一种本地呼叫本地交换的实现方法和系统
技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域, 更具体地涉及电路域本地呼叫本地交换( LCLS, Local Call Local Switch ) 的实现方法和系统。
背景技术
GSM ( Global System for Mobile communications, 全球移动通讯系统 )和 UMTS ( Universal Mobile Telecommunications System, 统一移动通讯系统 )等 移动网络釆用电路交换技术, 称为电路( Circuit Switched, 简称 CS )域, 能 够为用户提供基本的语音业务, 以及基于语音业务的补充业务。
在世界一些地方如非洲、 南美洲和南亚等地, 缺乏快速可靠的传输资源 或者存在高昂的传输成本, 给运营商在网络和业务部署带来一定的困难。 然 而, 根据统计数据, 在那些地方, 移动网络中的大多数呼叫是本地呼叫, 这 些呼叫在相同的 BSS ( Base Station System, 基站系统) 下产生。 对于本地呼 叫, 如果釆用本地交换技术(语音数据在 BSS进行环路) , 则可以节省 BSS 与核心网 MSC ( Mobile Switch Center, 移动交换中心 ) 间 A口传输资源。
图 1是传统语音呼叫的示意图, 用户设备 ( User Equipment, UE )通过 电路域接入到 BSS和 MSC。 当 UE1呼叫 UE2时候, UE1通过 BSS向其接入 的 MSC发送呼叫建立请求; MSC根据 UE2接入的位置信息,找到被叫 UE2, 并通知 BSS建立与 UE1和 UE2相连的无线承载,并且分别建立 BSS与 MSC 间 UE1和 UE2的承载; MSC两侧承载进行环路,保证 UE1和 UE2间的语音 通讯。
图 2是釆用本地呼叫本地交换技术的语音呼叫的示意图, 与图 1相比, 当 MSC收到 UE1的呼叫建立请求,根据小区判断 UE1和 UE2是否同属一个 BSS,若 UE1和 UE2是同属一个 BSS,则 MSC通知 BSS执行本地交换; UE1 和 UE2的承载环路在 BSS侧执行,这样就省下了 BSS和 MSC间的承载资源 即 A口 7 载资源。 图 3是图 2釆用本地呼叫本地交换技术的信令流程, 包括下面步骤:
301、 UE1和 UE2在相同的 BSS下发起呼叫, 并通过核心网 MSC建立 相互连接, MSC为主叫 UE1和被叫 UE2分配 BSS和 MSC间的电路号或者 呼叫标识;
302、被叫 UE2在振铃状态下应答,并经过 BSS向 MSC发送被叫应答消 息;
303、 MSC向主叫 UE1发送被叫应答消息, 通知 UE1呼叫接通;
304、 MSC根据主叫 UE1和被叫 UE2当前的位置信息, 判断本次呼叫是 否同属一个 BSS内的本地呼叫;
305、如果是同属一个 BSS内的本地呼叫, 则 MSC向 BSS发送本地交换 命令消息, 通知 BSS 进行本地交换, 本地交换命令消息中携带 301 步骤中 MSC为主叫 UE1和被叫 UE2分配的 BSS和 MSC间的电路号或者呼叫标识;
306、 BSS收到本地交换命令消息, 根据本地交换命令消息中的主、 被叫 的电路号或者呼叫标识, 关联到两个正在进行的通讯会话, 并对其语音数据 承载进行环路, 实现语音承载在 BSS内进行交换;
307、 本地交换成功后, BSS向 MSC发送本地交换成功消息;
308、 MSC收到本地交换成功消息后, 通知 BSS释放 BSS和 MSC间的 语音承载连接, 即释放 A口承载连接。
针对上述步骤分析, 如果在 BSS连接多个 MSC的场景下, 如图 4所示, 主叫 UE1通过 BSS接入到 MSC1 , 被叫 UE2通过 BSS接入到 MSC2, 主叫 和被叫虽然在同个 BSS下发起呼叫, 但主叫和被叫分别接入到不同的 MSC, 从而会导致 304 步骤中无论主叫 UE1接入的 MSC1 , 还是被叫 UE2接入的 MSC2 都无法根据主、 被叫的位置信息判断本次呼叫是否为本地呼叫, 最终 导致本地呼叫无法执行本地交换问题。 发明内容

与现有技术相比,本发明提供的一种本地呼叫本地交换实现方法和系统, 解决了切换场景下因 BSS连接多个 MSC而导致本地交换不成功的问题。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
图 5是主叫用户和被叫用户在不同 BSS和不同 MSC场景下进行本地交 换的实施例的流程图,本实施例中主叫 UE1和被叫 UE2分别属于不同的 BSS 和不同 MSC, UE1通过 BSS1接入到 MSC1,UE2通过 BSS2接入到 MSC2, UE1和 UE2在通话过程中 , UE1切换到 BSS2上, BSS2根据本地参考触发本 地交换。 如图 5所示, 其中 BSS1为源 BSS, BSS2为目标 BSS, MSC1为源 MSC, MSC2为目标 MSC, 本实施例包括下面步骤:
501、 UE1和 UE2正在通话, BSS1根据无线测量报告, 决定把 UE1会 话切换到 BSS2, BSS1向 MSC1发送切换要求消息, 如果 BSS1保存了呼叫 建立过程中产生的本地参考, 在切换请求中可以携带本地参考;
