命令接收程序模块, 用于输入需要执行的锁定策略的相关信息; 命令处理程序模块, 用于将输入的需要执行的锁定策略的相关信息保 存到存储器。
本发明提供的配置及应用移动终端锁定策略的方法、 系统及移动终端, 可以在锁定策略设置端设置移动终端需要执行的锁定策略的相关信息, 并 发送给移动终端; 当移动终端确定自身当前未锁定时, 保存所述移动终端 需要执行的锁定策略的相关信息, 如此, 能够对移动终端的锁定策略的配 置进行批处理, 并且不需要移动终端开机, 在生产移动终端时, 安全、 省事、 方便且易于升级, 极大地提高了生产效率。
本发明还可以在移动终端输入需要执行的锁定策略的相关信息, 保存 输入的需要执行的锁定策略的相关信息, 移动通信运营商可以直接对移动 终端进行操作, 随时切换所需要的锁定策略。
总之, 可以灵活的实现移动终端锁定策略的配置, 使得移动通信运营 商能够灵活管理移动终端的发售和维护, 不需要再通过移动终端厂商对锁 定策略进行修改, 有效地降低研发成本和维护成本。 附图说明

当移动通信运营商需要配置或更新移动终端的锁定策略时, 可以利用 本发明中的两种配置移动终端锁定策略的方法达到目的, 本发明的基本思 想是: 在锁定策略设置端设置移动终端需要执行的锁定策略的相关信息, 并发送给移动终端; 当移动终端确定自身当前未锁定时, 保存所述移动终 端需要执行的锁定策略的相关信息; 或, 在移动终端输入需要执行的锁定 策略的相关信息; 保存输入的需要执行的锁定策略的相关信息。
下面通过附图及具体实施例对本发明再做进一步的详细说明。
本发明提供的一种配置移动终端锁定策略的方法, 如图 1 所示, 该方 法包括以下步骤:
步骤 101 ,在锁定策略设置端设置移动终端需要执行的锁定策略的相关 信息, 并发送给移动终端;
具体的, 预先在锁定策略设置端安装移动终端的命令发送程序, 安装 完成后进入命令发送程序的图形用户界面; 其中, 锁定策略设置端可以是 计算机,例如 PC; 图 2是本发明的命令发送程序的图形用户界面的示例图, 如图 2所示, 在命令发送程序的图形用户界面, 输入移动终端需要执行的 锁定策略的相关信息, 即移动终端的省份和方案; 其中, 省份可用 2字节 的 ID表示, 并与移动终端的 SIM/USIM卡的集成电路卡识别码( ICCID, Integrate Circuit Card Identity )中的省份的 ID对应, 方案指的是移动终端需 要执行的锁定策略, 方案利用 2字节的 ID进行表示, 不同的 ID代表不同 的方案, 因此, 移动终端需要执行的锁定策略的相关信息的实质为 4字节 的代码; 锁定策略设置端的命令发送程序根据移动终端需要执行的锁定策 略的相关信息, 生成包含该相关信息的 AT命令, 将该 AT命令通过锁定策 略设置端和移动终端之间的通信链路发送给移动终端, 该通信连路可以是 USB、 蓝牙等物理链路, 如果利用 USB作为通信连路, 在配置移动终端的 锁定策略时, 移动终端不需要开机, 就可以实现锁定策略设置端将 AT命令 下达到移动终端。
步骤 102, 移动终端判断自身当前是否已经锁定, 如果否, 执行步骤 103 , 如果是, 执行步骤 104;
具体的, 移动终端处于空闲状态, 该空闲状态可以是关机状态、 或正 在开机状态, 收到锁定策略设置端发送的 AT命令后, 移动终端的命令处理 程序读取移动终端中 FLASH的固定区域的标志位,根据该标志位确定移动 终端为锁卡锁机移动终端, 并触发移动终端的锁卡锁机认证程序, 该锁网 锁机认证程序判断移动终端中 FLASH的固定区域是否为空, 如果为空, 则 表示移动终端中未进行锁定策略的配置,即移动终端未锁定,执行步骤 103; 如果不为空, 则表示移动终端中已经进行了锁定策略的配置, 即移动终端 已经锁定, 执行步骤 104。
步骤 103 , 移动终端保存收到的需要执行的锁定策略的相关信息, 结束 当前处理流程;
具体的 ,移动终端中预先安装的命令处理程序从 AT命令中解析出移动 终端的锁定策略的相关信息, 利用接口函数将相关信息中的省份和移动终 端需要执行的锁定策略的 ID写入到移动终端的 FLASH的固定区域; 移动 终端将保存结果通过通信链路发送给锁定策略设置端, 该保存结果包括保 存成功和保存失败; 锁定策略设置端根据保存结果通过显示器进行提示, 如果保存成功, 则提示锁定策略更新成功, 如果保存失败, 则提示锁定策 略更新失败。
步骤 104, 移动终端通过锁定策略设置端提示重新操作;
具体的, 当移动终端确定自身已经锁定后, 将锁定策略配置失败的结 果通过通信链路发送给锁定策略设置端, 收到该结果的锁定策略设置端提 示需要重新操作, 即: 需要先进行移动终端的解除锁定, 之后才可以实现 锁定策略的重新配置。
