Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a disposable pant-type wearing article that can be used as a disposable diaper or a disposable pant for incontinence patients.
  • a disposable pant-type wearing article having a pant-type chassis and a body fluid-absorbing panel bonded to the inner surface thereof is known and well known.
  • a pant-type diaper described in JP-A-2006-141494 includes an exterior sheet and an hourglass-shaped liquid absorber.
  • the exterior sheet is folded in two in the crotch region to form a pants-shaped chassis similar to a trunks type, and the liquid absorber is joined to the inner surface of the exterior sheet.
  • An elastic member is attached to the periphery of the bay portion formed in the exterior sheet in order to form the leg opening of the pants-type diaper.
  • An elastic member extending in the lateral direction is also attached to the front body portion and the rear body portion of the exterior sheet.
  • the pants-type diaper described in Patent Document 1 is intended to bring a liquid absorber integrated with the exterior sheet into close contact with the body by the action of an elastic member attached to the exterior sheet. Even if it is prepared separately, as a pants-type diaper, if you try to pull up the liquid absorber above the body after wearing it, the exterior sheet will also be pulled up, the bay entrance part of the exterior sheet There is a case where the leg elastic member attached to the periphery always approaches the base of the leg. Therefore, in the case where a leakage breaker standing up by the action of the elastic member is formed on both sides of the liquid absorber, when the leg elastic member is in such a state, the standing of the leakage breaker is hindered and the diaper Then, side leakage of body fluid is likely to occur.
  • the present invention includes a front waistline region, a rear waistline region, and a crotch region, each of which has an inner surface facing the wearer's skin, and a pant-shaped chassis,
  • a body fluid absorbing panel that extends in the center to the front waistline region and the rear waistline region and is joined to the inner surface of the chassis is provided with a waistline opening and a pair of leghole openings formed in the chassis. It is a disposable pants-type wearing article.
  • the chassis has a front portion including the front waistline region and a part of the crotch region, and a rear portion including the rear waistline region and a part of the crotch region.
  • a plurality of front elastic members extending in the width direction of the front waistline region and spaced apart from each other in the vertical direction of the front waistline region are attached to the front portion, and the lowermost portion of the front elastic members.
  • the at least one lowermost elastic member positioned at the end extends in a tensioned state along the front edge portion of each of the pair of leg openings, and is formed at a front portion of the crotch region between the pair of leg openings.
  • a plurality of rear elastic members extending in the width direction of the rear waist region and spaced apart from each other in the vertical direction of the rear waist region are attached to the rear portion, and the lowermost of the rear elastic members
  • the at least one lowermost elastic member located in the section extends in a tensioned state along the rear edge portion of each of the pair of leg openings, and in the rear portion of the crotch region between the pair of leg openings. It extends in a relaxed state as compared with the rear edge portion.
  • the body fluid-absorbing panel includes a front end portion that is bonded to the inner surface of the front waistline region, a rear end portion that is bonded to the inner surface of the rear waistline region, the front end portion, and the rear An intermediate portion that is between the end portions and in a non-bonded state with respect to the inner surface of the crotch region. Containment on both sides of the body fluid absorbent panel in the width direction has a propensity to stand up from the inner surface of the body fluid absorbent panel under the contracting action of an elastic member extending between the front end portion and the rear end portion. A flap is formed.
  • both side portions of the chassis in the width direction extend to a lower end portion of the body fluid absorbent panel located inside the crotch region in the vertical direction.
  • the front elastic member and the rear elastic member are included separately from the members forming the front and rear waist regions.
  • a panel member that does not occur is interposed between the front waistline region and the rear waistline region.
  • the lowermost elastic member of the front elastic member and the lowermost elastic member of the rear elastic member do not extend to the inner crotch portion of the crotch region, and the crotch Crosses the area.
  • the inner crotch portion of the crotch region does not include an elastic member extending in the front-rear direction in a tension state.
  • the front waistline region is pleated uniformly in the entire width direction by contraction of the front elastic member in a portion below the front end portion of the body fluid absorbent panel. It is formed and the width is uniform.
  • the rear waistline region has a pleat uniformly in the entire width direction due to contraction of the elastic member in a portion below the rear end portion of the body fluid absorbent panel. It is formed and the width is uniform.
  • both ends of the body fluid-absorbing panel having the containment flaps are joined to the inner surfaces of the front and rear waist regions of the pants-type chassis, respectively, in the crotch region of the body fluid-absorbing panel.
  • An intermediate part and the crotch region of the chassis are in a non-joined state.
