Abstract

A method of monitoring and controlling plant operations, which receive input signals from sensors monitoring parameters of plant operation to generate output signals to actuators, comprising; reducing the input signals to a selected group of input functions; reducing the output signals to a selected group of output functions;processing the input signals using FPGA to generate the output signals. Tye invention also relates to the platform and system embodying the method.
