Abstract

본 발명의 한 실시예에 따른 담배 패키지는 복수개의 궐련을 포함한다. 복수개의 궐련은 각각 타르 함량에 기초하여 2 종류 이상으로 분류될 수 있다. 또한 복수개의 궐련은 각각 커피 향, 과일 향 등 향의 종류에 기초하여 2 종류 이상으로 분류될 수 있다. 또한, 복수개의 궐련은 일반 멘솔 필터 담배와 멘솔 향 캡슐 필터 담배를 포함할 수 있다.

Description

이종 궐련들을 포함하는 담배 패키지
이종 궐련들(different cigarettes)을 포함하는 담배 패키지가 제공된다.
일반적으로 담배를 제조하기 위해서, 먼저 다양한 종류의 잎담배(leaf tobacco)를 원하는 향과 맛이 나도록 배합하여 가공한다. 다음, 가공된 잎담배를 절각하여 담배 각초(cut tobacco leaf)를 제조하고, 궐련지(cigarette paper)로 담배 각초를 말아, 필터 없는 궐련을 제조한다. 다음, 필요에 따라 필터 없는 궐련에 필터를 부착한다.

본 발명의 한 실시예에 따른 담배 패키지는 복수개의 궐련을 포함한다.
복수개의 궐련은 각각 타르 함량에 기초하여 2 종류 이상으로 분류될 수 있다.
또한, 복수개의 궐련은 각각 커피 향, 과일 향, 꽃 향, 민트 향, 자일리톨, 피톤치드, 허브, 솔잎(pine)향, 초콜릿 향 등 향의 종류에 기초하여 2 종류 이상으로 분류될 수 있다.
또한, 복수개의 궐련은 일반 멘솔 필터 담배와 멘솔 향 캡슐 필터 담배를 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 한 실시예는 하나의 담배 패키지 내에서 다양한 끽미가 느껴지도록 할 수 있다.

첨부한 도면을 참고로 하여 본 발명의 실시예에 대해 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자가 용이하게 실시할 수 있도록 상세히 설명한다. 본 발명은 여러 가지 상이한 형태로 구현될 수 있으며 여기에서 설명하는 실시예에 한정되지 않는다. 도면에서 본 발명을 명확하게 설명하기 위해서 설명과 관계없는 부분은 생략하였으며, 명세서 전체를 통하여 동일 또는 유사한 구성요소에 대해서는 동일한 도면부호가 사용되었다. 또한 널리 알려져 있는 공지기술의 경우 그 구체적인 설명은 생략한다.
그러면, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 담배 패키지에 대하여 도 1을 참고하여 상세하게 설명한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 한 실시예에 따른 담배 패키지를 개략적으로 나타낸 사시도이다.
담배 패키지(2)는 하부(lower portion)(51)와 상부(upper portion)(52)를 포함하고, 하부(51)의 둘레(circumference)와 상부(52)의 둘레는 서로 맞물려있다(engaged). 하부(51)의 둘레의 일부와 상부(52)의 둘레의 일부는 서로 결합되어 있으며(coupled), 하부(51)의 둘레의 나머지와 상부(52)의 둘레의 나머지는 서로 분리되어 있다(separated). 예를 들어, 하부(51)와 상부(51)는 종이일 수 있다.

