一种仿生正姿桌椅 技术领域
本发明涉及一种仿生正姿桌椅, 尤其是一种中小学生用的仿生正姿桌椅。
背景技术
针对当今中小学生近视、 驼背等现象呈不断上升的趋势, 为其设计一种比较合理、 科学 的桌椅, 已成为社会各界有识之士及广大师生和家长的强烈愿望和要求, 也已成为不少有心 人的一块心病。
造成这种不良现象的原因是多方面的, 后果是严重的。 从学校卫生学的角度说, 将上体 重心落在坐骨结节之上或其前方的姿势称为"前位坐姿", 此时由背部肌肉的紧张及大腿来维 持平衡; 把上体重心落在坐骨结节之后称为"后位坐姿", 背部必须有倚靠。 很明显, 趴在桌 上的"前位坐姿"容易出现疲劳, "后位坐姿"不易疲劳。 但目前, 学生却比较普遍采取"前位坐 姿"的姿势趴在桌上学习。从生理学的角度说, 当视线与所视物体呈垂直角度时, 在视网膜上 的成像最为清晰, 称为生理视角。 学生在学习时为了追求最为清晰的视角就只能低头。 从生 物学的角度说, 骨是由硬脆的无机物和柔韧的有机物组成的, 骨的物理特性主要表现在硬度 和弹性这两个方面, 并且骨中不同成分的含量和骨的物理特性, 又是随着人的年龄的增长而 变化的。 比如儿童少年期骨质特性是硬度小, 柔韧, 弹性大, 虽不容易发生骨折, 但容易变 形, 如果长期不注意学习、 写字的姿势, 就会引起驼背、 背脊侧弯及近视等症状。 北京第四 医院主治医师刘志明经过多年的探索, 最后得出一个结论: 青少年长期学习姿势不正确, 不 但容易疲劳, 患近视、 驼背, 还有一个更加严重的后果没有被人们重视, 那就是这些学生成 年后将是颈椎病的高发人群。
认识这种不良现象的深度, 还是有限的。 由于目前学生学习姿势不正确, 尤其是比较普 遍地采取"前位坐姿"的姿势趴在桌上学习, 有的在想方设法改进这种姿势, 还没有认识到 "后 位坐姿 "的作用, 有的又矫枉过正, 片面地强调"后位坐姿"的作用, 还没有感受到 "前位坐姿" 是不可缺少的, 并且也是可以将其改进成正确姿势的。 实际上, 没有"前位坐姿", 就不利于 中国传统的毛笔使用, "后位坐姿"相对作为 "前位坐姿"的一种姿势, 目前也还存在趴在桌 上学习的问题。 并且正确的前、 后位坐姿作为学习的两种基本姿势, 也应该是可以随意互换 的, 在互换的过程中还存在一些交替姿势, 也是应该存在的, 因人总不能以一种姿势坐着。 并且这些姿势都能达到传统的 "三一"学习姿势要求, 即: 胸距桌沿一拳, 眼距书本一尺, 及有利于达到手指距笔尖一寸。
解决这些问题的措施, 还不是很得力的。 人们也发明了多种桌椅。 如目前一种较为时尚 的桌椅之一的新知健康学习桌 (申请号 02354452), 桌可以固定下来, 后桌面是倾斜的, 并 带有托肘板, 桌椅能调节高度, 且桌脚踏板也可上下移动调节高度, 意欲达到正确学习姿势 的"后位坐姿"的目的, 不足之处是椅难以调节到与桌的适当距离, 并且调节好了要换个位置 或出来难, 若另用椅子 (申请号 03330221 ), 椅腿上有轮, 能比较方便地调节桌与椅之间的 距离, 不足之处是, 去开关椅轮又不方便, 并且就是调节好了桌椅之间的适当距离, 也会趴 在桌上学习, 因胸前的凹形护胸起不了多少作用。 若在教室使用, 桌与椅或桌椅与桌椅之间 的高度不一致会影响美观。 如一种自然预防、 治疗近视和驼背的新型课桌 (申请号 03238636.2), 其上安装有类似本发明的桌靠架, 由下巴垫连结在其上的横梁, 上、 下调节支 柱和与桌面后沿活连等组成, 横梁与桌沿之间为单柱的上、 下调节支柱前后相叠, 并通过其 上的调位孔用螺栓固定, 下调节支柱下端与桌沿之间为活连并固定连接, 上下调节支柱宽约 为胸部宽的三分之一, 并向后稍倾斜, 上调节支柱在人伸直腰稍向后靠时下端至胸部下端和 桌沿, 在弯腰稍向前靠时下端至桌沿或胸部下端稍下, 前桌面上有类似看书架的阅读板, 人 是趴不下了, 意欲达到正确 "前位坐姿"的目的, 不足之处是人坐在椅上前靠后靠, 桌容易摇 晃, 加之进出和换坐姿困难, 桌椅高度也不能调, 目的自然难以达到。 如一种矫正坐姿的读 写桌连椅 (申请号 03275800), 能按正姿要求调节桌椅之间的距离并连为一体, 意欲能达到 正确学习姿势 "前位坐姿"的目的, 不足之处是胸前无依靠, 还是趴在桌上学习, 并且桌椅不 能活动地随意调节, 还不能调节高度。
