移动终端电视业务加密方法、 移动终端^ 务器 技术领域 本发明涉及通信技术领域, 特别涉及一种移动终端电视业务加密方法、 移动终端及艮务器。 背景技术 手机等移动终端电视业务实际上是利用流媒体技术, 把移动终端电 视作为一种数据业务推出来, 用户观看的是下载的视频数据。 当前的移 动终端电视业务加密方法, 对服务提供商的所有电视节目进行加密, 只 有当用户订购移动终端电视节目后, 服务提供者才给予授权, 使用户可 以点播订购的节目, 这种移动终端电视业务的加密方式存在一个缺陷: 通常用户在订购节目之前希望观看到节目的部分数据, 经过体-险后决定 是否订购,而目前的移动终端电视业务加密方式对于未订购节目的用户, 数据被完全屏蔽无法收看, 用户不能对节目进行体 -险, 使手机电视业务 的推广受到限制。 发明内容 本发明的主要目的为提供一种移动终端电视业务加密方法、 移动终端及 服务器, 使服务提供商更好地推广移动终端如手机电视业务。 本发明提出一种移动终端电视业务加密方法, 包括步骤: 移动终端点播 并获取未订购的节目; 加密所述节目以屏蔽所述节目的部分数据; 播放加密 后的节目。 优选地, 移动终端点播并获取未订购的节目包括: 移动终端在点播未订 购的节目时,发送所述移动终端的识别码和所述移动终端的用户识别卡卡号, 以获取所述节目的解密密钥; 通过所述解密密钥下载获取所述节目。 优选地, 所述移动终端的识别码为移动终端的机型编号。 优选地, 所述加密节目以屏蔽节目的部分数据具体包括: 创建至少一色 彩千扰区域, 并将所述色彩千扰区域覆盖所述节目的视频数据的一部分; 和 / 或, 对所述节目的音频数据的一部分进行混音。 本发明提出一种移动终端, 所述移动终端包括: 获取模块, 用于点播并 获取未订购的节目; 加密模块, 用于加密所述节目以屏蔽所述节目的部分数 据; 播放模块, 用于播放加密后的节目。 优选地, 所述获取模块包括: 认证模块, 用于在点播未订购的节目时, 发送所述移动终端的识别码和所述移动终端的用户识别卡卡号, 以获取所述 节目的解密密钥; 下载模块, 用于通过所述解密密钥下载获取所述节目。 优选地, 所述移动终端的识别码为移动终端的机型编号。 优选地, 所述加密模块包括: 视频千 4尤单元, 用于创建至少一色彩千 4尤 区域, 并将所述色彩千扰区域覆盖所述节目的视频数据的一部分; 和 /或, 音 频千 4尤单元, 用于对所述节目的音频数据的一部分进行混音。 本发明还提出一种移动终端电视业务加密方法, 包括步骤: 月艮务器在移 动终端点播未订购的节目时, 加密所述节目以屏蔽所述节目的部分数据, 并 为加密后的节目新建一频道; 发送所述频道的信息及解密密钥至所述移动终 端。 优选地, 所述加密节目以屏蔽节目的部分数据具体包括: 创建至少一色 彩千扰区域, 并将所述色彩千扰区域覆盖所述节目的视频数据的一部分; 和 / 或, 对所述节目的音频数据的一部分进行混音。 本发明提出一种服务器, 用于移动终端电视业务, 所述服务器包括: 加 密模块, 用于在移动终端点播未订购的节目时, 加密所述节目以屏蔽所述节 目的部分数据, 并为加密后的节目新建一频道; 发送模块, 用于发送所述频 道的信息及解密密钥至所述移动终端。 优选地, 所述加密模块还包括: 视频千 4尤单元, 用于创建至少一色彩千 扰区域, 并将所述色彩千扰区域覆盖所述节目的视频数据的一部分; 和 /或, 音频千 4尤单元, 用于对所述节目的音频数据的一部分进行混音。 本发明提供的移动终端电视业务加密方法、 移动终端及月艮务器, 可以在 移动终端侧或月艮务器侧对用户点播但未订购的节目进行加密以屏蔽节目的部 分数据后播放, 不但可以使用户进行一定体验, 又保护了节目内容, 极好地 4舞广了移动终端如手机电视业务。 附图说明 图 1为本发明一种移动终端电视业务加密方法一实施例的流程示意图; 图 2为本发明移动终端一实施例的结构示意图; 图 3为本发明移动终端一实施例的加密模块的结构示意图; 图 4 为本发明另一种移动终端电视业务加密方法一实施例的流程示意 图; 图 5为本发明服务器一实施例的结构示意图; 图 6为本发明服务器一实施例的加密模块的结构示意图。 本发明目的的实现、 功能特点及优点将结合实施例, 参照附图故进一步 说明。 具体实施方式 本发明提出的移动终端电视业务加密方法、 移动终端及月艮务器, 可以在 移动终端侧或月艮务器侧对用户点播但未订购的节目进行加密以屏蔽节目的部 分数据后播放。 