Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Trennung von Flugaschein eine mineralische Fraktion und in eine nicht restkohlenstoffreiche Fraktion. Ihr liegt die Aufgabe zu Grunde, ein Konzept aufzuzeigen, mit Hilfe dessen aus einer großen Flugaschemenge eine restkohlenstoffarme, insbesondere EN 450 erfüllende, mineralische Fraktion wirtschaftlich abgetrennt werden kann. Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe durch ein Verfahren umfassend die Schritte: a) Bereitstellen von Flugasche enthaltend mineralische Partikel und nicht mineralische Partikel; b) pneumatisches Beaufschlagen der Flugasche zur Erzeugung fluidisierter Flugasche; c) gleichsinniges Ionisieren von Luft mittels mindestens einer von zu ionisierender Luft umgebener Koronaelektrode; d) Vermischen der ionisierten Luft mit der fluidisierten Flugasche unter Erhalt einer gleichsinnig ionisierten, fluidisierten Flugasche; e) Niederschlagen von mineralischen Partikeln aus der ionisierten, fluidisierten Flugasche auf eine relativ zur ionisierten, fluidisierten Flugasche bewegte Sammelelektrode, welche geerdet oder der Koronaelektrode entgegengesetzt geladen ist; f) Abnehmen von an der Sammelelektrode anhaftenden, mineralischen Partikeln als mineralische Fraktion; g) Erhalt der nicht mineralischen Fraktion aus an der Sammelelektrode nicht anhaftenden Partikeln der ionisierten, fluidisierten Flugasche.