502、 MSC1收到 BSS1发过来的切换要求消息, 判断当前用户 UE1是否 满足本地交换条件, 即判断 UE1当前是否存在与其它用户正在通信的会话, 是否符合运营商本地交换用户管理策略, 是否设置监控点即 MSC 的监听业 务, 若 UE1同时满足当前没有存在与其它用户正在通信的会话, 符合运营商 本地交换用户管理策略, 没有设置监控点即 MSC的监听业务, 或者, 若 UE1 至少满足当前没有存在与其它用户正在通信的会话, 符合运营商本地交换用 户管理策略, 则为满足本地交换条件;
如果满足本地交换条件, 则 MSC1根据切换要求中的切换目标小区地址 选择目标 MSC2, 向 MSC2发送切换请求消息, 在切换请求消息中携带本地 参考;
503、MSC2收到切换请求消息后,向 BSS2发送切换请求消息,通知 BSS2 分配地面电路和空口资源, 切换请求消息中转发了来自 MSC1的本地参考; 504、 BSS2保存该本地参考, 分配空口和地面电路资源, 分配切换号码, 分配完成后, 向 MSC2返回切换应答消息;
505、 MSC2向 MSC1返回切换应答消息, 消息中携带 MSC2分配的切 换号码;
506、 MSC1根据切换号码, 建立与 MSC2间的局间电路承载;
507、 MSC1经过 BSS1向 UE1发送切换命令, 通知 UE1切换到 BSS2 上;
508、 UE1切换完成后, 向 BSS2发送切换完成消息;
509、 BSS2根据本地参考判断用户 UE1和 UE2是否可以触发本地交换, 判断方法如下:
BSS2感知存在两个相同的本地参考, 根据步骤 504 中保存的本地参考 (即由 MSC2通过切换请求消息转发的来自 MSC1的本地参考) , 在 BSS2 数据区中或者相应的数据表中查找是否有相同的本地参考, 如果有相同的本 地参考则判断为可以触发本地交换。
如果用户 UE1和 UE2可以触发本地交换, 则 BSS2执行本地交换, 将
UE1和 UE2环路至 BSS的语音承载连接,
执行本地交换成功后, BSS2向 MSC2发送切换完成消息, 消息中携带 本地交换成功指示;
510、 MSC2向 MSC1发送切换完成消息, 消息中携带 BSS2发送的本地 交换成功指示;
511、 BSS2同时向 MSC2发送本地交换完成消息;
512、 MSC1收到切换完成消息后, 记录本地交换成功指示, 通知 BSS1 清除空口资源和释放与 BSS1相连的地面电路; 以及
513、 MSC2释放与 BSS2间的地面电路。
在另外的实施例中, 511步骤是可选步骤。
图 6是本发明的本地呼叫本地交换的实现系统的示意图, 包括 MSC和 BSS, 其中, MSC与 BSS通信连接, MSC包括 MSC请求模块和 MSC处理 模块, BSS包括 BSS请求模块和 BSS处理模块, 其中,
MSC请求模块用于接收源 BSS发送的切换要求消息;根据切换要求消息 选择目标 MSC; 以及把关联呼叫的本地参考传递给目标 MSC;
MSC 处理模块用于将源 MSC传递的关联呼叫的本地参考传递给目标 BSS; 以及判断切换用户的对端用户是否满足本地交换条件;
BSS请求模块用于向源 MSC发送切换要求消息;
BSS处理模块用于接收目标 MSC所传递的关联呼叫的本地参考;以及判 断是否可以触发本地交换, 并在判断为可以触发本地交换时, 执行本地交换, 将两端用户环路至本 BSS的语音承载连接;
从而支持实现切换场景下的本地呼叫本地交换。
进一步地, MSC请求模块在切换用户满足本地交换条件时才传递本地参 考, 其中, 用户满足本地交换条件指用户当前没有存在与其它用户正在通信 的会话, 符合运营商本地交换用户管理策略。
进一步地,本地参考是指呼叫建立过程中由源 MSC分配的本地参考, 不 同呼叫所分配的本地参考不同,
MSC请求模块还用于在呼叫建立过程中获取并保存本地参考。
进一步地, BSS处理模块还用于根据本地参考在本 BSS的数据区中, 或 者在相应的数据表中查找是否有相同的本地参考;
当有相同的本地参考时, 则判断为可以触发本地交换。
进一步地, BSS处理模块还用于接收用户发送的切换完成消息。
进一步地, BSS处理模块还用于完成本地交换后 ,向源 MSC和目标 MSC 传递执行结果; 其中,
执行结果包括携带有本地交换成功指示的切换完成消息。
进一步地, MSC请求模块还用于收到执行结果后,释放与源 BSS间的电 路;
MSC处理模块还用于收到执行结果后, 释放与目标 BSS间的电路。
当然, 本发明还可有其他多种实施例, 在不背离本发明精神及其实质的 但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。 工业实用性
本发明提供的本地呼叫本地交换实现方法和系统, 解决了切换场景下因
BSS连接多个 MSC而导致本地交换不成功的问题。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种本地呼叫本地交换的实现方法, 其包括:
源移动交换中心 MSC收到源基站系统 BSS的切换要求;
所述源 MSC把关联呼叫的本地参考传递给目标 BSS; 以及
所述目标 BSS根据收到的本地参考判断是否可以触发本地交换, 并在判 断为可以触发本地交换时执行所述本地交换。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的实现方法, 其中,
