本发明实施例中, 电器设备以电视机为例进行说明, 具体应用本发明提供的技术方 案时, 其他的电器设备也可以适用本发明提供的技术方案, 其实现原理基本相同, 此不 赘述。
本发明中, 将电视机多级菜单描述为菜单目录树, 菜单中的各个可操作选项描述为 菜单目录树下的节点, 本发明提供的电视机菜单中, 各级菜单中的各个可操作选项除了 显示该选项对应的功能之外, 同时还通过图标显示与该选项对应的键输入单元的按键, 指示用户通过该按键可以控制电视机执行该选项对应的功能。这些图标可以是不同形状 的按键图标, 如正方形按键、 圆形按键、 椭圆形按键、 三角形按键、 菱形按键等, 或者 是添加了不同图案的按键图标, 如网紋图案、 蜂巢图案、 锯齿形图案、 网格图案、 砖块 图案, 当然也可以是形状和图案的结合。
本发明实施例提供的电视机菜单结构示意图如图 1所示,图 1 中的菜单共包括 4个 层级, 第一层是 "菜单" 目录, 相当于第一层节点, "菜单', 目录下具有 5个可操作选 项 (第二层), 分别是 "图片"、 "音乐"、 "电影"、 "游戏" 和 "卡拉 ok" , 相当于第二 层节点。 其中, 在菜单目录树中, "图片"、 "音乐"、 "电影"、 "游戏" 和 "卡拉 ok" 这 5个选项下各自具有不同的可操作选项 (第三层), 即第三层节点, 如, "电影" 这个选 项下就有 "电影 1 "、 "电影 2"、 ..., "电影 n" 若干个可操作选项, 相当于第三层节点, 每一个电影选项下有 "播放"、 "暂停"、 "暂停"和 "删除"这几个可操作选项(第四层), 当然, 还可以有更多的可操作选项, 如重命名等, 相当于第四层节点。 具体应用本发明 提供的技术方案时, 如图 1 所示的菜单可以与本发明实施例所迷的弹出式菜单同时显 示, 也可以不显示, 而是仅仅显示本发明实施例所述的弹出式菜单。
本发明中, 键输入单元用来供用户输入对电视机的控制指令, 具体应用本发明提供 的技术方案时, 键输入单元可以是电视机遥控器, 也可以是电视机按键板, 如下的说明 中以电视机遥控器为例进行说明。
本发明实施例中, 当用户触发遥控器上的 "菜单" 按键时, 遥控器发射相应的遥控 信号, 电视机接收该遥控信号后对其进行解析, >据解析结果可以判断当前的遥控指令 是要调用电视机菜单, 此时电视机将查找 "菜单" 节点下具有多少个可供用户操作的可 搡作选项, 如上所述, 一共是 5个可操作选项, 分别是 "图片"、 "音乐"、 "电影"、 "游 戏" 和 "卡拉 ok", 系统将据此生成如图 2所示的弹出式菜单显示, 该弹出式菜单中, 除了通过文字显示各个可操作选项的名称之外,还同时显示了各个可操作选项对应的按 键图标, 这些按键图标包括各个可操作选项对应的按键的形状和图案, 如正方形按键 201 (与 "图片" 选项对应)、 三角形按键 202 (与 "音乐" 选项对应)、 圆形按键 203 (与 "电影" 选项对应)、 菱形按键 204 (与 "游戏" 选项对应)和椭圆形按键 205 (与 "卡拉 OK" 选项对应)。 此外, 正方形按键 201上具有网纹图案, 三角形按键 202上 具有蜂巢图案 > 圆形按键 203上具有锯齿形图案, 菱形按键 204上具有网格图案, 椭 圆形按键 205上具有砖块图案。
这些按键图标与电视机遥控器上的按键对应,如图 2所示弹出式菜单中的按键图标 用来指示用户通过遥控器上对应的按键控制电视机执行相应的操作,如通过触发遥控器 上的正方形按键, 可以控制电视机打开图片, 通过触发遥控器上的三角形按键, 可以控 制电视机执行音乐功能等等。
