步骤 S 1004: 云服务中介按照云服务消费请求, 选择适合的云计算服务和 资源及功能模式, 其功能模式为屏蔽服务功能模式, 根据屏蔽规则执行相关云 服务的屏蔽服务功能操作, 并将云服务消费请求转换为符合选择的云服务提供 者使用的协议的云服务适配请求, 向云服务提供者发送; 本步骤中,云服务中介可以根据屏蔽规则,为云服务请求者提供不同级别、 不同类型的云服务 /云资源内容, 也可以屏蔽云服务请求者的非法请求, 可以过 滤某些云月艮务 /云资源内容,也可以为某些云月艮务请求者或在特定时间提供特定 的云月艮务 /云资源内容等。 步骤 S 1006: 云服务提供者接收到云服务适配请求后, 确定可以提供请求 的云月艮务, 向云月艮务中介发送云月艮务适配响应; 动态合成服务使用抽象服务逻辑, 云 服务中介首先要通过云服务发布接口模块订阅实际的具体服务, 然后把抽象服 务逻辑转为具体服务逻辑, 再执行具体服务逻辑。 步骤 S 1402: 云月艮务请求者向云月艮务中介发送云月艮务消费请求; 步骤 S 1404: 云服务中介按照云服务消费请求, 选择适合的云计算服务和 资源及功能模式, 其功能模式为合成服务功能模式, 执行相关云服务的合成服 务功能操作, 为云服务请求者选择多个云服务提供者如云服务提供者一、 二, 并将云服务消费请求分别转换为符合云服务提供者一和二使用的协议的云服 务适配请求, 首先向云服务提供者一 (也可以先向云服务提供者二) 发送; 步骤 S 1406: 云服务中介收到云服务提供者一反馈的云服务适配响应; 步骤 S 1408: 云服务中介向云服务提供者二发送云服务消费请求; 步骤 S 1410: 云服务中介收到云服务提供者二反馈的云服务适配响应; 需要说明的是, 步骤 S 1404和 S 1408之间先后顺序由服务逻辑确定。 步骤 S 1412:云服务中介接收到云服务提供者一和二的云服务适配响应后, 将其转换为云服务消费响应, 并向云服务请求者发送。 参照图 15 ,示出了根据本发明实施例的云服务中介的合成服务功能的具体 服务逻辑执行实施例的流程图, 包括以下步骤: 步骤 S 1502: 云月艮务请求者向云月艮务中介发送云月艮务消费请求; 向云服务中介 1704发布云计算服务和 /或资源信息。 优选的, 云服务中介 1704包括: 云服务发布接口模块 17042、 云服务消费 接口模块 17044、 云月艮务处理模块 17046和云月艮务适配模块 17048。 其中, 云月艮务发布接口模块 17042 , 设置为订阅多个云月艮务提供者 1706的 云服务信息; 云服务消费接口模块 17044 , 设置为向云服务请求者 1702提供访 问云服务提供者 1706的消费接口; 云服务处理模块 17046, 设置为处理云服务 请求者 1702的云服务消费请求; 云服务适配模块 17048 , 设置为根据云服务消 费请求, 适配或调用云服务提供者 1706提供的云计算服务和 /或资源。 优选的, 云服务发布接口模块 17042 , 设置为订阅以下云服务提供者至少 之一: 私有云、 社区云、 公共云、 和混合云, 发布支持的云计算服务和 /或资源 信息; 云服务消费接口模块 17044 , 设置为接收以下云服务请求者至少之一: WEB月艮务、 应用、 和用户的云月艮务消费请求, 并向云月艮务请求者 1702返回云 月艮务消费响应, 为云月艮务请求者 1702提供访问云月艮务提供者 1706的云计算月艮 务和 /或资源的接口; 云服务处理模块 17046, 设置为通过云服务消费接口模块 17044接收云服务请求者 1702的云服务消费请求,从中解析出请求消费的云服 务, 选择云服务提供者 1706 提供的云计算服务和资源及功能模式, 执行云服 务操作; 调用云服务适配模块 17048协议适配或调用云服务提供者 1706的云 计算艮务和 /或资源, 向云 艮务提供者 1706发送云 艮务适配请求并接收云 艮务 提供者 1706反馈的云服务适配响应; 1. 一种云服务中介, 包括:
