然而,现有的煎烤器,其油烟往往是直接排放到空气中,这样对空气造成污染。而且对于正在烧烤的用户而言,吸入油烟会影响身体健康。
发明内容
本发明提供一种具有带可拆卸除烟结构的煎烤器,其解决了传统的煎烤器无除油烟功能的问题,以达到健康和环保的目的。
本发明的目的这样实现的:
无烟煎烤器,包括:
一本体,所述的本体包括一上壳体、一下壳体和一安装于上、下壳体一侧的把手;
一下烤盘,安装于所述下壳体上表面,所述下烤盘的下表面安装有一用于加热该下烤盘的电热管;

在本发明的一个较佳实施例中,所述的油烟分离盒包括一下盒体、一盒盖以及下盒体和盒盖之间的密封圈,所述的下盒体内设有一油烟分离腔;所述的分离盒进气口位于下盒体侧面近烤盘的一侧,其高度为下盒体的1/3~2/3处,所述的分离盒出气口位于所述下盒体高度的1/2~顶端;所述的油烟分离板倾斜放置于所述油烟分离腔内,其上端位于所述分离盒进气口和所述分离盒出气口之间,其下端位于分离腔底面和所述分离盒进气口、出气口相对的另一侧。
在本发明的一个较佳实施例中,所述分离盒下盒体远离所述凹陷的一侧,设有一用于推拉的手柄。
在本发明的一个较佳实施例中,所述的油烟分离板倾斜放置于所述油烟分离腔内,其上端位于所述分离盒进气口和所述分离盒出气口之间,其下端位于分离腔底面和所述分离盒进气口、出气口相对的另一侧。
在本发明的一个较佳实施例中,所述的油烟分离板包括一上分离板和一下分离板,每片分离板包括一上边框、一下边框和位于上下边框之间的中间区,所述的中间区设多个平行排列上下走向的“V”形凹槽。

本技术方案和传统技术相比,具有如下的优点:由于本发明的煎烤器具有包括一个油烟分离室和一个烟体燃烧室的除油烟结构,煎烤时产生的油烟在封闭的空间内高速上升,从两个出烟口经过管道进入油烟分离盒;油烟中油分子,遇到冷凝吸附效果一流的高密度五金板材精制的过滤板时,迅速冷凝为液态油,顺着V 形凹槽向斜下方滑落,进入盒体下部。油烟中剩余的微小轻油分子,进入分离板的内腔,经过多角度的高速撞击,形成高速旋转的气旋,在高速旋转的气旋离心力作用下再次将剩余的轻油分子和水蒸汽分离,而单一烟体经过导管到电热管燃烧室,利用电热管外散的余热将其燃烧。如此,消除了煎烤时产生的油烟的危害。由于油烟分离盒为榫接于上壳体,其为可拆卸连接,因而使用一段时间后,可很方便的卸下清洗。

具体实施方式
参见图1及图2,本发明无烟煎烤器,包括:
一本体,所述的本体包括一上壳体1、一下壳体2和一安装于上、下壳体右侧的把手3;上下壳体之间设有设有密封圈21。
一下烤盘4,安装于所述下壳体2上表面,所述下烤盘4的下表面安装有一用于加热该下烤盘4的电热管41;
一上烤盘5,安装于所述的上壳体1的下表面,所述上烤盘的上表面安装有一用于加热该上烤盘5的电热管51;
一油烟分离盒6,可拆卸地安装于上壳体1左侧的凹陷14处。
该上壳体1上表面靠近左侧设有一个灯罩11,以及4个安装孔13,其分布于该上壳体1的四个角,上壳体1左侧设有一个用于安装油烟分离盒的凹陷14,该凹陷14上方,设有一个用于固定油烟分离盒6的固定弹片12。参见图19,该固定弹片12前后各有一个凸起,凸起上设螺孔121,上壳体对应位置设有对应的凹陷和螺孔,籍此将该固定弹片固定于上壳体上。该固定弹片12中央设有左右方向设置的两道榫122。

同时参见图1及图4,该油烟分离盒6包括一下盒体61和一盒盖62,设于下盒体61和盒盖62之间设有密封圈63,还包括一油烟分离板64。参见图20,该盒盖62左右两侧分别设有一个凸起,每个凸起设有一个螺孔621,下盒体61对应位置也设有凸起和螺孔,籍此将盒盖62固定于下盒体61上,盒盖中央位置设有两道凹槽622,其分别与上壳体固定弹片12的两个榫122对应,籍此将油烟分离盒可拆卸地固定于上壳体1上。
