Abstract
Description
Pipe connection for a shower toilet
The invention relates to a pipe connection for connecting a shower toilet bowl with a supply line of a flushing water supply.
Shower WC bowls are connected via a pipe connection to a supply line of a flushing water supply. Rinse water from the pipe system flows via this feed line via an inlet collar into the shower toilet bowl, which is usually a ceramic bowl.
Technical progress has improved the development of shower toilets in the past. This has meant that shower toilets can fulfill many technical functions. So usually the toilet seat is preheated to body temperature. From US 6,327,718 a shower toilet is also known, in which the water temperature and the water pressure can be selected. By means of a shower arm warm water is sprayed for this purpose. The warm water can be mixed with air before spraying.
It is also known that the toilet seat provided with an odor-filtering fan and / or the basin itself is provided with an air extraction device. JP 07268928 A describes a shower toilet with a device for odor extraction. By means of a suction fan gaseous medium is sucked from the interior of the toilet bowl and passed into a treatment device. This treatment device comprises an ozone-containing catalyst which decomposes the odor gases. The treated air is released into the environment.
Furthermore, a shower toilet is known from JP 062530 A, which sucks air from the interior of the toilet bowl via an intake passage. In the case of a blockage of the intake duct, a meter detects a decrease in the air flow and sends a signal to a microcomputer, which generates a display from this.
confirmation copy The object of the invention is to provide a pipe connection or an inlet sleeve for connecting a shower toilet bowl with a supply line of a flushing water supply, which improves the structural design freedom of shower toilets.
The object is achieved by the pipe connection according to the features of claim 1.
As a result, a pipe connection is created, which creates by branching interfaces that can combine several functions. The fact that the inlet, which is usually central, is offset laterally, there is room for improving the installation of showering technology. It is also advantageous that the rinse water is divided into at least two channels and so flows into the shower toilet bowl. The cleaning of the shower toilet bowl is thereby improved.
In a particular embodiment, not only rinse water is supplied in the same interface, but also an overflow channel and odor extraction channel integrated. Consequently, three functions, namely water supply / boiler overflow / odor extraction, can be covered with only two branch pipes.
It is preferred that the rinse water leading flow channels are arranged below. The introduction of the rinse water leading flow channels in the shower toilet bowl can then be chosen so that the flow of rinse water allows optimal cleaning of the shower toilet bowl. In this case, the flushing water leading flow channel and the overflow channel of a branching arm can be integrated into a pipe socket of the outlet piece. The channels then each form a partial cross section. It is preferred that each of the channels covers a substantially half-section. The overflow channel is fed from the boiler. It is further preferred that the cross section of the Abzweigungsarms, ie a pipe socket, has a round cross section which is divided horizontally.
It can be provided that the pipe connection according to the invention is accommodated in a technical unit which has a front interface for mounting on a toilet body and a rear interface for mounting on a building-side installation surface.
1 shows schematically a view of the outlet piece of the pipe connection,
Fig. 2 shows schematically a view of the inlet piece of the pipe connection.
1 and 2 show a pipe connection for connecting a shower toilet bowl (not shown) with a supply line (not shown) of a flushing water supply. The invention relates to a so-called pipe system, which can combine the distribution of the rinsing water, the odor extraction and the outflow of overflow water from a boiler.
For this purpose, the pipe connection comprises an inlet piece 1 and an outlet piece 2. The outlet piece 2 has at least a first and a second opening into the shower toilet bowl Abzweigarme 3, 4, each having a rinse water leading first and second flow channel 5 and 6 ,
In addition, the first Abzweigarme 3 takes a flow return channel 7 for odor extraction from the shower toilet bowl. The flow return channel 7 may be connected to a discharge device 9 for odor extraction. The second branch arm 4 may also include a flow channel 8 for the outflow of overflow water of a boiler. The flow channel 8 may be connected to an introduction device 10 for boiler overflow water.
Through the inlet piece 1 so the rinse water flows into the pipe connection or the pipe system. Inside, the rinse water is distributed to the first and the second branch arm 3, 4, there on the rinse water leading first and second flow channel 5, 6. The rinse water leading flow channels 5, 6 end in the shower toilet bowl, and indeed preferably with uniform openings. The shower toilet bowl is rinsed by the incoming rinse water.
Furthermore, it can be seen in Fig. 1, that the cross section of the two pipe stubs 11, 12 of the two Abzweigarme 3, 4 is divided. The rinse water leading flow channels 5, 6 preferably flow over a portion of the pipe cross-section, in particular in the lower half of the pipe connection in the shower toilet bowl.
A respective other part of the pipe cross-section, in particular preferably an upper half of the two pipe sockets 1, 12 of the two Abzweigarme 3, 4 is a drain. Preferably, the flow return channel 7 for odor extraction forms a trigger for the delivery and / or the suction of gases. The flow channel 8 for the outflow of overflow water of the boiler opens into the shower toilet bowl.
An upper part, in particular an upper half of the pipe socket 11 of the first branch arm 3 can serve for odor extraction of the interior of the shower toilet bowl. The odor is discharged with the discharge device 9, for which purpose the discharge device 9 can be designed, for example, as an elongated slot. In addition, a filter after this elongated slot may be provided and / or integrated.
If the pipe sockets 11, 12 of the two branched arms 3, 4 are round, this round cross section is preferably divided horizontally in the two flow channels 5, 6 and the flow return channel 7 for the odor extraction, or the flow channel 8 for the outflow of overflow water of a boiler.
As described above, the present invention enables better use of a shower toilet. This allows several functions, such as Flushing, overflow and odor extraction can be integrated. The construction as a branch also allows devices in the central space, e.g. Pipes for a shower and for other functions of the shower toilet, compact installation.
