Abstract

본 발명은 이동통신기지국 주변에서 기지국 전자파에 의한 인체영향 평가 시 적용되는 평균시간의 감축 방법에 관한 것으로서, 다수의 기지국을 대상으로 현장 측정 결과와 반복측정에 의한 불확정도(uncertainty)를 비교하여, 전신 평균을 구하기 위한 임의의 측정점에서 6분간 측정을 수행하고, 6분 평균값과 6분보다 짧은 단축된 시간 동안의 평균값과 비교했을 때 표준편차가 일정 수준, 예를 들어 0.4 dB 이하이라면, 6분보다 짧은 단축된 시간의 측정으로도 충분한 것으로 간주한다.
