도 15는 본 발명에 있어 밀착수단부의 실시 예인 길이조절밴드의 또 다른 실시형태를 나타낸 평면 단면도이다.
이하, 본 발명의 실시 예에 대하여 상세히 설명하지만, 본 발명은 그 요지를 이탈하지 않는 한 이하의 실시 예에 한정되지 않는다.
상기한 효과를 달성하기 위한 본 발명은, 지퍼 및 단추 등의 결속요소에 의해 개폐되며, 상기 결속요소를 중심으로 좌우 양측에 손을 넣을 수 있는 주머니가 (110)각각 형성되어 있는 상의(100)에 있어서, 상기 주머니(110)의 일측 끝단부를 개봉하고, 상기 주머니(110)의 개봉된 끝단부와 인접한 부분의 상의(100) 내측에 개폐부(101)를 구비하고, 상기 개폐부(101)의 일측으로 다수의 체결수단(111)을 각각 구비하여, 상기 개폐부(101)를 개봉한 후 양측의 체결수단(111)에 의해 양측의 주머니(110)가 연결되는 것과, 상기 주머니(110)의 내면 일측에 개방부(112)를 형성하고, 양측에 각각 형성되어있는 주머니(110)의 상기 개방부(112)로부터 후면 내부까지 연결되는 관통로(113)를 구비하여, 결과적으로 양측의 주머니(110)가 서로 관통되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이하 본 발명의 구성을 첨부한 도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명한다.
도 1은, 지퍼 및 단추 등의 결속요소에 의해 개폐되며, 상기 결속요소를 중심으로 좌우 양측에 손을 넣을 수 있는 주머니(110)가 각각 형성되어 있는 일반적인 상의(100)를 나타낸 것으로, 도 1의 일반적인 상의(100)를 바탕으로 본 발명의 기능이 추가되는 것으로, 이때 본 발명에 있어 주머니(110)의 내측 끝단부가 개봉되어 있는 것을 포함한다.
도 2는, 본 발명에 있어 개폐부(101)를 표현한 것으로, 도면에서 보는 바와 같이 상의(100) 내측으로 개폐부(101)가 구비되어 지는데, 이때 상기 개폐부(101)는 주머니(110)의 내측 끝단부와 인접한 부분에 구비되어, 양측의 주머니(110)가 연결되는데 용이하도록 구성하였다.
한편, 상기와 같이 구성된 개폐부(101)는 지퍼, 벨크로테이프, 단추등 다양한 형태로 제작할 수 있음은 물론이다.
도 3은, 본 발명에 있어 양측 주머니(110)를 체결하기 위한 수단으로 체결수단(111)이 구비되어 있는 것을 표현한 것으로, 도면에서 보는 바와 같이 개폐부(101) 내측으로 체결수단(111)을 구비하여, 개폐부(101)를 개방한 후 양측의 체결수단(111)을 체결하여 양측의 주머니(110)가 연결되도록 구성하였다.
상기와 같이 양측의 주머니(110)를 연결하여 결과적으로 긴 통로형태의 주머니(110)를 구비할 수 있어 각각 분리된 주머니(110)보다 손의 보온 효과를 극대화할 수 있게 되는 것이다.
도 4는, 연결원단부재(114)가 구비되어 있는 것을 표현한 것으로, 도면에서 보는 바와 같이 주머니(110) 끝단부에 연결원단부재(114)를 구비하여, 양측의 주머니(110)를 더욱 효율적으로 체결할 수 있음은 물론, 양측 주머니(110)를 연결하는 데 있어 주머니(110) 간의 틈이 발생하지 않아 보온 효과를 극대화할 수 있게 되는 것이다.
이 때, 양측의 연결원단부재(114)를 서로 체결하기 위해 도면에서 보는 바와 같이 연결원단부재(114)의 일측으로 체결부(115)가 구비되어 있는데, 상기 체결부(115)는 벨크로테이프,단추, 지퍼, 고리 등 다양한 형태로의 제작이 가능한 것이다.
