多媒体广播多播服务业务的处理方法、 系统及用户设备
技术领域 本发明涉及通信领域, 尤其涉及多媒体广播多播服务业务的处理方法、 系统及用户设备。
背景技术 随着互联网的迅猛发展和大屏幕多功能手机的普及, 出现了大量移动数 据多媒体业务和各种高带宽多媒体业务, 例如: 视频会议、 电视广播、 视频 点播、 视频广告、 网上教育、 以及互动游戏等, 这些多媒体业务不仅满足了 移动用户不断上升的业务需求, 同时也为移动运营商带来新的业务增长点。 这些移动数据多媒体业务要求多个用户能够同时接收相同数据, 与一般的数 据业务相比, 具有数据量大、 持续时间长、 以及时延敏感等特点。 为了有效 地利用移动网络资源, 第三代合作伙伴计划(3rd Generation Partnership Project, 3GPP )提出了多媒体广播多播服务( Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service, MBMS )业务。 MBMS业务是一种从一个数据源向多个目标传送数 据的技术, 实现了网络(包括核心网和接入网) 资源的共享, 提高了网络资 源 (尤其是空中接口资源)的利用率。 3GPP定义的 MBMS业务不仅能够实 现纯文本低速率的消息类组播和广播, 还能够实现高速多媒体业务的广播和 组播, 提供多种丰富的视频、 音频和多媒体业务, 这无疑顺应了未来移动数 据发展的趋势, 为第三代移动通信(3rd Generation, 3G )的发展提供了更好 的业务前景。 随着 MBMS 业务的推广和应用, 如何使网络侧及时了解用户设备对 MBMS业务的接收状况, 进而对 MBMS业务进行有效管理还是一个尚待解 决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种多媒体广播多播服务业务的处理方法、 系统及 用户设备,以解决如何使网络侧及时了解用户设备对 MBMS业务的接收状况 的问题。 为解决以上技术问题, 本发明提供一种多媒体广播多播服务业务的处理 方法, 该方法包括: 用户设备 ( UE )接收网络侧下发的多媒体广播多播服务( MBMS )业务; 以及 所述 UE主动或被动向网络侧上 ^艮所述 MBMS业务的接收状态信息。 上述方法中,所述 UE向网络侧上报所述 MBMS业务的接收状态信息的 步骤包括: 所述 UE持续接收所述 MBMS业务期间向网络侧上报表示正在接收该 MBMS业务的第一信息; 和 /或 所述 UE停止接收网络侧正在下发的所述 MBMS业务后向网络侧上报表 示停止接收该 MBMS业务的第二信息。 上述方法中,所述 UE利用同一消息上 针对一个或多个 MBMS业务的 第一信息和 /或第二信息。 上述方法中,所述 UE持续接收所述 MBMS业务期间向网络侧上 4艮表示 正在接收该 MBMS业务的第一信息的步骤中, 接收所述 MBMS业务的所有 UE在特定时间窗内分散发送针对该 MBMS业务的第一信息, 其中, 所述特 定时间窗是网络侧配置下发的或预先设定的。
上述方法中, 各 UE在所述时间窗内特定时刻上报所述接收状态信息, 各 UE的所述特定时刻的确定方式包括: 将所述时间窗内的所有可用时刻进 行标记, 使用各 UE标识(UE— ID )模以所述时间窗内所有可用时刻的个数, 将所得模值对应的上报时刻作为各 UE的特定时刻。 上述方法中,所述时间窗的起始时刻为所述 MBMS业务下发的时刻,或 网络侧发送统计消息的时刻,或所述 MBMS业务开始下发一段时间后的某一
时刻, 或网络侧发送统计消息一段时间后的某一时刻。 上述方法中, 所述 UE上报针对所述 MBMS业务的第一信息的条件是, 所述 UE接收该 MBMS业务的持续时长大于特定值,所述特定值是网络侧配 置下发的或预先设定的。 该方法还包括: 所述网络侧根据 UE上报的接收状态信息对所有 MBMS 业务的下发进行控制, 所述控制包括: 网络侧根据 UE上报的针对该 MBMS 业务的第一信息的情况来决定是否停止下发该 MBMS业务; 或,扩大接收率 大于预设值的 MBMS业务的发送区域;或,缩小接收率小于预设值的 MBMS 业务的发送区域。 所述 UE被动向网络侧上报所述 MBMS业务的接收状态信息的步骤之 前, 所述方法还包括: 网络侧向所述 UE发送的统计消息, 所述 UE被动向网络侧上报所述 MBMS业务的接收状态信息的步骤中, 所述 UE针对网络侧发送的统计消息中要求统计的 MBMS业务仅上报一次针 对所述 MBMS业务的第一信息。 上述方法中,所述 MBMS业务的接收状态信息包括以下信息中的一个或 多个: 表示 UE身份的信息、 表示 MBMS业务的信息、 显式或隐式的表示所 述 MBMS业务所属的多播广播单频网络(MBSFN ) 区域的信息、 以及表示 正在接收或停止接收的信息。 所述 UE向网络侧上报 MBMS业务的接收状态信息的步骤之前,该方法 还包括: 所述网络侧向特定范围内的 UE下发统计消息; 所述 UE向网络侧上报 MBMS业务的接收状态信息的步骤包括:接收到 所述统计消息的 UE向所述网络侧上报 MBMS业务的接收状态信息。 该方法还包括:上报的接收状态信息满足要求后,所述网络侧向所述 UE 下发停止上报接收状态信息的消息, 所述 UE接收到所述消息后, 停止上报 MBMS业务的接收状态信息。 为解决以上技术问题,本发明还提供一种用户设备,所述用户设备(UE ) 包括业务接收模块以及接收状态信息上报模块, 其中:
