しかしながら、前記分注装置では、分注ノズルを移動させて各患者用容器に液剤を吐出するようにしている。このため、各患者用容器を所定位置に正確に位置決めしておく必要があり、設置作業が面倒で時間がかかるという問題がある。

この構成により、患者用容器を容器供給部に整列させるだけで、第1搬送部によって分注位置まで搬送することができる。分注位置に搬送された患者用容器には、分注部によって薬液供給部の薬瓶から吸引された薬液が分注される。そして、患者用容器は秤量部によって秤量された後、第2搬送部によって取出位置へと搬送される。このように、第1搬送部による患者用容器の搬送動作と、分注部による分注動作とを同時に行うことができるので、作業性に優れている。また、患者用容器が直接載置される載置面が略同一水平面上に位置しているので、患者用容器の搬送を倒れることなくスムーズに行うことができる。ユーザは、取出位置に搬送された患者用容器を取り出すだけでよい。 
前記第1搬送部は、 前記患者用容器を整列方向に沿って往復移動させるベルトコンベアと、前記ベルトコンベアの駆動により前記整列方向に移動し、その一部が前記分注位置側に侵入可能な押圧片と、を備えるのが好ましい。 
この構成により、ベルトコンベアを設けただけの簡単な構成であるにも拘わらず、押圧片の働きにより患者用容器を第1搬送部から分注位置、さらに分注位置から第2搬送部へとスムーズに搬送することができる。 
前記押圧片は、前記ベルトコンベアとは別体で設けられ、前記患者用容器に当接する起立部と、前記ベルトコンベアに接触する載置部とを備えるのが好ましい。 
この構成により、簡単な構成であるにも拘わらず、患者用容器を確実に整列させて、先頭の患者用容器を確実に分注位置へと搬送することが可能となる。 
前記載置部は、前記ベルトコンベアに常に接触する位置に、前記ベルトコンベアから受ける摩擦力を調整可能なウェイトを備えるのが好ましい。 
この構成により、載置部の一部が分注位置側に乗り込んだとしても、ウェイトの働きによりベルトコンベアを逆転駆動すれば、押圧片を後退させることができる。また、何等かの不具合で患者用容器を押し出すことができない場合には、ベルトコンベアと載置部との間に滑りを生じさせることができるので、過度な負荷が作用して部品を損傷させるといった不具合が発生することもない。 
前記容器支持部と前記第2搬送部との間に、前記患者用容器の移動を阻止する停止位置と、前記患者用容器の移動を許可する待避位置とに移動可能なシャッター部材を配置するのが好ましい。 
この構成により、第1搬送部の駆動制御を正確に行う必要がなく、患者用容器をシャッター部材に当接させるように移動させるだけでよい。このため、制御が簡単で、安価に対応することができる。 
前記第1搬送部を正転駆動させて先頭に位置する患者用容器を分注位置に搬送し、前記第1搬送部を逆転駆動させて先頭以外に位置する患者用容器を後退させることにより、前記分注位置から離間させた後、前記秤量部による秤量を開始させる制御部を備えるのが好ましい。 
この構成により、整列させた患者用容器の影響を排除して、薬液を分注した患者用容器の重量を正確に測定することが可能となる。 
前記第2搬送部は、水平方向に延びるベルトコンベアで構成し、前記分注位置から患者用容器が前記第2搬送部に侵入したことを検出する第1センサと、前記患者用容器が取出位置に位置したことを検出する第2センサと、前記第1センサにより患者用容器が検出されることにより前記第1搬送部の駆動を停止させ、前記第2センサにより患者用容器が検出されることにより前記第2搬送部の駆動を停止させる制御部と、を備えるのが好ましい。 
この構成により、第1センサで患者用容器を検出すれば、第1搬送部の駆動を停止させるので、次の患者用容器が一緒に搬送されてしまうことがない。また、患者用容器を第1搬送部及び第2搬送部によって搬送しながら、その途中で、患者用容器に薬液を分注し、かつ、秤量することができ、作業性に優れている。 
前記第1搬送部と前記第2搬送部の組み合わせを複数列で備え、前記第1搬送部と第2搬送部の各組み合わせに対して、少なくとも分注位置で患者用容器を支持する容器支持部をそれぞれ備え、前記秤量部は、前記容器支持部のいずれかに移動して患者用容器を秤量可能とすることにより共用化するのが好ましい。 
この構成により、高価な秤量部を複数の容器支持部での秤量に兼用することができるので、安価に製作することが可能となる。 
前記容器支持部は、その一部が第1搬送部上に位置し、分注位置側に向かって徐々に高くなる傾斜部と、分注位置を含む平坦部とを有する支持プレートを備えるのが好ましい。 
この構成により、第1搬送部から容器支持部への患者用容器の搬送を、倒れることなく、スムーズに行うことが可能となる。 
前記分注位置と前記第2搬送部の間に、第2搬送部に向かうに従って徐々に上方に傾斜する傾斜面を有する傾斜部材を備えるのが好ましい。 
この構成により、分注位置から第2搬送部への患者用容器の搬送を、倒れることなく、スムーズに行うことが可能となる。
本発明によれば、患者用容器を第1搬送部に整列させるだけでよく、準備を簡単かつ迅速に行うことができる。また、秤量部で第1搬送部に整列させた患者用容器を順次秤量することができる。しかも、秤量後の患者用容器を第2搬送部によって取り出しやすい取出位置へと搬送することができる。

以下、本発明に係る実施形態を添付図面に従って説明する。なお、以下の説明では、必要に応じて特定の方向や位置を示す用語(例えば、「上」、「下」、「左」、「右」、「前」、「後」、「側」、「端」を含む用語)を用いるが、それらの用語の使用は図面を参照した発明の理解を容易にするためであって、それらの用語の意味によって本発明の技術的範囲が限定されるものではない。また、以下の説明は、本質的に例示に過ぎず、本発明、その適用物或いはその用途を制限することを意図するものではない。 
(1.全体構成) 図1及び図2は、本実施形態に係る分注装置を示す。この分注装置は、装置本体1内に、容器供給部2と、薬液供給部3(図2では構成を省略)と、分注部4と、洗浄部5とを備え、これらは制御部100(図20参照)によって駆動制御されるようになっている。 
