Abstract
La présente invention concerne un agencement manœuvré à la main ("A") et un procédé, adaptable pour un déplacement le long de l'extension longitudinale d'un rail (1) et conçu pour pouvoir détacher ledit rail d'une traverse de voie courante (2) sous-jacente en déplaçant horizontalement les attaches élastiques (3, 3a) dans des éléments de fixation (4) et orientées pour pouvoir être déplacées par rapport à un support (5, 5a) compris dans l'élément de fixation (4), le support (5) étant fermement associé à ladite traverse de voie (2). L'une ou l'autre desdites attaches (3, 3a) est apte, par un mouvement, à permettre un déplacement horizontal des attaches (3, 3a), pour qu'elles se dégagent du patin (1c) de rail par rapport au support (5). Une première paire (6a, 6b) de premiers moyens opposés (6) en forme de levier sont aptes à interagir, par leur zone terminale inférieure (6aa, 6ab), chacun avec une attache (3, 3a) afin d'actionner leur mouvement horizontal de séparation, lesdits premiers moyens (6) en forme de levier, avec leur première paire de leviers (6a, 6b), étant disposés pour pouvoir tourner autour d'arbres intermédiaires de rotation horizontaux (7, 7', 8, 8'), et où ils sont, par leur zone terminale supérieure (6ac, 6ad), en interaction avec un dispositif (9) qui peut s'étendre ou se raccourcir, afin d'amener lesdites zones terminales supérieures (6ac, 6ad) l'une vers l'autre lors d'un mouvement pour détacher les attaches (3, 3a). Ledit dispositif (9) est agencé pour interagir, directement ou indirectement, avec une paire de leviers (11a, 11b) dans un second moyen (11) en forme de levier, qui est apte à être, par ses zones terminales inférieures (11aa, 11ab), agencé de façon tellement mobile que lesdites zones terminales, par des forces d'extension de direction opposée, deviennent aptes à interagir fermement avec le champignon (1a) du rail.
