有益效果
本发明与背景技术相比,一是开创了立体植物仿真装饰布、网的先例,拓展了布的应用领域及用途;二是不仅可以以立体感观的手法装饰各种物面,而且实现了城市、家庭、庭院、屋面、车库、海滨浴场及特定场所的立体仿真绿化及遮阳,创造了具有绿叶、鲜花及果实累累的装饰效果;三是不仅制造效率高,成本低,便于折叠运输,而且由于连接绿叶、花、果实的布、网具有可靠的柔韧性和折叠性,因此它不会发生绿叶、花、果实根部与布或网脱落的现象,不会造成环境污染,具有连接牢固可靠的特点,既美化环境、又达到了遮阳的目的。

实施例1:参照附图1和4。一种植物仿真装饰布、网,它包括布或网1,所述布为非金属布或金属丝布,所述非金属布是指防晒尼龙布、防晒塑料布、防晒织物布、防晒无纺布、防晒膜,其制作工艺系现有技术,在此不作叙述;所述网为非金属网或金属网,所述非金属网是指防晒尼龙网、防晒塑料网、防晒织物网、防晒无纺布网,防晒网膜,所述金属网是指不锈钢网、铜网、铝网、合金网。所述布或网1的一面或二面布满仿真植物2,所述仿真植物2的根或叶或根和叶固定在布或网1上,固定的方式为缝纫、插接、粘接、捆扎、按扣、缠绕等固定方式。
实施例1-1:在实施例1的基础上,所述仿真植物2由两片绿叶或两片以上绿叶3和4构成,两片绿叶或两片以上绿叶3和4的根部5呈带状相连的整体结构且固定在布或网上;或两片绿叶或两片以上绿叶3和4的叶部固定在布或网上。
实施例1-2:在实施例1的基础上,所述仿真植物由两片绿叶或两片以上绿叶3和4和花构成,两片绿叶或两片以上绿叶3和4的根部5及花的根部相连且固定在布或网上;或两片绿叶和花的根部或叶部固定在布或网上。
实施例1-3:在实施例1的基础上,所述仿真植物由两片绿叶或两片以上绿叶3和4和果子构成,两片绿叶或两片以上绿叶3和4的根部5及果子的根部相连且固定在布或网上;或两片绿叶或两片以上绿叶3和4的叶部及果子的根部且固定在布或网上。
实施例1-4:在实施例1的基础上,所述两片绿叶或两片以上绿叶3和4的根部5相连且采用整片面料冲压加热定型,其制作工艺系现有技术,在此不作叙述。
实施例2:参照附图2和4。一种植物仿真装饰网,它包括非金属网或金属网,所述网为非金属网或金属网,所述非金属网是指防晒尼龙网、防晒塑料网、防晒织物网、防晒无纺布网,防晒网膜,所述金属网是指不锈钢网、铜网、铝网、合金网。所述非金属网或金属网1由多根经纬线构成的带状纵向网筋6和带状横向网筋7编织而成,多条带状纵向网筋6和多条带状横向网筋7之间构成孔8,仿真植物2的根部或叶部固定在多条带状纵向网筋6和多条带状横向网筋7上且布满非金属网或金属网的一面或二面,所述纵向网筋6和横向网筋7是指防晒尼龙网筋、防晒塑料网筋、防晒织物网筋、防晒纱网筋、防晒无纺布网筋、防晒膜筋。
实施例2-1:在实施例2的基础上,所述仿真植物2由两片绿叶或两片以上绿叶3和4构成且两片绿叶或两片以上绿叶3和4的根部5呈带状相连的整体结构且固定在网上;或两片以上绿叶3和4叶部固定在网上。
实施例2-2:在实施例2的基础上,所述仿真植物由两片绿叶或两片以上绿叶3和4和花构成且两片绿叶或两片以上绿叶3和4的根部5及花的根部相连且固定在网上;或两片绿叶或两片以上绿叶3和4和花固定在网上。
实施例2-3:在实施例2的基础上,所述仿真植物由两片绿叶或两片以上绿叶3和4和果子构成且两片绿叶或两片以上绿叶3和4的根部5及果子的根部相连且固定在网上。
实施例2-4:在实施例2的基础上,所述两片绿叶或两片以上绿叶3和4的根部5相连且采用整片面料冲压加热定型。
实施例3:参照附图3和4。一种植物仿真装饰布,它包括非金属布或金属丝布,所述布为非金属布或金属丝布,所述非金属布是指防晒尼龙布、防晒塑料布、防晒织物布、防晒无纺布、防晒膜,所述金属丝布是指金属拉丝处理成金属纤维植入布内而形成的一种金属丝约占3%~8%的面料。所述非金属布或金属丝布1由多根经纬线构成的带状纵向布筋6和带状横向布筋7织造而成,多条带状纵向布筋6和多条带状横向布筋7之间构成孔8,仿真植物2的根部固定在多条带状纵向布筋6和多条带状横向布筋7上且布满非金属布或金属丝布的一面或二面。
实施例3-1:在实施例3的基础上,所述仿真植物2由两片绿叶或两片以上绿叶3和4构成且两片绿叶或两片以上绿叶3和4的根部5呈带状相连的整体结构且固定在布上。

实施例3-4:在实施例3的基础上,所述两片绿叶或两片以上绿叶3和4的根部5相连且采用整片面料冲压加热定型。
实施例4:在实施例1和2的基础上,植物仿真装饰网的制作方法,它包括网,首先将纵向网筋、横向网筋构成的织网程序输入到织纱机中且通过织纱机织成由多条带状纵向网筋和多条带状横向网筋构成的网,然后将仿真植物通过缝纫、插接或粘接方式固定在多条带状纵向网筋和多条带状横向网筋的筋面上且将网的一面或二面布满即可。
实施例5:在实施例1和3的基础上,一种植物仿真装饰布的制作方法,它包括布,其特征是:首先将纵向布筋、横向布筋构成的织布程序输入到织纱机中且通过织纱机织成由多条带状纵向布筋和多条带状横向布筋构成的多孔布,然后将仿真植物通过缝纫、插接或粘接方式固定在多条带状纵向布筋和多条带状横向布筋的筋面上且将多孔布的一面或二面布满即可。

1、一种植物仿真装饰布、网,它包括布或网,其特征是:所述布或网的一面或二面布满仿真植物。
2、根据权利要求1所述的植物仿真装饰布、网,其特征是:所述仿真植物的根或叶或根和叶固定在布或网上。
3、根据权利要求1所述的植物仿真装饰布、网,其特征是:所述仿真植物由两片绿叶或两片以上绿叶构成,两片绿叶或两片以上绿叶的根部呈带状相连且固定在布或网上;或所述仿真植物由两片绿叶或两片以上绿叶和花构成,两片绿叶或两片以上绿叶的根部及花的根部相连且固定在布或网上;或所述仿真植物由两片绿叶或两片以上绿叶和果子构成,两片绿叶或两片以上绿叶的根部及果子的根部相连且固定在布或网上。
4、根据权利要求2所述的植物仿真装饰布、网,其特征是:所述两片绿叶或两片以上绿叶的根部相连且采用整片面料冲压加热定型。
5、根据权利要求1所述的植物仿真装饰布、网,其特征是:所述布为非金属布或金属丝布。

10、一种植物仿真装饰网,它包括非金属网或金属网,其特征是:所述非金属网或金属网由多根经纬线构成的带状纵向网筋和带状横向网筋编织而成,多条带状纵向网筋和多条带状横向网筋之间构成孔,仿真植物的根部固定在多条带状纵向网筋和多条带状横向网筋上且布满非金属网或金属网的一面或二面。
