The transport device is thereby characterized in that at least two folding walls (17) are hinged to at least two opposite sides of the lower face of the transport device (1), the lower face being opposite the standing surface, or are hinged to the lower face of two opposite outer walls (3, 4), and in that mounting elements (8) for folding walls (17) of a substantially identical transport device disposed above said device are provided at and/or on at least two opposite outer walls (3, 4).

Description

TITEL  TITLE
Transportvorrichtung für Behälter, insbesondere für Flaschen Transport device for containers, in particular for bottles
TECHNISCHES GEBIET TECHNICAL AREA
The present invention relates to transport devices for containers, in particular for bottles.
STAND DER TECHNIK STATE OF THE ART
It is known to transport bottles in so-called bottle crates or crates, store and also to offer for sale in shops. These crates have a bottom with guide elements for the individual bottles as well as four equally high side walls. Such crates are stacked by placing the bottom of a crate (or the edge of the bottom) on an underlying crate (or on the edge of the underlying crate), typically providing guide elements which ensure stacked crates in the stack are not can slip relative to each other, for example, if they are transported or moved.
In such constructions, the bottles themselves are not loaded, but the weight of overlying boxes is completely carried by the box walls.
The problem with such known devices on the one hand, that normally only single bottles can be transported, but not so-called container, that is in four-pack or six-pack summarized sales units. Another disadvantage is always that bottles can be removed from a stack only from the top box. Accordingly, such beverage crates are not readily available for offering bottles in the shops.
DARSTELLUNG DER ERFINDUNG Alternatively, there are constructions, as known for example from WO 2006/136043, in which between individual layers of beverage containers only specifically designed trays are laid, which ensure that the beverage containers different Layers can not be moved relative to each other. The weight of individual layers is carried by the arranged below the beverage container, these trays take a purely orienting and no supporting function within the stack. An advantage of such trays is that they also allow to include units summarized in containers sales units, but in turn is disadvantageous that individual layers must be processed individually in such a stack, that is access to lower layers is only possible if the overlying Layers are processed to some extent. PRESENTATION OF THE INVENTION
It is accordingly another object of the present invention to provide an improved transport device for containers, in particular for bottles, milk product containers, etc. available. This is the improvement of a transport device, in which the weight of overlying layers of transport devices is essentially supported by the supporting force of the container itself. The problem with such transport devices or so-called trays, which serve as a kind of interim storage, is, inter alia, that they often provide an insufficient lateral stability during transport. Furthermore, it is unpleasant that only from a lower layer containers can be removed when overlying layers were removed. This is where the present invention intervenes.
It relates to a corresponding transport device for a plurality of containers, in particular for a plurality of bottles with a footprint for the container, which is surrounded by a rectangular or square peripheral edge, and on top of which a plurality of support surveys for positionally accurate mounting of the container on the Stand area is arranged (so-called tray). In this case, the edge of four each at right angles to each other, formed perpendicular to the standing surface outer walls is formed.
This construction is according to the invention characterized in that at least two opposite sides (usually only on two opposite sides) of the stand surface opposite underside of the transport device or at the bottom of two opposite outer walls at least two flap walls are articulated, and that on and / or on at least two opposite outer walls fastening elements are provided for folding walls of an arranged above substantially identical transport device.
The flap walls can, for example, for the return of the trays, be folded inwards on the bottom or even in an interior space on the bottom and it results in accordance with an extremely low return volume. On the other hand, the flap walls can be folded down and, after an underlying tray has been loaded with containers, placed on this and fixed in the fasteners. This results in a well-stabilized structure, since the flap walls of each lying above it is connected to the underlying frame structure of the underlying transport device.
Of course, the reverse construction is also conceivable, that is, the flap walls are articulated on the upper side respectively at the upper edge of the transport device, can be folded upwards, and then connected with fasteners of the overlying frame of the overlying transport device. An advantage of a fixture on the bottom, however, is that then the flap walls must not stand next to the containers in a top layer. In addition, the folding walls have the advantage, as a result of their attachment to the transport device that they can not be lost as a single element.
