媒体播放录制模块还设置为: 在收到该后台录制命令后, 继续媒体播放 器在前台对前一频道的媒体流数据的播放, 根据该后台录制命令中的频道号 获取相应的播放地址, 根据该播放地址从媒体服务器读取当前频道节目的媒 体流, 并启动另一媒体播放器在后台录制当前频道的媒体流。
该装置还包括底层接口, 其中:
JS模块是设置为: 在定义的对象中通过底层接口下发频道号;
媒体播放录制模块还设置为: 从底层接口获取频道号, 并通过底层接口 从媒体服务器读取当前频道节目的媒体流。
为了解决上述技术问题, 本发明提供了一种实现 IPTV频道录制和播放 的系统,该系统包括电子节目指南 EPG服务器、媒体服务器以及机顶盒装置, 其中:
EPG服务器设置为: 保存和管理频道及所述频道的播放地址信息; 媒体服务器设置为: 按频道的播放地址保存相应频道节目的媒体流; 机顶盒装置设置为: 将从该 EPG服务器下载的频道及相应的播放地址信 息保存; 在收到用户频道录制和 /或频道切换命令时, 根据用户所选频道查获 相应的播放地址, 从该媒体服务器获取该播放地址相应频道节目的媒体流进 行录制或播放; 当用户需要在一过程中同时进行录制和播放时, 将该录制置 于后台进行, 并将该播放置于前台进行。
该机顶盒装置包括按键接收模块、 浏览器处理模块即 BW模块、 媒体播 放录制模块以及从该 EPG服务器下载的脚本模块即 JS模块, 其中:
按键接收模块设置为:将接收到的用户命令同时发送给 JS模块和 BW模 块, 用户命令至少包括频道录制、 频道切换及频道播放命令;
JS模块设置为: 在被下载后将携带的频道及相应的播放地址信息保存在 下载地; 在收到频道录制和 /或频道切换命令时, 定义一个或多个对象, 并在 定义的对象中下发相应频道的频道号;
BW模块设置为: 为 JS模块定义的对象调用媒体播放录制模块, 若收到 频道切换及频道播放命令且判断当前有频道录制, 则向媒体播放录制模块传 递频道播放命令和前台录制 /播放切换命令;
媒体播放录制模块设置为: 在收到频道播放命令和前台录制 /播放切换命 令后, 将媒体播放器正在前台进行的频道录制转至后台进行, 并为 JS模块新 定义的对象新分配媒体播放器资源和媒体解码器资源, 根据频道播放命令含 有的当前频道的频道号获取相应的播放地址, 根据该播放地址从媒体服务器 读取当前频道节目的媒体流, 并启动新分配的媒体播放器在前台播放新分配 的媒体解码器解码的当前频道的媒体流数据。
BW模块还设置为: 若在频道播放命令执行过程中收到频道录制命令, 则向媒体播放录制模块传递含有当前频道的频道号的后台录制命令;
媒体播放录制模块还设置为: 在收到该后台录制命令后, 继续媒体播放 器在前台对前一频道的媒体流数据的播放, 根据该后台录制命令中的频道号 获取相应的播放地址, 根据该播放地址从媒体服务器读取当前频道节目的媒 体流, 并启动另一媒体播放器在后台录制所述当前频道的媒体流。
为了解决上述技术问题, 本发明提供了一种实现 IPTV频道录制和播放 的方法, 该方法包括:
机顶盒装置将从 EPG服务器下载频道及相应的播放地址信息保存; 在收 到用户频道录制和 /或频道切换及播放命令时, 为相应的频道分配媒体播放资 源, 根据用户所选频道查获相应的播放地址, 通过媒体播放资源将从媒体服 务器获取该播放地址相应频道节目的媒体流进行录制或播放; 以及
当用户需要在一过程中同时进行录制和播放时, 机顶盒装置将该录制置 于后台进行, 并将该播放置于前台进行。
机顶盒装置在收到频道切换及频道播放命令时, 该方法包括: 若判断当 前有频道录制, 则将媒体播放资源正在前台进行的频道录制转至后台进行, 并为用户选择的当前频道分配媒体播放资源, 根据当前频道查获相应的播放 地址, 通过新分配的媒体播放资源将从媒体服务器获取该播放地址下相应频 道节目的媒体流在前台进行播放。