(1-1.装置本体1) 装置本体1は略直方体形状で、前面には、上方側と下方側でそれぞれ観音開き可能な扉6、8がそれぞれ設けられている。 
上方扉6の前面には、液晶ディスプレイ等の表示パネル7が設けられている。表示パネル7には、これから分注しようとする薬液の名称、容量等が表示されるようになっている。また、上方扉6を開放した内側空間には、図2中、左半部に容器供給部2が配置され、右半部に薬液供給部3が配置されている。また、両供給部2、3の間の奥側には洗浄部5が配置され、これらの上方には分注部4が移動可能となっている。 
下方扉8を開放した内側空間には、図2中、右半部に、洗浄水供給タンク9と、排水回収タンク10とがそれぞれ取出可能に収容されている。洗浄水供給タンク9に収容された洗浄水は、図示しないポンプにより後述する洗浄部5の洗浄容器48へと供給されるようになっている。また、洗浄水供給タンク9内の水位は水位検出センサ(図示せず)によって検出されるようになっている
。そして、洗浄水の水位が所定位置まで低下すれば、その旨を報知することが可能となっている。一方、排水回収タンク10には、洗浄部5でノズル42を洗浄することにより得られた排水が回収されるようになっている。排水回収タンク10にも水位センサ(図示せず)が設けられ、廃液で満杯となれば、その旨が報知することが可能となっている。 
上方扉6と下方扉8の間には、左側にジャーナルプリンタ11及びラベルプリンタ12が設けられ、これらプリンタ11、12の上方には、後述する容器供給部2の前面が位置し、さらにその上方には容器取出口13が形成されている。また、プリンタ11、12の右側には、引出式(又は転倒式)の棚14と、図示しないバーコードリーダを収容するための凹部15とがそれぞれ形成されている。バーコードリーダは、後述する薬瓶37に貼着されたラベルに印刷されたバーコードを読み取るために使用する。バーコードリーダでこのバーコードを読み取ることにより、データベースから薬瓶37に収容された薬液に関する情報を呼び出して表示パネル7に表示することが可能となっている。 
(1-2.容器供給部2) 容器供給部2は、図3及び図4Aに示すように、患者用容器16をサイズ別に複数列で収容可能としたもので、全体がガイドレール(図示せず)によって支持されて装置本体1から前方に引き出し可能となっている。患者用容器16は、図13に示すように、合成樹脂材料からなる軽量のもので、断面略楕円形状をしており、上方に口部が形成されている。患者用容器16は、その短軸方向に整列して容器供給部2の各列に配置される。 
容器供給部2の各列には、図3及び図5に示すように、第1搬送部である第1ベルトコンベア53、秤量部29(図8参照)によって秤量可能で、分注部4によって薬液を分注される分注位置を有する容器支持部20、及び、第2搬送部である第2ベルトコンベア80がそれぞれ配置されている。これらによる搬送経路(患者用容器16の載置面)はほぼ同一水平面内に配置され、搬送する患者用容器16を水平方向に搬送できるようになっている。このため、搬送する患者用容器16に分注した薬液がこぼれにくく、又、途中に秤量部29を配置しているにも拘わらず、掴んで持ち上げる等の手段も不要である。 
第1ベルトコンベア53が配置される上方空間は、対向する一対の側板51で仕切られている(ここでは、各列で、側板51の間隔を同一としている。)。各側板51には第1ガイド部材52がそれぞれ着脱可能となっている。 
第1ガイド部材52は、各列に整列させる患者用容器16のサイズ(幅寸法、長軸方向の寸法)に応じて幅寸法の違うものを使用する。対向する側板51同士で第1ガイド部材52の幅寸法(厚み)を同一とし、第1ベルトコンベア53の搬送方向に沿う中心線と、そこに整列される患者用容器16の中心位置とを一致させている。 
第1ベルトコンベア53は、図6に示すように、一対のローラ54a、54bに第1ベルト55を掛け渡したものである。一方のローラ54bの両端部にはプーリ54c(一方は図示せず)がそれぞれ設けられている。プーリ54cには、ベルト54d及びプーリ54eを介して動力が伝達されるようになっている。プーリ54eは軸56bの両端部に設けられ、軸56bにはギア56cが一体化されている。このギア56cには、第1モータ56の回転軸に設けたギア56aが噛合している。これにより、第1モータ56を正逆回転駆動すると、ギア56a、ギア56c、軸56b、プーリ54e、ベルト54d、プーリ54cを介してローラ54bに駆動力が伝達され、第1ベルト55上に載置された患者用容器16及び押圧片57を前方及び後方のいずれにも搬送可能となっている。 
前記押圧片57は、図7に示すように、金属製板材を略L字形に折り曲げたもので、患者用容器16に当接する起立部58と、第1ベルト55上に載置される載置部59とで構成されている。載置部59は起立部58から二股に分岐して延びるもので、その先端部分にはウェイト60が固定されている。載置部59を分岐させているのは、後述するように、搬送すべき患者用容器16が欠品となり、押圧片57が支持プレート21の平坦部61に乗り込んだ場合、容器検出センサ25によって検出されないようにするためである。ウェイト60の重さは、第1ベルト55と載置部59との間に発生させる摩擦力により、薬液を分注した最大重量となる患者用容器16であっても十分に押し出すことができる値に設定されている。第1ベルト55と載置部59の間の摩擦係数が大きければ軽くできるし、小さければ重くする必要がある。 
押圧片57は、第1ベルトコンベア53を駆動することにより第1ベルト55と共に移動し、整列された患者用容器16が搬送途中で摩擦抵抗を受けた場合、起立部58が患者用容器16に当接し、患者用容器16が停止したり、列が乱れたりすることを阻止する。押圧片57は第1ベルト55とは別体で設けているため、その一部が、後述するように、容器支持部20の支持プレート21上へと移動可能となっている。 