所述业务接收模块设置为: 接收多媒体广播多播服务(MBMS )业务; 所述接收状态信息上报模块, 与所述业务接收模块连接, 所述接收状态 信息上报模块设置为: 上报业务接收模块对所述 MBMS 业务的接收状态信 息。 上述用户设备中, 所述业务接收模块还设置为: 在开始接收和停止接收 所述 MBMS 业务时向所述接收状态信息上报模块分别发送开始接收通知和 停止接收通知; 所述接收状态信息上报模块是设置为按如下方式上报业务接 收模块对所述 MBMS业务的接收状态信息:接收所述开始接收通知和停止接 收通知, 根据所述开始接收通知和停止接收通知向网络侧上 ^艮所述 MBMS 业务的接收状态信息。 上述用户设备中, 所述接收状态信息上报模块是设置为按如下方式根据 所述开始接收通知和停止接收通知向网络侧上 所述 MBMS 业务的接收状 态信息:在接收针对所述 MBMS业务的两个通知期间向网络侧上 ^艮表示正在 接收所述 MBMS业务的第一信息; 在接收针对所述 MBMS业务的停止接收 通知后 ,向网络侧上 ^艮表示停止接收网络侧正在下发的所述 MBSM业务的第 二信息。 上述用户设备中,接收所述 MBMS业务的所有 UE的接收状态信息上报 模块在特定时间窗内分散发送针对所述 MBMS业务的第一信息,所述特定时 间窗是网络侧配置下发的或预先设定的。 上述用户设备中, 所述 UE的接收状态信息上报模块上报所述第一信息 的条件是, 在收到所述业务接收模块发送的停止接收通知前, 收到所述开始 接收通知后的时间超过特定值,所述特定值网络侧配置下发的或预先设定的。 上述用户设备中,所述 MBMS业务的接收状态信息包括以下信息中的一 个或多个: 表示 UE身份的信息、 表示 MBMS业务的信息、 显式或隐式的表 示所述 MBMS业务所属的 MBSFN区域的信息、以及表示正在接收或停止接 收的信息。 为解决以上技术问题, 本发明还提供一种多媒体广播多播服务业务的处 理方法, 该方法包括:
网络侧发送针对多媒体广播多播服务(MBMS ) 业务的反馈配置信息; 以及 接收 MBMS业务的用户设备 ( UE )接收所述反馈配置信息, 并根据所 述反馈配置信息主动或被动向网络侧上报 MBMS业务的接收状态信息。 上述方法中,所述反馈配置信息包括针对某一个或多个 MBMS业务的表 明时间窗的信息, 和 /或针对某一个或多个 MBMS业务上 4艮接收状态信息需 要满足的持续接收时间。 上述方法中, 所述反馈配置信息包括表明时间窗的信息时, 接收所述一 个或多个 MBMS业务的所有 UE在所述时间窗内分散发送针对所述 MBMS 业务的第一信息; 所述反馈配置信息包括持续接收时间时, 所述 UE满足所述持续接收时 间后再上报针对所述一个或多个 MBMS业务的接收状态信息。 上述方法中, 所述反馈配置信息是网络侧配置的或者标准协议预先设定 的。 上述方法中,所述 MBMS业务的接收状态信息包括以下信息中的一个或 多个: 表示 UE身份的信息、 表示 MBMS业务的信息、 显式或隐式的表示所 述 MBMS业务所属的 MBSFN区域的信息、以及表示正在接收或停止接收的 信息。 为解决以上技术问题, 本发明还提供一种多媒体广播多播服务业务的处 理系统, 所述系统包括配置信息下发装置及用户设备(UE ) , 其中, 所述配置信息下发装置位于网络侧, 所述配置信息下发装置设置为: 发 送针对多媒体广播多播服务(MBMS ) 业务的反馈配置信息; 所述 UE设置为: 接收所述反馈配置信息, 以及根据所述反馈配置信息 主动或被动上报 MBMS业务的接收状态信息。 上述系统中,所述反馈配置信息包括针对某一个或多个 MBMS业务的表 明时间窗的信息, 和 /或针对某一个或多个 MBMS业务上 4艮接收状态信息需 要满足的持续接收时间。
上述系统中, 所述反馈配置信息包括表明时间窗的信息时, 接收所述一 个或多个 MBMS业务的所有 UE在所述时间窗内分散发送针对所述 MBMS 业务的第一信息; 所述反馈配置信息包括持续接收时间时, 所述 UE满足所述持续接收时 间后再上报针对所述一个或多个 MBMS业务的接收状态信息。 上述系统中, 所述反馈配置信息是网络侧配置的或者标准协议预先设定 的。 上述系统中,所述 MBMS业务的接收状态信息包括以下信息中的一个或 多个: 表示 UE身份的信息、 表示 MBMS业务的信息、 显式或隐式的表示所 述 MBMS业务所属的 MBSFN区域的信息、以及表示正在接收或停止接收的 信息。
