技术领域
本发明涉及螺丝组装设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种可自动组装组合式螺丝的全自动螺丝组装设备。
背景技术
组合式螺丝在很多行业都会使用到,其结构由分立的两部分组成,在出厂时一般由厂家将其组装好。在传统技术中,组装螺丝通常有两种方式:一种是手工方式,另一种是半自动方式。手工方式采用纯人工组装,费时费力、生产效率低、人力成本高,不适合现在代化大规模工业生产;半自动方式采用半机械半手工操作,生产效率较手工方式有所提高,但机械成本高、生产效率并不理想,这种方式每分钟大概可组装6套产品,远不能满足现代化生产要求;另外还有输送带式分步骤自动组装,但其所用到的设备机型大、占地宽、造价高、耗能大,很难向全社会推广应用。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种生产效率高、操作方便、耗能低的全自动螺丝组装设备。
(二)技术方案
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种全自动螺丝组装设备,包括送料部分和组装部分,所述送料部分包括振盘架,在所述振盘架上安装有两个旋振器,在其中一个旋振器上安装有用于盛放上半部产品的进料振动盘,在另一个旋振器上安装有用于盛放下半部产品的进料振动盘,每个进料振动盘都安装有进料槽,所述振盘架上还设置有用于控制进料振动盘工作的控制按钮;所述组装部分包括组装架,所述组装架上设有控制所述组装部分工作的操作面板,所述组装架上安装有取料机构,所述取料机构与所述送料部分的进料槽对接,所述取料机构上方设置有进给机头;所述进给机头上安装有进给缸、对螺丝产品进行组装工作的组装工具、及驱动组装工具工作的马达;所述取料机构包括组装托架,在所述组装托架上安装有取料固定部,所述取料固定部分为上下两部分,上面部分为活动部分并与传送上半部产品的进料槽对接,下面部分为固定部分并与传送下半部产品的进料槽对接;所述取料固定部的上面部分连接有取料缸;所述取料固定部的上面部分包括有可向两侧移动的平夹和V夹,所述平夹的端面为平直结构,所述V夹的端面开设有用于容置上半部产品的V形口,所述平夹和V夹合上时平夹将所述V形口封住;所述平夹和V夹分开时形成的取料口与传送上半部产品的进料槽对接。
优选地,所述送料振动盘内设有用于放置产品的可旋转的旋涡槽,所述旋涡槽由盘底起始沿盘内壁向上延伸,并最终连接到与所述送料振动盘相连的进料槽。
优选地,在所述取料固定部的下方设置有下料槽,所述下料槽的下端对准下方的成品框,所述下料槽安装在所述组装托架上。
优选地,所述组装托架安装在机身上,所述进给机头安装在机身上,所述机身安装在所述组装架上。
优选地,在所述组装架上安装有报警装置。
优选地,所述报警装置为报警器。
(三)有益效果
本发明通过采用独创设计的进料振动盘、进料槽、取料固定机构、组装工具等相互配合工作,使整个螺丝组装过程实现完全自动化,设备的操作简单,体积小、重量轻,其质量一般不超过300kg;造价低、耗能小,每小时耗电不超过0.38度,并且效率高,每分钟可组装40套左右,相当于半自动组装方式的6倍以上。

具体实施方式
本发明提出的全自动螺丝组装设备,结合附图及实施例详细说明如下。
本实施例中,图1/3-3/3所示为依照本发明一种实施方式的全自动螺丝组装设备,包括送料部分和组装部分,送料部分包括振盘架6,在振盘架6上安装有两个旋振器21,在其中一个旋振器21上安装有一用于盛放上半部产品(组合式螺丝通常由上半部分和下半部分组成)的进料振动盘一1,在另一个旋振器21上安装有一用于盛放下半部产品的进料振动盘二2,每个进料振动盘都安装有一进料槽,具体是进料振动盘一1连接进料槽二4,进料振动盘二2连接进料槽一3,振盘架6上还设置有用于控制进料振动盘工作的控制按钮5;组装部分包括组装架7,组装架7上设有控制组装部分工作的操作面板,组装架7上安装有取料机构8,取料机构8与送料部分的进料槽对接,取料机构8上方设置有进给机头11;进给机头11上安装有进给缸15、对螺丝产品进行组装工作的组装工具14及驱动组装工具14工作的马达12。
