Abstract

The present invention relates to an injection mold including an upper mold for forming a top surface of a product, a lower mold for forming a bottom surface of the product, and a slide core processing undercutting to form a side surface of the product. The lower mold has a plurality of inwardly recessed coupling grooves spaced a predetermined distance from upper and lower ends of a front core and a rib forming groove integrated with the upper and lower ends and a front portion of the coupling grooves. The slide core includes a front slide core. The front slide core includes a plurality of protrusions, each having a shape corresponding to that of each of the coupling grooves, on a surface facing the front core of the lower mold. The coupling grooves of the lower mold and the protrusions of the front slide core may be closely attached and inserted so that a melted resin injected into a cavity through a gate flows into the rib forming groove to form a rib in a front space part of the product. According to the present invention, the coupling grooves and the rib forming groove may be defined in the lower mold of the injection mold. The protrusions inserted into the coupling grooves are disposed on the front slide core. Thus, the melted resin may be injected into the rib forming groove to form the rib in the front space part of the product.