A first preferred embodiment is characterized in that the flap walls can be substantially completely folded into an arranged on the bottom, formed by the outer walls interior space, and that they are particularly preferably articulated with a film hinge on opposite outer walls. Furthermore, it is preferred if the flap walls are formed as a lattice-shaped structure (weight saving), if, as is usual with such trays, on the underside of the elevations (usually arranged in a grid) for the top-side mounting the container of an underlying transport device, and wherein the grid-shaped structure the flap walls is designed such that the recesses of the flap walls in their folded state, the surveys at least partially.
Specifically, such a transport device may be formed such that the flap walls each have at their free end (usually formed by a transverse bar) via engagement elements (typically two or three side by side), and that the fastening elements in the form of recesses in the outer walls are formed, in which recesses the engagement elements preferably at least partially positively, possibly even engage latching.
A further preferred embodiment is characterized in that the flap walls have on their facing in the folded state of the underside surface over reinforcing ribs, preferably perpendicular to the hinged axis, and that engagement elements are formed by these reinforcing ribs in the corresponding areas have grooves or recesses. By such, usually arranged perpendicular to the plane of the flap wall ribs, the carrying stability can be significantly increased without the weight increases.
In addition, the folding walls preferably have at their free end a transverse web aligned parallel to the folding axis. Uprising elements are preferably arranged on this crosspiece, mediated by which the transport device can be placed with unfolded folding walls on the edge of a transport device arranged underneath, so that a supernatant remains above the containers (ie typically above their covers), so that the containers lift off without lifting the transport device arranged above can be removed laterally. This advantageous embodiment makes it possible to even convert the transport device even to a sales rack. In particular, to make this conversion, each of the overlying tray can be raised slightly until the side walls come to rest on the upper edge of the edge of the underlying transport device and stand up there.
The uprising elements may be, for example, two side plates arranged on opposite sides of the crosspiece, which project beyond the transverse web to form a groove for receiving the upper edge of an underlying transport device. Thus, the entire weight is registered optimally directly from the plane of the flap wall on the underlying edge of the underlying transport device.
A further preferred embodiment is characterized in that it has, in particular preferably via support elements for the uppermost region of the containers of underlying transport devices on the bottom side opposite the bottom surface via guide elements, in particular via neckring pads. Furthermore, it is preferred that the fastening elements are at least 2, preferably at least 3, preferably arranged side by side, from the outside of two opposite outer walls accessible recesses or Durchgangsöffhungen acts.
The transport device and the BQappwände are preferably made of a plastic material.
Further embodiments are specified in the dependent claims.

BESCHREIBUNG BEVORZUGTER AUSFUHRUNGSFORMEN DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
Figure 1 shows a transport device 1 according to the invention in the loaded state, ie on the floor space of the upper footprint of the transport device 1 twelve 1.5 1 bottles are arranged in three rows of four bottles in this case. Basically, that is inventive transport device but also with appropriate dimensioning for smaller or larger bottles, or for other containers such as milk bottles, yogurt containers, etc. suitable. Typically, such a transport device has a length of 40 cm over a width of 30 cm in order to be compatible with the Euro pallet.
The transport device is laterally formed in the circumference by two opposite outer walls 3 and two perpendicular thereto also opposite outer walls 4 of the short side. To a certain extent, these outer walls form a frame with walls directed perpendicular to a footprint. On the upper side, these walls form an upper edge 5. The upper edge 5 encloses a recessed area in which can be seen in Figure 2. This recessed area forms the actual footprint for the bottles, there are for this purpose so-called standing recesses 6, which is adapted to the shape of the container in the stand area. Accordingly, there are in the case of the bottles shown here cylindrical guide surfaces and each arranged between four bottles support surveys 9, also called quills.
In the long outer wall 3, whose function is explained in more detail below, so-called Eingrifföffhungen 8 are provided in the form of a series of Durchgangsöffhungen formed as a hollow profile transport device.
On the underside of such a transport device, which is shown in Figure 3, whose surface has adapted to the arrangement of the container so-called Neckringauflagen 15, which are in the form of annular elevations, and which come into contact and for support with so-called Neckringen the bottles and accordingly the carrying power is not transferred to the lids of the bottles but to the said neck ring.
