Abstract

La présente invention porte sur l'utilisation d'un stéroïde en combinaison avec un antioxydant ou un inhibiteur de signalisation par forkhead, en particulier pour le traitement, l'amélioration ou la prévention d'une dégénérescence tissulaire et/ou d'une douleur et/ou d'une inflammation et/ou pour faciliter la réparation d'un tissu. L'invention porte également sur une composition comportant un stéroïde et un antioxydant ou un inhibiteur de signalisation par forkhead.