第1ベルトコンベア53の前方部分には容器支持部20が配置されている。 容器支持部20は、図8に示すように、支持プレート21の上面に前記容器供給部2の側板51と同一間隔で、対向する一対のガイドプレート22(図8では手前側を省略)を設けたものである。 
支持プレート21は、中央の平坦部61と、この平坦部61から後方に向かって斜め下方に延びる傾斜面を有する傾斜部62とで構成されている。 
平坦部61の中央には貫通孔61aが形成され、その下方には光センサからなる容器検出センサ25が配設されている。容器検出センサ25は、前記貫通孔61aを介して、その上方の分注位置に位置決めされた患者用容器16を検出する。なお、第1ベルトコンベア53による搬送動作に拘わらず、容器検出センサ25によって患者用容器16が検出できない場合、その列で患者用容器16が欠品したと判断する。そして、欠品したと判断すれば、第1ベルトコンベア53を逆転駆動させて、押圧片57を最も後方側の初期位置に移動させ、患者用容器16の補充作業に備えるようにするのが好ましい。 
傾斜部62は、図4Bに示すように、第1ベルト55上に位置し、第1ベルトコンベア53によって搬送されてきた患者用容器16をスムーズに平坦部61へと移動させる役割を果たす。また、患者用容器16自身も、底面周縁部が断面円弧状に湾曲しているため、傾斜部62の働きと相俟って患者用容器16は倒れることなく容易に平坦部61へと移動可能である。 
支持プレート21の底面からは下方に向かって一対の脚部24が延びている。各脚部24の先端(下端部)は、平坦部61と平行にさらに両側(前後方向)へとそれぞれ延び、その底面は当接面となっている。各脚部24の当接面には、後述する秤量部29の秤量受部79が当接し、支持プレート21が昇降可能となっている。 
ガイドプレート22には、その上部に第2ガイド部材63が着脱可能となっている。第2ガイド部材63の幅寸法は、前記第1ガイド部材52と同じとされることにより、対向部分での間隔が、そこに搬送される患者用容器16の長軸方向の寸法とほぼ同じとなっている。 
容器支持部20のさらに前方には、シャッター部材64のシャッター片66が幅方向に往復移動可能に配置されている。 シャッター部材64は、図11に示すように、平面視略矩形状の移動プレート65の側縁部から各列に対応した複数のシャッター片66を上方に向かって突出させたものである。移動プレート65の一端側にはラック67が設けられ、そこにはシャッター駆動用モータ69の回転軸に設けたピニオン68が噛合している。そして、シャッター駆動用モータ69が正逆回転駆動すると、ピニオン68及びラック67を介して移動プレート65が停止位置と待避位置との間で往復移動する。 
シャッター片66は、図5又は図12に示す停止位置で、各列の患者用容器16が前方に移動するのを阻止し、第2ガイド部材63と第3ガイド部材80cの間の待避位置で、患者用容器16の前方への移動を許容する。各位置は、位置検出センサ64aによって検出される。なお、シャッター片66は、停止位置で、各列の患者用容器16が前方に移動するのを阻止するだけでなく、後述する取出位置に位置する患者用容器16を取り出す際、この患者用容器16が次の患者用容器16に接触して位置をずらせるのを防止する働きをする。 
シャッター片66には、図11(a)に示すように、当接受部70が取り付けられている。当接受部70は、図11(b)に示すように、分注位置側の患者用容器16との当接面に複数(ここでは、4箇所)の突起70aが形成され、患者用容器16との接触面積が抑制されている。また、両側部には両側に向かうに従って徐々に前方側に傾斜する傾斜面70bが形成されている。これにより、当接面に圧接される患者用容器16がシャッター片66の移動に伴って回転等で位置ずれすることを防止できるようになっている。 
なお、容器支持部20の側方には、図3に示すように、患者用容器16を載置可能な補助保持部28が設けられている。この補助保持部28は、大型であまり利用頻度の高くない患者用容器16を手動で載置する際に利用する。この場合、補助保持部28でも後述する秤量部29での秤量が可能となっている。 
容器支持部20の下方側には秤量部29が配置されている。 秤量部29では、図8及び図9に示すように、左右方向に延びる2本のレール29aに基台29bが往復移動可能に設けられている。基台29bにはベルト29cを介して水平移動用モータ29dからの駆動力が伝達され、往復移動するようになっている。基台29b上には、図8に示すように、偏心ローラ71と、この偏心ローラ71を回転させるための上下移動用モータ72(図8では省略)とが設けられている。上下移動用モータ72の回転軸にはギア72aが設けられ、偏心ローラ71の軸部73に設けたギア73aと噛合している。これにより、上下移動用モータ72の駆動力がギア72a、73aを介して偏心ローラ71に伝達される。 
偏心ローラ71は、図8に示すように、両端側の軸部73と、中央部の偏心部74とで構成されている。各軸部73には、回転方向に180度ずらせた位置に、扇状の被検出部(図示せず)が設けられている。各被検出部は、回転位置検出センサ75、76によってそれぞれ検出される。これにより、偏心部74を上方位置と下方位置とにそれぞれ位置決めすることが可能である。そして、この偏心部74の上下方向の移動によって昇降プレート77が昇降する。 
昇降プレート77は、図10(a)、詳しくは図10(b)に示すように、板状体を断面略U字形に屈曲し、その両端縁部を水平方向に伸長した形状で、一端側平坦部77aが偏心部74に当接し、他端側平坦部77bが基台29bから上方に延びるガイド軸(図示せず)によって昇降可能にガイドされている。中央窪み部77cには秤量センサ78(ここではロードセルを使用している。)が配置されている。秤量センサ78の上面には平板状の秤量受部79が設けられている。 
