Description
本発明は、含フッ素医農薬等の原料化合物または中間体化合物として有用なβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物の製造方法に関する。
β,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物は、求核剤に対する反応性が高いという特徴から、例えば、含フッ素医農薬を製造する際に、含フッ素有機基を導入するための化合物として使用が可能である。
例えば、グラム陽性菌、メシチリン耐性ブドウ球菌に対する抗菌活性を有する誘導体が、特許文献1に開示されている。特許文献1においては、イソプロピル-β,β-ジフルオロアクリレートを用いて、1,3-双極子付加反応によりジフルオロ基を有するピペリジン環の構築を行い、キノリンカルボン酸誘導体およびその塩を得ている。
また、特許文献2には、メチル=β,β-ジフルオロアクリレート等のパーフルオロビニル化合物をオレフィンモノマーとした重合体は耐酸化性に優れたイオン交換膜であるということが開示されている。
一方、β,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物の合成方法としては、例えば、以下の合成方法(1)~(3)が挙げられる。
合成方法(1):2,2,2-トリフルオロエチルトシラートから調製されるジフルオロビニルボランをヨウ化銅(I)存在下で酸塩化物と作用させることによりβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β不飽和カルボニル化合物を得る方法(非特許文献1)。
合成方法(2):ビニルエーテルへの光照射下でジブロモジフルオロメタンを付加し、その後、臭化水素(HBr)脱離させて、ジフルオロアクリレートを得る方法(非特許文献2)。
合成方法(3):トリエチルボラン存在下、ケテンシリルアセタールとジブロモジフルオロメタンを反応させ、ジフルオロアクリレートを得る方法(非特許文献3)。
合成方法(1):2,2,2-トリフルオロエチルトシラートから調製されるジフルオロビニルボランをヨウ化銅(I)存在下で酸塩化物と作用させることによりβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β不飽和カルボニル化合物を得る方法(非特許文献1)。
合成方法(2):ビニルエーテルへの光照射下でジブロモジフルオロメタンを付加し、その後、臭化水素(HBr)脱離させて、ジフルオロアクリレートを得る方法(非特許文献2)。
合成方法(3):トリエチルボラン存在下、ケテンシリルアセタールとジブロモジフルオロメタンを反応させ、ジフルオロアクリレートを得る方法(非特許文献3)。
上記の合成方法(1)は、ホウ素化合物であるジフルオロビニルボランを用いた反応であり、中間生成物の単離・精製を行うことなく一気に目的化合物を合成する、ワンポット合成反応にて、β,β-ジフルオロ-α,β不飽和カルボニル化合物で高収率に目的物を得ることができる、また、酸塩化物を変更することで、β,β-ジフルオロ-α,β不飽和カルボニル化合物に種々の炭素置換基、酸素または窒素原子を導入することが可能であるという利点を有する。
しかしながら、ジフルオロビニルボランを使用するために、含ホウ素廃水規制に適合するための廃水処理を行う必要があり、ジフルオロビニルボランの調製時に低温下でのみ取り扱い可能で取り扱いおよび操作が難しい、高価なブチルリチウムを二当量、即ち、多量に必要とすること等から、プラント等での商業生産が目的の工業的な製造方法には、採用し難いという問題があった。
しかしながら、ジフルオロビニルボランを使用するために、含ホウ素廃水規制に適合するための廃水処理を行う必要があり、ジフルオロビニルボランの調製時に低温下でのみ取り扱い可能で取り扱いおよび操作が難しい、高価なブチルリチウムを二当量、即ち、多量に必要とすること等から、プラント等での商業生産が目的の工業的な製造方法には、採用し難いという問題があった。
上記(2)の合成方法は、多段階の反応を必要とし、β,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物の収率が低いことから、β,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物を得るための効率的な手法とは言い難い。
上記(2)、(3)の合成方法において使用するジブロモジフルオロメタンは、オゾン層破壊物質として使用が制限される特定ハロン類に分類されており、上記(2)、(3)の合成方法によるβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物の合成は実用的でなく、プラントでの商業生産が目的のβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物の工業的な製造方法としては、採用し難いという問題があった。

従来技術、例えば上記の合成方法(1)~(3)に準拠して、β,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物を合成することは可能ではあるが、上述の廃水処理の問題、環境破壊物質の使用の問題、または多段階反応を要する煩雑な化学操作のために、工業的な製造方法としては採用し難いという問題があった。 また、β,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物の製造方法には、通常、β,β,β-トリフルオロ-カルボニル化合物からの、塩基存在下でのフッ化水素酸を脱離反応させる等の合成反応が考えられる。
よって、本発明者らは、以下の反応式に記載の、トリエチルアミン存在下でフッ化水素酸を脱離させる反応を試みた。しかしながら、反応は容易には進行しなかった。また、反応したとしても、ジフルオロビニル基がカルボン酸に変換され、目的化合物であるβ, β-ジフルオロ-α, β-不飽和カルボニル化合物が得られないことがわかった。即ち、当該反応は進行しにくいばかりか、β,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物が塩基に弱く、ジフルオロビニル基がカルボン酸に変換される過反応が起こり、目的化合物であるβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物が得られないという結果となった。
本発明は、上記問題を解決し、β,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物をより簡便で実用的に製造する、工業的な製造方法として採用するに好適な、β,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物の製造方法を提供することを目的とする。
本発者らが鋭意検討したところ、例えば、試薬等として市販され、入手が容易なβ,β,β-トリフルオロカルボニル化合物を、トリアルキルアミンの存在下、シリル化剤でシリル化することで、シリルエノールエーテル類を得、得られたシリルエノールエーテル類にルイス酸を加え反応させることで、速やかにフッ化物イオンの脱離反応を進行させ、例えば、3級フッ化シリル化合物を脱離させることで、β,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物が得られることがわかった。
尚、本発明において、ルイス酸とは電子対を受け取るものをいい、具体的には、三塩化アルミニウム、四塩化チタン、三塩化チタン、四塩化スズ、三フッ化ホウ素、三臭化ホウ素、三トリフルオロメタンスルホン化ホウ素、二塩化鉄、三塩化鉄、三塩化ニオブ、または五塩化ニオブが挙げられ、特に入手し易く毒性の低い四塩化チタン、三塩化アルミニウムおよび三フッ化ホウ素を用いることが好ましい。