图 3是本发明实现配置移动终端锁定策略的方法二的流程示意图, 如 图 3所示, 该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤 301 , 在移动终端输入需要执行的锁定策略的相关信息; 具体的, 预先在移动终端安装命令接收程序, 安装完成后进入命令接 收程序的图形用户界面, 在该图形用户界面输入移动终端需要执行的锁定 策略的相关信息, 该相关信息包含移动终端的省份和方案, 例如 *983*ZZXX, 其中, ZZ是方案的 ID, 可以是任意的数字组合, 如 58或 59 等, 用于表示不同的方案, XX表示省份的 ID, 对于同一省份的 ZZ可以相 同; 移动终端的命令接收程序根据输入的移动终端需要执行的锁定策略的 相关信息, 生成包含该相关信息的指令, 将该指令发送给移动终端中预先 安装的命令处理程序。
步骤 302, 保存输入的需要执行的锁定策略的相关信息;
具体的, 移动终端的命令处理程序对收到的指令进行解析, 得到移动 终端需要执行的锁定策略的相关信息, 利用接口函数将相关信息中的省份 和移动终端需要执行的锁定策略的 ID写入到移动终端的 FLASH的固定区 域; FLASH将保存结果发送给命令处理程序, 该保存结果包括保存成功和 保存失败; 移动终端的命令处理程序根据保存结果通过屏幕进行提示, 如 果保存成功, 则提示锁定策略更新成功, 如果保存失败, 则提示锁定策略 更新失败; 例如, 如果输入的移动终端需要执行的锁定策略的相关信息为 *983*5810, 则将 5810写入到移动终端的 FLASH的固定区域。
基于上述配置移动终端的锁定策略的方法, 本发明还提供了一种应用 移动终端锁定策略的方法, 如图 4所示, 该方法包括:
步骤 401 , 获取移动终端需要执行的锁定策略的相关信息; 具体的, 在移动终端的开机过程中, 移动终端的开机模块利用接口函 数,读取移动终端的 FLASH的固定区域中保存的需要执行的锁定策略的相 关信息, 即 4字节的代码。
步骤 402, 判断相关信息中方案的 ID是否为 0, 如果不是 0, 则执行步 骤 403 , 如果是 0, 执行步骤 404;
具体的, 根据读取出的相关信息, 移动终端的开机模块判断其中的最 后两个字节, 即: 方案的 ID是否为 0, 如果不是 0, 表示已经配置移动终 端的锁定策略, 则执行步骤 403 , 如果是 0, 表示还未配置移动终端的锁定 策略, 执行步骤 404。
步骤 403 , 根据与相关信息对应的锁定策略, 锁定移动终端, 结束当前 处理流程;
具体的, 因为已经配置移动终端的锁定策略, 移动终端的开机模块根 据获取的相关信息在移动终端中找到与其对应的锁定策略, 并执行该锁定 策略, 实现移动终端的锁定; 执行锁定策略实现移动终端的锁定属于现有 技术, 此处不再赘述; 其中, 移动终端中的锁定策略是以代码的形式预先 保存在移动终端的程序中, 本发明中的锁定策略存在一个或多个, 利用上 步骤 404, 进行正常的开机流程;
具体的, 因为移动终端中未配置移动终端的锁定策略, 因此, 移动终 端可以正常开机, 进行移动终端的正常开机流程, 该开机流程属于现有技 术, 此处不再赘述。
为实现上述方法, 本发明还提供了一种配置移动终端锁定策略的系统, 如图 5所示, 该系统包括: 锁定策略设置端 51、 移动终端 52; 其中,
锁定策略设置端 51 , 用于设置移动终端需要执行的锁定策略的相关信 息, 并发送给移动终端 52; 移动终端 52, 用于当确定自身当前未锁定时, 保存所述移动终端需要 执行的锁定策略的相关信息。
所述锁定策略设置端 51还用于, 当移动终端 52确定自身当前已经锁 定时, 提示重新操作。
所述在锁定策略设置端 51设置移动终端需要执行的锁定策略的相关信 息, 并发送给移动终端 52为: 在锁定策略设置 51端输入移动终端需要执 行的锁定策略的相关信息, 根据所述移动终端需要执行的锁定策略的相关 信息, 生成包含所述相关信息的 AT命令并发送给移动终端 52。
所述保存所述移动终端需要执行的锁定策略的相关信息为: 移动终端 52从 AT命令中解析出移动终端的锁定策略的相关信息, 将相关信息写入 到移动终端 52的 FLASH的固定区域, 并将保存结果发送给锁定策略设置 端 51 ; 锁定策略设置端 51根据保存结果提示锁定策略更新是否成功。
本发明还提供一种实现配置移动终端锁定策略的移动终端, 如图 6所 示, 该移动终端包括: 命令接收程序模块 61、命令处理程序模块 62; 其中, 命令接收程序模块 61 , 用于输入需要执行的锁定策略的相关信息; 命令处理程序模块 62, 用于将输入的需要执行的锁定策略的相关信息 保存到存储器。
所述输入需要执行的锁定策略的相关信息为: 在移动终端中的命令接 收程序模块 61输入移动终端需要执行的锁定策略的相关信息, 所述命令接 收程序模块 61根据输入的移动终端需要执行的锁定策略的相关信息, 生成 包含该相关信息的指令, 并将指令发送给移动终端中预先安装的命令处理 程序模块 62。
