一种 LED照明装置, 该照明装置包含有: 本体, 其为至少一根的长形实心透明柱体, 且该本体内部设有成轴向分 布于两端之间的反光区段, 该反光区段具有高反光性质, 其位于该本体内靠 近一侧壁面处, 为薄层; 及
至少一连接座, 其可拆卸地固定于该本体两端的其中一端处, 其在朝该 本体的端面上设有对应于柱体的 LED灯件, 且该 LED灯件略朝该反光区段方 向呈倾斜配置使其所发出的光源可直接照射于该反光区段上, 且该连接座另 一端上设有延伸的导通部, 该导通部电性连接于该 LED灯件, 且在该连接座 的前端处设有对应固定该本体的固定部。
或者, 另一种 LED照明装置, 该照明装置包含有:
本体,其为至少一根的长形实心透明柱体, 且该本体内部设有反光区段, 该反光区段具高反光性质, 且其设于该本体轴心处两端间; 及
至少一连接座, 其可拆卸地固定于该本体两端的其中一端处, 其在朝该 本体的端面上设有对应于柱体的 LED灯件, 且该 LED灯件对应于该反光区段 且外径大于该反光区段, 其所发出的光源可直接照射于其上, 且该连接座另 一端上设有延伸的导通部, 该导通部电性连接于该 LED灯件, 且在该连接座 的前端处设有对应固定该本体的固定部。

本发明的优点在于:
本发明提供的 LED照明装置通过利用 LED灯件对应照明于本体的反光区 段上, 而可反射光源达到照明的效果, 如此的方式将不会如现有技术中产生 照明迭影, 且本体本身为实心材质, 因此也没有易碎的顾虑, 再者, 本体本 身为非消耗性的元件, 可长久使用, 而当 LED灯件久用后发生光衰或者损坏 时, 使用者仅需要将连接座拆卸替换即可, 而因其具有易拆换的特征, 因此 对使用者的拆卸更新而言十分便利。 附图说明

前述的连接座 20可拆卸地固定于本体 10的两端处, 或者, 只有设置一 个连接座 20时, 也可以将连接座 20固定于本体 10两端的其中一端, 如图 4 所示。 前述的连接座在一端面上设有对应于柱体的一个或多个 LED灯件 21 , 且该 LED灯件 21略朝反光区段 11方向呈倾斜配置使其所发出的光源可直接 照射于反光区段 1 1上,进而反射以达到照明的目的,且该连接座另一端上设 有延伸的导通部, 导通部电性连接该 LED灯件, 导通部可以是两个并排设置 的导通脚 22 ,或者是两对分开的导通脚 22 , 又或者是四支成矩形分布排列的 导通脚 22 , 使导通脚 22可以对应电接于现有技术的日光灯接座或各种灯具 的接座上, 而可以将电流导通到 LED灯件,且在连接座 20的前端处设有固定 部 23 , 该固定部 23可为延伸设于连接座 20前端外侧缘上的环套, 其内径对 应于本体 10的一端的外径, 并通过本体 10紧配合穿设固定于该环套中而达 到本体 1 0与连接座 20间的固定, 而其中 LED灯件 21与导通脚 22间或可进 一步设有变压结构, 以将家用高压交流电转换为适合 LED灯件 21的电流, 而 该变压结构或可内建设于 LED灯件 21中, 或可设于连接座 20内, 不在说明 书中作一局限。
请进一步配合参看图 5至图 7所示, 其中本发明在一变形实施例中, 本 体 1 0A的反光区段 11A可为设于本体 10A轴心处两端间的反光材质长条, 其 对齐于 LED灯件 21A处且外径小于 LED灯件 21 A, 以使 LED灯件 21 A所发出 的光源可直接照射于其上进而反射以达到照明的目的。
请进一步配合参看图 8所示, 其中本发明在另一变形实施例中, 前述的 连接座 20B的导通部 22B于配置可为螺紋灯头以对应于传统灯泡的螺紋式接 座使用, 且连接座 20B的固定部 23B可为延伸设于连接座 20B前端外侧缘的 环套, 以供对应插设内部设有反光区段 1 0B的本体 1 0B , 且其应用的 LED灯 件 21B也可视实际应用不同而选择性为一个至复数个, 本实施例中则是以五 个为范例作说明。
而本发明的特征在于其利用 LED灯件 21、 21A对应照明于本体 1 0、 10A 的反光区段 11、 11A上, 而可借反光达到照明的效果, 如此的方式将不会产 生如现有技术中的照明迭影, 且本体 1 0、 10A本身为实心材质, 因此不会有 易碎的顾虑, 再者, 本体 10、 10A本身为非消耗的元件, 因此可长久使用, 而当 LED灯件 21、 21A发生光衰或者损坏时,使用者仅需要将连接座 20拆卸 替换即可, 而因其具有易拆卸的特征, 因此对使用者的拆卸更新而言具有十 足的便利性。
综上所述, 可见本发明在突破先前的技术下, 确实已达到所欲增进的功 效, 且也非熟悉该项技艺者所易于思及, 再者, 本发明申请前未曾公开, 且 其所具的进步性、 实用性, 显已符合专利的申请要件。

至少一连接座, 其可拆卸地固定于该本体两端的其中一端处, 其在朝该 本体的端面上设有对应于柱体的 LED灯件, 且该 LED灯件略朝该反光区段方 向呈倾斜配置, 使其所发出的光源可直接照射于该反光区段上, 且该连接座 另一端上设有延伸的导通部, 该导通部电性连接于该 LED灯件, 且在该连接 座的前端处设有对应固定该本体的固定部。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的 LED照明装置, 其特征在于, 所述本体的材质为 聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯, 所述反光区段为包含铝、 镁金属的化合材料所形成, 且 其与所述本体为利用双色挤型技术所同时成形。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的 LED照明装置, 其特征在于, 所述固定部为延伸 设于所述连接座前端外侧缘上的环套,其内径对应于所述本体的一端的外径, 并通过所述本体紧配合穿设固定于该环套中而达到所述本体与所述连接座间 的固定。

至少一连接座, 其可拆卸地固定于该本体两端的其中一端处, 其在朝该 本体的端面上设有对应于柱体的 LED灯件, 且该 LED灯件对应于该反光区段 且外径大于该反光区段, 其所发出的光源可直接照射于该反光区段上, 且该 连接座另一端上设有延伸的导通部, 该导通部电性连接于该 LED灯件, 且在 该连接座的前端处设有对应固定该本体的固定部。

8、 如权利要求 6所述的 LED照明装置, 其特征在于, 所述固定部为延伸 设于所述连接座前端外侧缘上的环套,其内径对应于所述本体的一端的外径, 并通过所述本体紧配合穿设固定于该环套中而达到所述本体与所述连接座间 的固定。
9、 如权利要求 6所述的 LED照明装置, 其特征在于, 所述本体断面为环 形, 且其两端可为内凹的凹面端, 所述反光区段为对应该本体的轴心的弧状 薄层。
1 0、 如权利要求 6所述的 LED照明装置, 其特征在于, 所述固定部为延 伸设于所述连接座前端外侧缘上的环套, 其内径对应于所述本体的一端的外 径, 并通过所述本体紧配合穿设固定于该环套中而达到所述本体与所述连接 座间的固定, 且其中所述本体的一端为齐平端或凹面端; 所述导通部可为分 开的两对导通脚, 或者四支成矩形分布的导通脚或者是螺紋灯头。