本発明により、β,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物を合成する際に、従来技術である、例えば前述の(1)~(3)の合成方法が有する廃水処理の問題、環境破壊物質の使用の問題、および多段階反応を要する煩雑な化学操作のために、工業的な製造方法としては採用し難いという問題が解決された。
本発明のβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物の製造方法を用いれば、廃水処理および環境破壊物質の使用の問題なく、ワンポット合成反応で、より簡便にβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物が得られた。
具体的には、本発明のβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物の製造方法において、試薬として市販される一般式(3)で表されるβ,β,β-トリフルオロカルボニル化合物を用いて合成した一般式(1)で表されるシリルエノールエーテル類に、ルイス酸を添加することで極めて簡便に、一般式(2)で表されるβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物が合成できた。
具体的には、本発明のβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物の製造方法において、試薬として市販される一般式(3)で表されるβ,β,β-トリフルオロカルボニル化合物を用いて合成した一般式(1)で表されるシリルエノールエーテル類に、ルイス酸を添加することで極めて簡便に、一般式(2)で表されるβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物が合成できた。
また、本発明のβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物類の製造方法において、一般式(3)で表されるβ,β,β-トリフルオロカルボニル化合物から、一般式(1)で表されるシリルエノールエーテル類を経由するワンポット反応で、一般式(2)で表されるβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物が合成可能である。
また、本発明のβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物の製造方法は、オゾン層破壊物質として使用の困難なジフルオロジブロモメタンを用いることのない合成プロセスを達成しており、環境にも優しい合成方法とも言える。
以上のことより、本発明のβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物類の製造方法は、煩雑な操作を必要とせず、工業生産におけるβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物の製造に好適に採用できる、きわめて優れた製造方法である。
以下、本発明を詳細に説明する。本発明の範囲はこれらの説明に拘束されることはなく、以下の例示以外についても、本発明の趣旨を損なわない範囲で適宜変更し実施することができる。なお、本明細書は、本願優先権主張の基礎となる特願2010-186860号明細書の全体を包含する。また、本明細書において引用された全ての刊行物、例えば先行技術文献、および公開公報、特許公報その他の特許文献は、参照として本明細書に組み込まれる。
本発明は、シリルエノールエーテル類とルイス酸とを反応させることを特徴とするβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物の製造方法である。即ち、本発明の製造方法において、シリルエノールエーテル類をルイス酸と反応させて、β,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物に変換する。
本発明のβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物の製造方法について、以下、具体例を挙げて説明するが、本発明の、β,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物の製造方法は以下の具体例に制限されるものではない。
本発明のβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物の製造方法における反応機構を、以下の反応式に示す。以下に示すように、ルイス酸を添加することで、一般式(1)で表されるシリルエノールエーテル類より、フッ化物イオンを脱離させ、得られたシリルエノールエーテル類のカチオン種(カッコ内)に対してルイス酸のフッ化物錯体が作用することで、一般式(5)で表される三級のフッ化シリル化合物が生成し、目的化合物である一般式(2)で表されるβ、β-ジフルオロ-α、β-不飽和カルボニル化合物が得られた。
本発明のβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物の製造方法における、シリルエノールエーテル類より、β,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物を得る合成反応は、少量のルイス酸を媒介とするものであり、同時に求核性を有するフッ化物イオンはフッ化シリル種として採取されるために、反応生成物であるβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物の分解を促進する化学的因子が極めて少ない反応プロセスを構築していると思われる。実際に、本発明のβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物の製造方法における、シリルエノールエーテル類から生成物であるβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物への変換率、および選択率も極めて高いものであった。
次いで、本発明のβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物の製造方法の要素である反応物における原料化合物および生成物における目的化合物について説明する。

本明のβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物の製造方法の原料化合物は一般式(3):
で表されるβ,β,β-トリフルオロカルボニル化合物、または一般式(1):
で表されるシリルエノールエーテル類である。
一般式(1)~(3)において、R1は、水素原子、置換基を有していてもよい炭素数1~8の鎖状もしくは置換基を有していてもよい炭素数3~8の環状のアルキル基、または置換基を有していてもよい炭素数6~10のアリール基を表す。アリール基には、フェニル基も含まれる。R1の水素原子はフッ素原子、塩素原子、臭素原子またはヨウ素原子で置換されていてもよい。
R1について、具体的には、以下に示す鎖状アルキル基、環状アルキル基、アリール基または含窒素アリール基が挙げられるが、原料である一般式(3)で表されるβ,β,β-トリフルオロカルボニル化合物の入手および合成が容易であることにより、特に好ましくは水素原子である。

R5について、具体的には、以下の鎖状アルキル基、環状アルキル基、アリール基、含窒素アリール基またはイオウ含有アリール基が挙げられるが、原料である一般式(3)で表されるβ,β,β-トリフルオロカルボニル化合物の入手および合成が容易であることにより、特に好ましくはアルコキシ基であり、具体的にはメトキシ基、エトキシ基、n-プロポキシ基、イソプロポキシ基、ベンジロキシ基が好ましく、特に好ましくはメトキシ基である。