このように、前記秤量部29は、容器供給部2の左右(幅)方向に往復移動可能な構成となっており、複数箇所の容器支持部20に対して1つだけでよい。したがって、安価に製作することができる。また、秤量時以外は下方側で待機し、秤量する場合には、秤量しようとする容器支持部20の下方側に停止させる。そして、昇降プレート77を上昇させ、秤量受部79で支持プレート21の脚部24を押し上げる。これにより、秤量センサ78で容器支持部20に載置された患者用容器16を秤量することができる。ここでは、容器支持部20及び空の患者用容器16を秤量して基準値とし、一旦降下して薬液を分注した後、再度秤量することに
より、薬液の重量を得るようにしている。 
容器支持部20のさらに前方には、図12に示すように、傾斜部材95を介して第2搬送部である第2ベルトコンベア80が配置され、その前方領域は取出位置となっている。傾斜部材95は、図4Bに示すように、容器支持部20側から第2ベルトコンベア80側に向かって徐々に上方側に傾斜し、平面視で第2ベルト80bの一部を覆うようになっている。このように傾斜部材96に傾斜させているのは、患者用容器16が容器支持部20から第2ベルトコンベア80に移動する際に転倒することを防止するためのものである。 
第2ベルトコンベア80は、容器供給部2の幅方向に延びる2本のローラ80a(一方は図示せず)に、複数列に対応して第2ベルト80bをそれぞれ掛け渡したものである。そして、前記各容器支持部20に対応する位置に第3ガイド部材80cがそれぞれ設けられることにより、第2ベルトコンベア80の上方空間が仕切られている。第2ベルトコンベア80は、第2モータ80dを駆動して一方のローラ80aを回転させることにより駆動する。そして、第2ベルトコンベア80の駆動により、分注位置(秤量位置)から移動して来た患者用容器16は、その少なくとも一部が第2ベルト80b上に載置されることにより取出位置へと搬送されることになる。 
第2ベルトコンベア80が配置される領域の側方には、図9に示すように、前後方向の2箇所に、第1ビームセンサ81及び第2ビームセンサ82がそれぞれ設けられている。第1ビームセンサ81は、分注位置から第2ベルトコンベア80に移動して来た患者用容器16を検出する。第2ビームセンサ82は、患者用容器16が取出位置に移動したことを検出する。第2ベルトコンベア80は、第1ビームセンサ81からの検出信号により駆動を開始し、第2ビームセンサ82からの検出信号により停止する。 
第2ベルトコンベア80の前方部分には、図12に示すように、ストッパ80eが設けられている。ストッパ80eの高さは、薬液を収容された患者用容器16の重心位置よりも上方まで延びているのが好ましいが、患者用容器16を前方側から取り出しやすいように、高さ寸法はできるだけ抑制するようにしている。 
容器供給部2の前面は、図2に示すように、装置本体1の前面と面一で、扉6の下方側に位置している。前面部には開口が形成され、その背後にはLED32が配置されている。LED32は、第2ビームセンサ82によって患者用容器16が検出されることにより点灯する。つまり、ユーザに対して秤量が完了したことを報知する。また、LED32の下方側には凹所20aが形成されている。この凹所20aは、容器供給部2の全体を引っ張り出すために利用される。 
(1-3.薬液供給部3) 薬液供給部3は、図14に示すように、複数の薬瓶保持部83が形成された供給部本体84からなる。 薬瓶保持部83は、略U字形となる一対の保持ガイド85を備える。薬瓶保持部83の底面83aは、前方に向かうに従って徐々に低くなるように傾斜し、載置される薬瓶37を傾斜させた状態、すなわち、薬瓶37の外周面が保持ガイド85に当接して保持された状態に支持する。このときの薬瓶37の傾斜角度は、図14(b)に示すように、薬瓶37の上端開口部から鉛直下方に向かってノズル42を挿入した際、ノズル42の先端部分が、傾斜した薬瓶37の最も深い位置に到達可能となるように設定している。これにより、薬瓶37から薬液を抽出する際、残量が殆どなくなる状態まで吸引することができ、薬液が吸引し切れずに破棄される量を抑制することが可能となる。 
各薬瓶37の上端開口部には、閉鎖板86を備えた環状体87が取り付けられている。 環状体87は、図15(a)に示すように、外周面の一部に、下面から上面側に向かって、バーコードが印刷されたラベルを取り付けるためのラベル用溝部88を形成されている。 
環状体87の下面には、底部材89がネジ止めされている。 前記底部材89は、合成樹脂材料からなり、その中心孔(図示せず)は、薬瓶37の上方開口部のサイズの違いに対応し、薬瓶37に形成された雄ネジが螺合可能な雌ネジを形成されている。また、底部材89は、環状体87の下面にネジ止めされることにより、ラベル用溝に取り付けたラベルの脱落を防止する。 環状体87の外周面には、前記ラベル用溝部88とは反対側から所定間隔で突出し、閉鎖板86を回動可能に支持する腕部90が形成されている。 環状体87の上面には、図15(b)に示すように、中心孔87aが形成され、その周囲には環状凹部87bが形成されている。環状凹部87bには、図示しないが、薄板円盤状のRFID(Radio Frequency IDentification)が配置され、環状カバー91によって覆われている。 
薬瓶37には元々製薬会社でラベル(図示せず)が貼着されている。ラベルには、薬液の名称や内容量のほか、バーコードが印刷されている。RFIDには、環状体87を取り付ける薬瓶37に収容されている薬液に対応する情報が記憶されている。薬瓶37に環状体87を取り付ける際、バーコードリーダで、薬瓶37に貼着したラベルのバーコードと、環状体87のラベルに印刷されたバーコードとを読み取ることにより、合致しているか否かを確認する。RFIDに記憶させてある薬液に関するデータは、後述するリーダーで読み取られるようになっている。 
