目前市面上使用的乳液泵采用一种安全卡子来固定乳液泵押头, 从而防止押 头下行而达到防漏的目的。 图 1示出了安全卡子 la卡合在乳液泵 2上的情况。 图 2是安全卡子 la的立体图。 如图 1和 2所示, 安全卡子 la大致为开口的环形, 其 通过开口部卡合到乳液泵牙套上方的颈部, 从而将乳液泵的押头保持在行程上止点 处, 防止押头下行而达到防漏的目的。
这种安全卡子虽然简单可靠, 但也存在缺陷, 在使用中带来危险和不便。 具 体地说, 这种安全卡子的体积很小, 使用者在将其取下之后很容易忘了把它卡回到 乳液泵上, 这样就可能造成如下问题。 一是容易被幼儿拿去玩耍, 甚至可能被幼儿 放到嘴里吞咽而造成危险。 二是容易被丢失, 等到下次携带外出需要卡住乳液泵 时, 往往会找不到安全卡子, 给使用者带来不便。 发明内容
为克服上述缺陷, 本发明的目的在于, 提供一种用于乳液泵的安全卡子, 其 结构简单, 而且能有效地防止丢失。
为实现上述目的, 本发明提供了一种用于乳液泵的安全卡子, 包括: 外环; 以及设置在外环内侧且与之相连的圆弧片, 其中, 外环和圆弧片都具有能发生弹性 变形的形状, 并且圆弧片能随着外环的变形而变形。
较佳的是, 外环为椭圆形。
较佳的是, 圆弧片为椭圆形的一部分。
较佳的是, 圆弧片是对称设置的。
较佳的是, 圆弧片是非对称设置的。
较佳的是, 外环和圆弧片为多边形或与多边形相结合的弧形。 较佳的是, 外环和圆弧片为菱形或矩形。
较佳的是, 圆弧片的数量为两个。
本发明提供了一种结构简单、 能有效地防止丢失的用于乳液泵的卡子, 其主 要优点如下。
1、 在需要使用乳液泵而打开安全卡子时, 不需要将卡子从乳液泵上拿开, 只 需要沿椭圆长轴方向捏一下安全卡子然后向上推, 使其套到押头的下部上即可, 这 样就避免了因普通卡子需要从乳液泵上拿开后随意丢放, 等到外出要用时找不到的 问题。
2、 由于安全卡子始终只能在乳液泵颈部或押头下部移动, 而不能从乳液泵上 拿下来, 因而能避免小孩在玩耍时误吞食卡子的危险。
3、 由于安全卡子使用需要一定的技巧, 因而可以防止儿童打开使用, 可以适 用于需要防止小孩使用的产品 (例如防蚊露等) 。 附图说明
图 1示出了现有技术的用于乳液泵的安全卡子卡合在乳液泵上的情况; 图 2是图 1所示安全卡子的立体图;
图 3是根据本发明较佳实施例的用于乳液泵的安全卡子的前视图; 图 4是图 3所示安全卡子的平面图;
图 5是图 3所示安全卡子的立体图;
图 6示出了安全卡子在被挤压之前的平面形状;
图 7示出了安全卡子在被挤压之后的平面形状;
图 8 是安装有安全卡子的乳液泵的立体图, 其中乳液泵为非使用状态, 此时 安全卡子套在乳液泵的颈部上, 起卡止作用; 以及
图 9 是安装有安全卡子的乳液泵的立体图, 其中乳液泵处于可使用状态, 此 时安全卡子套在乳液泵的押头的下部上而不会下滑, 从而使乳液泵可以正常地使 用。 具体实施方式
首先请参见图 3〜图 5, 其中示出了本发明较佳实施例的用于乳液泵的安全卡 子 1。 该安全卡子 1 包括: 外环 11, 该外环大致为椭圆形; 以及设置在所述外环 11 内侧且与之相连的两个对称的圆弧片 12, 这两个圆弧片大致为椭圆形的一部 分。 重要的是, 外环 11 和圆弧片 12 都具有能发生弹性变形的形状, 并且圆弧片 12能随着外环 11的变形而变形。
所谓的 "能发生弹性变形的形状"意指: 当受到某个力的作用时, 会在某些 方向上发生变形; 当释放这个力时, 则趋向于回复到原来的形状。
如图 6所示, 当安全卡子 1处于未被挤压的初始状态时, 两个圆弧片 12之间 的距离 (或者说是椭圆的短轴长度) 略大于或等于乳液泵颈部的外径。