また、本発明のβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物の製造方法は、前段反応であるシリルエノールエーテル類を得る反応、後段反応であるシリルエノールエーテル類にルイス酸を添加して、フッ化物イオンを脱離させβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物を得る反応に分けられる。
本発明のβ,β-ジフルオロ-α, β-不飽和カルボニル化合物の製造方法における、前段反応であるシリルエノールエーテル類を得る反応、後段反応であるシリルエノールエーテル類にルイス酸を添加して、フッ化物イオンを脱離させβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物を得る反応について、順を追って説明する。
2.1 前段反応
本発明のβ,β-ジフルオロ-α, β-不飽和カルボニル化合物の製造方法における、前段反応であるシリルエノールエーテル類を得る反応、後段反応であるシリルエノールエーテル類にルイス酸を添加して、フッ化物イオンを脱離させβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物を得る反応について、順を追って説明する。
2.1 前段反応
一般式(1)で表されるシリルエノールエーテル類は、一般式(3)で表されるβ,β,β-トリフルオロカルボニル化合物と一般式(4)で表されるシリル化剤、およびトリメチルアミン、トリエチルアミン等の3級アミン等の塩基の存在下、以下の手法で合成できる。
例えば、一般式(1)で表されるシリルエノールエーテル類において、R1が水素原子、R2、R3、R4がいずれもメチル基、およびR5がメトキシ基であるシリルエノールエーテル類を得る反応について説明する。

一般式(3で表されるβ,β,β-トリフルオロカルボニル化合物において、R1が水素原子、R5がメトキシ基であるβ,β,β-トリフルオロカルボニル化合物を用意して、当該化合物に、トリメチルアミン存在下で、一般式(4)で表されるシリル化剤として、トリメチルシリルトリフルオロメタンスルホナートを加えた後に蒸留すること等で、高純度に一般式(1)で表されるシリルエノールエーテル類を得ることができる。

尚、本発明のβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物の製造方法において、R2、R3およびR4は、共通してメチル基、エチル基、n-プロピル基、iso-プロピル基、n-ブチル基、t-ブチル基、n-プロピル基、n-オクチル基、ベンジル基またはフェニル基であることが好ましく、入手し易く安価なことより、特に好ましくはメチル基である。
R2、R3およびR4は、上述のように、共通してメチル基、エチル基、n-プロピル基、iso-プロピル基、n-ブチル基、t-ブチル基、n-プロピル基、n-オクチル基、ベンジル基またはフェニル基であることが好ましく、特に好ましくはメチル基である。
Xは塩素原子、臭素原子、ヨウ素原子、トリフルオロメタンスルホニルオキシ基、またはビストリフルオロメタンスルホニルイミド基である。