環状カバー91は、その中心に、上方に向かって突出する筒部91aを形成されている。この筒部91aには、閉鎖板86の閉鎖部86aが当接するようになっている。筒部91aを形成することにより、閉鎖板86との接触面積を、薬瓶37内に埃等が侵入しない必要最小限の範囲とすることができる。したがって、ノズル42から液だれしても、閉鎖板86の閉鎖部86aが環状カバー91に密着する等の不具合を防止することができる。なお、環状カバー91の外周縁の2箇所には対称位置に係止爪(図示せず)がそれぞれ形成され、環状体87の環状凹部87bに形成した係止孔87cに係止されるようになっている。 
閉鎖板86は、薬瓶37の上端開口部を閉鎖する閉鎖部86aと、この閉鎖部86aから斜めに延びる押圧受部86bとで構成されている。閉鎖板86は、前記腕部90に支軸90aを中心として回動可能に支持され、薬瓶37が傾斜状態で支持される関係上、図15(a)に示すように、支軸90aに設けたスプリング90bによって閉鎖方向に付勢されている。これにより、閉鎖板86による閉鎖状態を確実なものとすることができる。閉鎖板86は、ノズル42と共に昇降するロッド43によって押圧受部86bを押圧されることにより、スプリング90bの付勢力に抗して開放位置に回動する。 
ロッド43は、後述するように、支持部41に昇降可能に支持されており、自重により前記押圧受部86bを押し下げて閉鎖板86を開放位置へと回動させる。そして、閉鎖板86を開放させた後は支持部41をスライドし、ノズル42のみが降下を続ける。この結果、閉鎖板86を開放状態に維持したままで、ノズル42を薬瓶37の上端開口部から内部へと侵入させることが可能となっている。 
薬液供給部3の最前列に配置される左端の1本の薬瓶37には、薬液の希釈を行うための希釈水が収容されている。ここでは、希釈水として水道水又は精製水が使用される。なお、薬瓶37に希釈水を収容する代わりに、洗浄水供給タンクから供給される洗浄水をそのまま希釈水として利用することも可能である。 
また、薬瓶37に収容した薬液は、ノズル42を使用して定期的に攪拌させるのが好ましい。すなわち、薬瓶37内にノズル42を挿入し、薬液の吸引及び排出を繰り返す。これにより、薬瓶37内の薬液の攪拌が可能となる。なお、使用したノズル42は洗浄しておけばよい。 
(1-4.分注部4) 分注部4は、図16及び図17に示すように、支持部41に支持されたノズル42とロッド43を備える。ノズル42の上端部にはシリンダ30が一体的に設けられ、両者は共に昇降するようになっている。そして、シリンダ30内のピストンを駆動することにより、シリンダ30に薬液又は洗浄水を吸引し、シリンダ30から薬液又は洗浄水を排出することができるようになっている。なお、ノズル42の移動、薬液又は洗浄水の吸引及び排出の制御については、従来公知の方法によって行うことが可能である(例えば、特開2004-245715号公報参照)。 
支持部41は、図2に示すように、装置本体1の両側内面に設けた前後に延びる第1レール44と、この第1レール44に沿って前後方向に移動可能に設けた第2レール45と、この第2レール45に沿って左右方向に移動可能に設けた第3レール46とによって、内部空間をX軸、Y軸及びZ軸方向に移動可能となっている。すなわち、支持部41は、第3レール46に沿って昇降し、第3レール46(図16参照)は、第2レール45に沿って左右に移動し、第2レール45は、第1レール44に沿って前後に移動する。 
支持部41の下方側には、上面に湾曲した凹部47aを形成された液ダレ防止部47が設けられている。そして、液ダレ防止部47は、モータ47bの駆動によりギア47cを介してノズル42の下方側に位置する受取位置と、その側方に位置する退避位置とにそれぞれ旋回可能となっている。また、支持部41の下方側には、薬瓶37の環状体87に内蔵したRFIDに書き込んだ情報を読み取るためのリーダー(図示せず)が設けられている。 
ノズル42は、先端部が先端に向かうに従って徐々に内径寸法が小さくなるように漏斗状に形成されている。ノズル42はシリンダ30に接続され、シリンダ30内のピストンを後退することにより薬瓶37から薬液を吸引し、一旦貯留する。そして、ピストンを前進させることにより吸引した薬液を患者用容器16へと排出する。このとき、前述の通り、先端部が漏斗状に形成されているため、液ダレを防止することが可能である。なお、シリンダ30では、予め内部に一定量の空気を封入しておき、薬液を吸引する際、この薬液が直接ピストンに触れることが無いようにするのが好ましい。 
ロッド43は、ノズル42の前方に配置され、支持部41に対して昇降可能に支持されている。ロッド43の下端位置は、ノズル42の下端位置よりも下方側に位置している。これにより、図19(a)に示すように、まず、ロッド43の下端部で薬液供給部3の閉鎖板86の押圧受部86bを押圧し、閉鎖板86が開放してから、図19(b)から図19(c)に示すように、ノズル42が薬瓶37の内部へと侵入できるようになっている。そして、支持部41を下方側へと移動させると、支持部41に対してロッド43がスライドし、ノズル42の降下を阻害しないようになっている。 
(1-5.洗浄部) 洗浄部5では、図18に示すように、洗浄容器48内に、底面から上方に向かって突出し、洗浄水供給タンク9に連通する給水管101が設けられ、底面に排水回収タンク10へと連通する排水口102が開口し、図18(a)に示すように、給水管101の側方に配置されている。給水管101の上端開口部は、回動可能な閉鎖板103によって閉鎖されている。詳しくは、図18(b)に示すように、閉鎖板103は、給水管101の上端開口部を閉鎖する閉鎖部103aと、そこから斜めに延びる押圧受部103bとで構成されている。常態においては、閉鎖板103はスプリング103cの付勢力により閉鎖部103aで給水管101の上端開口部を閉鎖するように回動している。閉鎖板103は、洗浄部5内に移動させた分注部4に設けたロッド43によって押圧受部103bを押圧されることにより回動し、上端開口部を開放する。この状態で、分注部4をさらに降下させることにより、ノズル42で給水管101内の洗浄水を吸引可能となる。また、洗浄容器48自体は、レバー104を回動させることにより、ワンタッチで取り外すこ