这些桌椅, 归纳起来问题主要有: 一是桌椅高度调节有的还没解决这个问题, 有的解决 了的又难已普及, 还摆在教室里同样高在那里, 因为调节得高的高, 矮的矮, 很不美观, 加 之调节方式很复杂。 二是桌椅之间距离调节有的还没有解决这个问题, 有的已经基本解决了 的还存在不能随意使桌椅活动连为一体, 能活动连为一体的又难保持住等问题。 三是桌面、 桌椅腿、 托肘板、 桌靠架、 看书架、 椅背等结构发挥的作用, 还没有达到正确的"前位坐姿" 和"后位坐姿"及之间的过渡姿势并易于互换及眼睛与摆书板始终处于最佳距离和视角的目 的。 此外, 桌椅的整齐摆放、 上下课桌椅移动的声响, 以及便于打扫卫生等问题也注意不够, 有的年级桌箱放书的空间还太小, 为小孩考虑得还不多, 桌椅移动还不方便。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题, 是提供一种一坐始终处于正确的 "前位坐姿"和"后位坐姿" 及之间的学习姿势, 并可随意方便地更替姿势和出进, 不易疲劳的仿生正姿桌椅。
为实现上述目的, 本发明采用的技术方案是: 所述仿生正姿桌椅, 包括一种单体或连体 的桌椅或桌凳, 桌腿下部连接有脚踏板; 椅背支柱之间连接有椅背, 其结构特点是: 在所述 在桌椅的上部和下部, 以及或桌椅之间或桌腿之间与椅腿之间有一个正确的 "前位坐姿"和 "后位坐姿"及之间的学习姿势并可以随意更替的正姿装置及安装该正姿装置的机构; 在桌 面与桌箱之间设有可调节桌面高度和倾斜度的桌面升降机构。
所述桌面升降机构为, 在桌面与看书架之间安装有一个桌面与看书架同位升降的同位升 降机构, 该同位升降机构为, 包括两支柱和竖板, 在桌面四角安有管状桌腿的前两只桌腿内 各套有支柱, 并在桌箱内的桌腿内侧有竖槽, 竖板能将两支柱连为一体, 两支柱上端活动连 接在桌面上,竖板左右中间的三分之一向上凸起并穿桌面上的长条孔伸到与桌面平行的位置; 该凸起在左右向的中间或左右有一至两个看书架支撑孔; 在支撑孔内有与看书架支撑相配套 的凹凸活动栓; 该活动栓是一块弓形弹簧片, 或竖板的支撑孔壁面开有一横向圆孔, 该圆孔 内有一个比该支撑孔较小的凸起, 凸起后端连接有一横圆柱, 横圆柱后端顶着一个弹簧; 桌 面后下部与桌箱上后端相应段有调位齿与桌箱上后端相应处的棱角相配套。
所述同位升降机构为, 桌面后下部与桌箱后上端活动相连, 桌面前端活动连接有一块与 桌箱后板长宽相当的竖板, 该竖板左右两侧下端向两边各伸出一个圆柱, 竖板中间位置向上 凸起并通过桌面上的长条孔伸到与桌面平行的位置; 该凸起在左右向的中间或左右有一至两 个看书架支撑孔, 在孔内有与看书架支撑相配套的活动栓; 在桌箱两侧板前端内侧从上至下 各有一调控槽, 在竖板后侧中下部位置安装有顶柱, 与方形顶柱配套; 桌箱底板上面相应有 呈弧形排列的齿。
所述同位升降机构还可以为, 桌面后下部连接桌箱后上端, 在桌箱内前端的底部中间位 置活动连接有内套调节管的调节管柱; 该调节管上端垂直通过桌面上的孔伸到与桌面平行的 位置, 调节管下端则套有调节栓; 在桌面前端向后- 厘米处的左右向中间位置有一截长条形 槽, 在槽内安装有与该槽相应的, 两端有向左右伸出一截的轴, 中间由前后板连接的活动架, 该活动架中间位置有与调节管上端相配, 且在前后壁上安装有前后向的横杆, 且横杆穿过调 节管相应处上的竖槽的孔; 调节管上端有连接连杆的按钮; 活动架的孔两边有当提升桌面和 按下按钮后, 桌面和看书架摆书板始终处于一种较适合倾斜度的看书架支撑安装孔。
在带轮的桌脚踩板或椅的椅脚踩板上设有使用时保持桌或椅相对地面对固定不动的制动 机构。