本発明のβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物の製造方法において、入手し易く安価なことより、シリル化剤は、特に好ましくはトリメチルシリルクロリドまたはトリメチルシリルトリフルオロメタンスルホナートである。
また、本発明のβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物の製造方法において、一般式(3)で表されるβ,β,β-トリフルオロカルボニル化合物をシリルエノールエーテル化し一般式(1)で表されるシリルエノールエーテル類を得る際に使用する、シリル化剤の化学当量は、原料化合物である一般式(3)で表されるβ,β,β-トリフルオロカルボニル化合物のモル数に対して0.3当量以上、3.0当量以下であり、0.7当量以上、2.0当量以下が好ましく、特に、0.9当量以上、1.5当量以下が好ましい。
0.3当量未満では、一般式(3)で表されるβ,β,β-トリフルオロカルボニル化合物から一般式(1)で表されるシリルエノールエーテル類を得る際の変換効率が悪く、一般式(2)で表されるβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物の精製に負荷が掛かり工業的な製造方法とはなりえず、3.0当量を超えると、一般式(3)で表されるβ,β,β-トリフルオロカルボニル化合物から一般式(1)で表されるシリルエノールエーテル類を得る反応に関与しないシリル化剤の量が多く、実用的ではない。
0.3当量未満では、一般式(3)で表されるβ,β,β-トリフルオロカルボニル化合物から一般式(1)で表されるシリルエノールエーテル類を得る際の変換効率が悪く、一般式(2)で表されるβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物の精製に負荷が掛かり工業的な製造方法とはなりえず、3.0当量を超えると、一般式(3)で表されるβ,β,β-トリフルオロカルボニル化合物から一般式(1)で表されるシリルエノールエーテル類を得る反応に関与しないシリル化剤の量が多く、実用的ではない。
本発明のβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物の製造方法において、一般式(4)で表されるシリル化剤を用いて、一般式(3)で表されるβ,β,β-トリフルオロカルボニル化合物から一般式(1)で表されるシリルエノールエーテル類を得る際のシリルエノールエーテル化反応を円滑に進めることを目的として、塩基を添加する。塩基には、一般的に使用されている塩基を使用することができ、三級アミンであるトリエチルアミン、トリメチルアミン、ピリジン、2,6-ジメチルピリジン、N,N-ジメチルアミノピリジン、またはジアザビシクロウンデセン(以下、DBUと略する。)、炭酸水素塩である炭酸水素カリウム、炭酸水素ナトリウム、炭酸塩である炭酸カリウム、炭酸ナトリウム、あるいは水酸化物である水酸化カリウム、水酸化ナトリウム、または水酸化カルシウムを用いることができる。入手しやすく安価なことより、特に好ましくはトリエチルアミンもしくはピリジンである。
本発明のβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物の製造方法において、一般式(3)で表されるβ,β,β-トリフルオロカルボニル化合物から一般式(1)で表されるシリルエノールエーテル類を得る際のシリルエノールエーテル化反応に使用する、前述の塩基の化学当量は、一般式(3)で表されるβ,β,β-トリフルオロカルボニル化合物の総モル数に対して20.0当量以下であり、好ましくは0.7当量以上、5.0当量以下であり、特に好ましくは、0.9当量以上、1.5当量以下である。20.0当量を超えるとシリルエノールエーテル化反応に関与しない塩基の量が多く、無駄であり実用的ではない。
本発明のβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物の製造方法において、前述のシリルエノールエーテル化反応は、特に溶媒を使用しなくても進行するが、シリルエノールエーテル化反応における、反応生成物の選択率、反応速度、反応における操作性、触媒効率を上げることを目的として、溶媒を使用してもよい。前記溶媒には、アルコール系、ニトリル系、アミド系、スルホキシド系、エーテル系、ハロゲン系、芳香族炭化水素系、炭化水素系、または多種の塩基性溶媒を用いることができる。
本発明のβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物の製造方法における、シリルエノールエーテル化反応に使用するアルコール系溶媒としては、メタノール、エタノール、プロパノールまたはエチレングリコール、ニトリル系溶媒としては、アセトニトリル、またはベンゾニトリル、アミド系溶媒としては、N,N-ジメチルホルムアミド、N,N-ジメチルアセトアミド、またはN,N-ジメチルイミダゾリジノン、スルホキシド系溶媒としてはジメチルスルホキシド、エーテル系溶媒としては、ジエチルエーテル、ジイソプロピルエーテル、ジブチルエーテル、またはテトラヒドロフラン、ハロゲン系溶媒としては、塩化メチレンまたはクロロホルム、四塩化炭素、芳香族系炭化水素溶媒と
しては、ベンゼン、トルエンまたはキシレン、炭化水素系溶媒としては、ペンタン、ヘキサンまたはヘプタン、あるいは塩基性溶媒としては、ピリジンまたはトリエチルアミンが挙げられ、これら化合物より選ばれた少なくとも1種の化合物を用いることが好ましい。
しては、ベンゼン、トルエンまたはキシレン、炭化水素系溶媒としては、ペンタン、ヘキサンまたはヘプタン、あるいは塩基性溶媒としては、ピリジンまたはトリエチルアミンが挙げられ、これら化合物より選ばれた少なくとも1種の化合物を用いることが好ましい。
本発明のβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物の製造方法におけるシリルエノールエーテル化反応においては、特にジイソプロピルエーテル、ヘキサン、ヘプタン、クロロホルム、塩化メチレンを溶媒として使用することがより好ましい。
溶媒を使用する場合、その効果は使用される溶媒によって変化するため、その溶媒の量を一義的に決めることはできないが、原料化合物である一般式(3)で表されるβ,β,β-トリフルオロカルボニル化合物の質量に対して、5質量%以上、1000質量%以下の範囲が好ましく、3質量%から500質量%がより好ましい。5質量%未満では加える効果がなく、また1000質量%を超えて加える必要はなく実用的ではない。
本発明のβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物の製造方法における、シリルエノールエーテル化反応の反応温度は、特に限定するものではないが、溶媒の凝固する温度から沸点まで反応可能である。特に、反応温度としては、-20℃以上、50℃以下、好ましくは、-20℃以上、30℃以下が好適に採用される。
β, β-ジフルオロ-α, β-不飽和カルボニル化合物が塩基に弱く、塩基が過剰であるとジフルオロビニル基がカルボン酸に変換される過反応が起こり、目的化合物であるβ, β-ジフルオロ-α, β-不飽和カルボニル化合物が得られない。また、50℃を超えた反応域では、トリエチルアミンの作用によって、過反応を起こしてしまう懸念がある。
β, β-ジフルオロ-α, β-不飽和カルボニル化合物が塩基に弱く、塩基が過剰であるとジフルオロビニル基がカルボン酸に変換される過反応が起こり、目的化合物であるβ, β-ジフルオロ-α, β-不飽和カルボニル化合物が得られない。また、50℃を超えた反応域では、トリエチルアミンの作用によって、過反応を起こしてしまう懸念がある。
本発明のβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物の製造方法における、シリルエノールエーテル化反応は窒素または希ガス等の反応性の乏しいイナートガス雰囲気下で進行するが、大気下で反応を行ってもイナートガス雰囲気下での反応との間に有意な差は認められず、特に大量規模で合成を行なう場合には、イナートガスを使用することなく、大気下で反応を行う方が、実用的である。
用いる反応器は、塩基性下の反応であるので、四フッ化エチレン樹脂、クロロトリフルオロエチレン樹脂、フッ化ビニリデン樹脂、PFA(テトラフルオロエチレン とパーフルオロアルコキシエチレンとの共重合体)樹脂またはガラス等を内部にライニングした容器、ガラス容器、またはステンレス製容器等を用いることが好ましい。
一般式(1)で表されるシリルエノールエーテル類には、E異性体およびZ異性体が存在し、シリルエノールエーテル化反応に際して有機基の立体的嵩高さにより選択性は変化するが、本発明のβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物の製造方法において、どちらの異性体を使用しても目的物である一般式(2)で表されるβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物を良好に得ることができ、また、異性体を混合物として用いることもできる。