とができるようになっている。これにより、洗浄容器48の洗浄を簡単に行うことができる。 
前記構成の洗浄部5では、ノズル42を洗浄する場合、洗浄容器48内にノズル42及びロッド43を移動させる。そして、ロッド43で閉鎖板103の押圧受部103bを押圧し、この閉鎖板103を回動させることにより給水管101の上端開口部を開放する。そして、ノズル42を降下させて洗浄水を吸引した後、上昇させる。これにより、閉鎖板103が自重により回動し、給水管101の上端開口部は閉鎖される。ここで、ノズル42から吸引した洗浄水を排出する。排出された洗浄水は、閉鎖板103から洗浄容器48の下方側へと流下し、排水口102を介して排水回収タンク10へと回収される。なお、ノズル42は、ブロア106から吹き付けられるエアーによって乾燥される。このように、ノズル42を洗浄する際、昇降させるだけでよく、移動させる必要がないので、時間のロスを抑制して効率的な作業が可能となる。洗浄水供給タンク9に連通する給水管101を図示しない一般の水道へ直結し、排水回収タンク10に連通する排水口102を図示しない一般の水道の排水口へ連通する構成としてもよい。こうすることで、重量物である洗浄水供給タンク9および排水回収タンク10の運搬および設置作業が不要となる。 
(1-6.制御部) 制御部100は、図20に示すように、入力された処方データや各種センサからの入力信号に基づいて、装置本体1に設けた表示パネル7等のほか、容器供給部2、薬液供給部3、分注部4、及び、洗浄部5を駆動制御する。 
(2.動作) 次に、前記構成からなる分注装置の動作(分注処理)について、図21~図26のフローチャートに従って説明する。 
分注を開始する前に、容器供給部2では、サイズ別に各列に患者用容器16を短軸方向に整列させる。そして、後方側に押圧片57を配置しておく。これにより、各列での患者用容器16の整列状態が維持される。また、薬液供給部3では、バーコードリーダで薬瓶37のバーコードを読み取ることにより、表示パネル7に表示させた薬瓶37のセット位置情報に従って薬瓶37をセットする。ユーザは、薬瓶37を、表示パネル7に表示された位置に配置すればよい。なお、分注装置の電源をオンした時点で一度だけ、分注部4を原点位置(装置本体1の奥側左隅の位置)に移動し、その位置を基準位置とする原点取りを実行する。 
図21に示すように、図示しないサーバ等から処方データが入力されると(ステップS1)、容器供給部2では、患者用容器16の患者用容器準備処理を開始する(ステップS2)。また、この患者用容器準備処理と並行して、薬液供給部3では、患者用容器16に薬液を分注させるための分注準備処理を開始する(ステップS3)。そして、分注・秤量処理を実行した後(ステップS4)、洗浄処理(ステップS5)を実行し、分注が完了したか否かを判断する(ステップS6)。分注が完了していなければ、ステップS3に戻って前記ステップS3~S5の処理を繰り返す。分注が完了していれば、取出処理(ステップS7)を実行することにより、一連の分注処理を終了する。 
(2-1.患者用容器準備処理) 患者用容器準備処理では、図22に示すように、処方データに基づいて薬液を分注する患者用容器16を特定する(ステップS11)。すなわち、処方データから、分注の対象となる薬液の種類と、その薬液の総容量及び1回分の用量とを求め、この薬液を収容可能で、適切な目盛りを付された患者用容器16を特定する。 
患者用容器16が特定されれば、その患者用容器16が整列された列の第1モータ56により第1ベルトコンベア53の駆動を開始する(ステップS12)。整列された患者用容器16のうち、先頭に位置するものが支持プレート21の傾斜部62を乗り越えて平坦部61に至る。このとき、先頭に位置する患者用容器16は、支持プレート21上に移動することにより第1ベルト55からの摩擦力を受けなくなるが、次の患者用容器16によって押圧されるため、平坦部61に至ることができる。また、次の患者用容器16は、その底面の一部(好ましくは、底面の半分以上)が第1ベルト55に載置された状態に維持され、後述する逆転駆動時に後方側へと移動可能となる。 
一方、平坦部61に至った患者用容器16は、シャッター部材64のシャッター片66に当接し、それ以上の前方への移動を阻止される。ここで、容器検出センサ25によって患者用容器16が分注位置に位置することが検出されれば(ステップS13)、第1ベルトコンベア53の駆動を所定時間だけ逆転駆動させる(ステップS14)。続いて、秤量部29を上昇させ(ステップS15)、患者用容器16及び支持プレート21を秤量して記憶させておく(ステップS16)。この場合、ステップS14で、次の患者用容器16を支持プレート21から待避させているので、秤量結果に悪影響を与えることがない。 
なお、秤量後は、秤量部29を元の位置に降下させておく。 また、患者用容器16を前方に移動させる場合、容器検出センサ25によって患者用容器16が検出されてから所定時間、第1モータ56の駆動を続行することにより、患者用容器16を確実にシャッター片66に当接させ、分注位置に位置させるようにするのが好ましい。 
さらに、前記患者用容器準備処理では、最後の1つの患者用容器16を確実に分注位置まで搬送できるように、押圧片57の載置部59の一部が支持プレート21上に乗り込むようになっている。すなわち、押圧片57は、ウェイト60側の載置部59を第1ベルト55上に圧接させているので、第1ベルトコンベア53を駆動すると、起立部58側が支持プレート21に乗り込み、患者用容器16を押圧することができる。そして、第1ベルトコンベア53を逆転駆動することにより、第1ベルト55と載置部59との摩擦力により、押圧片57を支持プレート21から退避させることができる。 
(2-2.分注準備処理) 分注準備処理では、図23に示すように、支持部41を、処方データに従って該当する薬液が収容された薬瓶37の上方位置へと移動させる(ステップS21)。このとき、リーダーでRFIDに書き込んだ情報を読み取り、薬瓶37に収容されている薬液の照合を行う(ステップS22)。これにより、その薬液が処方データに含まれる薬液と合致するか否かの確認を行うことができる。薬瓶37は、表示パネル7に表示した位置に従って配置されていれば、問題ないはずであるが、人為的ミスを防止するために、このチェックを行っている。 
