 本発明は、被検体の情報を取得する医療装置システム、カプセル型医療装置システム、及び被検体の姿勢項目の表示方法に関するものである。
 近年、カプセル型内視鏡を用いて被検体内画像を撮像し、撮像された被検体内画像のデータを受信装置によって受信し、受信装置によって受信された被検体内画像のデータを画像表示装置に表示するカプセル型内視鏡システムが提案されている(特許文献1参照)。このカプセル型内視鏡システムでは、医師は、画像表示装置に表示された被検体内画像を観察して被検体内を診断する。

 ところで、従来のカプセル型内視鏡システムでは、診断する被検体内の部位に応じて被検体の姿勢を変更して被検体内画像を撮像する。しかしながら、従来のカプセル型内視鏡システムでは、被検体内画像の撮像が完了した姿勢を確認することができないために、診断に必要な全ての姿勢について漏れなく撮像動作を行うことが困難であった。また、従来のカプセル型内視鏡システムでは、被検体の姿勢に関する情報が被検体内画像のデータと共に記憶されていないために、医師は、被検体内画像がどの姿勢で撮像されたものであるのかを確認できなかった。以上のことから、被検体内の診断に要する医師,看護師,臨床検査技師等の医療従事者の労力を軽減可能なカプセル型内視鏡システムの提供が望まれていた。
 本発明は、上記課題に鑑みてなされたものであって、その目的は、被検体内の診断に要する医療従事者の労力を軽減可能な医療装置システム、カプセル型医療装置システム、及び被検体の姿勢項目の表示方法を提供することにある。
 上記課題を解決し、目的を達成するために、本発明に係る医療装置システムは、被検体の情報を取得する医療装置と、前記情報を取得する被検体の姿勢項目を表示する姿勢項目表示手段と、前記被検体の姿勢項目を入力する入力手段と、前記入力手段の入力に応じて、前記姿勢項目表示手段が表示している被検体の姿勢項目の表示形態を変更する表示制御手段と、を備える。
 上記課題を解決し、目的を達成するために、本発明に係るカプセル型医療装置システムは、被検体内に導入されて被検体内画像を撮像するカプセル型医療装置と、前記被検体内画像を撮像した際の被検体の姿勢情報を入力する入力手段と、前記カプセル型医療装置によって撮像された被検体内画像と前記入力手段によって入力された被検体の姿勢情報とを関連付けして記憶する記憶手段と、前記記憶手段に記憶されている被検体内画像と当該被検体内画像に関連付けされている被検体の姿勢情報とを表示する画像表示手段と、を備える。
 上記課題を解決し、目的を達成するために、本発明に係る被検体の姿勢項目の表示方法は、医療装置によって被検体の情報を取得する該被検体の姿勢項目を表示する表示処理と、前記被検体の姿勢項目の入力に応じて、前記姿勢項目表示手段が表示している被検体の姿勢項目の表示形態を変更する表示制御処理と、を含む。
 本発明に係る医療装置システム及び被検体の姿勢項目の表示方法によれば、情報を取得する被検体の姿勢項目を表示し、被検体の姿勢項目の入力に応じて被検体の姿勢項目の表示形態を変更するので、被検体の診断に要する医療従事者の労力を軽減することができる。また、本発明に係るカプセル型医療装置システムによれば、被検体内画像を取得した際の被検体の姿勢情報を被検体内画像と共に表示するので、被検体の診断に要する医療従事者の労力を軽減することができる。

 以下、図面を参照して、本発明の一実施形態であるカプセル型内視鏡システムの構成について説明する。
〔カプセル型内視鏡システムの全体構成〕
 始めに、図1を参照して、本発明の一実施形態であるカプセル型内視鏡システムの全体構成について説明する。
 図1は、本発明の一実施形態であるカプセル型内視鏡システムの全体構成を示す模式図である。図1に示すように、本発明の一実施形態であるカプセル型内視鏡システム1は、ベッド2と、ベッド2上に配置された被検体3内に水や生理食塩水等の液体と共に導入されて被検体3内の画像を撮像するカプセル型医療装置としてのカプセル型内視鏡4と、液体中に浮遊するカプセル型内視鏡4の位置及び姿勢の少なくとも一方を制御する磁界発生装置5と、アンテナ6を介してカプセル型内視鏡4から無線送信された被検体内画像のデータを受信する受信装置7と、制御装置8と、を備える。