本発明のβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物の製造方法の後段の反応である、一般式(1)で表されるシリルエノールエーテル類にルイス酸を添加してフッ化物イオンを脱離させ一般式(2)で表されるβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物を得る反応は、バッチ式の反応器において実施することができる。また、マイクロリアクター等のフロー式の反応器にいても実施することができる。以下にバッチ式の反応器を用いた際の反応条件を述べるが、それぞれの反応装置において当業者が容易に調節しうる程度の反応条件の変更を妨げるものではない。
本発明のβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物の製造方法の後段の反応に使用するルイス酸は、三塩化アルミニウム、四塩化チタン、三塩化チタン、四塩化スズ、三フッ化ホウ素、三臭化ホウ素、三トリフルオロメタンスルホン化ホウ素、二塩化鉄、三塩化鉄、三塩化ニオブ、または五塩化ニオブが挙げられ、特に入手し易く毒性の低い四塩化チタン、塩化アルミニウムおよび三フッ化ホウ素を用いることが好ましい。
使用するルイス酸のモル数は、反応に用いるシリルエノールエーテル類の総モル数に対して、0.01モル%以上、10モル%以下であり、好ましくは、0.1モル%以上、5モル%以下である。反応に用いるシリルエノールエーテル類の総モル数に対して、ルイス酸のモル数が0.01モル%未満では、後段反応の変換率が上がらず原料が残存し、目的化合物である一般式(2)で表されるβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物の精製に負荷が掛かるため好ましくない。また、ルイス酸のモル数が10モル%を超えるとこれ以上反応を促進する効果は望めず、経済的に好ましくない。
一般式(1)で表されるシリルエノールエーテル類にルイス酸を添加してフッ化物イオンを脱離させ一般式(2)で表されるβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物を得る反応は、特に溶媒を使用しなくても進行するが、反応選択率、反応速度、操作性または触媒効率を上げることを目的として溶媒を使用することもできる。
前記溶媒には、アルコール系、ニトリル系、アミド系、スルホキシド系、エーテル系、ハロゲン系、芳香族炭化水素系、炭化水素系、または塩基性等の多種の溶媒を用いることができる。
アルコール系溶媒としては、メタノール、エタノール、プロパノールまたはエチレングリコール、ニトリル系溶媒としては、アセトニトリル、またはベンゾニトリル、アミド系溶媒としては、N,N-ジメチルホルムアミド、N,N-ジメチルアセトアミド、またはN,N-ジメチルイミダゾリジノン、スルホキシド系溶媒としてはジメチルスルホキシド、エーテル系溶媒としては、ジエチルエーテル、ジイソプロピルエーテル、ジブチルエーテル、またはテトラヒドロフラン、ハロゲン系溶媒としては、塩化メチレンまたはクロロホルム、四塩化炭素、芳香族系炭化水素溶媒としては、ベンゼン、トルエンまたはキシレン、炭化水素系溶媒としては、ペンタン、ヘキサンまたはヘプタン、あるいは塩基性溶媒としては、ピリジンまたはトリエチルアミンが挙げられ、これら化合物より選ばれた少なくとも1種の化合物を用いることが好ましい。
アルコール系溶媒としては、メタノール、エタノール、プロパノールまたはエチレングリコール、ニトリル系溶媒としては、アセトニトリル、またはベンゾニトリル、アミド系溶媒としては、N,N-ジメチルホルムアミド、N,N-ジメチルアセトアミド、またはN,N-ジメチルイミダゾリジノン、スルホキシド系溶媒としてはジメチルスルホキシド、エーテル系溶媒としては、ジエチルエーテル、ジイソプロピルエーテル、ジブチルエーテル、またはテトラヒドロフラン、ハロゲン系溶媒としては、塩化メチレンまたはクロロホルム、四塩化炭素、芳香族系炭化水素溶媒としては、ベンゼン、トルエンまたはキシレン、炭化水素系溶媒としては、ペンタン、ヘキサンまたはヘプタン、あるいは塩基性溶媒としては、ピリジンまたはトリエチルアミンが挙げられ、これら化合物より選ばれた少なくとも1種の化合物を用いることが好ましい。
一般式(1)で表されるシリルエノールエーテル類にルイス酸を添加してフッ化物イオンを脱離させ一般式(2)で表されるβ, β-ジフルオロ-α, β-不飽和カルボニル化合物を得る本発明における反応では、ジイソプロピルエーテル、ヘキサン、ヘプタン、クロロホルム、または塩化メチレンを使用することがより好ましい。
後段反応に溶媒を使用する場合、反応選択率、反応速度、操作性、触媒効率を上げる効果は使用する溶媒によって変化するため、その溶媒の量を一義的に決めることはできないが、一般式(1)で表されるシリルエノールエーテル類に対して5質量%以上、1000質量%以下の範囲が好ましく、30質量%以上、500質量%以下がより好ましい。5質量%未満では加える効果がなく、また 1000質量%を超えて加えることは無駄であり、実用的ではない。
後段反応において、原料化合物である一般式(1)で表されるシリルエノールエーテル類、または目的化合生成物である一般式(2)で表されるβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物が重合することを防止することを目的として、反応を重合禁止剤の共存下で行ってもよい。
使用する重合禁止剤はヒドロキノン、メトキノン、2,5-ジ-tert-ブチルヒドロキノン、1,2,4-トリヒドロキシベンゼン、2,5-ビステトラメチルブチルヒドロキノン、ロイコキニザリン、N,N-ジ-2-ナフチル-p-フェニレンジアミン、N,N-ジフェニル-p-フェニレンジアミン、4,4´-ジクミル-ジフェニルアミン、2,2-メチレン-ビス(4-メチル-6-tert-ブチルフェノール)、N-(1-メチルヘプチル)-N´-フェニル-p-フェニレンジアミン、フェノチアジン、2-メトキシフェノチアジン、テトラエチルチウラムジスルフィド、1,1-ジフェニル-2-ピクリルヒドラジル、1,1-ジフェニル-2-ピクリルヒドラジン、アンモニウム、N-ニトロソフェニルヒドロキシルアミン、N-ニトロソフェニルヒドロキシルアミンおよびアンモニウム塩の群から選ばれる少なくとも一種の化合物である。尚、上記の重合禁止剤は市販品であり容易に入手可能である。
使用する重合禁止剤はヒドロキノン、メトキノン、2,5-ジ-tert-ブチルヒドロキノン、1,2,4-トリヒドロキシベンゼン、2,5-ビステトラメチルブチルヒドロキノン、ロイコキニザリン、N,N-ジ-2-ナフチル-p-フェニレンジアミン、N,N-ジフェニル-p-フェニレンジアミン、4,4´-ジクミル-ジフェニルアミン、2,2-メチレン-ビス(4-メチル-6-tert-ブチルフェノール)、N-(1-メチルヘプチル)-N´-フェニル-p-フェニレンジアミン、フェノチアジン、2-メトキシフェノチアジン、テトラエチルチウラムジスルフィド、1,1-ジフェニル-2-ピクリルヒドラジル、1,1-ジフェニル-2-ピクリルヒドラジン、アンモニウム、N-ニトロソフェニルヒドロキシルアミン、N-ニトロソフェニルヒドロキシルアミンおよびアンモニウム塩の群から選ばれる少なくとも一種の化合物である。尚、上記の重合禁止剤は市販品であり容易に入手可能である。
後段反応に使用する重合禁止剤の量は原料化合物の一般式(1)で表されるシリルエノールエーテル類および目的化合物の一般式(3)で表されるβ,β,β-トリフルオロカルボニル化合物をあわせた量に対して、0.00001モル以上、0.1モル以下であり、好ましくは0.00001モル以上、0.05モル以下であり、特に、好ましくは、0.0001以上、0.01モル以下がより好ましい。
重合禁止剤の量が、シリルエノールエーテル類もしくはβ,β,β-トリフルオロカルボニル化合物に対して、0.1モルを超えても重合の抑制に大きな差異はなく、0.1モルを超えて加える必要はない。