所述源 MSC在用户满足本地交换条件时才把所述本地参考传递给所述 目标 BSS。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的实现方法, 其中, 用户满足本地交换条件指所述 用户当前没有存在与其它用户正在通信的会话, 符合运营商本地交换用户管 理策略。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的实现方法, 其中, 所述本地参考是指呼叫建立过 程中由主叫侧 MSC分配的本地参考, 不同呼叫分配的本地参考不同, 所述源 MSC在呼叫建立过程中获取所述本地参考并进行保存。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的实现方法, 其中, 所述源 MSC把本地参考传递 给目标 BSS的步骤包括:
所述源 MSC把所述本地参考传递给目标 MSC; 以及
所述目标 MSC把所述本地参考发送给所述目标 BSS。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的实现方法, 其中, 所述目标 BSS根据收到的本 地参考判断是否可以触发本地交换的步骤包括:
所述目标 BSS收到所述目标 MSC发送的所述本地参考后, 根据所述本 地参考在所述目标 BSS的数据区中或者相应的数据表中查找是否有相同的本 地参考, 如果有相同的本地参考, 所述目标 BSS判断为可以触发所述本地交 换。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的实现方法, 其中, 所述目标 BSS根据收到的本 地参考判断是否可以触发本地交换的步骤之前, 所述方法还包括: 所述目标 BSS收到用户发送的切换完成消息。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的实现方法, 其中, 所述目标 BSS执行所述本地 交换的步骤之后, 所述方法还包括:
所述目标 BSS把执行结果传递给所述源 MSC和所述目标 MSC。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的实现方法, 其中, 所述执行结果包括切换完成消 息, 所述切换完成消息中携带有本地交换成功指示。
10、 如权利要求 8所述的实现方法, 其中, 所述目标 BSS执行所述本地 交换的步骤之后, 所述方法还包括:
所述源 MSC收到所述执行结果后,如果所述本地交换成功, 则释放与所 述源 BSS间的电路; 以及
所述目标 MSC收到所述执行结果后,如果所述本地交换成功, 则释放与 所述目标 BSS间的电路。
11、 一种本地呼叫本地交换的实现系统,其包括移动交换中心 MSC和基 站系统 BSS, 其中, 所述 MSC包括 MSC请求模块和 MSC处理模块, 所述 BSS包括 BSS请求模块和 BSS处理模块,
所述 MSC请求模块设置为:
接收源 BSS发送的切换要求消息;
根据所述切换要求消息选择目标 MSC; 以及
把关联呼叫的本地参考传递给目标 MSC;
所述 MSC处理模块设置为:
将源 MSC传递的关联呼叫的本地参考传递给目标 BSS; 以及 判断切换用户的对端用户是否满足本地交换条件;
所述 BSS请求模块设置为:
向所述源 MSC发送切换要求消息;
所述 BSS处理模块设置为:
接收所述目标 MSC所传递的关联呼叫的本地参考; 以及 判断是否可以触发本地交换, 并在判断为可以触发本地交换时, 执 行所述本地交换, 将两端用户环路至本 BSS的语音承载连接。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的系统, 其中, 所述 MSC请求模块在切换用户 满足本地交换条件时才传递所述本地参考, 其中,
所述用户满足本地交换条件指所述用户当前没有存在与其它用户正在通 信的会话, 符合运营商本地交换用户管理策略。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的系统, 其中, 所述本地参考是指呼叫建立过程 中由源 MSC分配的本地参考, 不同呼叫所分配的本地参考不同,
所述 MSC请求模块还设置为在呼叫建立过程中获取并保存所述本地参 考。
14、 如权利要求 13所述的系统, 其中, 所述 BSS处理模块还设置为: 根据所述本地参考在本 BSS的数据区中, 或者在相应的数据表中查找是 否有相同的本地参考;
当有相同的本地参考时, 则判断为可以触发所述本地交换。
15、 如权利要求 11所述的系统, 其中, 所述 BSS处理模块还设置为接 收用户发送的切换完成消息。
16、 如权利要求 11所述的系统, 其中, 所述 BSS处理模块还设置为: 完成所述本地交换后, 向源 MSC和目标 MSC传递执行结果; 其中,
所述执行结果包括携带有本地交换成功指示的切换完成消息。
17、 如权利要求 16所述的系统, 其中,
所述 MSC请求模块还设置为: 收到所述执行结果后,释放与所述源 BSS 间的电路;
所述 MSC 处理模块还设置为: 收到所述执行结果后, 释放与所述目标 BSS间的电路。