そして、該当する薬液が収容された薬瓶37であれば、液ダレ防止部47を旋回させた後(ステップS23)、支持部41を降下させる(ステップS24)。支持部41の降下に伴い、まず、ロッド43が閉鎖板86の押圧受部86bに当接する。閉鎖板86は、ロッド43の自重によって回動し、薬瓶37の上方開口部を開放する。続いて、ノズル42が貫通孔を通過して薬瓶37の内部へと至る。このとき、ロッド43は、開放位置に位置する閉鎖板86によってそれ以上の降下を阻止され、支持部41に対してスライドしてノズル42のみが降下する。そして、ノズル42の先端が薬液の液面に至れば(ステップS25)、従来公知の方法によって、薬液を吸引しながら液面が低下するのに合わせて徐々にノズル42を降下させる(ステップS26)。これにより、ノズル42の外周面が薬液に浸かることなく、シリンダ30内に薬液を吸引して一旦貯留することが可能となる。 
このようにしてノズル42を介してシリンダ30内に処方データに基づいた所定量の薬液が吸引されれば(ステップS27)、支持部41(ノズル42及びロッド43)を上昇させる(ステップS28)。このとき、ロッド43が自重により元の位置へと移動する。これにより、閉鎖板86はロッド43による押圧状態を解除され、環状カバー91の筒部91aを閉鎖する。支持部41が所定位置まで上昇すれば、ノズル42を前記患者用容器準備処理で分注位置に位置決めした患者用容器16へと移動させる(ステップS29)。 
(2-3.分注・秤量処理) 患者用容器準備処理及び分注準備処理が終了すれば、図24に示すように、分注・秤量処理を開始する(ステップS4)。 
すなわち、分注位置で、ノズル42を降下させて先端部分を患者用容器16内に位置させる(ステップS31)。そして、ピストンを前進させてシリンダ30内に吸引した薬液を患者用容器16内に供給する(ステップS32)。このとき、薬液の水位の上昇に伴ってノズル42を上昇させることにより、水面とノズル42の先端位置とがあまり変化しないようにするのが好ましい。そして、シリンダ30内の薬液の供給が完了すれば、再びノズル42を上昇させ(ステップS33)、今度はこのノズル42を洗浄部5へと移動させる(ステップS34)。このとき、秤量部29を上昇させて、薬液が供給された患者用容器16と支持プレート21を秤量し、その結果を記憶させる(ステップS35)。その後、秤量結果から患者用容器16の重量を減算して分注された薬液の重量を算出する(ステップS36)。 
次いで、ノズルを洗浄部5に移動させて洗浄処理を開始する(ステップS5) 
(2-5.洗浄処理) 洗浄処理では、図25に示すように、ノズル42及びロッド43を降下させ(ステップS41)、洗浄容器48内に移動させる。これにより、ロッド43が閉鎖板103の押圧受部103bを押圧し、この閉鎖板103が回動することにより給水管101の上端開口部が開放する。さらに、ノズル42を降下させて洗浄水内の吸引位置に至らしめる(ステップS42)。そして、ノズル42を介して洗浄水を吸引した後(ステップS43)、上昇させる(ステップS44)。これにより、閉鎖板103が自重により回動し、給水管101の上端開口部は閉鎖される。ここで、ノズル42から吸引した洗浄水を排出する(ステップS45)。排出された洗浄水は、閉鎖板103から洗浄容器48の下方側へと流下し、排水口102を介して排水回収タンク10へと回収される。その後、ノズル42に対してブロア106からエアーを吹き付け(ステップS46)、ノズル42を乾燥させる。 
このように、ノズル42を洗浄する際、昇降させるだけでよく、時間のロスを抑制して効率的な作業が可能となる。洗浄水供給タンク9に連通する給水管101を図示しない一般の水道へ直結し、排水回収タンク10に連通する排水口102を図示しない一般の水道の排水口へ連通する構成としてもよい。こうすることで、重量物である洗浄水供給タンク9及び排水回収タンク10の運搬や設置作業が不要となる。 
以下、同様にして、患者用容器16を分注位置に搬送する患者用容器準備処理、ノズル42による薬瓶37からの薬液を吸引する分注準備処理、吸引した薬液を患者用容器16に分注して秤量する分注・秤量処理、ノズル42を洗浄する洗浄処理を繰り返し、処方データに基づいて患者用容器16に該当する各薬液を所定量ずつ分注する。そして、分注する毎に、秤量部29にて患者用容器16及び支持プレート21を秤量し、分注した薬液量を算出する。但し、秤量は、全ての薬液が分注された後に1回だけ行うようにしても構わない。 
以上のようにして、全ての薬液について患者用容器16への分注が完了すれば(ステップS6)、この患者用容器16の取出処理を開始する(ステップS7)。 
(2-4.取出処理) 取出処理では、図26に示すように、シャッター部材64を駆動してシャッター片66を停止位置から待避位置へと移動させる(ステップS51)。そして、再び第1ベルトコンベア53を駆動して患者用容器16を前方へと移動させ、分注位置から後退させた患者用容器16で、秤量の完了した先頭の患者用容器16をさらに前方へと移動させる(ステップS52)。 
移動した患者用容器16が第1ビ
ームセンサ81によって検出されれば(ステップS53)、第1ベルトコンベア53の駆動を停止すると共に(ステップS54)、第2ベルトコンベアの駆動を開始する(ステップS55)。このとき、先頭の患者用容器16は、第2ベルト80bにその一部(好ましくは、底面の半分以上)を載置され、次の患者用容器16は、シャッター片66には至っていない。これにより、次の患者用容器16はその場に留まる一方、第2ベルトコンベアの第2ベルト上に移動した先頭の患者用容器16がさらに前方へと搬送される。また、シャッター部材64を駆動してシャッター片66を待避位置から停止位置へと移動させ、次の患者用容器16が前方に移動するのを阻止する(ステップS56)。ここで、第1ベルトコンベア53を駆動して、次の患者用容器16を前進させ、前記ステップS12~S14で行ったのと同様にして分注位置に位置させ、さらにその次の患者用容器16を後退させておく。そして、第2ビームセンサ82によって患者用容器16が取出位置に至ったことが検出されれば(ステップS57)、第2ベルトコンベアの駆動を停止する(ステップS58)。そして、LEDを点灯させる(ステップS59)。 