Figure 4 shows such a transport device according to Figure 3, but now with the invention according to the folding walls. The flap walls 17 are in this case on the bottom resp. even partially folded into the bottom and they have a height which corresponds to substantially the width of the transport device. The folding walls 17 are configured lattice-like, they have on the side of the hinges 18, which are preferably formed as film hinges, via a lower crossbar 25 and at the free end via an upper crossbar 24. These two transverse webs 24 and 25 are three parallel Longitudinal webs 26 formed so that it is between these webs, taking into account also arranged therebetween, parallel to the transverse webs extending short transverse webs 27, for the formation of recesses 19 leads. These recesses 19 are now chosen precisely so that they allow to fold down the flap walls, so that the Neckringauflagen 15 through these recesses 19 can at least partially reach through, with the result that the flap walls 17 can be folded down as far as possible.
At the upper transverse web 24, there is also the riot elements 20 to be explained in detail below.
Figure 5 shows how such a transport device is opened, namely, by, as shown in Figure 5 a, first in the collapsed state overhead folding wall 17 is placed upwards until it assumes a substantially vertical position. Subsequently, as shown in the final state in Figure 5, the opposite flap wall 17 folded up until it is arranged substantially vertically.
On the basis of FIG. 5, it is now also possible to recognize how reinforcing ribs 23 are arranged on the inside of the flap walls, said reinforcing ribs 23 being arranged substantially parallel to the course direction of the longitudinal ribs 26. These ribs 23 are directed inwardly and have in the region of the free end of the respective flap wall 17 via a recess 31, whereby at the free end in each case at three points engagement elements 30, i. form substantially further inwardly projecting rib areas substantially inward. These rib areas 30, as will be explained in more detail below, engage in the above-mentioned engagement openings 8.
In addition, the above-mentioned riot elements 20 can be detected. Of these, there are each on each flap wall 2, they are disposed adjacent to recesses 19 on the upper crossbar 24 and are in the form of two respectively inside and outside arranged plates 22 so that they slightly above the free end, i. protrude beyond the upper crossbar 24 and form a groove 21 therebetween accordingly. In this groove 21 then engages, as will be explained in more detail below, the upper edge 5 of an underlying transport device 1 a.
In Figure 6 is now shown how such unfolded transport device 1 is placed on an already loaded, underlying transport device 1. In FIG. 6b, the situation is shown shortly before the upper transport device is fixed to the lower one. It can be seen how now the upper transverse webs 24 to the longitudinal side Outer wall 3 approach, now only has to be moved a little further down to the final state in Figure 7, and the flap walls 17 are moved slightly inward ie on the corresponding outer wall 3 until the engagement elements 30 can be inserted into the engagement holes 8 and into this intervention. Now, the unit is optimally fixed from a lower tray with an overlying tray with unfolded folding walls 17. The dimensioning is chosen so that the weight in this position is still at least partially supported by the bottles themselves and only partially by the folding walls 17, ie assume a supporting function, both the folding walls as well as the bottles.
BEZUGSZEICHENLISTE A particularly advantageous feature of such a transport device will be apparent from FIG. The above-mentioned uprising elements 20 now allow namely, the upper tray from the position, as shown in Figure 7, to raise something until the upper crossbar 24 comes to rest on the upper edge 5 of the underlying transport device, the above-mentioned groove 21 receives this top edge. Now, the upper tray is placed slightly higher and above the lids 28 of the bottle 2, a supernatant 32 remains. Now, the bottles 2 can be easily removed to the front. Although this is not shown in Figure 8, it is of course also possible to arrange bottles on the upper tray, etc., ie it is possible to provide a sales rack using a plurality of such transport devices, the units being in the form of stacks can be delivered in the position as shown in Figure 7, and after their installation in the store only successively from top to bottom or from bottom to top are brought into the position shown in Figure 8. For this to be particularly simple, it can be advantageously provided that the flap walls have a certain inwardly directed bias, so that, if one lifts the transport devices which lie over something from the position according to Figure 7, automatically and without lateral manipulation Position is taken according to Figure 8, because the flap walls have a tendency to fold inwards. In order for a stop to be present, it may be advantageous to design the outer side of the above-mentioned side plates 22 slightly longer, so that the side wall does not collapse too far.
