本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构设计合理、成本低廉、 使用方便的个人无线移动视频监测系统。
本实用新型解决其技术问题是采取以下技术方案实现的:
一种个人无线移动视频监测系统, 由视频监测服务器和视频采集装置连接构成, 视频监测服务器还通过移动通信网络与用户手机相连接, 该视频监测服务器由计算机 主板分别与视频卡和无线数据传输单元连接构成, 计算机主板及无线数据传输单元还 分别与电源单元相连接。

2、 本视频监测系统的视频监测服务器使用通用的计算机主板、 视频卡及无线数 据传输单元构成, 而且视频采集装置也可以采用有线或无线视频采集装置, 其系统构 建灵活方便、 成本低廉并且易于维护。
3、 本实用新型设计合理, 用户通过手机可以随时随地对监测区域进行实时监测, 具有使用方便、 成本低廉、 易于维护等特点, 满足了个人用户对个人空间进行实时视 频监测的需要, 可广泛适用于家庭、 小型办公区、 个人卖场和库房等场所, 在关顾老 人和儿童、 掌握工作现场状况以及安全防范等方面发挥能够发挥重要作用。 附图说明

一种个人无线移动视频监测系统, 如图 1所示, 由视频监测服务器、 视频采集装 置和用户手机连接构成, 视频监测服务器通过移动通信网络与用户手机相连接, 视频 釆集装置不受类型、 视频制式和数量的限制, 用户手机不受移动通信网络类型和数量 限制, 该移动通信网络可以是 GPRS网络、 CDMA网络和 3G网络中的任何一种。 在视频 监测服务器内安装有无线移动视频监测系统的控制软件,控制视频图像的采集与处理, 并对用户手机发来的命令进行相应的处理。
视频监测服务器由计算机主板、视频卡、无线数据传输单元及电源单元连接构成, 电源单元与计算机主板和无线数据传输单元相连接并为其提供电源支持, 计算机主板 通过卡槽与视频卡相连接, 在本实施例中, 计算机主板采用的是: INTEL945GC/478的 主板, P4 2. 4A 1M/533的 CPU,DDR2512M/533/667的内存, 视频卡为 TE- 104卡, 该视 频卡插入在计算机主板上的 PC I槽中, 与视频卡相连接的视频采集装置可以是有线视 频采集装置、 无线视频采集装置, 也可以是有线视频采集装置和无线视频采集装置的 组合, 当视频采集装置为有线接口的摄像机 (摄像头) 时, 该摄像机 (摄像头) 通过 同轴电缆的方式与视频卡相连接; 当视频采集装置为无线接口方式的摄像机(摄像头) 时, 该摄像机 (摄像头) 通过无线方式与视频卡相连接。 计算机主板通过 RS232接口 与无线数据传输单元相连接, 计算机主板通过无线数据传输单元与移动通信网络进行 双向数据传输。
本实用新型的工作原理是: 视频监测服务器一方面接收视频采集装置的视频信 号, 对视频信号的尺寸、 格式和连续性等特性进行图像处理、 在不同的摄像机之间转 换及监测操作、 信息存储和 web发布等; 另一方面通过移动通信网络接收手机用户的 命令, 然后通过无线数据传输单元将视频图像传输到移动通信网络上并被特定的用户 手机用户接收。 用户手机的信息是事先存储在视频监测服务器上, 只有合法的用户手 机用户才能进行登陆、 浏览视频图像和相应的操作信息。 当个人无线移动视频监测系 统中的用户手机需要监测时, 通过手机向视频监测服务器发出命令, 视频监测服务器 将监测到的视频图像源源不断地发送到用户手机上, 用户通过手机即可实时地监测到 所需要的视频图像。

5、 根据权利要求 1 所述的个人无线移动视频监测系统, 其特征在于: 所述的视 频采集装置为与视频卡采用同轴电缆相连接的有线视频采集装置, 或者为与视频卡采 用无线传输方式相连接的无线视频釆集装置。
