本发明还提供了一种信令跟踪装置, 所述装置包括: 验证单元和启动 单元, 其中, 启动单元, 用于在启动触发事件被触发时, 启动跟踪记录会 话; 验证单元, 用于在验证所述 UE的用户接入能力与已保存的、 用于激活 跟踪会话的跟踪控制和配置参数中包含的用户接入能力相符时, 启动所述 启动单元进行所述 UE的跟踪记录会话。
在上述方案中, 所述装置还包括: 存储单元, 其中, 存储单元, 用于 接收并保存所述包含有用户接入能力的跟踪控制和配置参数; 验证单元, 还用于验证所述 UE的用户接入能力与所述存储单元所保存的、用于激活跟 踪会话的跟踪控制和配置参数中包含的用户接入能力是否相符, 相符时, 启动所述启动单元进行所述 UE的跟踪记录会话, 不相符时, 不启动所述启 动单元。
在上述方案中, 所述装置还包括: 传递单元, 其中, 传递单元, 用于 将所述存储单元保存的所述跟踪控制和配置参数传递给当前网元的下一个 要跟踪的网元。
本发明的信令跟踪方法及装置,在验证所述 UE的用户接入能力、与已 保存的跟踪控制和配置参数中包含的用户接入能力相符时, 才启动所述 UE 的跟踪记录会话, 实现了对特定接入能力 UE的信令跟踪, 在 UE被要求上 报越来越多的性能测量报告时, 有效降低性能测量报告对 UE的影响。 附图说明

本发明基于用户号码和用户接入能力( UE Capability )对 UE进行信令 跟踪, 支持对特定无线接入能力的 UE进行信令跟踪的应用场景。
本发明的信令跟踪方法, 能够实现对特定接入能力的 UE进行信令跟 踪, 参照图 1所示, 主要包括: 验证 UE的用户接入能力与已保存的、 用于 激活跟踪会话的跟踪控制和配置参数中包含的用户接入能力是否相符, 如 果相符,则在启动触发事件被触发时,启动所述 UE的跟踪记录会话,否则, 不启动所述 UE的跟踪记录会话。
这里, 上述的过程可以由移动通信网络中的任意一个保存有所述跟踪 控制和配置参数的网元完成, 或者由移动通信网络中的多个保存有所述跟 踪控制和配置参数的网元共同完成, 例如, 可以由归属用户服务器(HSS , Home Subscriber Server )和移动性管理实体 ( MME, Mobility Management Entity )共同完成, 或者可以由演进型移动基站( eNodeB, Evolved Node B ) 完成等。
这里, 所述跟踪控制和配置参数至少包含有 UE Capability, 触发事件 和跟踪参考标识。
其中, UE Capability可以取值为通用通讯无线接入 ( UTRA, Universal
Telecommunication Radio Access ) 频分双工 ( FDD , Frequency Division Duplexing ), 时分双工(TDD, Time Division Duplexing )、 GSM/EDGE无线 接入网 (GERAN, GSM EDGE Radio Access Network )等, 还可以取值为 其他任何能够用于表示用户终端无线接入能力的参数值。
其中,在验证所述 UE的用户接入能力与所述跟踪控制和配置参数中包 含的用户接入能力是否相符之前, 所述方法还可以包括: EMS发出所述包 含有用户接入能力的跟踪控制和配置参数,激活所述 UE的跟踪会话;接收 到所述跟踪控制和配置参数的网元将所述跟踪控制和配置参数保存。
这里, 所述 EMS通过将所述跟踪控制和配置参数携带在要发出的跟踪 会话激活消息中发出。
其中, 所述方法还包括: 将所述跟踪控制和配置参数依次传递到要跟 踪的各网元, 并在要跟踪的各网元均启动所述 UE的跟踪记录会话。 这里, 可以通过要跟踪的各网元之间交互的信令, 将所述跟踪控制和配置参数依 次传递到要跟踪的各网元。 需要说明的是, 仅在釆用信令方式实现信令跟 踪时, 所述方法才包含该步骤。