後段反応の好ましい反応温度は、-40℃以上、50℃以下である。-40℃より低いと反応が進行せず、50℃より高いと、生成物である一般式(3)で表されるβ,β,β-トリフルオロカルボニル化合物の分解により収率の低下が起こる。そして、それらのうち特に、速やかに反応が起こる-20℃以上、30℃以下を採用することが好ましい。
後段反応に用いる反応器は、テトラフルオロエチレン樹脂、エチレン樹脂、クロロトリフルオロエチレン樹脂、フッ化ビニリデン樹脂、PFA樹脂またはガラス等を内部にライニングした容器、ガラス容器、またはステンレス鋼製容器を用いることが好ましい。
後段反応は前段反応同様、窒素、イナートガス雰囲気下で行うこともできるが、大気下で反応を行ってもよい。
2.3 ワンポット合成
2.3 ワンポット合成
続いて、前述の前段反応から後段反応まで、中間生成物である一般式(1)で表されるシリルエノールエーテル類の単離または精製を行うことなく、原料化合物である一般式(3)で表されるβ,β,β-トリフルオロカルボニル化合物から目的化合物である一般式(2)で表されるβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物を得るワンポット合成に関して記述する。
ワンポット合成反応は、前述の前段反応で得られた、一般式(1)で表されるシリルエノールエーテル類の反応液に、そのままルイス酸を添加することで目的化合物の一般式(2)で表されるβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物を生成する。その際の触媒の種類、量、反応温度等の反応条件に関しては、一般式(1)で表されるシリルエノールエーテル類を単離して、一般式(2)で表されるβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物類を得る際の反応条件と同等である。
即ち、ワンポット合成反応は、一般式(3):

3.後処理、精製工程
続いて、後処理、精製工程についての記述を行う。
前述の後段反応においては、前述の一般式(5)で表される3級フッ化シリル化合物、例えば、トリアルキルシリルフルオリドが副成する。副生する一般式(5)で表される3級フッ化シリル化合物は、反応後に除去してもよいが、反応中に逐次、反応系中から除去してもよい。トリアルキルシリルフルオリドは室温程度でも十分高い蒸気圧を有すものがあり、常圧での溶媒、もしくは、一般式(2)で表されるβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物の還流による脱ガス、減圧での溶媒もしくは基質の還流による脱ガス等の手法を用いることができる。系中にイナートガスを導入して同伴させて取り除いてもよい。
前述の後段反応においては、前述の一般式(5)で表される3級フッ化シリル化合物、例えば、トリアルキルシリルフルオリドが副成する。副生する一般式(5)で表される3級フッ化シリル化合物は、反応後に除去してもよいが、反応中に逐次、反応系中から除去してもよい。トリアルキルシリルフルオリドは室温程度でも十分高い蒸気圧を有すものがあり、常圧での溶媒、もしくは、一般式(2)で表されるβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物の還流による脱ガス、減圧での溶媒もしくは基質の還流による脱ガス等の手法を用いることができる。系中にイナートガスを導入して同伴させて取り除いてもよい。
目的生成物である一般式(2)で表されるβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物の反応後の回収方法は、特に限定されるものではないが、通常の手法の組み合わせにて達成できる。例えば、水により触媒を除去した後に、有機層、水の分離および溶媒の留去を行い、さらに蒸留精製または再結晶精製により、一般式(2)で表されるβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物を得ることができる。
以下、実施例により本発明のβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物の製造方法を具体的に説明する。本発明は、以下の実施例に限定されるものではない。
実施例1
窒素気流下に、容量500mlの4口ガラス容器に、β,β,β-トリフルオロカルボニル化合物である、3,3,3-トリフルオロプピオン酸メチル、50g(351.9mmol=ミリモル)(化合物(A))、と、ジクロロメタン、200gと、塩基であるトリエチルアミン、42.7g(422.3ミリモル)を採取し、室温にて攪拌しつつ、シリル化剤であるトリメチルシリルトリフルオロメタンスルホナート(以下、TMSOTfと略する)93.8g(422.3ミリモル)を滴下し、下記の反応式に示すように、シリルエノールエーテル類であるケテンシリルアセタール(化合物(B))を得た。
氷水で冷やしつつ、得られたケテンシリルアセタール(化合物(B))に、ルイス酸として四塩化チタン、0.67g(3.52ミリモル)を加え、室温にて1時間半攪拌した。再び氷水で冷やしつつ、反応終了液に水150gを加え二層分離し、有機層に硫酸マグネシウムを加え振り混ぜ、その後、濾過をした。得られた濾液を、ガラスビーズを充填した蒸留塔にて、常圧下、蒸留を行ったところ、主留分として、β,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物である、下記構造式(6)で表されるメチル-β,β-ジフルオロアクリレート(22.3g)を得た。
ガスクロマトグラフ(GC)にて純度を測定したところ、ガスクロマトグラフィーのピークの総面積を100%とした面積百分率法で求めた構造式(6)で表されるメチル-β,β-ジフルオロアクリレートのGC純度は、84.7%であった。
窒素気流下に、容量500mlの4口ガラス容器に、β,β,β-トリフルオロカルボニル化合物である、3,3,3-トリフルオロプピオン酸メチル、50g(351.9mmol=ミリモル)(化合物(A))、と、ジクロロメタン、200gと、塩基であるトリエチルアミン、42.7g(422.3ミリモル)を採取し、室温にて攪拌しつつ、シリル化剤であるトリメチルシリルトリフルオロメタンスルホナート(以下、TMSOTfと略する)93.8g(422.3ミリモル)を滴下し、下記の反応式に示すように、シリルエノールエーテル類であるケテンシリルアセタール(化合物(B))を得た。
氷水で冷やしつつ、得られたケテンシリルアセタール(化合物(B))に、ルイス酸として四塩化チタン、0.67g(3.52ミリモル)を加え、室温にて1時間半攪拌した。再び氷水で冷やしつつ、反応終了液に水150gを加え二層分離し、有機層に硫酸マグネシウムを加え振り混ぜ、その後、濾過をした。得られた濾液を、ガラスビーズを充填した蒸留塔にて、常圧下、蒸留を行ったところ、主留分として、β,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物である、下記構造式(6)で表されるメチル-β,β-ジフルオロアクリレート(22.3g)を得た。
ガスクロマトグラフ(GC)にて純度を測定したところ、ガスクロマトグラフィーのピークの総面積を100%とした面積百分率法で求めた構造式(6)で表されるメチル-β,β-ジフルオロアクリレートのGC純度は、84.7%であった。
実施例2
窒素気流下に、容量500mlの4口ガラス容器にβ,β,β-トリフルオロカルボニル化合物である、3,3,3-トリフルオロプロピオン酸ベンジル20g(100.92mmol)(化合物(C))と、ジクロロメタン80gと、塩基であるトリエチルアミン12.3g(121.11ミリモル)を採取し、室温にて攪拌しつつ、シリル化剤であるTMSOTf、26.9g(121.11ミリモル)を滴下し、下記の反応式に示すように、シリルエノールエーテル類であるケテンシリルアセタール(化合物(D))を得た。
氷水で冷やしつつ、得られたケテンシリルアセタール(化合物(D))に、ルイス酸として四塩化チタン0.96g(5.05ミリモル)を加え、室温にて1時間攪拌した。再び氷水で冷やしつつ、反応終了液に水150gを加え二層分離し、有機層に硫酸マグネシウムを加え振り混ぜ、その後ろ過し、減圧濃縮した。析出した結晶を濾過し、濾液を減圧下、フラッシュ蒸留(沸点66℃~72℃、減圧度0.2kPa)したところ、主留分として、β,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物である、下記構造式(7)で表されるベンジル-β,β-ジフルオロアクリレート、8.74g(44.1ミリモル)を、単離収率43.7質量%で得た。
実施例1と同様にして、ガスクロマトグラフ(GC)にて純度を測定したところ、構造式(7)で表されるベンジル-β,β-ジフルオロアクリレートのGC純度は、95.4%であった。