参照图 1 , 示出了本发明一种移动终端电视业务加密方法的一实施例的 步骤流程图, 该方法包括: 步 4聚 101 , 移动终端点播并获取未订购的节目; 优选地, 当节目发送端对节目进行了加密时, 移动终端可以通过在点播 未订购的节目时, 发送移动终端的识别码和用户识别卡卡号给节目发送端, 以获取节目的解密密钥; 进而, 通过解密密钥下载节目。 步骤 102, 加密节目以屏蔽节目的部分数据; 步骤 103 , 播放加密后的节目。 上述步 4聚 102具体为: 创建至少一色彩千扰区域, 并将色彩千扰区域覆盖节目的视频数据的一 部分; 和 /或, 对节目的音频数据的一部分进行混音。 下面以移动终端向节目发送端发送移动终端的识别码和用户识别卡卡号 为例, 详细说明本优选实施例的移动终端电视业务加密方法的工作原理。 手机等移动终端向提供移动终端电视业务的 艮务器发起对某节目的点播 请求, 在和月艮务器建立数据链路后, 发送移动终端的识别码和移动终端用户 识别卡卡号, 服务器在本端查询该用户的用户订购列表, 服务器是根据移动 终端的用户识别卡卡号来进行查询, 可查询到该卡号是否订购该节目以及该 节目是免费节目等信息, 如服务器查询到该卡号并未订购该节目, 且该节目 为收费节目时, 月艮务器进一步检查移动终端的识别码, 识别码一般是移动终 端的机型编号, 只有对于特定型号的移动终端即带有多媒体信息加密功能的 移动终端, 服务器才发送移动终端点播节目的解密密钥至移动终端。 移动终端获得解密密钥后, 通过解密密钥下载点播的节目。 需要说明的是, 移动终端也可以不向节目发送端发送移动终端的识别码 和用户识别卡卡号, 直接获取节目, 然后由移动终端判断该节目是否为未订 购节目, 若是, 则移动终端进行节目加密。 移动终端下载完点播的节目后对该节目的数据进行加密以屏蔽该节目的 部分数据, 既使移动终端用户可以体 -险节目, 但又不能收看完整版的节目, 此力口密过程如下: 移动终端下载的节目为视频数据和音频数据, 视频数据解码完成后在移 动终端以位图形式存在, 该位图的数据排列是线性排列。 例如一个视频数据 大小是 320*240, 那么移动终端可创建一色彩千 4尤区域, 例如一黑色的矩形 千扰区域, 大小可以为 160* 120, 创建过程可以是如下语句:

} 其中, MEMSET为对节目进行加密的加密函数, pDATA为一临时变量, 用于表示色彩千扰区域的位置。 将此色彩千扰区域覆盖在下载节目的视频数据的正中间部分, 则移动终 端在播放该节目时可以正常播放节目, 但无法正常看到完整节目。 移动终端还可以对音频数据进行加密以屏蔽节目的部分音频数据, 在移 动终端下载并解码后的音频数据上 ,有选择性的加入其它音频数据进行混音 , 方法如下: 在音频数据后加入其它音频数据, if((samplel < 0) && (sample2 < 0)) {

sample 1 为原有音频数据, sample2是混入的音频数据, value是加密后 的音频数据。 以上对下载后节目的视频数据及音频数据的加密可以择一或同时进行。 需要注意的是移动终端对节目内容的加密不仅仅限于上述加密方法, 还 可以釆用其它可以达到加密效果的类似方法。 该方法在移动终端侧对节目进行加密, 使移动终端可以对未订购的电视 节目进行一定体 -险但又保护了节目内容, 极好地推广了手机电视业务。 参照图 2、 图 3 , 示出了本发明移动终端的一实施例的结构示意图, 该 移动终端包括: 获取模块 01 , 用于点播并获取未订购的节目;

sample 1 为原有音频数据, sample2是混入的音频数据, value是加密后 的音频数据。 以上对视频数据及音频数据的加密可以择一或同时进行。 服务器为加密后的节目新建一频道, 将该频道信息和该频道的解密密钥 发送至移动终端, 移动终端收到频道信息后自动切换至该频道并通过解密密 钥播放节目, 移动终端播放的节目是被展蔽了部分数据的节目而不是完整版 的节目。 需要注意的是服务器对节目内容的加密不仅仅限于上述加密方法, 还可 以釆用其它可以达到加密效果的类似方法。 该方法在作为数据源的月艮务器侧对节目进行加密, 使移动终端用户可以 对未订购的电视节目进行一定体验但又保护了节目内容, 极好的推广了手机 电视业务。 参照图 5、 图 6 , 示出了本发明服务器的一实施例的结构示意图, 该服 务器用于移动终端电视业务, 包括: 加密模块 50 , 用于在移动终端点播未订购的节目时, 加密节目以屏蔽节 目的部分数据, 并为加密后的节目新建一频道; 发送模块 60 , 用于发送频道的信息及解密密钥至移动终端。 