云服务发布接口模块, 设置为订阅多个云服务提供者提供的云计算 月艮务和 /或资源信息;
云服务消费接口模块, 设置为向云服务请求者提供访问所述云服务 提供者的消费接口;
云月艮务处理模块,设置为处理所述云月艮务请求者的云月艮务消费请求; 云服务适配模块, 设置为根据所述云服务消费请求, 适配或调用所 述云 艮务提供者的云计算艮务和 /或资源。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的云服务中介, 其中,
所述云服务发布接口模块,设置为订阅以下云服务提供者至少之一: 私有云、 社区云、 公共云、 和混合云, 发布支持的云计算服务和 /或资源 信息;
所述云月艮务消费接口模块,设置为接收以下云月艮务请求者至少之一: WEB服务、 应用、 和用户的云服务消费请求, 并向所述云服务请求者返 回云月艮务消费响应, 为所述云月艮务请求者提供访问所述云月艮务提供者的 云计算艮务和 /或资源的接口;
所述云服务处理模块, 设置为通过所述云服务消费接口模块接收所 述云服务请求者的云服务消费请求, 从中解析出请求消费的云服务, 选 择所述云服务提供者提供的云计算服务和 /或资源和 /或功能模式,执行云 月艮务操作; 调用所述云月艮务适配模块协议适配所述云月艮务提供者的云计 算月艮务和 /或资源, 向所述云 艮务提供者发送云 艮务适配请求并接收所述 云月艮务提供者反馈的云 艮务适配响应;
所述云 艮务适配模块, 设置为协议适配或调用所述云 艮务提供者提 供的云计算艮务和 /或资源。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的云服务中介, 其中, 所述功能模式包括以下至少 之一: 代理服务、 安全服务、 服务质量 QoS/业务级别许可 SLA控制服 务、 屏蔽服务、 置换服务、 合成服务。 根据权利要求 1所述的云服务中介, 其中, 所述云服务处理模块包括以 下至少之一:
目录数据库模块, 设置为存储云计算服务和 /或资源信息; 业务级别许可 SLA/策略控制模块, 设置为为各种云计算服务和 /或 资源设定业务级别许可管理和 /或控制策略;
安全模块, 设置为为所述云服务请求者访问所述云服务提供安全保 障;
服务质量 QoS控制模块, 设置为提供所述云服务的服务质量控制; 监控管理模块, 设置为监控所述云服务的运行状态;
部署管理模块, 设置为结合所述云服务中介的所述服务功能模式, 对所述云月艮务中介订阅的所述云月艮务进行配置; 计费模块, 设置为对所述云服务请求者访问所述云服务进行计费; 服务执行模块, 设置为根据所述云服务消费请求, 选择云服务及其 相关的服务逻辑和功能模式, 并执行云服务操作;
服务逻辑模块, 设置为存储云服务逻辑。 根据权利要求 1所述的云服务中介, 其中, 所述云服务适配模块包括以 下至少之一: 云基础设施即服务 IaaS适配模块、云数据存储即服务 DaaS 适配模块、 云计算平台即服务 PaaS适配模块、 云计算软件即服务 SaaS 适配模块。 根据权利要求 5所述的云服务中介, 其中, 所述 IaaS适配模块包括通用 IaaS 适配模块和 /或专用 IaaS 适配模块; 所述 DaaS 适配模块包括通用 DaaS适配模块和 /或专用 DaaS适配模块; 所述 PaaS适配模块包括通用 PaaS适配模块和 /或专用 PaaS适配模块; 所述 SaaS适配模块包括通用 SaaS适配模块和 /或专用 SaaS适配模块。 根据权利要求 6所述的云服务中介, 其中, 所述通用 IaaS适配模块用于 适配以下至少一种协议: 分布式管理任务组 DMTF 的开放虚拟化格式 OVF、 开放网格论坛 OGF的开放云计算接口 OCCI。 根据权利要求 6所述的云服务中介, 其中, 所述通用 DaaS适配模块设 置为适配存储网络工业协会 SNIA的云数据管理接口 CDMI。