与现有技术相比, 本发明的有益效果是: 本发明根据仿生学原理, 加装了桌、椅脚踩板、 层置套, 将类似本发明桌靠架胸板作用的单柱的上下调节支柱下端从胸部至桌沿伸长至腹部 下截及桌箱底板或其底下为胸腹板,并在胸腹板下端或稍上活连的下调节板与桌面升降机构、 看书架升降机构及活动套装的椅背连接或活动连接, 并且还加装了轮、 桌基顶、 轨道、 桌椅 座等结构。 这些结构具体表现在: 一是彻底解决了趴在桌上学习的问题, 桌靠架、 椅背能按 要求前倾后仰, 桌面能随意平置或倾斜, 看书架能始终处于与眼睛之间的最佳距离与视角, 从而有效地保证了头、 眼、 颈、 胸、 腹、 腰、 背、 臀、 双肘、 双腿、 双脚等部位在桌椅之间 形成了一个比较合理的活动空间, 使人始终处于一种正确的 "前位坐姿"和 "后位坐姿"及 之间的学习姿势, 并且可随意更替姿势, 而眼睛与摆书板又始终处于最佳距离和视角, 学习 起来轻松舒适, 不易疲劳, 能节约教学、 学习时间。 二是桌或椅来回移动及出进方便, 桌椅 容易套合,桌椅之间距离能随意简单调节, 这样虽然直接调节和控制的是桌与椅之间的距离, 但它间接的作用在于控制了胸腹部的前后活动倾斜度, 加之前后桌靠架和椅背的扶持, 这就 支撑了腰部的直立, 以及眼睛与摆书板又始终处于最佳距离和视角, 使之顺利达到了 "三一" 正姿学习要求, 并且有利于双脚平放, 与肩同宽的姿势的形成。 还有桌椅之间能宽能窄, 腰 能屈能伸, 能前靠后靠, 有利于其活泼好动天性的发挥, 所谓有约束又有自由。 三是桌椅高 度调节方便, 大多在使用中根本不要用起子、 扳手, 克服了使用时高个的人要弯腰弓背, 矮 个的又够不着的缺点, 年纪小的人坐得高度合适, 年纪大些的也坐得合适, 一个小学生买一 套桌椅就可以坐到高年级; 一个班级可坐一样高的桌椅, 既按身材最高的学生来调高度, 使 高个的能坐矮, 矮个的能坐高, 坐成一样高的人; 也可以调成阶梯状, 既摆在教室前面的桌 椅较矮, 后面一排比一排高。 四是不但有利于桌椅摆得整齐美观, 桌椅移动的噪声也大为降 低, 加装了椅箱可多放一些书, 制作成仿生正姿桌椅车推拉方便, 而且易于打扫卫生。 五是 既适合学生在家庭使用, 又适合学校使用, 并且使用效果立竿见影, 结构简单, 容易普及。 附图说明

一种仿生正姿桌椅, 如图 1, 2, 3, 5, 9, 12, 14, 25所示, 包括一种单体或连体的桌 椅或桌凳, 桌腿下部连接有脚踏板; 椅背支柱 202之间连接有椅背, 所述在桌椅的上部和下 部, 以及或桌椅之间或桌腿 8之间与椅腿 8之间有一个正确的 "前位坐姿"和 "后位坐姿" 及之间的学习姿势并可以随意更替的正姿装置及安装该正姿装置的机构。

如图 32~35所示, 所述同位升降机构还可以为, 桌面 3后下部连接桌箱后上端, 在桌箱 内前端的底部中间位置活动连接有内套调节管的调节管柱; 该调节管上端垂直通过桌面 3上 的孔伸到与桌面 3平行的位置, 调节管下端则套有调节栓; 在桌面 3前端向后 1-2厘米处的 左右向中间位置有一截长条形槽,在槽内安装有与该槽相应的,两端有向左右伸出一截的轴, 中间由前后板连接的活动架, 该活动架中间位置有与调节管上端相配, 且在前后壁上安装有 前后向的横杆, 且横杆穿过调节管相应处上的竖槽的孔; 调节管上端有连接连杆的按钮; 活 动架的孔两边有当提升桌面 3和按下按钮后, 桌面 3和看书架 109摆书板 115始终处于一种 较适合倾斜度的看书架 109支撑安装孔。
在椅面或脚踩板下安装有一扁方形框, 该框与层置套相套的两面各有向层置套长条片间 隙并与纵向层置套相配的前后向长条或栓头。

所述脚踩板 20中心位置设有一个脚踩按钮 235, 该脚踩按钮 235下方通过弹簧 35与墩 脚 174相连, 不使用时, 由于弹簧 35的作用带动墩脚 174脱离地面, 桌 1可以移动; 当使用 时, 由于脚踩在脚踩按钮 235上, 带动弹簧 35将墩脚 174压紧地面, 起到制动作用。 当然, 也可以在椅子的脚踩板 320上使用上述结构。
本发明所采用的桌靠架 21还可以采用专利 2009201681014中关于靠架的的相关结构。

