本实用新型涉及一种鞋底, 尤其是不仅适用于光滑地板行走而且适用于水 地行走的多功能防滑鞋底。
背景技术
随着物质生活条件的逐步提高, 人们对衣着鞋帽等的要求已不仅仅限于最 基本的保暖或遮体的作用, 更多的倾向于实用和美观, 现有的防滑鞋底通常有 两种, 一种在鞋底上设置防滑突起, 适用于登山、 一般路面或光滑地板上行走 或跑步, 但在水面上防滑性较差; 另一种在鞋底上设置金属防滑钉, 适用于水 面上, 由于金属防滑钉过硬在一般路面上行走不便且易滑伤地板。
实用新型内容
为了克服上述缺陷, 本实用新型的目的在于提供一种适用范围较广、 结构 简单、 容易制作的多功能防滑鞋底。
为了达到上述目的, 本实用新型的多功能防滑鞋底, 由鞋底和设置在所述 鞋底上的至少一个防滑钉构成, 所述防滑钉由钉身和设置在所述钉身一端的钉 帽构成, 所述钉帽相对钉身的一面向外设置有若干防滑突起; 所述鞋底上设置 有与所述钉身相配和的安装孔, 所述钉身对应可拆卸地设置在所述安装孔内。
其中, 所述防滑钉沿所述鞋底分别呈纵向和横向排列设置。
进一步地, 所述的钉身由前后两段构成, 其中远钉帽段为前段, 近钉帽段 为后段, 前段相对后段直径较小。
特别是, 所述的钉帽呈圓形, 所述防滑突起在所述钉帽面上沿环形间隔分 布。
进一步地, 所述的防滑钉由 TPU材料一次性注射成型。
其中, 所述的防滑突起由金属材质制成并镶嵌设置在所述钉帽上。

上述的结构, 可根据不同的地面状况选用不同的防滑钉, 普通地面可使用
TPU 防滑钉, 在碰到水面或泥泞、 陡峭的底面可选用金属防滑钉, 具有统一性 和互换性, 防滑性能好, 适用范围广, 行走更加方便, 感觉更舒适, 行走更安 全。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细说明。
如图 1、 图 2所示, 本实用新型的多功能防滑鞋底, 由鞋底 1和设置在所 述鞋底上的至少一个防滑钉 2构成, 所述防滑钉由钉身和设置在所述钉身一端 的钉帽构成, 所述钉帽相对钉身的一面向外设置有若干防滑突起 3; 所述鞋底 上设置有与所述钉身相配和的安装孔, 所述钉身对应可拆卸地设置在所述安装 孔内。 其中, 所述防滑钉沿所述鞋底分别呈纵向和横向排列设置。 即所述防滑 钉在横向和纵向均有间距, 不呈单纯横向或纵向的直线形排列设置, 有助于稳 定人体重心, 稳定性较强。 如图 1所示。
进一步地, 所述的钉身由前后两段构成, 其中远钉帽段为前段, 近钉帽段 为后段, 前段相对后段直径较小。 所述的钉帽呈圓形, 所述防滑突起 3在所述钉帽面上沿环形间隔分布。
作为本实用新型的第一具体实施例, 所述的防滑钉由 TPU材料一次性注射 成型。 如图 3所示。
作为本实用新型的第二具体实施例, 所述的防滑突起 3由金属材质制成并 镶嵌设置在所述钉帽上。 如图 4所示。
所述的钉帽上相对所述钉身两侧设置有通孔 4 ,所述通孔内设置有金属环 5 ; 还包括用于将所述防滑钉从鞋底上卸下的防滑钉扒手 6 , 如图 5 所示, 所述防 滑钉扒手由弹性手柄 61和两个刚性扒齿 62两部分构成, 其中, 所述弹性手柄 呈 T形, 所述 T形弹性手柄中间部分底端分成两个叉呈倒置 Y形, 所述刚性扒 齿分别对应设置在所述两叉底部。 进一步地, 所述弹性手柄两端与中间部分 63 之间的交叉边缘呈弧状。 所述弹性手柄由 TPU材料一次性注射成型, 所述扒齿 由金属材质制。
便于在使用时与手指配合, 使用更方便, 使用时两手指对应握于弹性手柄 两端与其中央部分的交叉部位, 将两扒齿对应置于防滑钉两金属环内, 两扒齿 之间的距离能对弹性手柄的弹性变形而改变,将防滑钉从鞋底的安装孔内拔出, 使用方便, 制作简单。
上述的结构, 可根据不同的地面状况选用不同的防滑钉, 普通地面可使用 TPU 防滑钉, 在碰到水面或泥泞、 陡峭的底面可选用金属防滑钉, 具有统一性 和互换性, 防滑性能好, 适用范围广, 行走更加方便, 感觉更舒适, 行走更安 全。
本实用新型不局限于上述实施方式, 不论在其形状或结构上做任何变化, 凡是利用上述的多功能防滑鞋底都是本实用新型的一种变形, 均应认为落在本 实用新型保护范围之内。

2、 如权利要求 1所述的多功能防滑鞋底, 其特征在于, 所述防滑钉沿所述 鞋底分别呈纵向和横向排列设置。
3、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的多功能防滑鞋底, 其特征在于, 所述的钉身由 前后两段构成, 其中远钉帽段为前段, 近钉帽段为后段, 前段相对后段直径较 小。
4、如权利要求 3所述的多功能防滑鞋底,其特征在于,所述的钉帽呈圓形, 所述防滑突起在所述钉帽面上沿环形间隔分布。
5、 如权利要求 4 所述的多功能防滑鞋底, 其特征在于, 所述的防滑钉由 TPU材料一次性注射成型。
6、 如权利要求 4所述的多功能防滑鞋底, 其特征在于, 所述的防滑突起由 金属材质制成并镶嵌设置在所述钉帽上。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的多功能防滑鞋底, 其特征在于, 所述的钉帽上相对 所述钉身两侧设置有通孔, 所述通孔内设置有金属环; 还包括用于将所述防滑 钉从鞋底上卸下的防滑钉扒手, 所述防滑钉扒手由弹性手柄和两个刚性扒齿两 部分构成, 其中, 所述弹性手柄呈 T形, 所述 T形弹性手柄中间部分底端分成 两个叉呈倒置 Y形, 所述刚性扒齿分别对应设置在所述两叉底部。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的多功能防滑鞋底, 其特征在于, 所述弹性手柄两端 与中间部分之间的交叉边缘呈弧状。