ユーザは、棚14を引き出して、払いだされた患者用容器16を、この棚14に載置し、キャップを装着する。このとき、取出位置から患者用容器16が取り出されたことを第2ビームセンサ82で検出し、ジャーナルプリンタ11を起動し、その薬液情報を印刷する。印刷された薬液情報は監査等で使用する。さらに、ラベルプリンタ12を起動し、患者名やバーコードを印刷したラベルを排出する。このラベルは患者用容器16に貼着して使用する。このとき、患者用容器16と、分注された薬液の情報(薬液の名称、用量等)とが関連付けられる。 
(他の実施形態) なお、本発明は、前記実施形態に記載された構成に限定されるものではなく、種々の変更が可能である。 
前記実施形態では、押圧片57を第1ベルトコンベア53とは別体で設けるようにしたが、第1ベルトに連結した構成とすることも可能である。この場合、押圧片57は、第1ベルト55に対して、その起立部58が支持プレート21上に移動可能となるように連結する必要がある。また、第1ベルトコンベア53自体は、押圧片57を介して所定値以上の負荷がかかることにより自動的に停止又は動力が遮断される機構を備える必要がある。 
また、前記実施形態では、各列の容器支持部20に対して秤量部29を共用化するようにしたが、各列に秤量部29を設けるようにしてもよい。この場合、支持プレート21の下面に秤量センサ78を当接させて、支持プレート21に載置された患者用容器16を直接秤量するようにすればよい。

Claims (10)

  1. 薬液が種類別に収容される複数の薬瓶が配置される薬液供給部と、 患者用容器をサイズ別に整列して配置可能な容器供給部と、 前記薬液供給部の薬瓶から薬液を吸引して、前記容器供給部の分注位置に位置する患者用容器に分注する分注部と、を備え、 前記容器供給部は、 整列して配置された患者用容器を、前記分注位置に向かって搬送する第1搬送部と、 前記分注位置に位置する患者用容器を秤量する秤量部と、 前記秤量部によって秤量した後の患者用容器を取出位置に搬送する第2搬送部と、を前記患者用容器が直接載置される各載置面が略同一水平面上に位置するように備えたことを特徴とする分注装置。
  2. 前記第1搬送部は、 前記患者用容器を整列方向に沿って往復移動させるベルトコンベアと、 前記ベルトコンベアの駆動により前記整列方向に移動し、その一部が前記分注位置側に侵入可能な押圧片と、を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分注装置。
  3. 前記押圧片は、前記ベルトコンベアとは別体で設けられ、前記患者用容器に当接する起立部と、前記ベルトコンベアに接触する載置部とを備えたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の分注装置。
  4. 前記載置部は、前記ベルトコンベアに常に接触する位置に、前記ベルトコンベアから受ける摩擦力を調整可能なウェイトを備えたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の分注装置。
  5. 前記分注位置と前記第2搬送部との間に、前記患者用容器の移動を阻止する停止位置と、前記患者用容器の移動を許可する待避位置とに移動可能なシャッター部材を配置したことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の分注装置。
  6. 前記第1搬送部を正転駆動させて先頭に位置する患者用容器を分注位置に搬送し、前記第1搬送部を逆転駆動させて先頭以外に位置する患者用容器を後退させることにより、前記分注位置から離間させた後、前記秤量部による秤量を開始させる制御部を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の分注装置。
  7. 前記第2搬送部は、水平方向に延びるベルトコンベアで構成し、 前記分注位置から患者用容器が前記第2搬送部に侵入したことを検出する第1センサと、 前記患者用容器が取出位置に位置したことを検出する第2センサと、 前記第1センサにより患者用容器が検出されることにより前記第1搬送部の駆動を停止させ、前記第2センサにより患者用容器が検出されることにより前記第2搬送部の駆動を停止させる制御部と、を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の分注装置。
  8. 前記第1搬送部と前記第2搬送部の組み合わせを複数列で備え、 前記第1搬送部と第2搬送部の各組み合わせに対して、少なくとも分注位置で患者用容器を支持する容器支持部をそれぞれ備え、 前記秤量部は、前記容器支持部のいずれかに移動して患者用容器を秤量可能とすることにより共用化したことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の分注装置。
  9. 前記容器支持部は、その一部が第1搬送部上に位置し、分注位置側に向かって徐々に高くなる傾斜部と、分注位置を含む平坦部とを有する支持プレートを備えたことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の分注装置。
  10. 前記分注位置と前記第2搬送部の間に、第2搬送部に向かうに従って徐々に上方に傾斜する傾斜面を有する傾斜部材を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の分注装置。
