the interlocking part (2) bearing. The inner bearing (1.2) helps with tightening the toy components by serving bearing for the motion of the lock bolt (2.3) by means of the interior wall clearance (1.2.1 ). The opening section protrusions (1.5) located by both sides of the frame (1 ) on the other hand form motion and wait surface for the opening protrusions (2.1 ) when the locking assembly is in the open position. The frame (1 ) both functions as the support element to the other parts of the lock assembly, protects the assembly externally, serves bearing to the toy components passing through itself, and plays a crucial role in the making of interlocking and opening operation by means of helping with the all motions of the lock assembly (2).
In Figure - 4, on the other hand the open position of the assembly is illustrated. When in that position, the flexible arms (2.2) are in strained position. When in closed position on the other hand, they are in loose position. The lock system is comprised of 1 unit of cover (3), 2 units of springs made from (ABS) plastic, that is, of flexible arms (2.2) and 1 unit of frame (1 ). The frame (1 ) is the main component that provides assembly of the system easily and serves the operating arms (2.2) bearing. The bearings (1.2) located on the frame (1 ) also provide interlocking
operation by means of making linear motion to these flexible arms (2.2) so-called plastic springs. The main function of the cover (3) on the other hand is to provide smooth operation of the flexible arms (2.2) by means of confining these springs between the frame and its and to serve as a stopper to the flexible arms (2.2). (determines end point inward.)
The flexible arms (2.2) are in established form when they are assembled to the channels on the frame (1 ). In this respect, the flexible arms (2.2) are in strained position. This position is the locked position of this system. This position is seen in Figure 5. The flexible arms (2.2) are in locked state in the circular surfaces described with the swaged protrusions (1 .8). The area described with the swaged protrusions (1.8) is designed circularly. That is because, when a force is exerted, these flexible arms (2.2) become more strained so that the arms can return to their location without a friction in the circular surface when the arms are inserted inwardly (see Figure 4). When the lock system is desired to be opened, force is applied until the catch is inserted inwardly by applying force externally on both sides on the protrusions indicated with opening protrusions (2.1 ) (see the position in Figure 4). In case force is applied, the flexible arms (2.2) already tense become more strained, providing insertion of the catches inward. When the force applied is lifted, the arms (2.2) again go back to the locked position of theirs, being reversed back to their original position because they have already been assembled as strained. The reason for assembly of the flexible arms (2.2) strained at first is to allow it to go back to the location again. The opening section clearance (3.1 ) located on the cover (3) helps with the forward and backward motion of the opening protrusions (2.1) by means of serving it bearing from the top. With enclosure of the frame tab clearance (3.2), located on cover (3), the frame tab (1.3) of the frame tab clearance (3.2) located on its and with the seating of the cover tabs (3.3) also in the cover tab clearances (1.7) located on the frame, connection of the cover (3) with the frame (1) is provided. The cover surface (3.5) covering the assembly from the top protects the assembly in this way. The opening marks (3.4) located on the cover surface (3.5) on the other hand guide through the opening of the assembly in which direction the move should be made when it is locked. In addition, name, logo, and similar introductory
information can be placed in to the clearances on the cover surface (3.5), depending on the wish of the firm in question.
The lock assembly producing successful solutions to the technical problems mentioned above will be able to be used widely, when making the functions of toys used in different styles active, for interlocking, separation of the components with one another in a simple, easy, quick, in a style protected against external effects, with full safety, and in the areas appertaining to this.
