Abstract
The present invention relates to a pile which is constructed by connecting pretensioned spun high-strength concrete (PHC) piles on the surface of the ground so as to strengthen the soft ground during construction or civil engineering projects. To install a plurality of vertical iron bars reinforced with loop iron bars along the outer surfaces of the PHC piles within a casing, bolt-type fastening plate assemblies are fastened to the upper, intermediate, and lower portions of upper PHC piles, lower PHC piles, and vertical iron bars, respectively, wherein the outer diameter of each bolt-type fastening plate assembly is larger than the outer diameter of each PHC pile, and is spaced apart from the inner surface of the casing by a predetermined distance, and wherein each bolt-type fastening plate assembly has a double-structured disk, and intermediate iron bar support plate assemblies are fixed among the upper, intermediate, and lower portions of the upper PHC piles, lower PHC piles, and vertical iron bars, respectively, wherein the outer diameter of each intermediate iron bar support plate assembly is larger than the outer diameter of each PHC pile, and is spaced apart from the inner surface of the casing by a predetermined distance, and wherein each intermediate iron bar support plate assembly has a double-structured disk.