 カプセル型内視鏡4は、被検体内画像を撮像する撮像機能と、被検体内画像のデータ等の各種情報を無線送信する無線通信機能と、を有する。カプセル型内視鏡4は、被検体3内に導入しやすい大きさに形成され、水や生理食塩水等の液体の比重と同程度又はそれ未満の比重を有する。カプセル型内視鏡4は、螺旋運動等によって被検体3内を移動すると共に0.5秒間隔等の所定の時間間隔で被検体内画像を逐次撮像する。カプセル型内視鏡4は、被検体内画像を無線送信する。本実施形態では、カプセル型内視鏡4は、長手軸方向の各端部に撮像素子を有する。
 磁界発生装置5は、被検体3内でのカプセル型内視鏡4の位置及び姿勢の少なくとも一方を制御する。具体的には、磁界発生装置5は、被検体3内に導入されたカプセル型内視鏡4に対し磁場を発生し、磁場の磁力によって液体中におけるカプセル型内視鏡4の動作を制御する。また、磁界発生装置5は、カプセル型内視鏡4の動作を制御することによって、被検体3内におけるカプセル型内視鏡4の位置及び姿勢の少なくとも一方を制御する。この場合、カプセル型内視鏡4は、磁界発生装置5が発生した磁場に反応して筐体を動作させる磁石を内蔵する。
 磁界発生装置5の動作は、制御装置8からの制御信号に従って動作する信号発生部11によって制御される。また、医療従事者は、カプセル型内視鏡4内に設けられた2つの撮像素子のうちの一方の撮像素子によって撮像された被検体内画像に基づいてカプセル型内視鏡4の動作を制御する。
 アンテナ6は、ループアンテナを用いて実現され、被検体3の体表上の所定位置に配置される、なお、アンテナ6の配置数は、1つに限定されることはなく、複数であってもよい。受信装置7は、アンテナ6を介してカプセル型内視鏡4から無線送信された被検体内画像のデータを受信し、受信した被検体内画像のデータを制御装置8に出力する。制御装置8は、ワークステーションにより実現され、制御部8aと記憶部8bとを備える。
 制御部8aは、受信装置7が受信した被検体内画像のデータ等を記憶部8bに記憶する記憶機能と、受信装置7が受信した被検体内画像のデータ等をカプセル画像表示装置10aや診断用表示装置10bに表示する表示機能と、カプセル型内視鏡4の駆動制御を行うための制御信号を信号発生部11に出力する駆動制御機能と、信号発生部11から出力される信号の値と磁界発生部5の形状とから推定される発生磁界に基づいてカプセル型内視鏡4の位置や姿勢を推定する推定機能とを有する。
 記憶部8bは、受信装置7が受信した被検体内画像のデータと、撮像動作を行った際の被検体3の姿勢情報及びカプセル型内視鏡4の位置及び姿勢に関する情報とを関連づけして記憶する。また、記憶部8bは、被検体3内の部位毎に、観察するべき被検体3の姿勢項目に関する情報と、各姿勢項目の観察順序を規定した順序情報とを記憶する。
 制御装置8には、キーボード,マウスポインタ,ジョイスティック等の入力装置9が接続されている。医療従事者は、入力装置9を操作することによって、カプセル型内視鏡4の動作指示やキャプチャ画像の取得等の各種操作入力情報を制御装置8に入力する。なお、制御装置8は、本発明に係る表示制御手段及び動作状態確認手段として機能する。記憶部8bは、本発明に係る記憶手段として機能する。入力装置9は、本発明に係る入力手段として機能する。カプセル画像表示装置10aは、本発明に係る姿勢項目表示手段として機能する。診断用表示装置10bは、本発明に係る画像表示手段として機能する。
〔診断処理〕
 このような構成を有するカプセル型内視鏡システムでは、制御装置8が、以下に示す診断処理が実行することにより、診断に要する医療従事者の労力を軽減する。以下、図2に示すフローチャートを参照して、制御装置8による診断処理の流れについて説明する。
 図2は、制御装置8による診断処理の流れを示すフローチャートである。図2に示すフローチャートは、医療従事者が制御装置8に対し診断処理の開始を指示したタイミングで開始となり、診断処理はステップS1の処理に進む。
