针对第一类犯罪行为, 金融自助服务设备需要装配一个防塞异物、 防 液态胶、 抵抗一定暴力破坏和非法开启的出钞闸门。 目前的出钞闸门通常 是通过一个闸门阻挡件顶住闸门, 以防止非法开启, 然而由于闸门在装配 时与基板难免会出现间隙, 不法分子采用硬质薄片通过该间隙就可以拨动 闸门的阻挡件, 从而轻而易举地开启闸门。 显然, 提高出钞闸门的安全可 靠性, 防止出钞闸门被非法开启, 是设计金融自助服务设备的重要课题。
因此, 提供一种结构筒单、 成本低、 安全可靠的防塞异物、 防液态胶 破坏的金融自助服务设备非常必要。 发明内容

由上述描述可知, 欲防止来自闸门外的推力非法开启闸门装置, 则需 确保来自闸门外的作用力 F通过单向折叠连杆机构的传递,在轴 73处不会 产生使连杆 72绕轴 6做顺时针转动的分力。根据机械力学传递原理,为了 达到上述目的, 轴 8、 连杆 71、 轴 73、 连杆 72以及轴 6需满足一定的位 置关系, 即, 轴 73不能位于转轴 8的轴心与转轴 6的轴心的连线 A的上 方一侧。 也就是说, 轴 8、 轴 73以及轴 6的轴心在一条直线上, 或者轴 73 位于转轴 8的轴心与转轴 6的轴心的连线 A的下方一侧。 若在轴 73的轴 心与转轴 6轴心之间设一连线 B, 则连线 A与连线 B之间将形成一夹角, 这样, 由于端面 711、 722的碰合, 外力 F首先不可能使得第一连杆 71绕 轴 73顺时针转动,从而无法使得门 2因第一连杆 71的顺时针转动而开启; 如果想要使得第一连杆 71绕轴 73逆时针转动而开启门 2, 则只能由来自 内部电机的动力克服该连杆的重力 P , 由轴 6转动带动第二连杆 72顺时针 转动,使轴 73越过轴 8和轴 6的连线 A, 带动连杆 71转动从而开启闸门。 本实施例中, 连线 A与连线 B之间的夹角为 5° , 当然根据实际需要该夹 角可以为其他适合的角度。
另外, 为进一步加强防非法开启闸门装置, 参阅图 1、 图 2、 图 4、 以 及图 5 , 在转轴 8上设有一扭簧 75 , 扭簧 75—端固定于第一连杆 71上侧 面形成的定位槽 712内, 另一端固定于转轴 8的轴座 81上, 该扭簧 75为 第一连杆 71提供一绕转轴 8顺时针旋转的力,使得在门 2关闭状态下,该 第一连杆 71保持与该第二连杆 72锁死的状态。 因此,该扭簧 75的设置有 效控制了来自门板外侧的震动力造成连杆 71和 72的转轴 73上下跳动,防 止转轴 73上下跳动越过转轴 74轴心与转轴 6轴心的连线而造成单向折叠 连杆机构 70的自锁功能失效, 换句话说, 当外力 F试图使得第一连杆 71 逆时针转动而开启门 2时, 更进一步要克服该扭簧 75的扭力, 才能使得轴 73被抬起, 第一连杆 71才能逆时针转动, 因此增加扭簧 75的设置, 使得 外力 F试图让第一连杆 71逆时针转动而非法开启门 2变得更加不可能。
因此, 本发明提供的闸门装置通过单向折叠连杆机构实现自锁, 具有 防暴力非法开启的功能。 而且该单向折叠连杆机构结构筒单, 成本低。
另外, 不法分子采用填塞异物或者液态胶粘结等手段, 使得闸门装置 工作异常, 从而伺机获得破坏闸门装置的机会而盗取金融自助服务设备内 的现金等的问题, 也可以通过本发明所提供这一较佳实施例完美地解决。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例, 非意欲局限本发明的专利保护范 围, 鉴于此, 对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明原理 的前提下, 还可以做出若干改进和润饰, 这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的 保护范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1. 防塞异物、 防粘胶破坏的金融自助服务设备, 其具有一面板, 该面 板上开设有一现金进出口, 该金融自助服务设备还包括一闸门, 用以开启 或关闭该现金进出口, 其特征在于, 该闸门与该现金进出口配合的边缘设 置有聚甲醛 (POM)塑料凸点, 使得该闸门关闭该现金进出口时, 该闸门与 该面板之间形成有一导流缝隙。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的防塞异物、 防粘胶破坏的金融自助服务设备, 其特征在于, 该聚甲醛 (POM)塑料凸点等间距均勾分布。
3. 如权利要求 1或 2所述的防塞异物、 防粘胶破坏的金融自助服务设 备, 其特征在于, 该聚甲醛 (POM)塑料凸点为球面凸点。