本发明中用户设备 ( User Equipment, UE )主动或被动向网络侧上 4艮多 媒体广播多播服务(MBMS ) 业务的接收状态信息, 使得网络侧及时了解用 户设备对 MBMS业务的接收状况, 并可以根据所述 UE上 ^艮的 MBMS业务 的接收状态信息对 MBMS业务进行管理。

本发明的较佳实施方式
为使本发明的目的、 技术方案和优点更加清楚明白, 下文中将结合附图 对本发明的实施例进行详细说明。 需要说明的是, 在不冲突的情况下, 本申 请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互任意组合。 本发明实施例中, 用户设备( UE )主动或被动向网络侧上报多媒体广播 多播服务(MBMS )业务的接收状态信息, 使得网络侧可以根据所述 UE上 报的 MBMS业务的接收状态信息对 MBMS业务进行管理, 如控制业务的开 启或关闭, 以及进行业务接收状况的统计分析等。
如图 1所示,本发明实施例的多媒体广播多播服务业务的处理方法包括: 步骤 101 : UE接收网络侧下发的多媒体广播多播服务(MBMS )业务; 步骤 102: 所述 UE主动或被动向网络侧上 ^艮所述 MBMS业务的接收状 态信息。 本实施例中 ,通过网络侧发送统计消息来要求相关 UE进行 MBMS业务 的接收状况上报, 称为被动上报。如果 UE开始接收 MBMS业务后就向网络 侧主动发送 MBMS业务接收状况, 称为主动上才艮。
UE向网络侧上报 MBMS业务的接收状态信息的步骤包括: 所述 UE持续接收所述 MBMS业务期间向网络侧上报表示正在接收该 MBMS业务的第一信息 (以下也称为信息 A ) ; 以及 所述 UE停止接收网络侧正在下发的所述 MBMS业务后向网络侧上报表 示停止接收该 MBMS业务的第二信息(以下也称为信息 B)。 当然根据具体接收或停止接收的情况, UE 可以利用同一消息上报针对 一个或多个 MBMS业务的第一信息和 /或第二信息。 例如,利用同一条消息上报正在接收 MBMS业务 1 ,以及停止接收 MBMS 业务 B; 或利用同一条消息上报正在接收 MBMS业务 1和 2; 或利用同一条 消息上 ^艮停止接收 MBMS业务 1和 2。 所述 MBMS 业务的接收状态信息包括以下信息中的一个或多个: 表示
UE身份的信息、 表示 MBMS业务的信息、 表示所述 MBMS业务所属的多 播广播单频网络 ( Multicast Broadcast Single Frequency Network, MBSFN )区 域的信息、 以及表示正在接收或停止接收的信息, 其中: 表示 UE身份的信息可为用户设备标识 ( UE-Identity ) , 或者 S临时移 动用户标识( S-Temporary Mobile Subscriber Identity, S-TMSI ) , 或者随机 的 40比特数值, 其主要是用于表明正在接收 MBMS业务的 UE身份。 表示 MBMS业务的信息可以为 MBMS业务的 ID。 表示 MBMS 业务的信息主要是用于表明正在接收或感兴趣接收的 MBMS业务的身份。 具体的可以直接使用 MBMS业务的 ID表示, 也可以是 间接告知的, 例如釆用 MBMS业务的会话标识( sessionld ) , MBMS业务所 在的物理多播信道( Physical Multicast Channel, PMCH )信息, 以及 MBMS 业务所在的多播业务信道( Multicast Traffic Channel, MTCH )的逻辑信道标 识( logical Channel Identity, LCID )中的一个或多个的组合。例如使用 MBMS 业务所在的 PMCH信息 +MTCH的 LCID来描述具体该 MBMS业务的信息。 表示所述 MBMS业务所属的 MBSFN 区域的信息主要是用于表明所述
MBMS业务所在 MBSFN区域, 其主要是为了在 MBSFN区域重叠覆盖的情 况下帮助网络侧区分 UE正在接收或感兴趣接收或停止接收的 MBMS业务是 属于哪一个 MBSFN区域的。 因为 MBSFN区域重叠覆盖下, 一个小区可以 同时属于多个 MBSFN区域, 一旦在某一小区内两个不同 MBSFN区域发送 同一 MBMS业务时, 仅仅凭借 MBMS业务的信息可能会导致描述不清楚的 问题。 具体的, MBSFN 区域的信息可以是直接告知的, 例如使用 MBSFN 区域 ID。也可以间接告知的,例如使用 MCCH的标识, 因为长期演进( Long Term Evolution, LTE ) 中, 一个 MCCH和一个 MBSFN存在——对应的关 系; 或者使用 MCCH更新指示信息来标识, 因为 LTE中, 一个 MCCH更新 指示信息和 MCCH——对应 , MCCH又和 MBSFN区域——对应。 表示正在接收或停止接收的信息可以釆用预先设置的标识表示, 即网络 侧知道 UE发送这个标识的目的是为了上报正在接收某个 MBMS业务,或者 UE发送这个标识的目的是为了上报停止接收某个 MBMS业务。
