Abstract

The present invention relates to a hard bulletproof plate for personal use which includes: a CNTRPCP layer formed of a carbon nanotube reinforced polycarbonate high molecular weight polymer; a CNTRPUP layer formed of a carbon nanotube reinforced polyurethane high molecular weight polymer, heated and pressure-bonded to the lower surface of the CNTRPCP layer by using a bonding agent; an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene layer heated and pressure-bonded to the lower surface of the CNTRPUP layer by using a bonding agent so as to absorb impact and prevent a gunshot wound and blunt force trauma; a spall liner layer heated and pressure-bonded to the lower surface of the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene layer by using a bonding agent so as to prevent the crushing of the rear and the case; a Kevlar bulletproof fabric layer surrounding the abovementioned layers so as to absorb the final impact energy while surrounding the spall liner layer; and a Nomex heat resistant layer surrounding the Kevlar bulletproof fabric layer to block heat transfer to the inside and prevent ignition caused by an accidental fire or an enemy bullet/shell.
