La présente invention concerne un siège de faible épaisseur pour véhicules de transport de passagers, qui comprend, sur au moins une partie des zones de contact avec l'utilisateur, un ou plusieurs matériaux déformables et de faible épaisseur, aptes à reprendre leur forme et leur volume d'origine. La configuration du modèle proposé présente des avantages par rapport aux dispositifs analogues de l'état de la technique et permet d'obtenir une amélioration fonctionnelle aussi bien en termes d'utilisation que de fabrication industrielle à grande échelle.