예를 들어, 복수개의 궐련은 멘솔 향 물질이 분포되어 있는 궐련 17 개와 멘솔 향 물질이 필터에 분포되어 있고 멘솔 향 캡슐이 포함되어 있는 궐련 3 개를 포함할 수 있다. 여기서, 캡슐을 터트리지 않는 경우, 20 개의 궐련은 모두 일반 멘솔 필터 담배일 수 있다. 이외에도, 복수개의 궐련은 멘솔 향 물질이 필터에 분포되어 있고 멘솔 향 캡슐이 포함되어 있는 궐련 20 개를 포함할 수 있다. 여기서, 일반 멘솔 필터 담배와 멘솔 향 캡슐 필터 담배는 타르 함량이 동일할 수도 있고, 서로 다를 수도 있다. 예를 들어, 복수개의 궐련은 타르 함량이 6 mg인 일반 멘솔 필터 궐련 17개와 타르 함량이 3 mg이고 멘솔 향 캡슐이 포함되어 있는 궐련 3 개일 수 있으며, 복수개의 궐련은 타르 함량이 1 mg인 일반 멘솔 필터 궐련 19 개와 타르 함량이 6 mg이고 멘솔 향 캡슐이 포함되어 있는 궐련 1 개일 수 있다.
복수개의 궐련은 서로 다른 향미 물질을 가지며, 복수개의 궐련은 향미 물질에 기초하여 2 그룹 이상으로 분류되어 있을 수 있다.
예를 들어, 복수개의 궐련은 멘솔 향 캡슐이 포함되어 있는 궐련 17 개와 커피 향 캡슐 또는 과일 향 캡슐이 포함되어 있는 궐련 3 개를 포함할 수 있다. 향 캡슐을 포함하는 경우, 캡슐에 의해 향미 물질이 둘러 싸여 있으므로, 1 개의 포장 박지 안에 다양한 향 캡슐 필터 담배가 포함되어도, 향이 서로 섞이지 않을 수 있다.
도 2는 본 발명의 한 실시예에 따른 담배를 개략적으로 나타낸 사시도이며, 도 3은 본 발명의 한 실시예에 따른 담배를 개략적으로 나타낸 단면도이다.
도 2 및 도 3을 참고하면, 담배(cigarette)(1)는 불에 의해 연소되는 담배 각초부(cigarette column portion)(10)와 담배 연기를 필터링하는 담배 필터부(cigarette filter portion)(20)를 포함한다. 담배 각초부(10)은 궐련지(19)에 의해 둘러 쌓여 있을 수 있으며, 담배 필터부(20)는 담배 필터 권지(28)에 의해 둘러 쌓여 있을 수 있다. 담배 각초부(10)와 담배 필터부(20)는 팁 페이퍼(tipping paper)(29)에 의해 연결될 수 있다.
담배 필터부(20)는 제1 필터부(21)을 포함하며, 제1 필터부(21)는 섬유상 또는 필라멘트상의 아세테이트 토우를 포함할 수 있다. 또한, 담배 필터부(20)는 향미 물질을 포함할 수 있다. 향미 물질은 향 캡슐(30) 내부에 들어 있을 수 있으며, 고분자 물질 등에 의해 향미 물질이 둘러 쌓여 있을 수 있다. 이외에도, 도 6에 도시된 것처럼, 향미 물질은 제1 필터부(21)에 분포되어 있을 수도 있고, 도 7에 도시된 것처럼, 그래뉼 형태의 미세 향 캡슐(33) 내부에 들어 있을 수도 있다. 외부에서 향 캡슐(30)로 압력이 가해질 때 향 캡슐(30)이 깨질 수 있으며, 이때 향미 물질이 향 캡슐(30)에서 나와 제1 필터부(21)로 스며들 수 있다. 담배가 한 가지 이상의 맛과 향을 가지게 하기 위하여, 향 캡슐(30)이 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. 향 캡슐(30)은 1 개 이상이 위치할 수 있다.