所述的下盒体61内设有一油烟分离腔;面向烤盘的一侧,即图4中的右侧设有两个油烟分离盒进气口611,其高度约为下盒体高度的2/5处,在该侧的上半部,设有两个油烟分离盒出气口612,在远离烤盘的一侧,即图中的左侧,下盒体61设有一个用于推拉的手柄63;一油烟分离板64倾斜放置于所述油烟分离腔内,其上端位于所述分离盒进气口611和所述分离盒出气口612之间,其下端位于分离腔底面左侧。
参见图5,油烟分离盒6的每个进气口611分别通过一直角弯管66连接到上烤盘的两个油烟出气口53,该直角弯管66前后各设一个螺丝固定孔661,其与上烤盘5的油烟出气口53两侧的螺丝固定柱531配合,用于将直角弯管66固定于上烤盘5的油烟出气口53。为了密封,在每个直角弯管66的两接头处各设有一个密封圈65。参照图1,油烟分离盒6的每个出气口612分别通过一弯管67连接到上烤盘5的两个燃烧室进气口521,同样,为密封起见,每个弯管67和油烟分离盒6的出气口612设有一密封圈65。
参见图6~图9,为本发明油烟分离板包括一上油烟分离板641和下油烟分离板642,两者皆为五金制作。参见图10~14,上油烟板641包括一上边框6411、一下边框6412以及两者中间区域,三者为一体形成。该上边框6411及下边框6412和中间区域的夹角β为120°,但两者弯折方向相反。该中间区域分布有多个平行排列上下走向的近“V”形凹槽6413(参见图14)。该V形凹槽两侧边的夹角α可以为60°~120°,在本实施例中为80°。
参见图15~18,和上油烟板641类似,下油烟板642包括上边框6421、下边框6422以及两者中间区域,该上边框6421及下边框6422和中间区域的夹角γ为120°,但两者弯折方向相反。该中间区域分布有多个平行排列上下走向的近“V”形凹槽,但该V形凹槽的方向和上油烟板641的相反。该V形凹槽两侧边的夹角可以为60°~120°,在本实施例中为80°
参见图9,当上油烟板641和下油烟板642配合时,两片分离板的V形槽开口相对且相互错开,每个V形的两个边分别靠近另一片板的两个V形的侧边且两片板的V形侧边留有间隙a,在本实施例中,该间隙a为0.1mm。
使用时,煎烤腔A产生的油烟由于压强作用,在封闭的空间内高速上升,经由烤腔的油烟出气口53、直角弯管66,从油烟分离盒611中进入分离腔;油烟中油分子,遇到冷凝吸附效果一流的高密度五金板材精制的分离板时,迅速冷凝为液态油,顺着V 形凹槽向斜下方滑落,进入盒体下部。油烟中剩余的微小轻油分子,进入上下分离板的内腔,参见图9的箭头方向。经过多角度的高速撞击,形成高速旋转的气旋,在高速旋转的气旋离心力作用下再次将剩余的轻油分子和水蒸汽分离,而单纯烟气经过导管67到电热管燃烧室B,利用电热管外散的余热将其燃烧,之后清洁的空气从密封片52左侧壳体和电热管51的管针511之间的空隙排出,最近从上壳体和上烤盘之间的间隙排出。如此,消除了煎烤时产生的油烟的危害。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能以此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明申请专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明专利涵盖的范围内。
工业实用性
本技术方案和传统技术相比,本发明的煎烤器具有包括一个油烟分离室和一个烟体燃烧室的除油烟结构,煎烤时产生的油烟在封闭的空间内高速上升,从出烟口经过管道进入油烟分离盒;油烟中油分子,遇到冷凝吸附效果一流的高密度五金板材精制的过滤板时,迅速冷凝为液态油,顺着V 形凹槽向斜下方滑落,进入盒体下部。而单一烟体经过导管到电热管燃烧室,利用电热管外散的余热将其燃烧。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种无烟煎烤器,其特征在于,包括:
    一本体,所述的本体包括一上壳体、一下壳体和一安装于上、下壳体一侧的把手;
    一下烤盘,安装于所述下壳体上表面,所述下烤盘的安装有一用于加热该下烤盘的电热管;
    一上烤盘,安装于所述的上壳体的下表面,所述上烤盘的安装有一用于加热该上烤盘的电热管;所述的下烤盘上表面和所述的上烤盘下表面之间形成一用于煎烤食材的烤腔;所述的上烤盘设置至少一烤腔油烟出气口;所述上烤盘上表面设有一用于容纳所述电热管的环形凹槽,该凹槽开口向上,凹槽上覆盖有一和该环形凹槽开口对应的密封片,该凹槽和该密封片之间形成一燃烧室;所述的燃烧室设有至少一个燃烧室进气口以及至少一个燃烧室出气口;
    一油烟分离盒,可拆卸地安装于上壳体和把手相对的另一侧,所述的油烟分离盒包括:
    至少一分离盒进气口,其通过导管和所述的烤腔出气口相连;
    至少一分离盒出气口,其通过导管和所述的燃烧室进气口相连;
    一油烟分离板,其设置于所述的油烟分离盒盒体内,位于进气口和出气口之间的通道上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种无烟煎烤器,其特征在于:所述的油烟分离盒包括一下盒体、一盒盖以及下盒体和盒盖之间的密封圈,所述的下盒体内设有一油烟分离腔;所述的分离盒进气口位于下盒体侧面近烤盘的一侧,其高度为下盒体的1/3~2/3处,所述的分离盒出气口位于所述下盒体高度的1/2~顶端;所述的油烟分离板倾斜放置于所述油烟分离腔内,其上端位于所述分离盒进气口和所述分离盒出气口之间,其下端位于分离腔底面和所述分离盒进气口、出气口相对的另一侧。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种无烟煎烤器,其特征在于:所述分离盒下盒体远离所述凹陷的一侧,设有一用于推拉的手柄。
  4. 如权利要求2或3所述的一种无烟煎烤器,其特征在于:所述的油烟分离板包括一上分离板和一下分离板,每片分离板包括一上边框、一下边框和位于上下边框之间的中间区,所述的中间区设多个平行排列上下走向的“V”形凹槽。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种无烟煎烤器,其特征在于:所述的V形凹槽的两侧凸起于该分离板,两片分离板的V形槽开口相对且相互错开,每个V形的两个边分别靠近另一片板的两个V形的侧边且两片板的V形侧边留有间隙。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种无烟煎烤器,其特征在于:所述的V形两侧边的夹角为60~120°。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的一种无烟煎烤器,其特征在于:所述的上分离板和下分离板为五金板制作。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的一种无烟煎烤器,其特征在于:所述的上壳体和手柄相对的一侧,设有一容纳所述油烟分离盒的凹处,该凹处上面设有一固定弹片,所述的固定弹片上设有两个榫。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的一种无烟煎烤器,其特征在于:所述的油烟分离盒盒盖上表面设有两道和所述的上壳体固定弹片的两个榫对应的两道凹槽,所述的油烟分离盒通过榫接可拆卸地安装于固定弹片下。
