传统的床垫有海棉弹簧床垫、棕丝床垫、竹床垫等,这些床垫都存在着较为笨重,不易搬动、清洗的问题,而且形状固定不可变,无法满足各种场合的使用需要。现有一种由空气袋组成的床垫,简称气垫床,这种气垫床由空气袋组成的床垫内部形成一个封闭的空间,空气不流通容易潮湿,夏天,人躺在这种床垫上热量不能散开,因体温升高而经常出汗,容易引发湿疹、褥疮等皮肤疾病,损害人体健康等问题,而且,气垫床内部的空气可相通,人躺在上面会产生很明显的变形凹陷,导致翻身很困难;冬天,怕冷的人需在这种床垫上使用电热毯,而长期使用电热毯会导致身体缺氧及身体水分流失,造成缺氧头晕,皮肤干燥、口干等多种问题,而且,电热毯在使用过程中易发生漏电现象,从而隐藏很大的安全隐患。
本发明的目的是提供一种可调节温度、通风透气、可根据需要调整形状,较为舒适的冷暖气流床垫。

如图2、3、4所示,床垫本体1由上至下依次包括可透气面层11、可透气网布层12和气囊层13,可透气网布层12的周沿和气囊层13的周沿通过包边带14包缝在一起,气囊层13和可透气面层11的周沿通过拉链15复合在一起;气囊层13的上表面密布有复数个独立气泡131,各个独立气泡131内的气压可为大气常压,也可略大于大气常压(可比大气常压高0.3kg/cm2-1.5kg/cm2)以增加床垫的舒适度,气囊层13的上表面还均匀设置有通风管路132,供风装置2的输出管22的另一端(出风口)连接至通风管路132的输入端。
其中,通风管路132可为一体成型于气囊层13的上表面的槽道,也可为固定安装于气囊层13的上表面的通风管(本实施例中用的是通风管),若采用通风管,则需在通风管的侧壁上密布出风小孔,通过通风管路132将供气装置2输出的冷风或热风均匀吹向气囊层13的上表面,再经气囊层13上表面的各个独立气泡131对气流进行改向,最终使得气流向上冲,经可透气网布层12,由可透气面层11吹出。
可透气面层11可为竹炭纤维布面层,也可为由织物表面层111、海棉中间层112和透气面底层113组成的(本实施例中用的是由表面层、海棉中间层和透气布底层组成的可透气面层),若可透气面层采用竹炭纤维布面层,则在夏季,躺在此床垫上时,使人感到更为凉爽、透气;若可透气面层采用由织物表面层111、海棉中间层112和透气面底层113组成的面层,即此种结构的可透气面层的结构强度较高且保温效果较好,则在冬季,躺在此床垫上时,使人感到更为暖和。
实施例二:
本发明的一种冷暖气流床垫,实施例二如图5所示,包括床垫本体4和供气装置2,供气装置2为冷暖两用供气装置,其制热组件采用具有远红外线理疗功能的发热体-纯陶瓷发热元件(TCH)。供气装置2配有遥控器3,供气装置2可通过手动开关进行操作,也可通过遥控器3进行操作。供气装置2及遥控器3的结构和工作原理可参照现有普通常见的空调及其遥控器的结构和工作原理,只是在本发明中,供气装置2是为了配合床垫使用,体积较小而已。供气装置2的输出口通过螺母21旋接输出管22的一端,输出管22的另一端为出风口。
如图6、7所示,床垫本体4包括可透气外套41、可透气网布层42和气囊层43,可透气网布层42覆盖在气囊层43的上方,且可透气网布层42的周沿与气囊层43的周沿通过包边带缝合在一起,可透气外套41和气囊层43的尺寸相吻合,可透气外套41三边密封,一边开设有可供气囊层43进出的开口,此开口设置有拉链411;气囊层43的上表面密布有复数个独立气泡431,各个独立气泡431内的气压可为大气常压,也可略大于大气常压(可比大气常压高0.3kg/cm2-1.5kg/cm2)以增加床垫的舒适度,气囊层43的上表面还均匀设置有通风管路432,供风装置2的输出管22的另一端(出风口)连接至通风管路432的输入端。
其中,通风管路432可为一体成型于气囊层43的上表面的槽道,也可为固定安装于气囊层43的上表面的通风管(本实施例中用的是通风管),若采用通风管,则需在通风管的侧壁上密布出风小孔,通过通风管路432将供气装置2输出的冷风或热风均匀吹向气囊层43的上表面,再经气囊层43上表面的各个独立气泡431对气流进行改向,最终使得气流向上冲,经可透气网布层42,由可透气外套41的表面层吹出。
可透气外套41的表面层可为竹炭纤维布面层,也可为由织物表面层、海棉中间层和透气面底层组成的(本实施例中用的是表面层由织物表面层、海棉中间层和透气布底层组成的可透气外套),若可透气外套的表面层采用竹炭纤维布面层,则在夏季,躺在此床垫上时,使人感到更为凉爽、透气;若可透气外套41的表面层采用由织物表面层、海棉中间层和透气面底层组成的表面层,即此种结构的可透气外套的表面层的结构强度较高且保温效果较好,则在冬季,躺在此床垫上时,使人感到更为暖和。
Claims (10)
1、一种冷暖气流床垫,其特征在于:包括床垫本体和温度可调的供气装置,上述床垫本体包括气囊层和覆盖在此气囊层上方的可透气面层,上述气囊层的上表面密布有复数个独立气泡;上述气囊层和上述可透气面层的周沿复合在一起,上述供风装置的输出管伸至上述气囊层的上表面。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种冷暖气流床垫,其特征在于:上述气囊层的上表面设置有与上述供气装置的输出管相连通的通风管路。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种冷暖气流床垫,其特征在于:上述供气装置的制热元件采用纯陶瓷发热元件。
4、根据权利要求1所述的一种冷暖气流床垫,其特征在于:上述床垫本体还包括可透气网布层,上述可透气网布层设于上述可透气面层与上述气囊层之间,并与上述气囊层的周沿复合在一起,且上述气囊层和上述可透气面层的周沿通过拉链复合在一起。
5、根据权利要求4所述的一种冷暖气流床垫,其特征在于:上述可透气面层为竹炭纤维布层。
6、根据权利要求4所述的一种冷暖气流床垫,其特征在于:上述可透气面层包括织物表面层、海棉中间层和透气布底层,上述织物表面层、上述海棉中间层和上述透气布底层固定复合在一起。
7、一种冷暖气流床垫,其特征在于:包括床垫本体和温度可调的供气装置,上述床垫本体包括气囊层和包覆在此气囊层外的可透气外套,上述气囊层的上表面密布有复数个独立气泡,上述供风装置的输出管伸至上述气囊层的上表面。
8、根据权利要求7所述的一种冷暖气流床垫,其特征在于:上述床垫本体还包括有可透气网布层,上述可透气网布层设于上述可透气外套内,并覆盖在上述气囊层的上方,且上述可透气网布层的周沿与上述气囊层的周沿复合在一起。
9、根据权利要求8所述的一种冷暖气流床垫,其特征在于:上述可透气外套的面层为竹炭纤维布层。
10、根据权利要求8所述的一种冷暖气流床垫,其特征在于:上述可透气外套的面层包括织物表面层、海棉中间层和透气布底层,上述织物表面层、上述海棉中间层和上述透气布底层固定复合在一起。