 ステップS1の処理では、制御装置10が、推奨する被検体3の姿勢項目を表示する。なお、被検体3の姿勢変換後の処理である場合には、制御装置10は、前回の処理において表示した姿勢項目のうち、「検査済み」として記憶されていない姿勢項目を通知する。具体的には、制御装置8は、観察するべき姿勢項目の順序を規定した姿勢情報に基づいて、図4に示す姿勢項目のうち、次に観察すべき姿勢項目の表示色を変更したり、ポップアップ画面や音声出力によって「次は右側臥位です」等の次に観察すべき姿勢を報知したりすることによって、「検査済」として記憶されていない姿勢項目を通知する。これにより、ステップS1の処理は完了し、診断処理はステップS2の処理に進む。
 ステップS2の処理では、制御装置8が、入力装置9を操作することによって被検体内画像を観察する被検体3の姿勢情報を入力することを促す。具体的には、制御装置8は、入力装置9を操作することによって入力された観察する被検体内の部位に基づいて、例えば図3に示すように、「背臥位」,「腹臥位」,「右側臥位」,及び「左側臥位」の4つの姿勢項目を推奨する被検体3の姿勢の情報としてカプセル画像表示装置10aに表示する。そして、制御装置8は、入力装置9を操作することによって姿勢項目毎に設けられたチェックボックスをクリックすることにより、観察する被検体3の姿勢情報を入力させる。そして、制御装置8は、入力装置9によって被検体3の姿勢情報が入力されたタイミングで、診断処理をステップS3の処理に進める。
 なお、制御装置8は、図5に示すように被検体3の姿勢項目を模式的に示した画像P1~P8を表示することによって、推奨する被検体3の姿勢項目を報知するようにしてもよい。図5中、画像P1は姿勢項目「背側臥位」を示す画像、画像P2は姿勢項目「背側臥位」と姿勢項目「左側臥位」の中間の姿勢項目を示す画像、画像P3は姿勢項目「左側臥位」を示す画像、画像P4は姿勢項目「左側臥位」と姿勢項目「腹側臥位」の中間の姿勢項目を示す画像、画像P5は姿勢項目「腹側臥位」を示す画像、画像P6は姿勢項目「腹側臥位」と姿勢項目「右側臥位」の中間の姿勢項目を示す画像、画像P7は姿勢項目「右側臥位」を示す画像、画像P8は姿勢項目「右側臥位」と姿勢項目「背側臥位」の中間の姿勢項目を示す画像である。
 また、図5に示す画像表示例において、制御装置8は、入力装置9によって被検体3の姿勢項目が入力されたタイミングで、入力された姿勢項目に対応する画像の表示色を変更したり、入力された姿勢項目に対応する画像付近に姿勢項目名を表示したりしてもよい。このような処理によれば、入力した姿勢項目を容易に認識することができ、正確に姿勢項目を入力することができる。また、制御装置8は、入力装置9によって画像が選択されたタイミングで、選択された画像が示す姿勢項目名を表示するようにしてもよい。
 また、姿勢項目が選択された際、制御装置8は、選択された姿勢項目に「検査中」との表示をし、次に姿勢項目が選択された際に、既に選択されている姿勢項目に「検査済」との表示をし、新たに選択された姿勢項目に「検査中」との表示をするようにしてもよい。
 ステップS3の処理では、制御装置8が、入力装置9の操作に応じて、カプセル型内視鏡4の誘導動作や被検体内画像の撮像動作を実行し、撮像された被検体内画像を順次記憶部8bに記憶する。この際、制御装置8は、撮像された被検体内画像と撮像動作を行った際の被検体3の姿勢情報及びカプセル型内視鏡4の位置及び姿勢に関する情報とを関連づけして記憶部8bに記憶する。これにより、ステップ3の処理は完了し、診断処理はステップS4の処理に進む。
 ステップS4の処理では、制御装置8が、入力装置9の操作に応じて、被検体内画像をキャプチャし、キャプチャされた被検体内画像をキャプチャ画像として記憶部8bに記憶する。この際、制御装置8は、キャプチャ画像とキャプチャ画像を撮像した際の被検体3の姿勢情報及びカプセル型内視鏡4の位置及び姿勢に関する情報とを関連づけして記憶部8bに記憶する。なお、本実施形態では、ステップS2の処理において観察する被検体3の姿勢項目を入力させるようにしたが、キャプチャ画像の取得が指示された場合に被検体3の姿勢項目を入力させるようにしてもよい。但し、この場合、キャプチャ画像を取得した際の被検体3の姿勢情報のみが記憶されることとなる。これにより、ステップ4の処理は完了し、診断処理はステップS5の処理に進む。