如图 7所示, 当安全卡子 1 的外环 11沿图 6中箭头的方向受到挤压而变形 时, 两个圆弧片 12 也随之变形, 它们之间的距离变大, 大致形成为趋向于圆形的 两段圆弧。 这时, 两个圆弧片 12 之间的距离 (或者说是椭圆的短轴长度或圆形的 内径) 略大于或等于乳液泵的押头下部的外径。
再请参见图 8和图 9, 其中示出了本发明的安全卡子的使用情况。 如图 8所 示, 在乳液泵的非使用状态下, 安全卡子 1套在位于乳液泵押头和牙套之间的颈部 上。 这时, 外环 11和圆弧片 12正好可以卡住乳液泵押头的下端面, 这样就起到乳 液泵的安全卡子的作用, 能防止乳液泵在不需要打开使用时被打开。 当需要使用乳 液泵时, 只要沿图 6所示的箭头方向挤压一下椭圆形外环 11 的长轴方向, 就能使 椭圆形的外环 11向趋向于圆形的方向发生形变, 进而也带动圆弧片 12向趋向于圆 形的方向发生形变。 此时由于两个圆弧片 12 之间的距离 (或者说是圆形的内径) 略大于或等于乳液泵的押头下部的外径, 因而可将安全卡子 1向上推而套在押头的 下部, 如图 9所示。 这时, 乳液泵就处于可使用的打开状态。 反之, 若要将乳液泵 和相关容器携带外出时, 只要将安全卡子 1从押头上向下移动到乳液泵的颈部即可 (如图 8的状态) 。
以上结合一个较佳实施例对本发明进行了描述, 但应该理解, 熟悉本领域的 普通技术人员应该可以在以上揭示内容的基础上作出各种等同的变换和改动。 例如, 本发明的安全卡子 1不限于由上述的椭圆形的外环 11和圆弧片 12组 成, 可以考虑采用其它能发生弹性变形的形状, 如菱形、 矩形等多边形、 或与此类 多边形相结合的弧形, 等等。 另外, 外环 11和圆弧片 12最好是对称地设置, 但采 用非对称的设置也是完全可行的。 再有, 圆弧片 12 的数量也不一定是两个, 采用 一个或两个以上也是可行的, 甚至在外环 11的内侧不设置圆弧片 12 (也就是圆弧 片的数量为零, gP, 外环 11和圆弧片 12合为一体) ,使押头下端面直接卡在外环 11短轴附近区域也仍然是可行的。
由于存在诸如此类的种种变化, 因此本发明的保护范围不应限于以上较佳实 施例所述的方式, 而是应由所附权利要求书来限定。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种用于乳液泵的安全卡子, 其特征在于, 包括: 外环 (11) ; 以及设置 在所述外环内侧且与之相连的圆弧片 (12) , 其中, 所述外环和所述圆弧片都具有 能发生弹性变形的形状, 并且所述圆弧片能随着所述外环的变形而变形。
2、 如权利要求 1 所述的用于乳液泵的安全卡子, 其特征在于, 所述外环
(11) 为椭圆形。
3、 如权利要求 1 所述的用于乳液泵的安全卡子, 其特征在于, 所述圆弧片
(12) 为椭圆形的一部分。
4、 如权利要求 1 所述的用于乳液泵的安全卡子, 其特征在于, 所述圆弧片 (12) 是对称设置的。
5、 如权利要求 1 所述的用于乳液泵的安全卡子, 其特征在于, 所述圆弧片 (12) 是非对称设置的。
6、 如权利要求 1 所述的用于乳液泵的安全卡子, 其特征在于, 所述外环 (11) 和所述圆弧片 (12) 为多边形或与多边形相结合的弧形。
7、 如权利要求 6 所述的用于乳液泵的安全卡子, 其特征在于, 所述外环
(11) 和所述圆弧片 (12) 为菱形或矩形。
8、 如权利要求 1 所述的用于乳液泵的安全卡子, 其特征在于, 所述圆弧片
(12) 的数量为两个。
9、 如权利要求 1 所述的用于乳液泵的安全卡子, 其特征在于, 所述外环 (11) 和所述圆弧片 (12) 合为一体。