当用户希望控制电视机执行 "电影" 功能时, 可以触发遥控器上的圓形按键, 当用 户触发遥控器上的圆形按键时, 遥控器将发射相应的遥控信号到电视机, 电视机接收该 遥控信号后对其进行解析,根据解析结果可以判断遥控当前的遥控指令是要启动 "电影" 功能, 此时电视机将查找 "电影" 节点下具有多少个可供用户操作的可操作选项, 如图 1所示, 一共有 n个可供用户选择的电影 (为描述方便, 以 n为 5来进行说明), 系统 将据此生成弹出式菜单显示,该弹出式菜单中,除了通过文字显示各个可操作选项之外, 还同时显示了各个可操作选项对应的按键图标, 这些按键图标包括各个可操作选项对应 的按键的形状和图案, 如正方形按键 301 (与电影 1对应;)、 三角形按键 302 (与电影 2 对应 )、 圆形按键 303 (与电影 3对应)、 菱形按键 304 (与电影 4对应)和椭圆形按键 305 (与电影 5对应)。 该菜单中的按键图标用来指示用户通过遥控器上对应的按键控制电视机执行相应 的操作, 如通过触发遥控器上的正方形按键, 可以控制电视打开电影 1 , 通过触发遥控 器上的三角形按键, 可以控制电视机打开电影 2等等。
当用户希望控制电视机打开电影 3时, 可以触发遥控器上的圓形按键, 同理, 当用 户触发遥控器上的圆形按键时, 遥控器将发射相应的遥控信号到电视机, 电视机接收该 遥控信号后对其进行解析, 根据解析结杲可以判断遥控当前的遥控指令是要打开 "电影 3" , 此时电视机将查找 "电影 3" 目录下具有多少个可供用户操作的可操作选项, 如图 1所示, 一共有 4个可供用户选择的操作类型: "播放"、 "暂停"、 "暂停" 和 "删除"。 系统将据此生成弹出式菜单显示, 该弹出式菜单中, 除了通过文字显示各个可操作选项 之外, 还同时显示了各个可操作选项对应的按键图标, 这些按键图标包括各个可操作选 项对应的按键的形状和图案, 如正方形按键 401 (与 "播放" 选项对应)、 三角形按键 402 (与 "暂停"选项对应)、 圆形按键 403 (与 "停止"选项对应)和菱形按键 404 (与 "删除" 选项对应)。 假设用户需要播放电影 3, 则不再需要移动光标选中 "播放" 选 项, 而是可以直接触发遥控器上的正方形按键, 遥控器将发射控制信号, 电视机接收该 控制信号后进行解析, 解析出该控制信号对应的控制指令, 然后查找该控制指令对应的 可操作选项, 因为该控制指令没有对应的可操作选项,也就是说,没有更下一级的菜单, 此时, 系统可直接执行该控制指令对应的功能。
参考图 3, 图 3为本发明实施例提供的电视机系统示意图, 包括遥控器和电视机, 其中电视机包括显示单元和按键板等, 其中的遥控器和按键板为系统的键输入单元。
参考图 4, 图 4是本发明实施例提供的遥控器按键布局示意图, 作为本发明的键输 入单元的一个实施例 ,遥控器上的一些按键具有特定的形状和 /或图案(也可以采用不同 的颜色标识), 与上述的电视机菜单中各个可操作选项的按键图标对应, 如正方形按键、 圆形按键、 椭圆形按键、 三角形按键、 菱形按键等, 如正方形按键上具有网纹图案, 三 角形按键上具有蜂巢图案, 圆形按键上具有锯齿形图案, 菱形按键上具有网格图案, 椭 圆形按键上具有砖块图案等。
本发明实施例提供的电视机原理框图如图 5所示, 包括遥控信号接收单元、 控制单 元、 菜单生成单元、 存储单元和显示单元。
其中, 存储单元与菜单生成单元和控制单元相连, 用来存储与遥控指令对应的可操 作选项,以及与可操作选项对应的按键图标,这些按键图标同时与遥控器上的按键对应, 供菜单生成单元调用; 当然, 上述的遥控指令是对应多个可操作选项的遥控指令, 因为 遥控指令对应的可操作选项为两个或者两个以上时, 用户需要从中选择一个; 如果某一 个遥控指令没有对应的可操作选项,不需要用户选择,则系统可以直接执行该遥控指令; 遥控信号接收单元与控制单元相连, 用来接收用户通过遥控器输入的遥控信号, 将 接收的遥控信号传输到控制单元;
控制单元与菜单生成单元相连, 用来对接收的遥控信号进行解析, 解析出遥控信号 对应的控制指令, 从存储单元中查找该控制指令对应的可操作选项 , 将查找结果传输到 菜单生成单元;
菜单生成单元与显示单元相连, 用来根据控制单元传输的可操作选项, 从存储单元 中调用可操作选项对应的图标和菜单数据, 生成菜单送显示单元;
显示单元用来显示菜单, 该菜单中包括可操作选项的名称及其对应的按键图标, 这 些按键图标与遥控器上的按键对应。
具体来说, 存储单元中存储的信息有如下的对应关系: 遥控指令与可搡作选项的对 应关系、可操作选项与按键图标的对应关系以及按键图标与电视机遥控器按键的对应关 系。