 ステップS5の処理では、制御装置8が、入力装置9の操作に基づいて、必要な被検体内画像の取得や観察が完了したか否かを判別する。判別の結果、必要な被検体内画像の取得や観察が完了していない場合、制御装置8は診断処理をステップS3の処理に戻す。一方、必要な被検体内画像の取得や観察が完了した場合には、制御装置8は診断処理をステップS6の処理に進める。なお、制御装置8は、同じ姿勢での観察時間が所定時間以上経過した場合、被検体3の姿勢に関する情報を報知するようにしてもよい。
 ステップS6の処理では、制御装置8が、必要な被検体内画像の取得や観察が完了した被検体3の姿勢項目を「検査済」として記憶する。具体的には、観察すべき被検体3の姿勢項目として、例えば図3に示すように「背臥位」,「腹臥位」,「右側臥位」,及び「左側臥位」の4つの姿勢項目が表示されている場合において、被検体3の姿勢が「背臥位」である時の被検体内画像の取得や観察が完了した場合、制御装置8は、図4に示すように「背臥位」の表示色を薄く表示する等して、「検査済」として記憶している被検体3の姿勢項目の表示形態を変更する。このような処理によれば、必要な被検体内画像の取得や観察が完了した姿勢項目を視覚的に確認できるので、観察する被検体内の部位に必要な全ての姿勢項目について漏れなく被検体内画像の取得や観察を行うことができる。これにより、ステップS6の処理は完了し、診断処理はステップS7の処理に進む。
 ステップS7の処理では、制御装置8が、入力装置9の操作に基づいて、被検体3の姿勢が変換されたか否かを判別する。なお、被検体3の姿勢が変換されたか否かは、例えばベッド2下に重量センサ等の検出手段を配置することによって検出するようにしてもよい。判別の結果、被検体3の姿勢が変換された場合、制御装置8は、診断処理をステップS1の処理に戻す。一方、被検体3の姿勢が変換されなかった場合には、制御装置8は、診断処理をステップS8の処理に進める。なお、制御装置8は、被検体3の姿勢が変換された際、ステップS2の処理において入力された姿勢項目の情報を自動的にリセットする又は姿勢項目をリセットするか否かを確認する画面を表示することが望ましい。このような処理によれば、姿勢変換時に姿勢項目を再入力することを促し、適切な姿勢項目に基づいて被検体内画像を撮像できる。
 ステップS8の処理では、制御装置8が、ステップS1の処理において表示した全ての姿勢項目が「検査済」として記憶されているか否かを判別する。判別の結果、ステップS1の処理において表示した全ての姿勢項目が「検査済」として記憶されている場合、制御装置8は一連の診断処理を終了する。一方、ステップS1の処理において表示した全ての姿勢項目が「検査済」として記憶されていない場合には、制御装置8は診断処理をステップS9の処理に進める。
 ステップS9の処理では、制御装置8が、「検査済」として記憶されていない姿勢項目が残っていることを通知する。具体的には、制御装置8は、図4に示す姿勢項目のうち、「検査済」として記憶されていない姿勢項目の表示色を変更したり、ポップアップ画面や音声出力によって「推奨する姿勢項目が残っています」等の推奨する姿勢項目が残っている旨を報知したりすることによって、「検査済」として記憶されていない姿勢項目が残っていることを通知する。これにより、ステップS9の処理は完了し、診断処理はステップS10の処理に進む。
 ステップS10の処理では、制御装置8が、入力装置9の操作に基づいて、診断処理の終了が指示されたか否かを判別する。判別の結果、診断処理の終了が指示されていない場合、制御装置8は診断処理をステップS7の処理に戻す。一方、診断処理の終了が指示された場合には、制御装置8は一連の診断処理を終了する。なお、ステップS1の処理において表示した全ての姿勢項目について被検体内画像の取得や観察が完了していない状態で診断処理の終了が指示された場合、制御装置8は、全ての姿勢項目での検査が終わっていない旨の情報を報知してもよい。