담배 필터부(20)는 제1 필터부(21)를 포함하는 모노 필터이다. 이외에도, 담배 필터부(20)는 다중 필터일 수 있다. 예를 들어, 이중 필터, 삼중 필터, 사중 필터 등 일 수 있다. 나아가 다중 필터는 하나 이상의 공간(space)부 또는 공극(cavity)부를 포한하는 리세스(recess) 필터일 수 있다. 또한, 다중 필터에 포함된 각각의 세부 필터부의 길이는 적절하게 조절될 수 있다.
또한, 담배 필터부(20)는 활성탄 등의 흡착제, 향미 물질이 침지된 실(thread)등을 포함할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 담배 필터부(20)가 2중 필터인 경우, 2 개의 필터 각각은 향 캡슐과 흡착제를 포함할 수 있다.
도 4는 본 발명의 한 실시예에 따른 담배를 개략적으로 나타낸 도면이다.
담배 필터부(20)는 제1 필터부(21) 및 제2 필터부(22)를 포함하는 이중 필터로 구성된다. 제1 필터부(21)는 향 캡슐(30)을 포함한다. 제1 필터부(21)는 흡착제를 포함할 수 있다. 제1 필터부(21) 및 제2 필터부(22) 각각의 길이는 적절하게 조절될 수 있다. 이외에도 향 캡슐은 1 개 이상이 담배 필터부(20)에 포함될 수 있다.
도 6은 본 발명의 한 실시예에 따른 담배를 개략적으로 나타낸 도면이다.
담배 필터부(20)는 제1 필터부(21) 및 제2 필터부(22)를 포함하는 이중 필터로 구성된다. 제1 필터부(21)에는 향미 물질(32) 등이 있을 수 있다. 제1 필터부(21)는 흡착제를 포함할 수 있다. 제1 필터부(21) 및 제2 필터부(22) 각각의 길이는 적절하게 조절될 수 있다.
도 7은 본 발명의 한 실시예에 따른 담배를 개략적으로 나타낸 도면이다.
담배 필터부(20)는 제1 필터부(21) 및 제2 필터부(22)를 포함하는 이중 필터로 구성된다. 제1 필터부(21)에는 향미 물질이 포함되어 있는 미세 향 캡슐(33)이 들어 있을 수 있다. 미세 향 캡슐(33)은 그래뉼 형태이며, 고분자 물질 등에 의해 둘러 쌓여 있을 수 있다. 제1 필터부(21)는 흡착제를 포함할 수 있다. 제1 필터부(21) 및 제2 필터부(22) 각각의 길이는 적절하게 조절될 수 있다.
이상에서 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 대하여 상세하게 설명하였지만 본 발명의 권리범위는 이에 한정되는 것은 아니고 다음의 청구범위에서 정의하고 있는 본 발명의 기본 개념을 이용한 당업자의 여러 변형 및 개량 형태 또한 본 발명의 권리범위에 속하는 것이다.