도 5는, 연결원단부재(114)가 체결되어 있는 것을 표현한 것으로, 도면에서 보는 바와 같이 양측의 연결원단부재(114)가 체결되어 결과적으로 양측의 주머니(110)가 연결되어 하나의 통 주머니(110) 형태를 이루게 되는 것이다.
이때, 상기와 같이 구성된 연결원단부재(114)에 의해 양측의 주머니(110)가 체결하는 과정은, 우선 상의(100) 개폐부(101)를 개봉한 후 체결수단(111)으로 양측의 주머니(110)를 체결하고, 양측의 연결원단부재(114)를 체결하여서 이루어진다.
도 6은, 주머니(110) 내측을 표현하기 위해 일부 절개한 도면으로, 도면에서 보는 바와 같이 주머니(110) 내측으로 발열체(121)를 수납할 수 있는 발열체수납주머니(120)가 구비되어 있으며, 주머니(110)의 내면 일측에 개방부(112)가 구비되어 있는 것이다.
여기서 상기 주머니(110)의 개방부(112)는 도 9를 참고로 설명하면, 양측의 주머니(110)에 개방부(112)를 구비하여, 상의(100) 후면과 연결되는 관통로(113)를 구비하게 되는데, 결과적으로 상기 관통로(113)를 통해 양측의 주머니(110)가 관통되어 있는 것이다.
상기와 같이 구성된 관통로(113)에 의해 주머니(110)에 발열체(121)를 수납하더라도 관통로(113)로 열기가 순환할 수 있어 몸통 전체에 보온 효과를 기대할 수 있게 된다.
도 7은, 상의(100) 후면 내측 즉 관통로(113)을 표현하기 위해 일부 절개한 도면으로, 도면에서 보는 바와 같이 관통로(113)에 발열체(121)를 수납할 수 있는 발열체수납주머니(120)가 구비되어 있는 것이다.
도 8은, 주머니(110)에 구비되는 발열체수납주머니(120)의 상면에 보온덮개주머니(122)가 구비되어 있는 것을 표현한 것으로, 상기 보온덮개주머니(122)에 의해 발열체수납주머니(120)의 열기를 효과적으로 보존할 수 있으며, 주머니(110)에 손을 넣을 시 발열체수납주머니(120)와 보온덮개주머니(122) 사이에 넣는다면 보온 효과를 극대화할 수 있을 것이다.
이때 상기 보온덮개주머니(122)는 열 방출을 차단할 수 있는 재질로 제작하는 것이 바람직함은 물론이다.
도 9는, 도 8의 A-A선 단면도로, 도면에서 보는 바와 같이 양측의 주머니(110) 내면 일측으로 개방부(112)를 형성하여 상의(100)의 후면까지 연결되는 관통로(113)가 구비되어 있고, 상기 주머니(110) 내측으로 발열체(121)를 수납할 수 있는 발열체수납주머니(120)가 구비되며, 상기 발열체수납주머니(120) 상면으로 보온덮개주머니(122)가 구비되어 있고, 양측의 주머니(110)를 연결하기 위한 체결수단(111)이 형성되어 있으며, 또한 양측의 주머니(110)를 체결하기 위해 일측에 체결부(115)가 구비되어 있는 연결원단부재(114)가 주머니(110) 일측 끝단부에 형성되어 있고, 상기 관통로(113)의 일측에 발열체수납주머니(120)가 형성되어 있다.
상기에서 보는 바와 같이 양측의 주머니(110)가 연결되고, 주머니(110)의 개방부(112)를 통해 상의(100)의 후면까지 관통로(113)로 연결되어 양측의 주머니(110)가 관통되어 있는 것이다.
도 10 및 도 11은, 상의(100)의 내면 또는 외면 일측에 투입구(102)가 형성되어 있는 것을 표현한 것으로, 상기 투입구(102)를 구비하여 발열체(121)를 발열체수납주머니(120)에 수납하는데 용이하도록 한 것이다.
도 12는, 상의(100)의 일측면에 조작개폐부(103)가 구비되어 있는 것을 표현한 것으로, 상기 조작개폐부(103)는 후술하는 밀착수단부(130)를 조작하기 용이하도록 구성한 것이다.
