Abstract

The invention relates to a device for measuring dielectric properties of liquid media using high-frequency waves. Said waves are within a frequency range between 1 GHz and 10 GHz. The device comprises a supporting substrate (16) on which at least one electric or electronic component (22, 26) is located. The supporting substrate (16) is designed as an LTCC ceramic and is at least in part a sensing element (18).