如电视机接收的控制指令为 "调用菜单", 则该遥控指令与如下的可操作选项对应:
"图片"、 "音乐"、 "电影"、 "游戏" 和 "卡拉 ok"; 按键图标与可操作选项之间的对应 关系如下: 正方形按键 201 图标与 "图片" 选项对应、 三角形按键 202图标与 "音乐" 选项对应、 圆形按键 203图标与 "电影" 选项对应、 菱形按键 204图标与 "游戏" 选 项对应、 椭圆形按键图标 205与 "卡拉 OK" 选项对应; 按键图标与电视机遥控器上按 键的对应关系如下: 正方形按键 201图标对应遥控器上的正方形按键、 三角形按键 202 图标对应遥控器上的三角形图标、 菱形按键 204图标与遥控器上菱形按键对应、椭圆形 按键图标 205与遥控器上椭圆形按键对应。
当如图 5所示的电视机运行时, 用户可首先触发遥控器上的 "菜单"按键, 遥控器 发射相应的遥控信号到电视机, 电视机的遥控信号接收单元接收后传输到控制单元, 控 制单元进行解析, 解析出对应的控制指令为 "调用菜单", 则控制单元从存储单元中查 找该 "调用菜单"控制指令所对应的可操作选项, 查找到对应的可操作选项为 "图片"、
"音乐"、 "电影"、 "游戏" 和 "卡拉 ok" , 将这些可操作选项信息传输到菜单生成单元, 菜单生成单元再从存储单元中查找这些可操作选项对应的按键图标, 查找到正方形按键 201 图标与 "图片" 选项对应、 三角形按键 202 图标与 "音乐" 选项对应、 圆形按键 203图标与 "电影" 选项对应、 菱形按键 204图标与 "游戏" 选项对应、 椭圆形按键图 标 205与 "卡拉 OK" 选项对应; 菜单生成单元根据查找结果从存储单元中调用按键图 标, 生成弹出式菜单, 将生成的菜单数据送显示单元显示, 显示单元显示如图 2所示的 弹出式菜单。
当用户输入的控制指令为其他的控制指令时, 电视机根据上述的原理运行, 生成与 控制指令对应的弹出式菜单显示,该弹出式菜单中的按键图标指示用户触发遥控器上对 应的按键即可控制电视机执行该按键图标对应选项的功能。
当上述的弹出式菜单显示在电视机显示屏上后, 用户可以通过触发该弹出式菜单中 的某一个按键图标对应的按键, 如圆形按键 203 图标对应的按键为遥控器上的圆形按 键, 当用户需要启动 "电影" 选项对应的功能时, 可以触发遥控器上的圓形按键, 该圆 形按键被触发后, 遥控器将发送遥控信号到电视机, 电视机通过对该遥控信号的解析得 到控制指令, 查找该控制指令对应的可操作选项包括 "电影 1 "、 "电影 2"、 "电影 3"、 "电影 4" 和 "电影 5" , 然后调用这些可操作选项对应的按键图标显示, 依此类推, 直 至用户完成对电视机的操作。 如果查找到控制指令没有对应的可操作选项, 则直接执行 该控制指令对应的功能。
本发明实施例提供的电视机运行流程图如图 6所示, 包括如下步驟:
1、 接收遥控信号, 对遥控信号进行解析, 解析出遥控信号对应的遥控指令;
2、 查找遥控指令对应的可操作选项, 查找可操作选项对应的图标;
3、 才艮据所查找的图标生成菜单, 该菜单中包括与可操作选项对应的图标;
4、 显示所生成的菜单, 该菜单中包括与可操作选项对应的图标;
5、 用户触发遥控器上与图标对应的按键? 如果是, 转步骤 1 , 否则结束流程。 本发明实施例中, 与电视机配套的遥控器与现有的遥控器存在不同, 遥控器的按键 布局如图 4 所示, 遥控器上的一些按键具有特定的形状和 /或图案, 与上述的电视机菜 单中的各个选项图标对应,这些具有特定形状和 /或图案的按键可以复用遥控器现有的功 能按键, 也可以是增设的按键, 当用户需要控制电视机执行显示屏幕上显示的菜单中多 个可操作选项中某一个时, 不需要通过移动光标选中该选项, 可以直接触发遥控器上与 该选项图标对应的按键。
本发明实施例中, 键输入单元以遥控器为例进行说明, 其他的键输入单元, 如电视 机的按键板, 同样也可以与本发明实施例所提供的电视机配套, 实现本发明提供的技术 方案, 其实现原理与遥控器的实现原理类型, 本领域的普通技术人员无需经过创造性的 劳动即可实现, 此不赘述。 以下是本发明根据图标的指示直接执行菜单中的可操作选项所耗费的时间与现有 技术中利用方向键逐个选择菜单中的选项所耗费的时间的实验统计数据表, 该实验是针 对菜单目录树中第三层节点的选项来进行的。