窒素気流下に、容量500mlの4口ガラス容器に、β,β,β-トリフルオロカルボニル化合物である、3,3,3-トリフルオロプピオン酸メチル(化合物(A))、50g(351.9mmol=ミリモル)、と、ジクロロメタン、200gと、塩基であるトリエチルアミン、42.7g(422.3ミリモル)を採取し、室温にて攪拌しつつ、シリル化剤であるTMSOTf、93.8g(422.3ミリモル)を滴下し、下記反応式に示すように、シリルエノールエーテル類であるケテンシリルアセタール(化合物(B))を得た。
氷水で冷やしつつ、得られたケテンシリルアセタール(化合物(B))に、ルイス酸として三塩化アルミニウム、0.47g(3.52ミリモル)を加え、室温にて1時間半攪拌した。再び氷水で冷やしつつ、反応終了液に水150gを加え二層分離し、有機層に硫酸マグネシウムを加え振り混ぜ、その後、濾過をした。得られた濾液を、ガラスビーズを充填した蒸留塔にて、常圧下、蒸留を行ったところ、主留分として、β,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物である、下記構造式(6)で表されるメチル-β,β-ジフルオロアクリレート(17.8g)を得た。
実施例1および2と同様にして、ガスクロマトグラフ(GC)にて純度を測定したところ、構造式(6)で表されるメチル-β,β-ジフルオロアクリレートGC純度は、80.0%であった。

実施例1および2と同様にして、ガスクロマトグラフ(GC)にて純度を測定したところ、構造式(6)で表されるメチル-β,β-ジフルオロアクリレートGC純度は、80.0%であった。
比較例1~6
容量25mLのガラス容器に、β,β,β-トリフルオロカルボニル化合物である、3,3,3-トリフルオロプロピオン酸メチル、1g(7.04mmol=ミリモル)に表1に示す質量の塩基を加え、表1に示すように、比較例1~3には溶媒を加え、比較例4~6には溶媒を加えず、表1に示した温度および条件で攪拌した。その後、サンプリング液を19F-NMRにて測定したが、比較例1~6全てにおいて、下記構造式(6)で表されるメチル-β,β-ジフルオロアクリレートの生成は確認できず、未反応の原料である3,3,3-トリフルオロプピオン酸メチルが認められたのみであった。
容量25mLのガラス容器に、β,β,β-トリフルオロカルボニル化合物である、3,3,3-トリフルオロプロピオン酸メチル、1g(7.04mmol=ミリモル)に表1に示す質量の塩基を加え、表1に示すように、比較例1~3には溶媒を加え、比較例4~6には溶媒を加えず、表1に示した温度および条件で攪拌した。その後、サンプリング液を19F-NMRにて測定したが、比較例1~6全てにおいて、下記構造式(6)で表されるメチル-β,β-ジフルオロアクリレートの生成は確認できず、未反応の原料である3,3,3-トリフルオロプピオン酸メチルが認められたのみであった。