所述保存输入的需要执行的锁定策略的相关信息为: 移动终端的命令 处理程序模块 62对收到的指令进行解析, 将得到移动终端需要执行的锁定 策略的相关信息, 写入到移动终端的 FLASH的固定区域; FLASH将保存 结果发送给移动终端的命令处理程序模块 62;命令处理程序模块 62根据保 存结果进行提示锁定策略是否更新成功。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的保 护范围, 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、 等同替换和改进 等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种配置移动终端锁定策略的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括: 在锁定策略设置端设置移动终端需要执行的锁定策略的相关信息, 并 发送给移动终端;
当移动终端确定自身当前未锁定时, 保存所述移动终端需要执行的锁 定策略的相关信息。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法还包括: 当移动 终端确定自身当前已经锁定时, 通过锁定策略设置端提示重新操作。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述在锁定策略设置端 设置移动终端需要执行的锁定策略的相关信息, 并发送给移动终端为: 在锁定策略设置端输入移动终端需要执行的锁定策略的相关信息, 根 据所述移动终端需要执行的锁定策略的相关信息生成包含所述相关信息的 AT命令并发送给移动终端。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述保存所述移动 终端需要执行的锁定策略的相关信息为:移动终端从 AT命令中解析出移动 终端的锁定策略的相关信息,将相关信息写入到移动终端的 FLASH的固定 区域, 并将保存结果发送给锁定策略设置端; 锁定策略设置端根据保存结 果提示锁定策略更新是否成功。
5、 一种配置移动终端锁定策略的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括: 在移动终端输入需要执行的锁定策略的相关信息;
保存输入的需要执行的锁定策略的相关信息。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述在移动终端输入需 要执行的锁定策略的相关信息为: 在移动终端中预先安装的命令接收程序 输入移动终端需要执行的锁定策略的相关信息, 所述命令接收程序根据输 入的移动终端需要执行的锁定策略的相关信息, 生成包含该相关信息的指 令, 并将指令发送给移动终端中预先安装的命令处理程序。
7、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述保存输入的需要执 行的锁定策略的相关信息为: 移动终端的命令处理程序对收到的指令进行 解析, 将得到移动终端需要执行的锁定策略的相关信息, 写入到移动终端 的 FLASH的固定区域; FLASH将保存结果发送给移动终端的命令处理程 序; 命令处理程序根据保存结果进行提示锁定策略是否更新成功。
8、 一种应用移动终端锁定策略的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括: 获取移动终端需要执行的锁定策略的相关信息, 当确定相关信息中的 方案的 ID表示已配置锁定策略时, 根据与相关信息对应的锁定策略, 锁定 移动终端。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法还包括: 当确定 相关信息中的方案的 ID表示未配置锁定策略时, 进行正常的开机流程。
10、 根据权利要求 8或 9所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取移动终 端需要执行的锁定策略的相关信息为: 在移动终端的开机过程中, 移动终 端的开机模块读取自身的 FLASH 的固定区域中保存的需要执行的锁定策 略的相关信息;
所述根据与相关信息对应的锁定策略锁定移动终端为: 移动终端的开 机模块根据获取的相关信息在移动终端中找到与其对应的锁定策略, 并执 行该锁定策略, 锁定移动终端。
11、 一种配置移动终端的锁定策略的系统, 其特征在于, 该系统包括: 锁定策略设置端、 移动终端; 其中,
锁定策略设置端, 用于设置移动终端需要执行的锁定策略的相关信息, 并发送给移动终端;
移动终端, 用于当确定自身当前未锁定时, 保存所述移动终端需要执 行的锁定策略的相关信息。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的系统, 其特征在于,
所述锁定策略设置端还用于, 当移动终端确定自身当前已经锁定时, 提示重新操作。
13、 一种实现配置移动终端锁定策略的移动终端, 其特征在于, 该移 动终端包括: 命令接收程序模块、 命令处理程序模块; 其中,
命令接收程序模块, 用于输入需要执行的锁定策略的相关信息; 命令处理程序模块, 用于将输入的需要执行的锁定策略的相关信息保 存到存储器。
