Description

BARRERA ROMPEOLAS FLOTANTE  FLOATING BREAKER BARRIER
DESCRIPCIÓN DESCRIPTION
Objeto de la invención Object of the invention
The present invention, as expressed in the announcement of this specification, refers to a floating breakwater barrier that is of the type that accompanies the tide in its movements of elevation and descent, always offering the same attack front to the waves.
The barrier basically comprises chained floating screens coupled on piles anchored to the seabed, so that such screens rise and fall guided on the pilots according to the tides.
Antecedentes de la invención Starting from this premise, the object of the invention is a floating breakwater barrier that comprises a characteristic arrangement of the piles that provides a great resistance to the waves, being able to maintain the diameter of the piles without increasing the same and also maintaining between them the distance without having to reduce it with the incorporation of a greater number of piles in the pile alignment that incorporates the floating screens. Background of the invention
The utility model No. 200600832 of the same applicant firm that of the present invention, contemplates a floating breakwater barrier that accompanies the tide in its movements of elevation and descent always offering the same attack front to the wave, being formed by screens chains that slide vertically between pilots anchored to the bottom of the sea in proximity to the coast. It is also known the utility model No. 200800282 which is also owned by the firm of the utility model that concerns us.
In all cases, there is a single and unique alignment of piles that support the chained screens, so that when the efforts to support due to the waves are greater, it is necessary to have a greater number of piles in that single alignment with less screen width as is evident and it can also be specified that the diameter of the piles must be larger in diameter, all in order to avoid the turning and starting of the piles due to the great force exerted by the waves, with which barrier will have a higher cost.
Description of the invention In order to achieve the objectives and avoid the drawbacks mentioned in the previous sections, the invention proposes a floating breakwater barrier that is determined from a plurality of floating screens that are chained and have a rectangular shape, with a series of hollow cylinders or floats so you can accompany the tide in your movement. The frame includes at its ends a pair of supports with guide wheels on the piles so that they partially embrace the pile as they are angularly offset in the cylindrical periphery thereof and whose axes are mounted between pairs of respective lugs.
Starting from this premise, the floating breakwater barrier is characterized in that it comprises at least two pile alignments, anterior and posterior, linked between if by means of intermediate beams, so that in one embodiment, each pair of piles belonging to different alignments, are joined by means of a connecting element, such as a beam, whereby a robust structural pile system is achieved that does not need to increase the diameter of such piles incorporating the chained screens, avoiding with this new structural system the need to increase the number of piles in the alignment that incorporates the chained floating screens. Next, in order to facilitate a better understanding of this descriptive report and forming an integral part thereof, some figures are attached in which the object of the invention has been shown as an illustrative and non-limiting nature.

Descripción de la forma de realización preferida Figure 2.- Shows a front view of the breakwater barrier. Figure 3.- It shows a perspective view where two piles belonging to different alignments are shown and which support each other by means of a beam, thus obtaining a structural system of great resistance and stability. Description of the preferred embodiment
Considering the numbering adopted in the figures, the floating breakwater barrier comprises a first front alignment 1 of piles 2 and a second rear alignment V of piles 2 ', these and those being anchored to the ground.
On the piles 2 'of the rear alignment V, floating screens 3 are mounted and guided vertically freely with the movements of the tides and waves.
Each floating screen 3 basically comprises a rectangular frame 4 that supports a succession of float elements 5. in turn, the floating screens 3 are reinforced by means of cross-members 6. The guidance and coupling of the floating screens 3 is as described in the utility model No. 200800282, comprising heads 7 attached to the rectangular frames 4 of the floating screens 3, heads 7 provided with several radial rollers 8 which are in contact with the piles 2 'of the rear alignment V following corresponding linear paths with generatrices of said piles 2' of that rear alignment 1 '.
Both alignments 1 -1 'of piles 2-2' are linked to each other by means of intermediate beams 9, each of which joins two facing piles: one 2 belonging to the previous alignment 1 and another 2 'belonging to the rear alignment one '. These intermediate beams 9 have a double "T" shaped profile, although they could have any other profiles.
In turn, each intermediate beam 9 joins two piles facing 2-2 'by the free ends of such piles 2-2'.
We thus obtain a characteristic structural system of high strength and sturdy piles.