上述加密模块 50包括: 视频千扰单元 52, 用于创建至少一色彩千扰区域, 并将色彩千扰区域覆 盖节目的视频数据的一部分; 和 /或, 音频千扰单元 53 , 用于对节目的音频 数据的一部分进行混音。 下面详细说明本实施例的月艮务器的工作原理。 手机等移动终端向提供移动终端电视业务的 艮务器发起对某节目的点播 请求,在和服务器建立数据链路后,移动终端发送用户识别卡卡号至服务器, 服务器在本端查询该用户的用户订购列表, 服务器是根据移动终端的用户识 别卡卡号来进行查询, 可查询到该卡号是否订购该节目以及该节目是免费节 目等信息,如服务器查询到该卡号并未订购该节目,且该节目为收费节目时, 月艮务器的加密模块 50 对该节目进行加密处理, 屏蔽节目的部分数据, 并为 加密后的节目新建一频道, 该加密过程如下: 服务器提供节目的视频数据解码完成后以位图形式存在, 该位图的数据 排列是线性排列。 例如一个视频数据大小是 320*240 , 那么视频千扰单元 52 可创建一色彩千扰区域, 例如一黑色的矩形千扰区域, 大小可以为 160* 120 , 创建过程可以是如下语句:

1. 一种移动终端电视业务加密方法, 其特征在于, 包括步 4聚:
移动终端点播并获取未订购的节目;
加密所述节目以屏蔽所述节目的部分数据;
播放加密后的节目。
2. 如权利要求 1 所述的移动终端电视业务加密方法, 其特征在于, 所述 移动终端点播并获取未订购的节目包括:
移动终端在点播未订购的节目时, 发送所述移动终端的识别码和 所述移动终端的用户识别卡卡号, 以获取所述节目的解密密钥;
通过所述解密密钥下载获取所述节目。
3. 如权利要求 1或 2所述的移动终端电视业务加密方法, 其特征在于, 所述移动终端的识别码为移动终端的机型编号。
4. 如权利要求 1或 2所述的移动终端电视业务加密方法, 其特征在于, 所述加密节目以屏蔽节目的部分数据具体包括:
创建至少一色彩千扰区域, 并将所述色彩千扰区域覆盖所述节目 的视频数据的一部分; 和 /或,
对所述节目的音频数据的一部分进行混音。
5. —种移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述移动终端包括:
获取模块, 用于点播并获取未订购的节目; 加密模块, 用于加密所述节目以屏蔽所述节目的部分数据; 播放模块, 用于播放加密后的节目。
6. 如权利要求 5所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述获取模块包括: 认证模块, 用于在点播未订购的节目时, 发送所述移动终端的识 别码和所述移动终端的用户识别卡卡号,以获取所述节目的解密密钥; 下载模块, 用于通过所述解密密钥下载获取所述节目。
7. 如权利要求 5或 6所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述移动终端的识 别码为移动终端的机型编号。
8. 如权利要求 5或 6所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述加密模块包括: 视频千扰单元, 用于创建至少一色彩千扰区域, 并将所述色彩千 扰区域覆盖所述节目的视频数据的一部分; 和 /或,
音频千 4尤单元, 用于对所述节目的音频数据的一部分进行混音。
9. 一种移动终端电视业务加密方法, 其特征在于, 包括步 4聚:
月艮务器在移动终端点播未订购的节目时, 加密所述节目以屏蔽所 述节目的部分数据, 并为加密后的节目新建一频道;
发送所述频道的信息及解密密钥至所述移动终端。
10. 如权利要求 9所述的移动终端电视业务加密方法, 其特征在于, 所述 加密节目以屏蔽节目的部分数据具体包括:
创建至少一色彩千扰区域, 并将所述色彩千扰区域覆盖所述节目 的视频数据的一部分; 和 /或,
对所述节目的音频数据的一部分进行混音。
11. 一种 艮务器, 用于移动终端电视业务, 其特征在于, 所述艮务器包括: 加密模块, 用于在移动终端点播未订购的节目时, 加密所述节目 以屏蔽所述节目的部分数据, 并为加密后的节目新建一频道;
发送模块,用于发送所述频道的信息及解密密钥至所述移动终端。
12. 如权利要求 11所述的服务器, 其特征在于, 所述加密模块还包括: 视频千扰单元, 用于创建至少一色彩千扰区域, 并将所述色彩千 扰区域覆盖所述节目的视频数据的一部分; 和 /或,
音频千 4尤单元, 用于对所述节目的音频数据的一部分进行混音。