具体地, EMS发出所述包含有用户接入能力的跟踪控制和配置参数, 激活所述 UE的跟踪会话; HSS接收所述 EMS发送的跟踪控制和配置参数 并保存, 在接收到 UE的用户接入能力时, 验证所接收到的 UE的用户接入 能力与所述跟踪控制和配置参数中的用户接入能力是否相符, 如果相符, 则将所述跟踪控制和配置参数传递给 MME, 否则, 不将所述跟踪控制和配 置参数传递给 MME; 所述 MME在接收到 UE发送的符合触发事件的信令 时,启动所述 UE的跟踪记录会话,并将所述跟踪控制和配置参数传递给下 一个网元; 所述下一个网元接收所述跟踪控制和配置参数并保存, 启动所 述 UE的跟踪记录会话,还将所述跟踪控制和配置参数传递给自身的下一网 元; 依次类推, 直到 eNodeB接收所述跟踪控制和配置参数并保存, 启动所 述 UE的跟踪记录会话。
或者, 所述方法还可以包括: EMS发出所述包含有用户接入能力的跟 踪控制和配置参数, 激活所述 UE的跟踪会话; eNodeB接收所述跟踪控制 和配置参数并保存, 在接收到 UE的用户接入能力时, 验证所接收到的 UE 的用户接入能力与所述跟踪控制和配置参数中的用户接入能力是否相符, 如果相符, 则在所述 UE的启动触发事件被触发时, 启动所述 UE的跟踪记 录会话, 否则, 不启动所述 UE的跟踪记录会话。 需要说明的是, 仅在釆用 管理方式实现信令跟踪时, 所述方法才包含此过程。
其中, 所述 eNodeB启动所述 UE的跟踪记录会话, 具体可以为: 所述 eNodeB在接收到所述 UE发送的非接入层服务请求之后, 验证该非接入层 服务请求包含的所述 UE 的用户接入能力符合所述跟踪控制和配置参数中 的用户接入能力, 并且所述非接入层服务请求符合所述 UE 的启动触发事 件, 则启动所述 UE的跟踪记录会话。
为实现上述的信令跟踪方法, 本发明还提供了一种信令跟踪装置, 主 要包括: 验证单元和启动单元, 其中, 启动单元用于在启动触发事件被触 发时启动跟踪记录会话,验证单元用于验证所述 UE的用户接入能力与已保 存的、 用于激活跟踪会话的跟踪控制和配置参数中包含的用户接入能力是 否相符, 相符时, 则启动所述启动单元进行所述 UE的跟踪记录会话。
实际应用中, 上述的装置可以设置在移动通信网络中的任意一个网元, 也可以同时设置在多个网元上, 还可以将其中的验证单元和启动单元分别 设置在不同的网元上, 例如, 可以将验证单元设置在 EPC中的 HSS, 同时 将启动单元设置在 EPC中的 MME上; 或者, 可以将上述的装置设置在演 进型 UMTS 陆地无线接入网 (E-UTRAN, Evolved UMTS Terrestrial Radio Access Network ) 中的 eNodeB上。
其中, 所述装置还包括: 存储单元, 用于接收并保存所述包含有用户 接入能力的跟踪控制和配置参数;验证单元,还用于验证所述 UE的用户接 入能力与所述存储单元所保存的、 用于激活跟踪会话的跟踪控制和配置参 数中包含的用户接入能力是否相符; 相符时, 启动所述启动单元进行所述 UE的跟踪记录会话, 不相符时, 不启动所述启动单元。
其中, 所述装置还可以包括: 传递单元, 所述传递单元用于将所述存 储单元保存的所述跟踪控制和配置参数传递给当前网元的下一个网元。
具体地,通过该信令跟踪装置实现 UE的信令跟踪,具体实现过程请参 照下述实施例的流程。
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明的技术方案的实施作进一步的详 细阐述。
实施例一
如图 2所示, 以 EPC系统为例, 釆用信令方式对特定接入能力的用户 设备进行信令跟踪的过程, 具体包括以下流程:
步骤 201 , EMS向 HSS发送跟踪会话激活消息, 该消息中携带跟踪控 制和配置参数,且跟踪控制和配置参数中包含取值为支持 UTRA FDD的 UE Capability;
这里, 所述跟踪控制和配置参数至少包含有用户号码、 UE Capability, 触发事件和跟踪参考标识。
用户号码具体可以包括用户设备的国际移动用户识别码 ( IMSI , International Mobile Subscriber Identity )、 和 /或国际移动设备身份码 ( IMEI, International Mobile Equipment Identity )。