- シリルエノールエーテル類とルイス酸とを反応させることを特徴とする、β,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物の製造方法。
- 一般式(1):
R1は、水素原子、置換基を有していてもよい炭素数1~8の鎖状もしくは置換基を有していてもよい炭素数3~8の環状のアルキル基、または置換基を有していてもよい炭素数6~10のアリール基を表し、R1の水素原子は、フッ素原子、塩素原子、臭素原子またはヨウ素原子で置換されていてもよく、
R2、R3およびR4は、それぞれ独立に、メチル基、エチル基、n-プロピル基、iso-プロピル基、n-ブチル基、t-ブチル基、n-プロピル基、n-オクチル基、ベンジル基またはフェニル基を表し、

R5は、置換基を有していてもよい炭素数1~10の鎖状もしくは置換基を有していてもよい炭素数3~10の環状のアルキル基、置換基を有していてもよい炭素数1~10のアルケニル基、置換基を有していてもよい炭素数1~10の鎖状もしくは置換基を有していてもよい炭素数3~10の環状のアルキル基を有するアルコキシ基、置換基を有していてもよい炭素数6~10のアリール基を有するアルコキシ基もしくはアミノ基、置換基を有していてもよい炭素数1~10の鎖状もしくは置換基を有していてもよい炭素数3~10の環状のアルキル基を1つまたは2つ有するアミノ基、置換基を有していてもよい炭素数1~10の鎖状もしくは置換基を有していてもよい炭素数3~10の環状のアルキル基を有するアルキルチオ基、または置換基を有していてもよい炭素数6~10のアリール基を有するアリールチオ基であり、R5中の水素原子は、フッ素原子、塩素原子、臭素原子もしくはヨウ素原子で置換されていてもよく、またはカルボニル基もしくはエーテル結合を有していてもよい。)

で表されるシリル化剤を用いて反応させて得たものであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の製造方法。 - 一般式(3):
R1は、水素原子、置換基を有していてもよい炭素数1~8の鎖状もしくは置換基を有していてもよい炭素数3~8の環状のアルキル基、または置換基を有していてもよい炭素数6~10のアリール基を表し、R1の水素原子は、フッ素原子、塩素原子、臭素原子またはヨウ素原子で置換されていてもよく、
R5は、置換基を有していてもよい炭素数1~10の鎖状もしくは置換基を有していてもよい炭素数3~10の環状のアルキル基、置換基を有していてもよい炭素数1~10のアルケニル基、置換基を有していてもよい炭素数1~10の鎖状もしくは置換基を有していてもよい炭素数3~10の環状のアルキル基を有するアルコキシ基、置換基を有していてもよい炭素数6~10のアリール基を有するアルコキシ基もしくはアミノ基、置換基を有していてもよい炭素数1~10の鎖状もしくは置換基を有していてもよい炭素数3~10の環状のアルキル基を1つまたは2つ有するアミノ基、置換基を有していてもよい炭素数1~10の鎖状もしくは置換基を有していてもよい炭素数3~10の環状のアルキル基を有するアルキルチオ基、または置換基を有していてもよい炭素数6~10のアリール基を有するアリールチオ基であり、R5中の水素原子は、フッ素原子、塩素原子、臭素原子もしくはヨウ素原子で置換されていてもよく、またはカルボニル基もしくはエーテル結合を有していてもよい。)
で表されるβ、β、β-トリフルオロカルボニル化合物に、塩基の存在下で、

R2、R3およびR4は、それぞれ独立に、メチル基、エチル基、n-プロピル基、iso-プロピル基、n-ブチル基、t-ブチル基、n-プロピル基、n-オクチル基、ベンジル基またはフェニル基を表し、
Xは、塩素原子、臭素原子、ヨウ素原子、トリフルオロメタンスルホニルオキシ基、またはビストリフルオロメタンスルホニルイミド基である。)
で表されるシリル化剤を用い、

で表されるシリルエノールエーテル類を得た後、ルイス酸を加え、

で表されるβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物を得ることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の製造方法。 - シリル化剤が、トリメチルシリルクロリドまたはトリメチルシリルトリフルオロメタンスルホナートであることを特徴とする、請求項3または請求項4に記載の製造方法。
- ルイス酸が、三塩化アルミニウム、四塩化チタン、三塩化チタン、四塩化スズ、三フッ化ホウ素、三臭化ホウ素、三トリフルオロメタンスルホン化ホウ素、二塩化鉄、三塩化鉄、三塩化ニオブ、または五塩化ニオブからなる群から選ばれることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- シリルエノールエーテル類のモル数に対して、ルイス酸を0.01mol%以上、10mol%以下の範囲で使用することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- ルイス酸の存在下、シリルエノールエーテル類から一般式(2):
R1は、水素原子、置換基を有していてもよい炭素数1~8の鎖状もしくは置換基を有していてもよい炭素数3~8の環状のアルキル基、または置換基を有していてもよい炭素数6~10のアリール基を表し、R1の水素原子は、フッ素原子、塩素原子、臭素原子またはヨウ素原子で置換されていてもよく、
R5は、置換基を有していてもよい炭素数1~10の鎖状もしくは置換基を有していてもよい炭素数3~10の環状のアルキル基、置換基を有していてもよい炭素数1~10のアルケニル基、置換基を有していてもよい炭素数1~10の鎖状もしくは置換基を有していてもよい炭素数3~10の環状のアルキル基を有するアルコキシ基、置換基を有していてもよい炭素数6~10のアリール基を有するアルコキシ基もしくはアミノ基、置換基を有していてもよい炭素数1~10の鎖状もしくは置換基を有していてもよい炭素数3~10の環状のアルキル基を1つまたは2つ有するアミノ基、置換基を有していてもよい炭素数1~10の鎖状もしくは置換基を有していてもよい炭素数3~10の環状のアルキル基を有するアルキルチオ基、または置換基を有していてもよい炭素数6~10のアリール基を有するアリールチオ基であり、R5中の水素原子は、フッ素原子、塩素原子、臭素原子もしくはヨウ素原子で置換されていてもよく、またはカルボニル基もしくはエーテル結合を有していてもよい。)
で表されるβ,β-ジフルオロ-α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物を得る際の反応温度が-40℃以上、50℃以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。 - R1が水素原子であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- R5がアルコキシ基であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