〔カプセル画像表示画面の構成〕
 次に、図6を参照して、上述の診断処理の際にカプセル画像表示装置10aに表示されるカプセル画像表示画面の構成について説明する。
 図6は、カプセル画像表示装置10aに表示されるカプセル画像表示画面の構成を示す模式図である。図6に示すように、カプセル画像表示装置10aに表示されるカプセル画像表示画面は、カプセル画像表示領域21a,21bと、姿勢情報表示領域22と、キャプチャ画像表示領域23と、を有する。カプセル画像表示領域21a,21bは、上述のステップS2の処理においてカプセル型内視鏡4の2つの撮像素子によって撮像された被検体内画像を表示する。姿勢情報表示領域22は、カプセル画像表示領域21a,21bに表示されている被検体内画像に関連づけられている姿勢項目、すなわち、カプセル画像表示領域21a,21bに表示されている被検体内画像を撮像した際の被検体3の姿勢項目を模式的に表示する。キャプチャ画像表示領域23は、カプセル型内視鏡4の2つの撮像素子によって撮像された複数のキャプチャ画像24a,24bと、複数のキャプチャ画像24a,24bをスクロール表示するためのスクロールバー25と、を有する。このようなカプセル画像表示画面によれば、現在どの姿勢で被検体内画像を撮像しているのかをリアルタイムで視認できる。なお、図6に示すカプセル画像表示画面では、カプセル型内視鏡4の2つの撮像素子によって撮像された被検体内画像を同じ大きさで表示したが、指定された撮像素子によって撮像された被検体内画像を他方の撮像素子によって撮像された画像より大きく表示したり、指定されなかった撮像素子によって撮像された被検体内画像を表示しないようにしたりしてもよい。
 図6に示すカプセル画像表示画面上では、カプセル型内視鏡4によって撮像された被検体内画像に対応する被検体3の姿勢項目のみを表示したが、図7に示すように、キャプチャ画像を撮像した時の被検体3の姿勢項目を姿勢情報表示領域22aに表示してもよい。また、図8に示すように、被検体内画像を撮像した際のカプセル型内視鏡4の動作情報を動作情報表示領域31,31aに表示してもよい。また、図8に示す例では、被検体3の姿勢項目とカプセル型内視鏡4の誘導情報との両方を表示しているが、カプセル型内視鏡4の動作情報のみを表示するようにしてもよい。カプセル型内視鏡4の動作情報としては、カプセル型内視鏡4の推定位置及び推定姿勢に関する情報、入力装置9の操作量や撮像動作時に指定された撮像素子、カプセル型内視鏡4の動作モード(例えば水中を動作するモードや高速動作モード等)等を例示することができる。
〔診断用表示画面の構成〕
 最後に、図9を参照して、上述の診断処理によって得られた被検体内画像に基づいた被検体内を診断する際に診断用表示装置10bに表示される診断用表示画面の構成について説明する。
 図9は、診断用表示装置10bに表示される診断用表示画面の構成を示す模式図である。図9に示すように、診断用表示画面は、カプセル画像表示領域21a,21bと、姿勢情報表示領域22と、キャプチャ画像表示領域23と、動作情報表示領域31aと、再生ボタンB1と、赤色バーB2と、平均色バーB3と、時間バーB4とを備える。カプセル画像表示領域21a,21b、姿勢情報表示領域22、キャプチャ画像表示領域23、及び動作情報表示領域31aは、上述のカプセル画像表示画面におけるそれと同じ構成であるので説明は省略する。
 再生ボタンB1は、一連の診断処理中に取得された被検体内画像を順次表示するための操作子であり、順再生ボタン,逆再生ボタン、一時停止ボタン等が設けられている。赤色バーB2は、カプセル型内視鏡4によって撮像された被検体内画像中に含まれる赤色の割合を示すものであり、赤色の割合に基づいて観察部位において出血があるか否かを判断することができる。平均色バーB3は、カプセル型内視鏡4によって撮像された被検体内画像の平均色を示すものであり、平均色バーB3の表示色に基づいて観察部位や撮像素子の変更を判断することができる。具体的には、図9に示す例では、平均色バーB3の領域R1と領域R2とで表示色が異なっている。