步骤 202, HSS接收所述 EMS发送的跟踪会话激活消息, 并将其中的 跟踪控制和配置参数进行保存;
步骤 203~204, UE向 eNodeB发起附着请求, eNodeB将 UE的附着请 求转发到 MME;
这里, UE发出的附着请求中包含有自身的 UE Capability, 用户号码等 信息。
步骤 205 , MME接收到来自 eNodeB的附着请求后, 发送所述 UE的 位置更新请求到 HSS;
这里, 所述 UE的位置更新请求包含有所述 UE的 UE Capability, 用户 号码等信息。
步骤 206, HSS接收到来自 MME的位置更新请求后 , 向 MME返回位 置更新响应。
具体地, HSS判断所述 UE的用户号码为指定跟踪的用户号码, 即判 断在自身保存的跟踪控制和配置参数中包含有所述 UE 的用户号码, 且, HSS判断所述 UE的 UE Capability与自身所保存跟踪控制和配置参数中的 UE Capability一致, 即所述 UE的 UE Capability为支持 UTRA FDD ,之后, HSS在返回给 MME的位置更新响应中携带自身保存的跟踪控制和配置参 数, 启动 MME上所述 UE的艮踪记录会话;
这里, HSS向 MME发送的跟踪控制和配置参数具体可以包括: 用户 号码(IMSI or IMEISV )、 跟踪会话参考号 (Trace Reference ), 跟踪事件 ( Triggering events for MME、 Serving GW、 PDN GW )、 跟踪深度(Trace Depth for MME、 Serving GW、 PDN GW、 eNB)、 艮踪网元类型( List of NE types to trace )、跟踪接口( List of Interfaces for MME、 Serving GW、 PDN GW、 eNB )、 跟踪收集实体地址(IP address of Trace Collection Entity )。 步骤 207, MME接收所述携带有跟踪控制和配置参数的位置更新响应 消息, 并将其中的跟踪控制和配置参数进行保存;
步骤 208 , MME在自身接收到 UE发送的、 符合所述跟踪会话中跟踪 控制和配置参数的启动触发事件的信令时, 启动所述 UE的跟踪记录会话。
步骤 209~210, MME向 S-GW发送创建会话请求, 并携带所述跟踪控 制和配置参数, S-GW接收所述创建会话请求并将其中的跟踪控制和配置参 数保存;
这里, MME向 S-GW发送的跟踪控制和配置参数包括: 用户号码、 跟 踪会话参考号、 跟踪记录会话参考号 ( Trace Recording Session Reference )、 跟踪事件( Triggering events for PDN GW )、跟踪深度( Trace Depth for Serving GW, PDN GW )、跟踪网元类型( List of NE types to trace )、跟踪接口( List of Interfaces for Serving GW, PDN GW )、 跟踪收集实体地址。
步骤 211 , S-GW启动所述 UE的跟踪记录会话。
步骤 212~213 , S-GW向 P-GW发送创建会话请求, 该创建会话请求中 携带跟踪控制和配置参数, P-GW接收该创建会话请求并将其中的跟踪控制 和配置参数保存;
这里, S-GW向 P-GW发送的跟踪控制和配置参数包括: 用户号码、 跟 踪会话参考号、跟踪记录会话参考号、跟踪事件( Triggering events for Serving GW、 PDN GW )、 跟踪深度( Trace Depth for Serving GW、 PDN GW )、 跟 踪接口 ( List of Interfaces for PDN GW )、 跟踪收集实体地址。
步骤 214, P-GW启动对所述 UE的跟踪记录会话。