本发明给出以下几种 UE在 MBMS业务持续接收期间上报信息 A的实 施方式: 实施方式一: 开始接收 MBMS业务时上才艮
UE开始接收某一 MBMS业务, 就立即向网络侧发送 MBMS接收状态 信息 (针对该 MBMS业务的信息 A ) , 告知网络侧自己正在接收该 MBMS 业务。
实施方式二: 在时间窗 (T1 ) 内分散上报 为了防止大量 UE同时开始接收同一 MBMS业务集中上报 MBMS接收 状态,或者大量 UE同时上报 MBMS接收状态而带来的上报拥挤的压力和临 时性资源紧张, 接收所述 MBMS业务的所有 UE在时间窗 (T1)内分散发送所 述第一信息, 各 UE在所述时间窗内的特定时刻上报所述第一信息。 例如 4巴某一 MBMS业务开始时间定为 0时刻, T1时间段定义为 100秒, 这样根据本发明实施例, 所有接收该 MBMS业务的 UE可以在接收 MBMS 业务之后的 100s内发送 MBMS接收状态信息 (信息 A )给网络侧。 这种方 式特别适合某一 MBMS业务刚刚开始发送的场景,因为一个受欢迎的 MBMS 业务一旦开始发送, 则会有大量的 UE同时开始接收的。对于某一 MBMS业 务已经开始发送,有 UE中途开始接收,可以不使用上述的 T1时间段的约束 (也可以使用), 因为 MBMS业务已经开始发送, 中途开始接收的 UE本身 可以看作是随机发生的, 带来上报拥挤的压力会比较小。 所述时间窗( T1 )信息(主要是时间窗的长度和起始时刻 ) 可以是通过 标准协议预设的, 网络侧和 UE都遵守的固定值或由网络侧配置下发; T1可 以根据不同的业务类型进行设置, 不同的业务类型设置各自的取值。 对某一 MBMS业务, 在时间 T1内 UE如果保持持续接收该 MBMS业务, 那么 UE 仅上 ^艮一次针对该 MBMS业务的信息 A。
所述特定时刻可以是所述 UE根据其身份信息确定的。 UE根据自己的 UE— ID信息获知自己的上报时刻。 具体为, 把时间窗 T1 内的所有可用时刻 进行标记, 然后使用各 UE的 UE标识( UE— ID )模以时间窗 T1内所有可用
时刻个数, 将所得模值对应的上报可用时刻作为各 UE的特定时刻。
如图 2所示, UE1、 UE2、以及 UE3均在 T 1时间段内上报针对某一 MBMS 业务的接收状态信息, 并分别在 tl、 t2、 和 t3时刻上报信息 。 针对不同的场景, 所述时间窗 T1 的起始时刻定义有一些差别, 不同场 景下应用各自场景下定义。 当釆用网络侧发送统计消息 (统计消息就是网络 侧发送的要求相关 UE针对一些 MBMS业务上报接收情况的信息)的方式时, 时间窗 T 1 的起始点为网络侧发送统计消息的时刻, 或者发送统计消息的时 刻向后延时 4ms ( 4ms是 UE处理接收的统计消息并生成应答信息所用的时 间 )作为时间窗 T1的起始时刻。 这里可以理解为 UE被动上 ^艮 MBMS业务 的接收情况时,针对网络侧发送的统计消息中要求统计的 MBMS业务,如果 UE需要上报某 MBMS业务的接收情况, 那么 UE在 T1时间窗内也仅仅上 报一次。 当不釆用网络侧发送统计消息的方式时, 釆用 UE主动上报 MBMS 接收状态的方式时, 所述时间窗 T1的起始时刻则为 UE开始接收该 MBMS 业务的时刻; 或者为 UE接收该 MBMS业务 T2 ( T2的描述见下面的实施例 三 ) 时间之后开始为时间窗 T1的起始时刻。
实施方式三: 持续接收时长大于 T2时上报 为了避免 UE频繁切换接收的 MBMS业务, 导致 UE频繁向网络侧上报 第一信息, 可以规定 UE上报针对所述 MBMS业务的第一信息的条件是, UE接收该 MBMS业务的持续时长大于特定值(T2 ) 。 即, 规定 UE接收 MBMS业务经过持续时长 T2后, 再上报 MBMS接收状态信息, 持续时长 T2的大小, 可以由网络侧配置后发送给 UE , 也可以通过标准协议固定为约 定值。 特定值 T2是网络侧配置下发的或预先设定的, T2的设置可以根据不 同类型的 MBMS业务分别设置。
实施方式四: 持续接收时长大于 T2且分散上报
将实施方式二和三结合起来, 有效地避免 UE集中上报及频繁上报, 如 图 3所示, 接收某个 MBMS业务的 UE1、 UE2和 UE3在满足持续接收时长 大于特定值 T2的前提下, 在时间窗 T1时间内分别确定各自的特定时刻 tl、 t2和 t3并上报信息 A。 可选地, UE 可以主动上报接收状态信息, 也可以根据网络侧的触发开 始上报和结束上报接收状态信息。 触发开始上报: 所述网络侧向特定范围内的 UE下发统计消息, 接收到 所述统计消息的 UE向所述网络侧上报 MBMS业务的接收状态信息。 触发结束上报:当网络侧接收到的 UE上报的 MBMS接收状态信息足够, 已满足网络侧的要求后, 网络侧向 UE下发停止上报接收状态信息的消息, UE接收到所述消息后, 停止上报 MBMS业务的接收状态信息。 