银行卡的使用已经相当普及。 目前使用的银行卡包括磁条卡 和芯片卡两种。 磁条卡容易被以侧录的方式仿制, 也容易发生密 码被盗的情况, 因此磁条卡的安全性存在一定隐患。 基于此, 大 多数的磁条卡都已被升级到了芯片卡。
但是芯片卡虽可解决前述仿制问题, 却无法解决密码盗窃问 题, 是以芯片卡依然存在安全隐患。
如何进一步提升银行卡的安全性是当前需要解决的一个问 题。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 本实用新型提供一种银行卡, 可以有效地解决上 述问题, 进而切实保护持卡人的利益。
本实用新型提供的银行卡包括 IC卡本体和与所述 IC卡本体 耦接的指紋识别模块; 其中, 该指紋识别模块包括存储预先采集 且被用作识别参数的指纹数据的预存数据区, 以及在使用该银行 卡时采集持卡人指纹并将所采集的持卡人指纹与存储在所述预存 数据区的指纹数据进行对比的采集对比单元。
本实用新型所提供的银行卡, 优选地, 所述采集对比单元进 一步包括采集持卡人指纹的采集模组, 将所采集的持卡人指纹与 所存储的指纹数据进行对比的对比模组, 以及在所采集的指纹与 所述指纹数据匹配的情况下触发所述卡本体从而使所述银行卡处 于打开模式下的触发模组。 进一步, 在所采集的指纹与所述指纹 数据不匹配的情况下使所述触发模组不动动, 使得所述银行卡仍 处在锁定模式下。
本实用新型提供的银行卡, 优选地, 所述指纹识别模块还包 括用于使所述银行卡在打开模式下进入锁定模式的卡锁控制单 元。
由于采用了指紋识别, 使得银行卡在进入常规的金融处理流 程之前, 首先要对持卡人的指紋进行识别, 以确认持卡人是否为 该银行卡的设定持卡人, 从而常规的密码之外, 又增加了不容以 被复制及模仿的银行卡保护机制。 附图说明

简单地说, 本实用新型将指纹识别技术应用到现有银行卡, 使其作为银行卡的一个开卡锁, 从而使得持卡人在使用银行卡的 常规功能之前, 首先要通过通过指纹识别将该 4艮行卡打开, 继而 才能进入常规工作流程, 例如密码输入、 持卡人信息验证、 支付 或查询等。
在以下说明中, 以银行卡为芯片卡为例进行说明, 但并不就 此将本实用新型限制在芯片卡上。
图 1是本实用新型所述的银行卡 1的原理结构图。 如图所示, 根据本实用新型构造的银行卡 1包括 IC卡本体 10和指纹识别模 块 20。 与现有的银行卡相比, IC卡本体在常规功能之外, 增加了 与指纹识别模块 20交互的功能。 在本实用新型的以下描述中, IC 卡本体的常规功能因未具体涉及到本实用新型所述的技术方案 中, 便不多做描述。

在打开模式下, 设置在卡本体中的金融应用模块(图 2 中未 示出, 需要说明的是为清楚起见, 在本实用新型中将用于处理银 行卡的常规功能的模块称为 "金融应用模块" )被开启, 银行卡 1 进入常规的处理流程。 如果不匹配, 则使银行卡 1进入锁定模式 下。 在该锁定模式下, 金融应用模块不被激活, 银行卡 1 因此无 法进入常规的金融处理流程。 可替代地, 釆集对比单元 203可以与卡本体 10中的已有的开 卡指令和开卡功能相关联。 这种情况下, 在指纹匹配成功的情况 下,触发该开卡指令进而开启该银行卡 1,使银行卡 1进入常规的 金融处理流程。
卡锁控制单元 205使得银行卡 1在打开模式下, 可以进入到 锁定模式。 具体地说, 在银行卡 1处于打开模式时, 也就是, 指 纹识别匹配成功的情况下, 通过持卡人再次输入其指纹(即由采 集对比单元 203再次采集持卡人指纹) , 银行卡 1被销定, 亦即 采集对比单元 203在再次接收到持卡人指纹的情况下, 发送停止 信号给金融应用模块, 使其停止工作。
另外, 为防止持卡人在使用完 4艮行卡之后忘记锁卡, 卡锁控 制单元 205被配置为在指紋识别匹配成功的情况下, 若在预定时 间之内 (如 5分钟内)还没有被接触式或非接触式读卡激活的话, 则自动将银行卡 1的状态由打开转换为锁定。
实际应用中, 指纹识别模块可以作为单独的芯片或电路板,

由于在银行卡上设置了指纹识别模块, 使得银行卡在不使用 时, 即使他人获得了银行卡以及密码, 但在无法通过指纹识别模 块开启银行卡的情况下, 依然无法使用该卡, 从而最大程度地保 护了持卡人的利益。
而且, 由于本实用新型将指纹识别设置在 IC卡本体上, 使其 还具有以下优点:
1. 无需对现有交易终端(如 POS终端)进行任何改进。 就整 个支付系统而言, 节约了成本, 也利于本实用新型所述 4艮行卡 1 的普及。 2.指纹录入可由持卡人自行完成, 无需通过第三方(比如银 行)采集, 有效地保护了持卡人的隐私。
在以上结合具体实施方式的描述中, 术语 "常规功能" 指的 是银行卡被接入其所在的交易系统(例如银联交易系统等) , 进 而在该系统中所进行的一系列交易及处理功能, 而 "常规金融处 理流程"指的是银行卡被接入其所在的交易系统(例如银联交易、 支付宝交易系统等) , 进而在该系统中所进行的一系列交易及处 理过程 , 这与本领域技术人员所一般理解是相同的。
最后应当说明的是, 以上具体实施方式仅用以说明本实用新 型的技术方案而非对其进行限制。 尽管参照上述具体实施方式对 本实用新型进行了详细的说明, 本领域的普通技术人员应当理解, 征进行等同替换, 而在不脱离本实用新型的技术方案的精神下, 其均应涵盖在本实用新型请求保护的技术方案范围当中。

1. 一种银行卡, 其特征在于, 所述银行卡包括 IC卡本体以及与所 述 IC卡本体耦接的指纹识别模块。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的银行卡, 其特征在于, 所述指紋识别模块 包括用于存储预先采集的用作识别参数的指纹数据的预存数据区; 及在使用该银行卡时, 采集持卡人指紋并将所采集的持卡人指纹与 所存储的指纹数据进行对比的采集对比单元。
3.根据权利要求 2所述的银行卡, 其特征在于, 所述采集对比单元 进一步包括采集持卡人指纹的采集模组, 将所采集的持卡人指纹与 所存储的指纹数据进行对比的对比模组, 以及在所采集的指纹与所 述指纹数据匹配的情况下触发所述卡本体从而使所述银行卡处于 打开模式下的触发模组。
4.根据权利要求 2或 3所述的银行卡, 其特征在于, 所述指纹识别 模块还包括用于使所述银行卡在打开模式下进入锁定模式的卡锁 控制单元。
