儿童增高座
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于增高儿童座位的儿童增高座。
背景技术
儿童增高座通常应用在餐椅和汽车座上,用于使儿童可以在餐椅上座位增高而与大人一起吃饭,或使儿童单独在增高后的汽车座上就坐。2004年4月13日授权给Toshiro Yoshie的美国第6719371号专利公开了一种儿童座椅,这种儿童座椅上有一个可拆卸的座椅装置,该座椅装置即为一种儿童增高座。
现有技术中,儿童增高座一般都是可拆卸的,而增高座一旦安装到支撑物上即被固定。以餐椅为例,传统的餐椅增高座是直接固定在凳子上的,固定后增高座与凳子即不能相对运动,如果要将儿童的座位转个方向,就必须将增高座连同凳子一起转动,这对于实际应用来说并不方便。
发明内容
为克服上述缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种儿童增高座,可以通过对增高座单独操作来调整座位方向。
为了达到以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种儿童增高座,包括增高座和用于与支撑物固定连接的底盘,增高座位于底盘的上方并与底盘相可转动地连接。在实际应用时,底盘与凳子或汽车座之类的支撑物固定,儿童坐在增高座上,通过相对底盘旋转增高座即可以调整座位方向。
进一步地,增高座包括作为座位的基座和位于基座后部的靠背。
更近一步地,基座的左右两侧设置有挡板。
优选地,增高座上设有可相对增高座前后移动的托盘。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明具有优点:通过增加底盘,并在底盘上设置可转动的增高座,便可相对餐椅或汽车座之类的转动增高座,这样不需要搬动整个餐椅或对整个汽车座进行操作就可以轻松实现增高座的方向调节,方便父母对儿童的看护,结构简单,操作方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图所示的实施例对本发明作进一步描述:
图1-图4示出儿童增高座的一种实施例,该儿童增高座包括增高座20和底盘10,在实际应用时底盘10固定于支撑物如汽车座或凳子之类的支撑物上,增高座20位于底盘10的上方,并与底盘10相可转动地连接。
以适用作餐椅增高座的例子来讲,底盘10可根据凳子设计成所需的形状,在图1-4所示的实施例中,底盘10为正方形,其四个转角设计为倒角,美观大方。底盘10与凳子固定方式有多种,如利用螺丝连接固定、卡接固定等等。
底盘10的侧面最好设置标记,对于底盘的四个侧面加以区分,便于支撑物、底盘10和增高座20之间对位,同时可以确认增高座20转动的方向,标记可以是粘贴的标签,便于生产,在本实施例中,此处所述的标记为凹陷形成的凹槽11,如附图1所示。这样的设计,在起到标记的作用的同时,还可供安装、拆卸或移动时操作者将手伸入凹槽11,以利于握持。
增高座20包括基座21和靠背22。靠背22与基座21分别单独成型,然后在后续的组装工艺中将靠背22与基座21安装在一起。这种安装方式便于将靠背22设置为相对于基座21可调节角度的方式,而这种设置方式有很多种,且有很多都已为本领域技术人员所熟知,因而在此不再采用附图进一步描述。
在基座21的左右两侧设有挡板23,以保护在增高座20上的儿童,避免儿童从座位上掉落,安全可靠。挡板23采用与基座21一次成型的方式形成,这可使挡板23的结构牢固,对儿童的保护也更可靠。
增高座20上还设有可相对增高座20前后移动的托盘24,托盘24设置在增高座20前侧,即靠背22对面。在图1-4所示的实施例中,托盘24通过支架26与挡板23相连接,支架26固定在托盘24上,挡板23和支架26上均设有相配合的导轨(图中未标示),实现托盘24的前后移动。儿童坐在增高座20中,托盘24既起到了防止儿童从座位前方掉落的作用,同时托盘24可用来放置儿童的餐具或玩具等。而进一步地,托盘24上还具有凹陷部25,将儿童用品放入凹陷部25中,可在一定程度上避免掉落,非常方便。
底盘10与增高座20的转动连接,实现方式有多种,在图4所示的实施例中,增高座20与底盘10之间采用轴转动的方式,即底盘10与增高座20之间相枢轴连接,这种结构比较简单,但并不唯一。见图4所示,在底盘10的顶面中心位置具有向下凹陷形成的圆形凹坑12,圆形凹坑12的中心位置开设有第一圆形通孔13。增高座20的基座21的底面上设有向下突出的柱形凸起27,在柱形凸起27的中心位置开设有第二圆形通孔28,柱形凸起27的尺寸和位置与圆形凹坑12相配合,第二圆形通孔28的尺寸和位置与第一圆形通孔13相配合,柱形凸起27设置在圆形凹坑12内,第一圆形通孔13和第二圆形通孔28中可插入固定杆,以限制增高座20相对底盘10在竖直方向上的位置。这样,增高座20在底盘10上可实现转动,不需要连同凳子一起搬就可以实现增高座20的转动,方便对儿童的看护,其整个儿童增高座的结构简单、易于实现。
而作为上述实施例的一种变化,其中的基座与靠背可以一体成型,这样的话靠背与基座之间的相对角度就不能调节,趣味性和舒适性稍差,而基座21与挡板23也可分别单独成型,再在后续的加工中安装在一起。
以适用作儿童汽车安全增高座的例子来讲,底盘10一般设计为图1-4所示的实施例中的正方形,其四个转角设计为倒角。其基本的构造与上述作为餐椅增高座的例子相同,而可以进一步改进的是:在基座21上增加坐垫,在靠背22上增加靠垫,以使儿童坐在上面更舒适,同时,在汽车行驶发生颠簸时还可以起到缓冲的作用,防止儿童与座椅之间碰撞而受伤;坐垫和靠垫可以设计成可拆卸的,方便更换清洗,也可与增高座设计为一体,这样坐垫、靠垫与增高座之间不会产生滑动,更为安全;另外,坐垫和靠垫也可以设计成一体。
作为汽车用的增高座,需设置安全带,安全带采用四点式结构,儿童的双手、双脚分别从安全带间穿过,主要目的是固定儿童的胸腹和下肢。安全带设计为长度可调节的,根据儿童需要调节安全带的松紧程度,将长度调节到比较合适的位置,以使安全带更舒适、更紧密贴身。
由于不同的车的座椅形状不同,靠背最好设计为可调式,即:基座21分体成型,然后以可调节角度的方式安装在一起。在实际应用时,通过推拉可以改变靠背的倾斜度,以将其调整到一个既贴近车座椅又舒适乘坐的角度。增高座通过汽车后座的安全带来固定的,用汽车安全带穿过基座21和靠背22的交接处后绑紧,也可以在基座22上设置固定装置,用汽车安全带穿过固定装置并绑紧,固定时汽车安全带不要留余量,要尽量紧固地将儿童座椅固定在座椅上,同时要注意,汽车安全带不要扭曲、弯折。

1. 一种儿童增高座,其特征在于:它包括增高座(20)和用于与支撑物固定连接的底盘(10),所述的增高座(20)位于所述的底盘(10)的上方并与所述底盘(10)相可转动地连接。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的儿童增高座,其特征在于:所述的增高座(20)包括作为座位的基座(21)和位于基座(21)后部的靠背(22)。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的儿童增高座,其特征在于:所述的基座(21)的左右两侧设置有挡板(23)。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的儿童增高座,其特征在于:所述的增高座(20)上设有可相对增高座(20)前后移动的托盘(24)。