如果 UE接收到停止上报 MBMS接收状态信息的消息后,还没有来得及 上报的 UE可以停止发送 MBMS接收状态信息。例如, 某一 UE针对 MBMS 业务 1将要上报 MBMS接收状态信息, 但是网络侧已经接收到很多其他 UE 的关于 MBMS业务 1的 MBMS接收状态信息,网络侧已经不再需要其他 UE 上报 MBMS接收状态信息了, 此时网络侧可以发送停止上报 MBMS接收状 态信息的消息, 该 UE接收到停止上报 MBMS接收状态信息的消息后, 则停 止上报 MBMS接收状态信息。 可选地, 对于 UE主动上报的情况, 所述 UE在所述 MBMS业务持续接 收期间周期性上报或仅上报一次针对所述 MBMS业务的第一信息。 周期性上报指,网络侧规定每个周期 T3内 UE需要给网络侧上报一次各 自的 MBMS接收状态信息。 即 UE接收 MBMS业务以后, 在网络侧规定的 每个周期 T3内向网络侧发送一次 MBMS接收状态信息, 并且每个周期上报 一次。 对于 UE主动上报的情况, 仅上报一次指, UE针对一个接收的 MBMS 业务,在从开始接收到停止接收的持续接收期间仅发送一次 MBMS接收状态 信息(信息 A ) ,直到 UE停止接收该 MBMS业务时,再向网络侧发送 MBMS 接收状态信息 (信息 B ) 。
如果 UE再次又开始接收该 MBMS业务,则 UE还需要再次上艮 MBMS 接收状态信息 (信息 A ) 。 当某一 MBMS业务发送结束, 导致 UE停止接收该 MBMS业务时, UE 不向网络侧发送 MBMS接收状态信息 (是指发送针对该 MBMS业务的信息 B ) , 因为该 MBMS 业务结束发送后, 网络侧知道 UE肯定会停止接收该 MBMS业务。 网络侧可以根据 UE上报的接收状态信息对 MBMS业务的下发进行控 制, 具体包括: 在某个 MBMS业务开始下发中, 在 UE被动或者主动上报针 对所述 MBMS业务的第一信息方式中, 当网络侧未收到针对该 MBMS业务 的第一信息, 则网络侧停止下发该 MBMS业务。 或, 网络侧根据接收的所有接收状态信息进行统计后, 可以进一步扩大 接收率大于预设值的 MBMS 业务的发送区域, 缩小接收率小于预设值的 MBMS业务的发送区域。
UE发送的 MBMS接收状态信息具体为: 向网络侧表明 UE正在接收该 MBMS业务即可, 具体实现这一目的方式有很多, 本发明不做限制, 只要是 可以实现 "向网络侧表明 UE正在接收该 MBMS业务" 的任何方式都可以。 例如发送该 MBMS业务的标识,以及一个表明该 MBMS接收状态信息为"正 在接收" 。 如果 UE已经正在接收了某一 MBMS业务, 同时又开始接收第二 个 MBMS业务, 那么 UE向网络侧发送 MBMS接收状态信息时, 仅仅只包 含 UE正在接收第二个 MBMS业务的信息, 或者同时包含 UE正在接收的所 有的 MBMS业务的信息。
UE可以通过专用信令发送给网络侧。 上述的不同作用和目的的处理方式, 可以在不发生冲突的情况下组合使 用。 例如时间窗 T 1机制和持续时长 T2机制可以结合使用, 如图 3所示。 根据本发明方法, 如果 UE开始接收或者正在接收 MBMS业务, 那么
UE应该告知网络侧自己的 MBMS接收状态信息, 例如告知网络侧自己开始 或正在接收某一 MBMS业务; 如果 UE停止接收 MBMS业务, 那么 UE应 该告知网络侧自己的 MBMS接收状态信息,例如告知网络侧自己已经停止接
收某一 MBMS业务。 这样网络侧时刻都是知道某一 MBMS业务有那些 UE 在接收的。便于网络侧根据 UE上报的 MBMS接收状态信息,调整一些 MBMS 业务的发送。 应用实例 受欢迎的 MBMS业务开始发送时,会有大量感兴趣的 UE同时开始接收, 可能导致大量 UE同时向网络侧发送 MBMS接收状态信息(信息 A ) , 会给 网络侧的资源带来较大的压力,假设网络侧没有那么大的资源分配该这些 UE 用于上报信息 A, 引入时间窗 T1机制, 以拉长这些 UE上报的时间, 避免暂 时性资源紧张。 网络侧配置并下发时间窗 T1为 10秒, 要求 UE在时间窗 T1 ( 10秒 ) 内上报接收状态信息。 网络侧开始向某一小区内发送 MBMS业务 1 , 该小区的 UE现在开始接 收 MBMS业务 1 , 为了配合定义的时间窗 T1 内不同 UE的选择不同的时刻 上报 MBMS接收状态信息, 包括信息 A和 /或信息 B。 下面是一种 UE具体的在时间窗 T1内的选择自己的上报时刻的方式,即, 每个需要上报 MBMS接收状态信息的 UE如何根据自己的 UE— ID获知自己 的上 4艮时刻。 因规定时间窗 T1为 10秒, 则共有 10000毫秒, 在 LTE中对应 10000 个上行子帧, H没可用上^艮时刻有 2500 个, 按照时间顺序标记为 0-2499 ( 2499是通过 2500-1获得的) , 然后, 规定 UE使用自己的 UE— ID 模 2500, 可以获得一个模值, 然后模值对应的上报时刻的标记就是该 UE的 上才艮时刻。 如果 UE开始接收 MBMS业务 1 , 在时间窗 T1内又停止接收该 MBMS 业务 1 , 并且停止接收之前没有向网络侧发送 MBMS接收状态信息, 报告正 在接收 MBMS业务 1 , 此种情况下 UE则不需要向网络侧发送 MBMS接收 状态信息报告关于 MBMS业务 1的接收状态信息, 即不发送信息 A和信息 B。