高(%) 45.1 39.6 37.6 24.8 17.9 12.6 本发明提供的技术方案中,将控制指令对应的可操作选项及其对应的按键图标显示 在屏幕上, 当用户需要执行某一个可操作选项的功能时, 可以根据该可操作选项对应的 按键图标直接触发遥控器上相应的按键, 因而不需要在菜单中移动光标, 选择需要执行 的可操作选项, 大大減少用户操作菜单的步骤, 当菜单的可操作选项数有 6个时, 用户 通过本发明提供的技术方案执行第 1 - 6 个选项的效率分别提高了 12.6 %、 17.9 %、 24.8、 37.6 %、 39.6 %、 45.1 %。 作为上述实验对象的菜单的选项只有 6个, 从这些实 验数据可以看出, 当菜单的选项数越多时, 本发明节省的时间越多, 提高的效率越大。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并不用以限制本发明, 凡在本发明的精神 和原则之内所作的任何修改、 等同替换和改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权利 要求
1、 一种执行菜单中可操作选项的方法, 所述的方法包括: a、 接收控制指令, 查找所述控制指令对应的可操作选项; b、 调用所述可操作选项对应的按键图标, 根据所述可操作选项对应的按键图标生 成菜单显示, 所述的菜单包括所迷可操作选项名称及其对应的按键图标, 所述按键图标 与键输入单元上的按键对应。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述键输入单元上的按键为特定形 状的按键, 所述按键图标为所述特定形状按键的图形。
3、 根据权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述键输入单元上的按键为附加有 特定图案和 /或颜色的按键,所述按键图标为所述附加有特定图案和 /或颜色按键的图形。
4、 根据权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述键输入单元为电器设备的遥控 器或者控制面板。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 其中步驟 b之后还包括: c、 接收所述键输入单元上的按键被触发后发送的控制指令, 执行与该被触发按键 对应的可操作选项。
6、 一种采用权利要求 1 所述方法的电器设备, 其特征在于, 所述的电器设备包括 控制单元、 菜单生成单元、 存储单元和显示单元, 其中: 所述控制单元用来查找控制指令对应的可操作选项,将查找结果传输到所述菜单生 成单元; 所述菜单生成单元用来根据所述控制单元的查找结果, 从所述存储单元中调用所述 可操作选项对应的按键图标, 生成菜单送所述显示单元; 所述显示单元用来显示所述菜单, 所述菜单包括所述可操作选项及其对应的按键图 标, 所述按键图标与键输入单元上的按键对应; 所述存储单元用来存储与所述遥控指令对应的可操作选项,以及与所述可操作选项 对应的按键图标。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的电器设备, 其特征在于, 所述的电器设备为电视机。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的电器设备, 其特征在于, 所述的键输入单元上的按键为 增设的按键或者复用的现有按键。
9、 根据权利要求 6所述的电器设备, 其特征在于, 所述的控制单元还用来接收所 述键输入单元上的按键被触发后发送的控制指令,执行与该被触发按键对应的可操作选 项。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的电器设备, 其特征在于, 所述键输入单元为电器设备的 遥控器或者控制面板。