机顶盒装置在收到频道录制命令时, 该方法包括: 若判断当前有频道播 放, 则继续媒体播放资源在前台对前一频道的媒体流数据的播放, 并为用户 选择的当前频道分配媒体播放资源, 根据该当前频道获取相应的播放地址, 根据该播放地址从媒体服务器读取当前频道节目的媒体流, 并启动新分配的 媒体播放资源在后台录制当前频道的媒体流。 本发明的实现 IPTV频道录制和播放的机顶盒装置、 系统和方法, 在用 户录制直播频道节目的同时有观看其它频道的节目的需要时, 通过将录制切 换到后台进行, 而在前台播放用户选择的频道节目, 从而实现了人性化的频 道录制功能, 解决了传统的视频流录制模式不能让用户在录制的同时进行频 道切换来观看其它频道节目的问题, 由此增加了用户体验度。

本发明的较佳实施方式
本发明提供一种实现 IPTV频道录制和播放的方法、 系统和装置, 其发 明构思是, 釆用本地个人视频录制 ( Local Personal Video Record, LPVR )技 术, 即实现同时对多路视频流进行播放和录制, 用户在观看普通频道节目时, 可以通过遥控器进行频道录制, 并且可以在后台为用户录制节目时, 允许用 户进行切换频道观看其它节目。 如果能够在 IPTV中实现该 LPVR技术, 必 将为用户带来全新的体验。
下面结合附图和优选实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细地阐述。 以下 实施例仅仅用于说明和解释本发明, 而不构成对本发明技术方案的限制。
如图 1所示,是本发明的实现 IPTV频道录制和播放的系统实施例的结构 框图,该系统包括本发明的机顶盒(实施例)、电子节目指南( Electronic Program Guide, EPG )服务器和媒体服务器, 其中: EPG服务器, 用于保存和管理脚本模块(即 JS模块)和频道及其播放地 址信息;
媒体服务器, 用于按播放地址保存频道节目的媒体流;
机顶盒装置, 于从所述 EPG服务器下载频道及其播放地址信息并保存; 收到用户频道录制和 /或频道切换命令时, 根据用户所选频道查获相应的播放 地址, 根据该播放地址从所述媒体服务器获取相应频道节目的媒体流进行录 制或播放; 当用户需要在同一过程中进行频道录制和频道播放时, 将频道录 制置于后台进行, 将频道播放置于前台进行。
这里, 所谓 "将频道播放置于前台进行" 是指进行的频道播放会使得用 户通过自己的感官感觉得到; 类似地, 所谓 "将频道录制置于后台进行" 是 指进行的频道录制会使得用户感觉不到。
图 1中所示的机顶盒装置,是本发明提供的用于实现 IPTV频道录制和播 放的机顶盒装置的一实施例, 包括按键接收模块、 浏览器处理模块(即 BW 模块) 、 媒体播放控制模块 (即 VOD模块) 、 媒体解码显示模块 (即 DEC 模块) 以及从 EPG服务器下载的脚本模块 (即 JS模块) ; 其中:
按键接收模块,用于将接收到的用户命令同时发送给 JS模块和 B W模块, 用户命令至少包括频道录制、 频道切换以及播放、 停止、 暂停命令;
JS模块, 用于在收到频道录制和 /或切换命令时, 定义一个或多个媒体播 放对象, 并在定义的对象中下发相应频道的频道号;
BW模块, 用于为 JS模块定义的一个或多个对象分别调用 VOD模块及
DEC模块, 并传递相应的用户命令;
VOD模块,用于在 BW模块的调用下为对应的一个或多个对象分配媒体 播放器资源, 根据对应频道的频道号获取播放地址, 并在播放状态下将从媒 体服务器读取的频道节目的媒体流传递给 DEC模块,根据用户命令控制媒体 播放器对 DEC模块解码的媒体流数据的播放、停止或暂停, 或控制媒体播放 器对媒体流的录制、 停止或暂停;
DEC模块, 用于在 BW模块的调用下为播放节目的对象分配媒体解码器 资源, 通过媒体解码器对 VOD模块传递的当前频道的媒体流数据进行解码。 BW模块若在频道录制命令执行过程中收到频道切换命令, 则在调用 VOD模块时还传递前台录制 /播放切换命令;若在频道录制命令执行过程中收 到频道切换命令后又收到播放命令, 则调用 VOD模块;
