该顶部 20供直接盖合于扣唇 12上， 并盖合于杯体 10之上方开口， 其中 该顶部 20可能设有凹槽、 凸块或开口， 可供吸管插入， 或供使用者直接饮 用杯体中盛装的饮料， 较佳者， 该顶部 20形成有一环形的抵靠壁 21 , 该抵 靠壁 21向下延伸而可抵靠于扣唇 12的内缘。 请参考图 6, 于本发明另一实施 例中， 该顶部 20亦可直接弯折形成该抵靠壁 21。
该环侧板 30自该顶部 20周缘向下延伸， 使该抵靠壁 21位于该环侧板 30 内， 该抵靠壁 21与该环侧板 30之间形成有一环形容置槽， 而可供扣唇 12容 置于容置槽中。 其中， 该环侧板 30可形成有四个缺槽 31 , 该些缺槽 31并可 该些卡扣部设于该环侧板 30, 并等距环形地排列于该环侧板内， 各该 卡扣部包括有一片体 41 , 并可另包括有二连接片 42。 该片体 41具有一底侧 411与一顶侧 412, 该底侧 411设于该环侧板 30, 更明确地说， 该卡扣部的位 置与缺槽 31相对应，该底侧 411的两端则直接连接于该环侧板 30,该顶侧 412 向上延伸， 且该顶侧 412与该环侧板 30分离， 使该片体 41与该环侧板 30之间 形成有一压缩空间 43 , 该片体 41与该环侧板 30之间具有弹性， 使该片体 41 可向该压缩空间 43弹性压缩， 其中较佳者， 该顶侧 412延伸至该抵靠壁 21与 该环侧板 30之间。 该二连接片 42分别连接于片体底侧 411的两端， 并分别连 接于该环侧板 30, 可提高片体 41与环侧板 30之间的结构强度。 于本实施例 中， 杯盖中具有对应数量的四个缺槽 31与四个卡扣部， 然而， 将缺槽 31与 卡扣部改设为一个或其他数量， 亦无不可。
借此， 请参考图 7至图 12, 本发明所提供之杯盖可盖合于杯体。 其中如 图 7所示， 当杯盖与杯体仍相互分离时， 该片体 41位于其初始位置， 并未向 该压缩空间压缩。 其次， 当杯盖向杯体靠近而欲盖合于杯体时， 该片体 41 将受扣唇 12抵压而向压缩空间 43压缩， 如图 8至图 10所示。 随后， 如图 11与 图 12所示， 当扣唇 12移动进入容置槽后， 扣唇 12将越过片体之顶侧 412, 片 体 41随即向其初始位置弹性复位， 使扣唇 12被夹抵于片体 41与顶部 20之间， 该片体 41并可卡抵于该扣唇 12与该杯身 11之间所形成的沟槽 13中， 当杯盖 被向上提起时， 该片体 41可抵顶于扣唇 12, 而可避免杯体 10与杯盖任意分 离， 纵使杯体 10受到挤压而略有变形， 杯体 10仍不会轻易地自杯盖脱落。
承上述， 当本发明所提供之杯盖盖合于杯体后， 可利用片体顶侧 412抵 顶于杯体之扣唇 12, 并可利用环侧板 30与抵靠壁 21夹抵于扣唇 12两侧， 纵 使扣唇 12的厚度略有改变， 本发明之杯盖仍可紧密地与扣唇扣合， 换言之， 本发明可适用并紧密地盖合于尺寸相近而规格有些微差距的杯体， 不会因 扣唇厚薄之公差变化而显著影响结合强度， 显然本发明已大幅改善了现有 杯盖长期以来存在的问题， 是可满足产业界及广大消费者之需求。

Claims

权利要求书
1.一种杯盖， 包含：
一顶部；
一环侧板， 自该顶部之周缘向下延伸；
至少一卡扣部， 设于该环侧板并位于该环侧板内， 该卡扣部包含一片 体， 该片体具有一底侧与一顶侧， 该底侧设于该环侧板， 该顶侧向上延伸， 该顶侧与该环侧板分离， 使该片体与该环侧板之间形成有一压缩空间， 该 片体与该环侧板之间具有弹性， 使该片体可向该压缩空间弹性压缩。
2.如权利要求 1所述的杯盖， 其中该环侧板形成有至少一缺槽， 该缺槽 之位置与该卡扣部之位置相对应。
3.如权利要求 2所述的杯盖， 其中该缺槽延伸至该环侧板之底缘， 该底 侧之两端连接于该环侧板。
4.如权利要求 1或 2所述的杯盖， 其中该卡扣部更包含二连接片， 该二 连接片分别连接于该底侧之两端， 该二连接片连接于该环侧板。
5.如权利要求 1、 2或 3所述的杯盖，其中该顶部形成有一环形之抵靠壁， 该抵靠壁位于该环侧板内， 该抵靠壁与该环侧板之间形成有一环形之容置 槽。
6.如权利要求 5所述的杯盖， 其中该顶侧延伸至该抵靠壁与该环侧板之 间。
7.如权利要求 4所述的杯盖， 其中该顶部形成有一环形之抵靠壁， 该抵 靠壁位于该环侧板内， 该抵靠壁与该环侧板之间形成有一环形之容置槽。
8.如权利要求 7所述的杯盖， 其中该顶侧延伸至该抵靠壁与该环侧板之 间。