步骤 215~216, P-GW向 S-GW返回创建会话响应, S-GW再向 MME 返回创建会话响应。
步骤 217~218, MME向 eNodeB发送初始上下文建立请求, 并携带跟 踪控制和配置参数; eNodeB接收所述初始上下文建立请求, 并将其中的跟 踪控制和配置参数进行保存。
这里, MME向 eNodeB发送的跟踪控制和配置参数具体可以包括: 跟 踪会话参考号、 跟踪记录会话参考号、 跟踪深度( Trace Depth for eNB )、 跟踪收集实体地址。
步骤 219, eNodeB启动对所述 UE的跟踪记录会话, 至此, 实现了所 述 UE的信令跟踪。
实施例二
如图 3所示, 以 E-UTRAN为例,釆用管理方式对特定接入能力的用户 设备进行信令跟踪的过程, 具体可以包括以下流程:
步骤 301 , EMS通过网元管理者( EM ) 向 eNodeB发送跟踪会话激活 消息, 该消息中携带有包含 UE Capability的跟踪控制和配置参数;
其中, 所述跟踪控制和配置参数至少包含有 UE Capability, 触发事件 和跟踪参考标识。
这里, 所述跟踪控制和配置参数包含的 UE Capability为支持 UTRA FDD。
步骤 302 , eNodeB接收所述跟踪会话消息, 激活自身的跟踪会话, 并 将所述跟踪会话消息中携带的跟踪控制和配置参数进行保存。
步骤 303 , UE向 eNodeB发送非接入层 (NAS, Non- Access-Stratum ) 服务请求, 接入 eNodeB;
这里, UE所发送的 NAS服务请求包含所述 UE的 UE Capability等信 息。
步骤 304~307, eNodeB接收所述 UE发送的 NAS服务请求, 判断其中 包含的 UE Capability与自身所保存跟踪控制和配置参数中的 UE Capability 相符, 且所述 UE发送的 NAS服务请求符合自身所保存跟踪控制和配置参 数中的启动触发事件,则 eNodeB启动所述 UE的跟踪记录会话,并向 MME 发送跟踪通知消息; MME收到跟踪通知消息后, 在自身查找到所述 UE的 用户号码( IMSI和 IMEISV ),并上报跟踪记录到跟踪收集实体( TCE, Trace Collection Entity ), MME上报的跟踪记录包含跟踪会话参考号、 跟踪记录 会话参考号、 以及所查找的 IMSI和 IMEISV。
步骤 308 , eNodeB 上 ^艮对应所述跟踪记录会话的跟踪记录到 TCE, eNodeB 上报的跟踪记录包含所述跟踪记录会话的跟踪会话参考号和跟踪 记录会话参考号。
步骤 309 , 在所述跟踪记录会话的停止触发事件被触发, 例如 eNodeB 接收到触发所述跟踪记录会话的停止触发事件的信令时, eNodeB 去激活 UE的跟踪记录会话。
以上所述, 仅为本发明在 EPC/ E-UTRAN上参考实施例而已, 并非用 于限定本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种信令跟踪方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
在验证用户设备 ( UE ) 的用户接入能力与已保存的、 用于激活跟踪会 话的跟踪控制和配置参数中包含的用户接入能力相符时, 且启动触发事件 被触发时, 启动所述 UE的跟踪记录会话。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的信令跟踪方法, 其特征在于, 所述跟踪控制 和配置参数还包含有触发事件和跟踪参考标识。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的信令跟踪方法, 其特征在于, 在验证所 述 UE 的用户接入能力与所述跟踪控制和配置参数中包含的用户接入能力 相符之前, 所述方法还包括:
网元管理系统(EMS )发出所述包含有用户接入能力的跟踪控制和配 置参数,激活所述 UE的跟踪会话;接收到所述跟踪控制和配置参数的网元 将所述跟踪控制和配置参数保存。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的信令跟踪方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包 括:
将所述跟踪控制和配置参数依次传递到要跟踪的各网元, 并在要跟踪 的各网元均启动所述 UE的跟踪记录会话。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的信令跟踪方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包 括:
EMS发出所述包含有用户接入能力的跟踪控制和配置参数, 激活所述
UE的跟踪会话;
归属用户服务器 ( HSS )接收所述 EMS发送的跟踪控制和配置参数并 保存, 在接收到 UE的用户接入能力时, 验证所接收到的 UE的用户接入能 力与所述跟踪控制和配置参数中的用户接入能力是否相符, 相符时, 将所 述跟踪控制和配置参数传递给移动性管理实体(MME ), 不相符时, 不传递 所述跟踪控制和配置参数给 MME;
所述 MME在接收到 UE发送的符合启动触发事件的信令时,启动所述 UE的跟踪记录会话, 并将所述跟踪控制和配置参数传递给下一个网元; 所述下一个网元接收所述跟踪控制和配置参数并保存, 启动所述 UE 的跟踪记录会话, 还将所述跟踪控制和配置参数传递给自身的下一网元; 依次类推, 直到演进型移动基站 (eNodeB )接收所述跟踪控制和配置 参数并保存, 启动所述 UE的跟踪记录会话。
6、 根据权利要求 3所述的信令跟踪方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包 括:
EMS发出所述包含有用户接入能力的跟踪控制和配置参数, 激活所述 UE的跟踪会话;
eNodeB接收所述跟踪控制和配置参数并保存, 在接收到 UE的用户接 入能力时,验证所接收到的 UE的用户接入能力与所述跟踪控制和配置参数 中的用户接入能力是否相符,相符时,在所述 UE的启动触发事件被触发时, 启动所述 UE的跟踪记录会话,不相符时,不启动所述 UE的跟踪记录会话。
7、 根据权利要求 3所述的信令跟踪方法, 其特征在于, 所述 eNodeB 启动所述 UE的跟踪记录会话, 为:
所述 eNodeB在接收到所述 UE发送的非接入层服务请求之后,验证该 非接入层服务请求包含的所述 UE 的用户接入能力符合所述跟踪控制和配 置参数中的用户接入能力,并且所述非接入层服务请求符合所述 UE的启动 触发事件, 则启动所述 UE的跟踪记录会话。
8、 一种信令跟踪装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置包括: 验证单元和启动 单元, 其中,
启动单元, 用于在启动触发事件被触发时, 启动跟踪记录会话; 验证单元,用于在验证所述 UE的用户接入能力与已保存的、用于激活 跟踪会话的跟踪控制和配置参数中包含的用户接入能力相符时, 启动所述 启动单元进行所述 UE的跟踪记录会话。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的信令跟踪装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还包 括: 存储单元, 其中,
存储单元, 用于接收并保存所述包含有用户接入能力的跟踪控制和配 置参数;
验证单元,还用于验证所述 UE的用户接入能力与所述存储单元所保存 的、 用于激活跟踪会话的跟踪控制和配置参数中包含的用户接入能力是否 相符,相符时,启动所述启动单元进行所述 UE的跟踪记录会话,不相符时, 不启动所述启动单元。
10、 根据权利要求 8或 9所述的信令跟踪装置, 其特征在于, 所述装 置还包括: 传递单元, 其中,
传递单元, 用于将所述存储单元保存的所述跟踪控制和配置参数传递 给当前网元的下一个要跟踪的网元。