従って、例えば領域R2の撮影に用いた撮像素子は指定した撮像素子とは異なる撮像素子である等、領域R1の撮影に用いた撮像素子と領域R2の撮影に用いた撮像素子とが異なることがわかる。時間バーB4は、一連の診断処理に要した時間の長さを有するものであり、時間バーB4中におけるボタンB5の位置に基づいて表示されている被検体内画像を撮像した時刻を確認することができる。本実施形態では、時間バーB3上のキャプチャ画像が取得された時刻にキャプチャ画像24a,24bとその姿勢項目22aとが関連づけされて表示されている。また、診断時に指定されたキャプチャ画像241と誘導操作時に指定されたキャプチャ画像242とが区別して表示されている。このような診断用表示画面によれば、医師は、被検体内画像がどの姿勢で撮像されたものであるのかを容易に確認することができる。
 以上、本発明者らによってなされた発明を適用した実施の形態について説明したが、本実施形態による本発明の開示の一部をなす記述及び図面によって本発明が限定されることはない。すなわち、本実施形態に基づいて当業者等によりなされる他の実施形態、実施例、及び運用技術等は、全て本発明の範疇に含まれる。
 本発明は、被検体内にカプセル型医療装置を導入して被検体内の画像を撮像するカプセル型医療装置システムに適用することができる。

  1.  被検体の情報を取得する医療装置と、
     前記情報を取得する被検体の姿勢項目を表示する姿勢項目表示手段と、
     前記被検体の姿勢項目を入力する入力手段と、
     前記入力手段の入力に応じて、前記姿勢項目表示手段が表示している被検体の姿勢項目の表示形態を変更する表示制御手段と、
     を備えることを特徴とする医療装置システム。
  2.  前記表示制御手段は、前記入力手段によって前記情報の取得を開始する被検体の姿勢項目が入力された場合、当該姿勢項目の表示形態を変更することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置システム。
  3.  前記表示制御手段は、前記入力手段によって前記情報の取得が完了した被検体の姿勢項目が入力された場合、表示形態が変更された姿勢項目の表示形態をさらに変更することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の医療装置システム。
  4.  前記表示制御手段は、前記情報の取得を推奨する姿勢項目を規定した推奨姿勢情報を備え、前記推奨姿勢情報に基づいて前記姿勢項目表示手段が表示している姿勢項目の表示形態を変更することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のうち、いずれか1項に記載の医療装置システム。
  5.  前記表示制御手段は、前記情報を取得する被検体の部位に応じて前記推奨姿勢情報を変更することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の医療装置システム。
  6.  前記推奨姿勢情報は、前記姿勢項目の順序情報を含み、前記表示制御手段は、当該順序情報に基づいて前記姿勢項目表示手段が表示している姿勢項目の表示形態を変更することを特徴とする請求項4又は請求項5に記載の医療装置システム。
  7.  前記表示制御手段は、前記推奨姿勢情報に基づいて、前記姿勢項目表示手段が表示している被検体の姿勢項目のうち、次に情報を取得するべき被検体の姿勢項目の表示形態を変更することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の医療装置システム。
  8.  前記医療装置は、前記被検体の内部に導入されて画像情報を取得するカプセル型医療装置であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項7のうち、いずれか1項に記載の医療装置システム。
  9.  被検体内に導入されて被検体内画像を撮像するカプセル型医療装置と、