VOD模块当收到前台录制 /播放切换命令后, 将媒体播放器在前台的频 道录制转至后台进行, 并为新定义的对象新分配媒体播放器; 随后, 在收到 播放命令后,则将从媒体服务器读取的当前频道节目的媒体流传递给 DEC模 块, 并在前台播放 DEC模块解码的当前频道的媒体流数据。
BW模块若在播放命令执行过程中收到频道切换及播放命令, 且判断当 前没有频道被录制, 则在调用所述 VOD模块时还传递播放切换命令;
VOD模块当收到播放切换命令后,先停止媒体播放器在前台对前一频道 的媒体流数据的播放, 将从所述媒体服务器读取的用户所选的当前频道节目 的媒体流传递给所述 DEC模块,并启动所述媒体播放器在前台播放所述 DEC 模块解码的所述当前频道的媒体流数据。
在另一实施例里, VOD模块和 DEC模块可以合并在一个媒体播放录制 模块中,用于在 BW模块的调用下,根据用户所选频道查获相应的播放地址, 根据该播放地址从所述媒体服务器获取相应频道节目的媒体流进行录制或播 放; 当用户需要在同一过程中进行频道录制和频道播放时, 将频道录制置于 后台进行, 并将频道播放置于前台进行。
BW模块若在播放命令执行过程中收到频道录制命令, 则向媒体播放录 制模块传递含有当前频道的频道号的后台录制命令;
媒体播放录制模块在收到该后台录制命令后, 继续媒体播放器在前台对 前一频道的媒体流数据的播放, 根据该后台录制命令中的频道号获取相应的 播放地址, 根据该播放地址从媒体服务器读取当前频道节目的媒体流, 并分 配和启动另一媒体播放器在后台录制当前频道的媒体流数据。
图 1所示的机顶盒中的各模块直接关于多路资源的对应关系如图 2所示:
JS 模块可以定义多个 MediaPlayer对象。 以 2 个对象为例, 一个为 mediaplayer a (简称 Mpa ) , 另一个为 mediaplayer b (简称 Mpb ) ; BW模块为 JS模块定义的每一个对象分配一个资源, 譬如为 Mpa分配 ΜρΟ ,为 Mpb分配 Mpl;在 BW模块调用 VOD模块和 DEC模块时,将 MpO、 M l分别传递给 VOD模块和 DEC模块;
VOD模块根据 Mp0、 Mpl 资源分别为其分配相应的一路媒体播放器, 并釆用固定对应的方式。 每路媒体播放器在启动一次频道节目播放时, 先启 动 DEC模块为该频道分配相应的媒体解码器资源,将从媒体服务器读取的当 前频道节目的媒体流传递给该媒体解码器;
DEC模块为播放的节目频道分配媒体解码器资源, 节目播放完毕时, 释 放该媒体解码器。
如图 3所示,为本发明的实现 IPTV频道录制和播放的方法实施例的流程 图, 该流程是机顶盒在收到用户切换频道的命令后执行的, 包括以下步骤:
301 : 判断当前是否有频道录制, 是则执行 302, 否则执行 305;
302: 将录制频道的对象(命名为 Mpa )由前台转为后台, 为当前频道新 建对象(命名为 Mpb ) , 在新建对象 Mpb中下发当前频道的频道号;
303: Mpa对应的资源(命名为 MpO )通知对应的媒体播放资源 1 (命名 为 VidO )转后台录制, 与 Mpb对应的资源 (命名为 Mpl )通知媒体播放资 源 2 (命名为 Vidl )按频道号获取相应频道的播放地址, 并按该播放地址读 取当前频道节目的媒体流;
304: VidO在后台继续录制; Vidl启动对应的解码资源对媒体流进行解 码, 并播放解码资源解码的媒体流数据; 结束流程。
305: 在当前的播放对象中下发新的频道号;
306: MpO关闭 VidO对上一频道的播放, 启动 VidO根据新的频道号查获 播放地址, 按该播放地址读取当前频道节目的媒体流;
307: VidO 启动对应的解码资源对媒体流进行解码, 并播放解码资源解 码的媒体流数据, 结束流程。