为了实现以上方法,本发明实施例还提供了一种 UE, 所述 UE包括业务
接收模块以及接收状态信息上报模块, 其中: 所述业务接收模块设置为: 接收所述 MBMS业务, 所述接收状态信息上报模块, 与所述业务接收模块连接, 所述接收状态 信息上报模块设置为: 上报业务接收模块对所述 MBMS 业务的接收状态信 息。 所述业务接收模块还可以设置为: 在开始接收和停止接收所述 MBMS 业务时向所述接收状态信息上报模块分别发送开始接收通知和停止接收通 知; 所述接收状态信息上报模块还可以设置为: 接收所述开始接收通知和停 止接收通知, 根据所述开始接收通知和停止接收通知向网络侧上报所述 MBMS业务的接收状态信息; 所述接收状态信息上报模块在接收针对所述 MBMS 业务的两个通知期 间向网络侧上报表示正在接收所述 MBMS业务的第一信息;在接收针对所述 MBMS业务的停止接收通知后,向网络侧上报表示停止接收网络侧正在下发 的所述 MBSM业务的第二信息。 接收所述 MBMS业务的所有 UE的接收状态信息上报模块在特定时间窗 内分散发送针对所述 MBMS业务的第一信息,所述特定时间窗是网络侧配置 下发的或预先设定的。 所述 UE的接收状态信息上报模块上报所述第一信息的条件是, 在收到 所述业务接收模块发送的停止接收通知前, 收到所述开始接收通知后的时长 超过特定值, 所述特定值是网络侧配置下发的或预先设定的。 需要说明的是, 本发明中所说的时间窗或时刻, 并非绝对时间, 而是指 釆用子帧确定的相对时间, 可理解的, 在本发明中, 网络侧下发某个 MBMS 业务的时刻与 UE接收该 MBMS业务的时刻是一致的,网络侧发送统计消息 的时刻与 UE接收统计消息的时刻是一致的。 本发明还提供了另一种多媒体广播多播服务业务的处理方法, 如图 4所 示, 该方法包括: 步骤 401: 网络侧发送针对 MBMS业务的反馈配置信息;
步骤 402: 接收 MBMS业务的用户设备(UE )接收所述反馈配置信息, 并根据所述反馈配置信息主动或被动向网络侧上报 MBMS 业务的接收状态 信息。 所述反馈配置信息包括针对某一个或多个 MBMS 业务的表明时间窗的 信息, 和 /或针对某一个或多个 MBMS业务上报接收状态信息需要满足的持 续接收时间; 所述反馈配置信息包括表明时间窗的信息时, 接收所述一个或多个 MBMS业务的所有 UE在所述时间窗内分散发送针对所述 MBMS业务的第 一信息。 所述反馈配置信息包括持续接收时间时, 所述 UE满足所述持续接收时 间后再上报针对所述一个或多个 MBMS业务的接收状态信息。 所述反馈配置信息是网络侧配置的或者标准协议预先设定的。 所述 MBMS 业务的接收状态信息包括以下信息中的一个或多个: 表示 UE身份的信息、 表示 MBMS业务的信息、 显式或隐式的表示所述 MBMS 业务所属的 MBSFN区域的信息、 表示正在接收或停止接收的信息。 本发明还提供了一种多媒体广播多播服务业务的处理系统, 所述系统包 括配置信息下发装置及用户设备(UE ) , 其中, 所述配置信息下发装置, 位于网络侧, 所述配置信息下发装置设置为: 发送针对 MBMS业务的反馈配置信息; 所述 UE设置为: 接收所述反馈配置信息, 以及根据所述反馈配置信息 主动或被动上报 MBMS业务的接收状态信息。 所述反馈配置信息包括针对某一个或多个 MBMS 业务的表明时间窗的 信息, 和 /或针对某一个或多个 MBMS业务上报接收状态信息需要满足的持 续接收时间; 所述反馈配置信息包括表明时间窗的信息时, 接收所述一个或多个
MBMS业务的所有 UE在所述时间窗内分散发送针对所述 MBMS业务的第 一信息。
所述反馈配置信息包括持续接收时间时, 所述 UE满足所述持续接收时 间后再上报针对所述一个或多个 MBMS业务的接收状态信息。 所述反馈配置信息是网络侧配置的或者标准协议预先设定的。 所述 MBMS 业务的接收状态信息包括以下信息中的一个或多个: 表示 UE身份的信息、 表示 MBMS业务的信息、 显式或隐式的表示所述 MBMS 业务所属的 MBSFN区域的信息、 以及表示正在接收或停止接收的信息。 本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序 来指令相关硬件完成, 所述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中, 如只读 存储器、 磁盘或光盘等。 可选地, 上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用 一个或多个集成电路来实现。 相应地, 上述实施例中的各模块 /单元可以釆用 硬件的形式实现, 也可以釆用软件功能模块的形式实现。 本发明不限制于任 何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。