     前記被検体内画像を撮像した際の被検体の姿勢情報を入力する入力手段と、
     前記カプセル型医療装置によって撮像された被検体内画像と前記入力手段によって入力された被検体の姿勢情報とを関連付けして記憶する記憶手段と、
     前記記憶手段に記憶されている被検体内画像と当該被検体内画像に関連付けされている被検体の姿勢情報とを表示する画像表示手段と、
     を備えることを特徴とするカプセル型医療装置システム。
  10.  前記画像表示手段は、キャプチャ機能を有し、当該キャプチャ機能によって撮像された被検体内画像を表示するキャプチャ画像表示部に当該被検体内画像に関連付けされている姿勢情報を表示することを特徴とする請求項9に記載のカプセル型医療装置システム。
  11.  前記カプセル型医療装置の動作状態に関する情報を確認する動作状態確認手段を備え、
     前記記憶手段は、前記動作状態確認手段によって確認された前記カプセル型医療装置の動作状態に関する情報を前記被検体内画像と関連付けして記憶し、
     前記画像表示手段は、前記記憶手段に記憶されている被検体内画像と当該被検体内画像に関連付けされているカプセル型医療装置の動作状態に関する情報とを表示する
     ことを特徴とする請求項9又は請求項10に記載のカプセル型医療装置システム。
  12.  前記カプセル型医療装置の動作状態に関する情報を確認する動作状態確認手段を備え、
     前記画像表示手段は、前記動作状態確認手段によって確認された前記カプセル型医療装置の動作状態に関する情報を前記キャプチャ画像表示部に表示すること
     を特徴とする請求項10に記載のカプセル型医療装置システム。
  13.  前記カプセル型医療装置は、少なくとも1つの磁性体を有し、
     前記少なくとも1つの磁性体に作用し、前記カプセル型医療装置を誘導する誘導磁界発生装置を備え、
     前記動作状態確認手段は、前記誘導磁界装置が発生する磁界に関する情報を前記カプセル型医療装置の動作状態に関する情報として確認すること
     を特徴とする請求項11又は請求項12に記載のカプセル型医療装置システム。
  14.  医療装置によって被検体の情報を取得する該被検体の姿勢項目を表示する表示処理と、
     前記被検体の姿勢項目の入力に応じて、前記姿勢項目表示手段が表示している被検体の姿勢項目の表示形態を変更する表示制御処理と、
     を含むことを特徴とする被検体の姿勢項目の表示方法。
  15.  前記表示処理によって表示している前記被検体の姿勢項目について、必要な全ての情報が取得されたか否かを判別する第1判別処理を含み、
     前記表示制御処理は、前記第1判別処理において必要な全ての情報が取得されたと判別された姿勢項目の表示形態を変更する処理を含む
     ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の被検体の姿勢項目の表示方法。
  16.  前記表示制御処理で表示形態を変更した前記被検体の姿勢情報と、予め記憶されている推奨する前記被検体の姿勢項目を規定した推奨姿勢情報とを比較する第2の判別処理を含むことを特徴とする請求項14又は請求項15に記載の被検体の姿勢項目の表示方法。
  17.  前記表示制御処理は、前記第2の判別処理の結果、推奨する全ての前記被検体の姿勢情報の表示形態が変更されていない場合に、前記表示制御処理で表示形態が変更されていない前記被検体の姿勢情報を、表示形態を変更した前記被検体の姿勢情報とは異なる表示に変更する処理を含むことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の被検体の姿勢項目の表示方法。
  18.  前記表示制御処理は、前記第2の判別処理の結果、推奨する全ての前記被検体の姿勢情報の表示形態が変更されていない場合に、表示形態を変更されていない前記被検体の姿勢情報が存在することを報知する処理を含むことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の被検体の姿勢項目の表示方法。