通过本发明的技术方案, 能够实现在对直播频道进行录制的同时, 根据 用户的频道切换命令执行频道切换功能, 方便用户在对节目录制过程中观看 其它感兴趣的节目, 由此提高了用户的体验度,是 IPTV相对于传统的电视收 看方式上的优势的又一体现。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本 领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和 原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护 范围之内。
工业实用性
本发明的实现 IPTV频道录制和播放的机顶盒装置、 系统和方法, 在用 户录制直播频道节目的同时有观看其它频道的节目的需要时, 通过将录制切 换到后台进行, 而在前台播放用户选择的频道节目, 从而实现了人性化的频 道录制功能, 解决了传统的视频流录制模式不能让用户在录制的同时进行频 道切换来观看其它频道节目的问题, 由此增加了用户体验度。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种实现交互式网络电视(IPTV )频道录制和播放的机顶盒装置, 所述装置设置为:
将从电子节目指南 (EPG )服务器下载的频道及所述频道的播放地址信 息保存; 以及
在收到用户频道录制和 /或频道切换命令时, 根据用户所选频道查获相应 的播放地址, 从媒体服务器获取该播放地址相应频道节目的媒体流进行录制 或播放;
所述装置还设置为: 当用户需要在一过程中同时进行录制和播放时, 将 所述录制置于后台进行, 并将所述播放置于前台进行。
2、 按照权利要求 1所述的装置, 该装置包括按键接收模块、 浏览器处理 模块即 BW模块、媒体播放录制模块以及从所述 EPG服务器下载的脚本模块 即 JS模块,
所述按键接收模块设置为:将接收到的用户命令同时发送给所述 JS模块 和所述 BW模块, 所述用户命令至少包括频道录制和频道切换命令;
所述 JS模块设置为:在被下载后将携带的所述频道及相应的播放地址信 息保存在下载地; 在收到所述频道录制和 /或所述频道切换命令时, 定义一个 或多个对象, 并在定义的对象中下发相应频道的频道号;
所述 BW模块设置为:为所述 JS模块定义的对象调用所述媒体播放录制 模块, 若收到所述频道切换命令且判断当前有频道被录制, 则向所述媒体播 放录制模块传递所述频道切换命令和前台录制 /播放切换命令;
所述媒体播放录制模块设置为: 在收到所述前台录制 /播放切换命令后, 将该频道的媒体播放器正在前台进行的频道录制转至后台进行, 并为所述 JS 模块新定义的对象新分配媒体播放器资源和媒体解码器资源。
3、 按照权利要求 2所述的装置, 其中, 所述用户命令还包括频道播放命 令;
所述 BW模块还设置为: 若在收到所述频道切换命令后又收到的所述频 道播放命令, 且判断当前有频道被录制, 则向所述媒体播放录制模块传递所 述频道播放命令;
所述媒体播放录制模块还设置为: 根据所述频道播放命令含有的当前频 道的频道号获取相应的播放地址, 根据所述播放地址从媒体服务器读取当前 频道节目的媒体流, 并启动新分配的媒体播放器在前台播放新分配的媒体解 码器解码的当前频道的媒体流数据。
4、 按照权利要求 2所述的装置, 其中, 所述用户命令还包括频道播放命 令;
所述 BW模块还设置为: 若在所述播放命令执行过程中收到所述频道切 换及播放命令, 且判断当前没有频道被录制, 则向所述媒体播放录制模块传 递含有当前频道的频道号的播放切换命令;
所述媒体播放录制模块还设置为: 在收到所述播放切换命令后, 先停止 所述媒体播放器在前台对前一频道的媒体流数据的播放, 根据所述当前频道 的频道号获取相应的播放地址, 根据所述播放地址从媒体服务器读取当前频 道节目的媒体流, 并启动所述媒体播放器在前台播放所述媒体解码器解码的 当前频道的媒体流数据。