工业实用性 本发明中 UE主动或被动向网络侧上报 MBMS业务的接收状态信息,使 得网络侧及时了解用户设备对 MBMS业务的接收状况, 并可以根据所述 UE 上报的 MBMS业务的接收状态信息对 MBMS业务进行管理。
Claims
1、 一种多媒体广播多播服务业务的处理方法, 该方法包括: 用户设备 ( UE )接收网络侧下发的多媒体广播多播服务( MBMS )业务; 以及 所述 UE主动或被动向网络侧上 ^艮所述 MBMS业务的接收状态信息。
2、如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述 UE向网络侧上 ^艮所述 MBMS 业务的接收状态信息的步骤包括:
所述 UE持续接收所述 MBMS业务期间向网络侧上报表示正在接收该 MBMS业务的第一信息; 和 /或 所述 UE停止接收网络侧正在下发的所述 MBMS业务后向网络侧上报表 示停止接收该 MBMS业务的第二信息。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述 UE利用同一消息上报针对一 个或多个 MBMS业务的第一信息和 /或第二信息。
4、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中: 所述 UE持续接收所述 MBMS业 务期间向网络侧上报表示正在接收该 MBMS业务的第一信息的步骤中,接收 所述 MBMS业务的所有 UE在特定时间窗内分散发送针对该 MBMS业务的 第一信息, 其中, 所述特定时间窗是网络侧配置下发的或预先设定的。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中: 各 UE在所述时间窗内特定时刻上 报所述接收状态信息, 各 UE的所述特定时刻的确定方式包括: 将所述时间 窗内的所有可用时刻进行标记, 使用各 UE标识 (UE— ID )模以所述时间窗 内所有可用时刻的个数,将所得模值对应的上报时刻作为各 UE的特定时刻。
6、如权利要求 4所述的方法,其中:所述时间窗的起始时刻为所述 MBMS 业务下发的时刻,或网络侧发送统计消息的时刻,或所述 MBMS业务开始下 发一段时间后的某一时刻, 或网络侧发送统计消息一段时间后的某一时刻。
7、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中: 所述 UE上报针对所述 MBMS业 务的第一信息的条件是,所述 UE接收该 MBMS业务的持续时长大于特定值, 所述特定值是网络侧配置下发的或预先设定的。
8、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 该方法还包括: 所述网络侧根据 UE上报 的接收状态信息对所有 MBMS业务的下发进行控制,所述控制包括: 网络侧 根据 UE上报的针对该 MBMS业务的第一信息的情况来决定是否停止下发该 MBMS业务; 或, 扩大接收率大于预设值的 MBMS业务的发送区域; 或, 缩小接收率小于预设值的 MBMS业务的发送区域。
9、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 所述 UE被动向网络侧上报所述 MBMS 业务的接收状态信息的步骤之前, 所述方法还包括: 网络侧向所述 UE发送 的统计消息, 所述 UE被动向网络侧上报所述 MBMS业务的接收状态信息的步骤中, 所述 UE针对网络侧发送的统计消息中要求统计的 MBMS业务仅上报一次针 对所述 MBMS业务的第一信息。
10、如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中: 所述 MBMS业务的接收状态信息 包括以下信息中的一个或多个: 表示 UE身份的信息、表示 MBMS业务的信 息、显式或隐式的表示所述 MBMS业务所属的多播广播单频网络(MBSFN ) 区域的信息、 以及表示正在接收或停止接收的信息。
11、如权利要求 1所述的方法, 所述 UE向网络侧上报 MBMS业务的接 收状态信息的步骤之前, 该方法还包括: 所述网络侧向特定范围内的 UE下 发统计消息; 所述 UE向网络侧上报 MBMS业务的接收状态信息的步骤包括:接收到 所述统计消息的 UE向所述网络侧上报 MBMS业务的接收状态信息。
12、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 该方法还包括: 上报的接收状态信息满 足要求后, 所述网络侧向所述 UE下发停止上 ^艮接收状态信息的消息, 所述 UE接收到所述消息后, 停止上报 MBMS业务的接收状态信息。