权利 要求
1、 一种仿生正姿桌椅, 包括一种单体或连体的桌椅或桌凳, 桌腿下部连接有脚踏板; 椅 背支柱(202)之间连接有椅背, 其特征在于: 在所述在桌椅的上部和下部, 以及或桌椅之间 或桌腿 (8) 之间与椅腿 (8 )之间有一个正确的 "前位坐姿"和 "后位坐姿"及之间的学习 姿势并可以随意更替的正姿装置及安装该正姿装置的机构; 在桌面与桌箱之间设有可调节桌 面高度和倾斜度的桌面升降机构。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的仿生正姿桌椅,其特征在于:所述桌面升降机构为,在桌面(3) 与看书架(109)之间安装有一个桌面(3 )与看书架(109) 同位升降的同位升降机构, 该同 位升降机构为, 包括两支柱(202)和竖板(25), 在桌面(3 ) 四角安有管状桌腿的前两只桌 腿内各套有支柱(202), 并在桌箱内的桌腿内侧有竖槽(127 ), 竖板能将两支柱(202)连为 一体, 两支柱 (202) 上端活动连接在桌面 (3 ) 上, 竖板左右中间的三分之一向上凸起并穿 桌面 (3 ) 上的长条孔伸到与桌面 (3) 平行的位置; 该凸起在左右向的中间或左右有一至两 个看书架支撑孔(204);在支撑孔(204)内有与看书架(109)支撑相配套的凹凸活动栓(36); 该活动栓(36)是一块弓形弹簧片(206), 或竖板的支撑孔 (204)壁面开有一横向圆孔, 该 圆孔内有一个比该支撑孔(204)较小的凸起, 凸起后端连接有一横圆柱, 横圆柱后端顶着一 个弹簧;桌面(3 )后下部与桌箱上后端相应段有调位齿(33 )与桌箱上后端相应处的棱角(211 ) 相配套。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的仿生正姿桌椅, 其特征在于: 所述同位升降机构为, 桌面(3) 后下部与桌箱后上端活动相连, 桌面 (3 )前端活动连接有一块与桌箱后板 (212) 长宽相当 的竖板,该竖板左右两侧下端向两边各伸出一个圆柱,竖板中间位置向上凸起并通过桌面(3) 上的长条孔伸到与桌面(3 )平行的位置; 该凸起在左右向的中间或左右有一至两个看书架支 撑孔(204), 在孔内有与看书架(109)支撑相配套的活动栓; 在桌箱两侧板前端内侧从上至 下各有一调控槽 (218 ), 在竖板后侧中下部位置安装有顶柱 (84), 与方形顶柱 (84) 配套; 桌箱底板上面相应有呈弧形排列的齿。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的仿生正姿桌椅, 其特征在于: 所述同位升降机构为, 桌面(3) 后下部连接桌箱后上端, 在桌箱内前端的底部中间位置活动连接有内套调节管的调节管柱; 该调节管上端垂直通过桌面 (3 ) 上的孔伸到与桌面 (3) 平行的位置, 调节管下端则套有调 节栓; 在桌面(3)前端向后 1-2厘米处的左右向中间位置有一截长条形槽, 在槽内安装有与 该槽相应的, 两端有向左右伸出一截的轴, 中间由前后板连接的活动架, 该活动架中间位置 有与调节管上端相配, 且在前后壁上安装有前后向的横杆, 且横杆穿过调节管相应处上的竖 槽的孔; 调节管上端有连接连杆的按钮; 活动架的孔两边有当提升桌面 (3) 和按下按钮后, 桌面 (3 )和看书架 (109) 摆书板 (115 )始终处于一种较适合倾斜度的看书架 (109) 支撑 安装孔。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的仿生正姿桌椅, 其特征在于: 在带轮的桌脚踩板(20)或椅的 椅脚踩板 (320) 上设有使用时保持桌或椅相对地面对固定不动的制动机构。
6、根据权利要求 5所述的仿生正姿桌椅, 其特征在于: 所述制动机构的结构为, 在桌的 脚踩板 (20) 或椅的椅脚踩板 (320) 上设有脚踩按钮 (235) , 该脚踩按钮 (235 ) 下方通过 弹簧 (35) 与墩脚 ( 174) 相连。