한편, 상기 밀착수단부(130)는 상의(100)가 몸에 밀착될 수 있도록 하여, 상의(100)를 착용할 시 미적 심미감을 극대화함은 물론, 발열체수납주머니(120)가 몸에 밀착될 수 있도록 하여 보온 효과를 향상시킬 수 있도록 하는 것으로,
여기서 밀착수단부(130)의 다양한 실시예를 첨부한 도면을 통해 설명하면 다음과 같다.
우선, 미도시한 실시예로 상의(100)의 전부 혹은 일부를 신축성 소재를 이용하여 발열체수납주머니(120)가 몸에 밀착될 수 있도록 할 수 있다.
도 13은, 밀착수단부(130)의 실시예중 상의(100) 일측에 절개부(131)가 형성되어 있는 것을 표현한 것으로, 첨부한 도면에서 보는 바와 같이 상의(100) 일측에 절개부(131)를 형성하여 양측으로 분할하고, 상기 절개부(131) 일측에 접착부재(132)를 구비하여 사용자가 자신의 몸에 맞게 양측으로 분할된 절개부(131)를 접착부제(132)를 이용 체결하는 것이다.
이때 상기 절개부(131)는 첨부한 도면에서는 상의(100)의 내측에 형성하였지만 상의(100)의 외측에 형성할 수 있음은 물론이다.
도 14 및 도 15는, 밀착수단부(130)의 실시예중 길이조절밴드(133)를 이용하는 것을 표현한 것으로, 첨부한 도면에서 보는 바와 같이 길이조절밴드(133) 일측에 체결구(134)가 구비되어 있고, 상기 길이조절밴드(133)가 관통하는 고리(135)가 상의(100) 일측에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는데,
우선 도 14를 참고하여 설명하면, 일측에 체결구(134)가 구비되어 있는 길이조절밴드(133)의 타측이 상의(100) 일측에 각각 체결되어 있고, 상기 길이조절밴드(133)가 관통하는 고리(135)를 상의(100)의 일측에 각각 구비하여, 상기 길이조절밴드(133)가 고리(135)를 관통하여 돌아 나온 후, 체결구(134)를 이용 각각의 길이조절밴드(133)를 결합하여, 상의(100)를 조여주면서 발열체수납주머니(120)가 몸에 밀착될 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 도 15를 참고하여 설명하면, 양 끝단부가 상의(100) 일측에 각각 체결되어 있는 길이조절밴드(133)의 일단 부분에 체결구(134)를 각각 구비하고, 상기 길이조절밴드(133)가 관통하는 고리(135)를 상의(100)의 일측에 각각 구비하여, 상기 길이조절밴드(133)가 상의(100) 후면을 감싸도록 구성된 후 각각의 체결구(134)를 이용하여 길이조절밴드(133)를 앞으로 당기면서 결합하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기와 같이 구성된 밀착수단부(130)에 의해 간편하면서도 주로 사용하는 앞면과 뒷부분은 팽팽하게 펴주면서 옆으로 주름이 모이는 효과적인 조임 효과가 있으며, 뒷부분에서 한번 더 강하게 밀어주거나 받쳐주는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
한편, 상기한 말착수단부(130)의 길이조절밴드(133)는 상의(100)에 착탈이 가능하도록 구성하여 사용자의 편의에 맞게 사용할 수 있도록 할 수 있다.