13、 一种用户设备, 所述用户设备(UE )包括业务接收模块以及接收状 态信息上^艮模块, 其中: 所述业务接收模块设置为: 接收多媒体广播多播服务(MBMS )业务; 所述接收状态信息上报模块, 与所述业务接收模块连接, 所述接收状态 信息上报模块设置为: 上报业务接收模块对所述 MBMS 业务的接收状态信 息。
14、如权利要求 13所述的用户设备,其中:所述业务接收模块还设置为: 在开始接收和停止接收所述 MBMS 业务时向所述接收状态信息上报模块分 别发送开始接收通知和停止接收通知; 所述接收状态信息上报模块是设置为 按如下方式上报业务接收模块对所述 MBMS业务的接收状态信息:接收所述 开始接收通知和停止接收通知, 根据所述开始接收通知和停止接收通知向网 络侧上报所述 MBMS业务的接收状态信息。
15、如权利要求 14所述的用户设备, 其中: 所述接收状态信息上报模块 是设置为按如下方式根据所述开始接收通知和停止接收通知向网络侧上报所 述 MBMS业务的接收状态信息: 在接收针对所述 MBMS业务的两个通知期 间向网络侧上报表示正在接收所述 MBMS业务的第一信息;在接收针对所述 MBMS业务的停止接收通知后,向网络侧上 ^艮表示停止接收网络侧正在下发 的所述 MBSM业务的第二信息。
16、 如权利要求 15所述的用户设备, 其中: 接收所述 MBMS业务的所 有 UE的接收状态信息上报模块在特定时间窗内分散发送针对所述 MBMS业 务的第一信息, 所述特定时间窗是网络侧配置下发的或预先设定的。
17、 如权利要求 15所述的用户设备, 其中: 所述 UE的接收状态信息上 报模块上报所述第一信息的条件是, 在收到所述业务接收模块发送的停止接 收通知前, 收到所述开始接收通知后的时间超过特定值, 所述特定值网络侧 配置下发的或预先设定的。
18、 如权利要求 13所述的用户设备, 其中: 所述 MBMS业务的接收状 态信息包括以下信息中的一个或多个: 表示 UE身份的信息、表示 MBMS业 务的信息、 显式或隐式的表示所述 MBMS业务所属的 MBSFN区域的信息、 以及表示正在接收或停止接收的信息。
19、 一种多媒体广播多播服务业务的处理方法, 该方法包括: 网络侧发送针对多媒体广播多播服务(MBMS ) 业务的反馈配置信息; 以及 接收 MBMS业务的用户设备 ( UE )接收所述反馈配置信息, 并根据所 述反馈配置信息主动或被动向网络侧上报 MBMS业务的接收状态信息。
20、如权利要求 19所述的方法, 其中: 所述反馈配置信息包括针对某一 个或多个 MBMS业务的表明时间窗的信息, 和 /或针对某一个或多个 MBMS 业务上报接收状态信息需要满足的持续接收时间。
21、 如权利要求 20所述的方法, 其中: 所述反馈配置信息包括表明时间窗的信息时, 接收所述一个或多个 MBMS业务的所有 UE在所述时间窗内分散发送针对所述 MBMS业务的第 一信息; 所述反馈配置信息包括持续接收时间时, 所述 UE满足所述持续接收时 间后再上报针对所述一个或多个 MBMS业务的接收状态信息。
22、如权利要求 19所述的方法, 其中: 所述反馈配置信息是网络侧配置 的或者标准协议预先设定的。
23、 如权利要求 19所述的方法, 其中: 所述 MBMS业务的接收状态信 息包括以下信息中的一个或多个: 表示 UE身份的信息、表示 MBMS业务的 信息、显式或隐式的表示所述 MBMS业务所属的 MBSFN区域的信息、 以及 表示正在接收或停止接收的信息。
24、 一种多媒体广播多播服务业务的处理系统, 所述系统包括配置信息 下发装置及用户设备 ( UE ) , 其中, 所述配置信息下发装置位于网络侧, 所述配置信息下发装置设置为: 发 送针对多媒体广播多播服务(MBMS ) 业务的反馈配置信息; 所述 UE设置为: 接收所述反馈配置信息, 以及根据所述反馈配置信息 主动或被动上报 MBMS业务的接收状态信息。
25、如权利要求 24所述的系统, 其中: 所述反馈配置信息包括针对某一 个或多个 MBMS业务的表明时间窗的信息, 和 /或针对某一个或多个 MBMS 业务上报接收状态信息需要满足的持续接收时间。
26、 如权利要求 25所述的方法, 其中: 所述反馈配置信息包括表明时间窗的信息时, 接收所述一个或多个 MBMS业务的所有 UE在所述时间窗内分散发送针对所述 MBMS业务的第 一信息; 所述反馈配置信息包括持续接收时间时, 所述 UE满足所述持续接收时 间后再上报针对所述一个或多个 MBMS业务的接收状态信息。
27、如权利要求 24所述的系统, 其中: 所述反馈配置信息是网络侧配置 的或者标准协议预先设定的。
28、 如权利要求 24所述的系统, 其中: 所述 MBMS业务的接收状态信 息包括以下信息中的一个或多个: 表示 UE身份的信息、表示 MBMS业务的 信息、显式或隐式的表示所述 MBMS业务所属的 MBSFN区域的信息、 以及 表示正在接收或停止接收的信息。