Claims (21)

  1. 복수개의 궐련을 포함하고,상기 복수개의 궐련은 서로 다른 타르(tar) 함량을 가지며, 상기 복수개의 궐련은 타르 함량에 기초하여 2 그룹 이상으로 분류되어 있는 담배 패키지.
  2. 제1항에서, 상기 복수개의 궐련은 제1 그룹과 제2 그룹으로 분류되어 있고, 상기 제1 그룹에 포함되어 있는 궐련의 타르 함량은 상기 제2 그룹에 포함되어 있는 궐련의 타르 함량보다 큰 담배 패키지.
  3. 제2항에서, 상기 제1 그룹에 포함되어 있는 궐련의 개수는 상기 제2 그룹에 포함되어 있는 궐련의 개수보다 크거나 같은 담배 패키지.
  4. 제2항에서, 상기 제1 그룹에 포함되어 있는 궐련의 개수는 상기 제2 그룹에 포함되어 있는 궐련의 개수보다 작은 담배 패키지.
  5. 제1항에서, 상기 복수개의 궐련은 적어도 일부가 향미 물질을 포함하는 담배 패키지.
  6. 제5항에서, 상기 향미 물질은 체리향 물질, 오렌지향 물질, 사과향 물질 및 딸기향 물질을 포함하는 과일향 물질, 장미꽃을 포함하는 꽃향 물질, 페퍼민트향 물질 및 스피아민트향 물질을 포함하는 민트향 물질, 자일리톨, 피톤치드, 허브, 솔잎(pine)향 물질, 커피향 물질, 또는 멘솔향 물질인 담배 패키지.
  7. 제5항에서, 상기 복수개의 궐련은 적어도 일부가 캡슐을 포함하고, 상기 캡슐 내부에 상기 향미 물질이 위치하는 담배 패키지.
  8. 제7항에서, 상기 캡슐은 그래뉼(granule) 형태의 미세 향 캡슐인 담배 패키지.
  9. 제5항에서, 상기 향미 물질이 포함되어 있는 복수개의 궐련에서 적어도 일부는 상기 향미 물질이 들어 있는 캡슐을 포함하는 담배 패키지.
  10. 제1항에서, 상기 복수개의 궐련은 서로 다른 향미 물질을 가지며, 상기 복수개의 궐련은 향미 물질의 종류에 기초하여 2 그룹 이상으로 분류되어 있는 담배 패키지.
  11. 제10항에서, 상기 서로 다른 향미 물질은 체리향 물질, 오렌지향 물질, 사과향 물질 및 딸기향 물질을 포함하는 과일향 물질, 장미꽃을 포함하는 꽃향 물질, 페퍼민트향 물질 및 스피아민트향 물질을 포함하는 민트향 물질, 자일리톨, 피톤치드, 허브, 솔잎(pine)향 물질, 커피향 물질, 그리고 멘솔향 물질로 이루어지는 군에서 2 개 이상이 선택되는 것인 담배 패키지.
  12. 제11항에서, 상기 복수개의 궐련은 적어도 일부가 캡슐을 포함하고, 상기 캡슐 내부에 상기 향미 물질이 위치하는 담배 패키지.
  13. 복수개의 궐련을 포함하고,상기 복수개의 궐련은 적어도 일부가 향미 물질을 포함하고, 상기 향미 물질은 멘솔향 물질이고, 상기 향미 물질이 포함되어 있는 복수개의 궐련에서 적어도 일부는 상기 향미 물질이 들어 있는 캡슐을 포함하는 담배 패키지.
  14. 복수개의 궐련을 포함하고, 상기 복수개의 궐련은 서로 다른 향미 물질을 가지며, 상기 복수개의 궐련은 향미 물질의 종류에 기초하여 2 그룹 이상으로 분류되어 있는 담배 패키지.
  15. 제14항에서, 상기 서로 다른 향미 물질은 체리향 물질, 오렌지향 물질, 사과향 물질 및 딸기향 물질을 포함하는 과일향 물질, 장미꽃을 포함하는 꽃향 물질, 페퍼민트향 물질 및 스피아민트향 물질을 포함하는 민트향 물질, 자일리톨, 피톤치드, 허브, 솔잎(pine)향 물질, 커피향 물질, 그리고 멘솔향 물질로 이루어지는 군에서 2 개 이상이 선택되는 것인 담배 패키지.
  16. 제15항에서, 상기 복수개의 궐련은 적어도 일부가 캡슐을 포함하고, 상기 캡슐 내부에 상기 향미 물질이 위치하는 담배 패키지.
  17. 제16항에서, 상기 담배 패키지는 1 개의 포장 박지를 포함하고, 상기 포장 박지는 상기 복수개의 궐련을 둘러싸고 있는 담배 패키지.
  18. 복수개의 궐련을 포함하고,상기 복수개의 궐련은 적어도 일부가 향미 물질을 포함하고, 상기 향미 물질은 체리향 물질, 오렌지향 물질, 사과향 물질 및 딸기향 물질을 포함하는 과일향 물질, 장미꽃을 포함하는 꽃향 물질, 페퍼민트향 물질 및 스피아민트향 물질을 포함하는 민트향 물질, 자일리톨, 피톤치드, 허브, 솔잎(pine)향 물질, 또는 커피향 물질인 담배 패키지.
  19. 제18항에서, 상기 복수개의 궐련은 적어도 일부가 캡슐을 포함하고, 상기 캡슐 내부에 상기 향미 물질이 위치하는 담배 패키지.
  20. 제19항에서, 상기 담배 패키지는 1 개의 포장 박지를 포함하고, 상기 포장 박지는 상기 복수개의 궐련을 둘러싸고 있는 담배 패키지.
  21. 제18항에서, 상기 향미 물질이 포함되어 있는 복수개의 궐련에서 적어도 일부는 상기 향미 물질이 들어 있는 캡슐을 포함하는 담배 패키지.