进料振动盘内设有用于放置产品的可旋转的旋涡槽,旋涡槽由盘底起始沿盘内壁向上延伸,并最终连接到与该进料振动盘相连的进料槽,在机器工作过程中,旋涡槽始终保持旋转运动状态。
所述取料机构8包括组装托架18,在组装托架18上安装有取料固定部,取料固定部分为上下两部分,上面部分为活动部分,用于固定上半部产品,其与传送上半部产品的进料槽一4对接,下面部分为固定部分,用于固定下半部产品,其与传送下半部产品的进料槽二3对接。
取料固定部的上面部分包括有可向两侧移动的平夹19和V夹20,平夹19的端面为平直结构,V夹20的端面开设有一用于容置上半部产品的V形口,平夹19和V夹20合上时平夹将V形口封住;平夹19和V夹20分开时形成的取料口与传送上半部产品的进料槽一4对接;取料固定部的上面部分安装有取料缸一16和取料缸二17,具体是取料缸二17控制平夹19和V夹20的开合,取料缸一16控制以平夹19和V夹20组成的取料固定部上面部分的进退。
在取料固定部的下方设置有下料槽10,下料槽10的下端对准下方的成品框,下料槽10安装在组装托架18上。
所述组装托架18安装在机身9上,进给机头11也安装在机身9上,机身9安装在组装架7上。
在组装架上安装有报警灯13,当然也可以是其它报警器,如声音报警器等,在机器发生异常情况时会报警。
工作原理说明:将螺丝的上半部分放置在进料振动盘一1内,下半部分放置在进料振动盘二2内,开动机器,操作相应的控制按钮5,两个旋振器21开始运转,分别带动两个进料振动盘的内层部分旋转,放置在进料振动盘内的产品被逐渐旋转上旋涡槽,然后由旋涡槽带着向上运动直到进入进料槽,其中,螺丝的上半部分通过进料槽一4送到取料固定部的上面部分,在取料缸二17的控制下,此时平夹19和V夹20是分开的,待产品送到位后,取料缸二17控制平夹19和V夹20合上将产品夹住,在取料缸一16的作用下移动到与取料固定部的下面部分相对齐的位置;螺丝的下半部分则通过进料槽二3送到取料固定部的下面部分并被固定,待螺丝的上下两部分相互对齐后,平夹19松开,进给缸15工作,旋转着的组装工具14向下运动快速将螺丝的上下两部分组装好并迅速返回;随后平夹19和V夹20在取料缸一16的作用下再次后退至与下料槽10对齐的位置,取料缸二17控制平夹19和V夹20打开,组装好的产品自动掉落在下料槽10内并顺着下料槽10落入成品框中。平夹19和V夹20则再次返回到与进料槽一4相对接的位置取料,如此循环地工作。
经实际检测,本发明的耗电量每小时不超过0.38度,每分钟可组装40套左右产品。

    所述送料部分包括振盘架,在所述振盘架上安装有两个旋振器,在其中一个旋振器上安装有用于盛放上半部产品的进料振动盘,在另一个旋振器上安装有用于盛放下半部产品的进料振动盘,每个进料振动盘都安装有进料槽,所述振盘架上还设置有用于控制进料振动盘工作的控制按钮;
    所述组装部分包括组装架,所述组装架上设有控制所述组装部分工作的操作面板,所述组装架上安装有取料机构,所述取料机构与所述送料部分的进料槽对接,所述取料机构上方设置有进给机头;所述进给机头上安装有进给缸、对螺丝产品进行组装工作的组装工具、及驱动组装工具工作的马达;所述取料机构包括组装托架,在所述组装托架上安装有取料固定部,所述取料固定部分为上下两部分,上面部分为活动部分并与传送上半部产品的进料槽对接,下面部分为固定部分并与传送下半部产品的进料槽对接;所述取料固定部的上面部分连接有取料缸;所述取料固定部的上面部分包括有可向两侧移动的平夹和V夹,所述平夹的端面为平直结构,所述V夹的端面开设有用于容置上半部产品的V形口,所述平夹和V夹合上时平夹将所述V形口封住;所述平夹和V夹分开时形成的取料口与传送上半部产品的进料槽对接。
    2、如权利要求1所述的全自动螺丝组装设备,其特征在于,所述送料振动盘内设有用于放置产品的可旋转的旋涡槽,所述旋涡槽由盘底起始沿盘内壁向上延伸,并最终连接到与所述送料振动盘相连的进料槽。