Claims (13)

  1. 지퍼 및 단추 등의 결속요소에 의해 개폐되며, 상기 결속요소를 중심으로 좌우 양측에 손을 넣을 수 있는 주머니(110)가 각각 형성되어 있는 상의(100)에 있어서,
    상기 주머니(110)의 일측 끝단부를 개봉하고, 상기 주머니(110)의 개봉된 끝단부와 인접한 부분의 상의(100) 내측에 개폐부(101)를 구비하고, 상기 개폐부(101)의 일측으로 다수의 체결수단(111)을 각각 구비하여, 상기 개폐부(101)를 개봉한 후 양측의 체결수단(111)에 의해 양측의 주머니(110)가 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 양측 주머니가 체결 및 분리가능한 보온주머니를 갖는 상의.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 주머니(110)의 내면 일측에 개방부(112)를 형성하고, 양측에 각각 형성되어있는 주머니(110)의 상기 개방부(112)로부터 후면 내부까지 연결되는 관통로(113)를 구비하여, 결과적으로 양측의 주머니(110)가 서로 관통되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 양측 주머니가 체결 및 분리가능한 보온주머니를 갖는 상의.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 주머니(110)의 끝단부에 연결원단부재(114)가 체결되며, 상기 연결원단부재(114)의 일측에 체결부(115)를 구비하여, 개폐부(101)를 개봉한 후 양측의 연결원단부재(114)가 각각의 체결부(115)에 의해 서로 체결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양측 주머니가 체결 및 분리가능한 보온주머니를 갖는 상의.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 주머니(110) 내측 또는, 관통로(113)에 발열체(121)를 수납할 수 있는 발열체수납주머니(120)가 다수 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 양측 주머니가 체결 및 분리가능한 보온주머니를 갖는 상의.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 발열체수납주머니(120) 상면에 보온덮개주머니(122)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양측 주머니가 체결 및 분리가능한 보온주머니를 갖는 상의.
  6. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 발열체수납주머니(120)에 발열체(121)를 수납하기 위해, 상기 발열체수납주머니(120)와 인접한 상의(100) 일측에 투입구(102)를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양측 주머니가 체결 및 분리가능한 보온주머니를 갖는 상의.
  7. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 발열체수납주머니(120)가 몸에 밀착될 수 있도록 밀착수단부(130)가 구비되되, 상기 밀착수단부(130)를 조작하기 용이하도록 상의(100) 일측에 조작개폐부(103)가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 양측 주머니가 체결 및 분리가능한 보온주머니를 갖는 상의.
  8. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 밀착수단부(130)는,
    상의(100)의 일측에 절개부(131)를 구비하여 양측으로 분할하고, 상기 절개부(131) 일측에 접착부재(132)를 구비하여, 분할된 양측을 사용자의 체형에 맞게 조절하여 접착할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 양측 주머니가 체결 및 분리가능한 보온주머니를 갖는 상의.
  9. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 밀착수단부(130)는,
    상의(100)의 전부 혹은 일부를 신축성 소재를 이용하여 발열체수납주머니(120)가 몸에 밀착될 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양측 주머니가 체결 및 분리가능한 보온주머니를 갖는 상의.

    일측에 체결구(134)가 구비되어 있는 길이조절밴드(133)의 타측이 상의(100) 일측에 각각 체결되어 있고, 상기 길이조절밴드(133)가 관통하는 고리(135)를 상의(100)의 일측에 각각 구비하여, 상기 길이조절밴드(133)가 고리(135)를 관통하여 돌아 나온 후, 체결구(134)를 이용 각각의 길이조절밴드(133)를 결합하여, 상의(100)를 조여주면서 발열체수납주머니(120)가 몸에 밀착될 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양측 주머니가 체결 및 분리가능한 보온주머니를 갖는 상의.
  11. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 밀착수단부(130)는,
    양 끝단부가 상의(100) 일측에 각각 체결되어 있는 길이조절밴드(133)의 일단 부분에 체결구(134)를 각각 구비하고, 상기 길이조절밴드(133)가 관통하는 고리(135)를 상의(100)의 일측에 각각 구비하여, 상기 길이조절밴드(133)가 상의(100) 후면을 감싸도록 구성된 후 각각의 체결구(134)를 이용하여 길이조절밴드(133)를 앞으로 당기면서 결합하도록 하여, 상의(100)를 조여주면서 발열체수납주머니(120)가 몸에 밀착될 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양측 주머니가 체결 및 분리가능한 보온주머니를 갖는 상의.
  12. 제10항에 있어서,
    상기 길이조절밴드(133)는 상의(100) 일측에 탈부착 가능하게 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 양측 주머니가 체결 및 분리가능한 보온주머니를 갖는 상의.
  13. 제11항에 있어서,
    상기 길이조절밴드(133)는 상의(100) 일측에 탈부착 가능하게 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 양측 주머니가 체결 및 분리가능한 보온주머니를 갖는 상의.