9. 一种云计算方法, 包括:
云服务中介接收云服务请求者发送的云服务消费请求; 选择云服务提供者提供的云计算服务和 /或资源和 /或功能模式,执行 云月艮务操作;
适配或调用所述云 艮务提供者提供的所述云计算艮务和 /或资源; 向所述云月艮务请求者返回云月艮务消费响应。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的云计算方法, 其中, 所述云服务中介适配或调用 所述云服务提供者提供的云计算服务和 /或资源的步骤包括:
将所述云 艮务提供者提供的云计算 艮务和 /或资源协议适配为遵循 所述云 艮务请求者使用协议的所述云计算艮务和 /或资源。
11. 根据权利要求 9所述的云计算方法, 其特征在于, 所述功能模式包括以 下至少之一: 代理艮务、 安全艮务、 月艮务质量 QoS/业务级别许可 SLA 控制服务、 屏蔽服务、 置换服务、 合成服务。
12. 根据权利要求 11所述的云计算方法,其中,所述功能模式为置换服务时, 在所述适配所述云 艮务提供者提供的所述云计算艮务和 /或资源的步骤 之前, 还包括:
所述云月艮务中介在设定时间内未接收到选择的所述云月艮务提供者的 服务适配响应;
所述云 艮务中介选择其他云 艮务提供者, 并向其发送所述云 艮务适 配请求;
所述云 艮务中介接收所述其他云 艮务提供者的 艮务适配响应。
13. 根据权利要求 11所述的云计算方法,其中,所述功能模式为合成服务时, 在所述适配所述云 艮务提供者提供的所述云计算艮务和 /或资源的步骤 之前, 还包括:
所述云服务中介将所述云服务消费请求分别转换为遵循提供所述云 服务的多个云服务提供者使用的协议的云服务适配请求, 并分别向所述 多个云服务提供者发送;
所述云服务中介接收所述多个云服务提供者的多个服务适配响应。
14. 根据权利要求 13所述的云计算方法, 其中, 所述合成服务包括静态合成 服务和动态合成服务。
15. —种云系统, 包括: 云月艮务请求者、 云月艮务中介和云月艮务提供者;
所述云月艮务请求者,设置为向所述云月艮务中介发送云月艮务消费请求; 接收所述云服务中介反馈的云服务消费响应, 使用所述云服务中介提供 的接口访问所述云服务提供者的云服务;
所述云服务中介,设置为订阅多个所述云服务提供者的云服务信息; 向所述云月艮务请求者提供访问所述云月艮务提供者的消费接口; 处理所述 云服务请求者的云服务消费请求; 适配或调用所述云服务提供者提供的 云计算服务和 /或资源;
所述云 艮务提供者,设置为接收所述云 艮务中介的云 艮务适配请求, 向所述云 艮务中介反馈云 艮务适配响应, 为所述云 艮务请求者提供云计 算月艮务和 /或资源; 向所述云 艮务中介发布云计算艮务和 /或资源信息。
16. 根据权利要求 15所述的云系统, 其中, 所述云服务中介包括:
云服务发布接口模块,设置为订阅多个云服务提供者的云服务信息; 云服务消费接口模块, 设置为向云服务请求者提供访问所述云服务 提供者的消费接口;
云月艮务处理模块,设置为处理所述云月艮务请求者的云月艮务消费请求; 所述云服务适配模块, 设置为根据所述云服务消费请求, 适配或调 用所述云 艮务提供者的云计算艮务和 /或资源。
17. 根据权利要求 16所述的云系统, 其中,