5、 按照权利要求 2所述的装置, 其中, 所述用户命令还包括频道播放命 令;
所述 BW模块还设置为: 若在所述频道播放命令执行过程中收到所述频 道录制命令, 则向所述媒体播放录制模块传递含有当前频道的频道号的后台 录制命令;
所述媒体播放录制模块还设置为: 在收到所述后台录制命令后, 继续所 述媒体播放器在前台对前一频道的媒体流数据的播放, 根据所述后台录制命 令中的频道号获取相应的播放地址, 根据所述播放地址从媒体服务器读取当 前频道节目的媒体流, 并启动另一媒体播放器在后台录制所述当前频道的媒 体流。
6、 按照权利要求 2至 5任一项所述的装置, 所述装置还包括底层接口, 其中: 所述 JS模块是设置为:在定义的对象中通过所述底层接口下发所述频道 号;
所述媒体播放录制模块还设置为: 从所述底层接口获取所述频道号, 并 通过所述底层接口从媒体服务器读取当前频道节目的媒体流。
7、 一种实现交互式网络电视(IPTV )频道录制和播放的系统, 该系统 包括电子节目指南 (EPG )服务器、 媒体服务器以及机顶盒装置, 其中: 所述 EPG服务器设置为: 保存和管理频道及所述频道的播放地址信息; 所述媒体服务器设置为:按频道的播放地址保存相应频道节目的媒体流; 所述机顶盒装置设置为: 将从所述 EPG服务器下载的频道及相应的播放 地址信息保存; 在收到用户频道录制和 /或频道切换命令时, 根据用户所选频 道查获相应的播放地址, 从所述媒体服务器获取该播放地址相应频道节目的 媒体流进行录制或播放; 当用户需要在一过程中同时进行录制和播放时, 将 所述录制置于后台进行, 并将所述播放置于前台进行。
8、 按照权利要求 7所述的系统, 其中, 所述机顶盒装置包括按键接收模 块、 浏览器处理模块即 BW模块、媒体播放录制模块以及从所述 EPG服务器 下载的脚本模块即 JS模块, 其中:
所述按键接收模块设置为:将接收到的用户命令同时发送给所述 JS模块 和所述 BW模块, 所述用户命令至少包括频道录制、 频道切换及频道播放命 令;
所述 JS模块设置为:在被下载后将携带的所述频道及相应的播放地址信 息保存在下载地; 在收到所述频道录制和 /或所述频道切换命令时, 定义一个 或多个对象, 并在定义的对象中下发相应频道的频道号;
所述 BW模块设置为:为所述 JS模块定义的对象调用所述媒体播放录制 模块, 若收到所述频道切换及频道播放命令且判断当前有频道录制, 则向所 述媒体播放录制模块传递所述频道播放命令和前台录制 /播放切换命令;
所述媒体播放录制模块设置为: 在收到所述频道播放命令和所述前台录 制 /播放切换命令后, 将所述媒体播放器正在前台进行的频道录制转至后台进 行,并为所述 JS模块新定义的对象新分配媒体播放器资源和媒体解码器资源, 根据所述频道播放命令含有的当前频道的频道号获取相应的播放地址, 根据 所述播放地址从所述媒体服务器读取当前频道节目的媒体流, 并启动新分配 的媒体播放器在前台播放新分配的媒体解码器解码的当前频道的媒体流数 据。
9、 按照权利要求 8所述的系统, 其中,
所述 BW模块还设置为: 若在所述频道播放命令执行过程中收到所述频 道录制命令, 则向所述媒体播放录制模块传递含有当前频道的频道号的后台 录制命令;
所述媒体播放录制模块还设置为: 在收到所述后台录制命令后, 继续所 述媒体播放器在前台对前一频道的媒体流数据的播放, 根据所述后台录制命 令中的频道号获取相应的播放地址, 根据该播放地址从媒体服务器读取当前 频道节目的媒体流, 并启动另一媒体播放器在后台录制所述当前频道的媒体 流。

所述机顶盒装置在收到所述频道切换及频道播放命令时, 该方法包括: 若判断当前有频道录制, 则将所述媒体播放资源正在前台进行的频道录 制转至后台进行, 并为用户选择的当前频道分配媒体播放资源, 根据当前频 道查获相应的播放地址, 通过新分配的媒体播放资源将从所述媒体服务器获 取该播放地址下相应频道节目的媒体流在前台进行播放。
