缠绕绣送料装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种电脑绣花机,尤其涉及一种可实现绣绳输送的缠绕绣送料装置。 本发明基于申请日为2009年3月27日申请号为200920116562.7的中国实用新型专利申请、申请日为2009年4月14日申请号为200920118210.5的中国实用新型专利申请以及申请日为2009年4月14日申请号为200910097745.3的中国实用新型专利申请 ,这三个专利申请的内容作为参考引入到本文。
背景技术
缠绕绣电脑绣花机是一种用来绣制绳、带的设备,通常是在普通平绣机的基础上,通过增设缠绕绣输绳装置,使其具有缠绕绣刺绣功能。普通缠绕绣送料装置是一个独立的机头,包括独立的刺绣机构与输绳机构,在与平绣等混合机型中,需与平绣机头间隔安装,因而安装空间较大,而且一般需与平绣机头共用一套传动系统。由于传动轴安装上的原因,需要对普通平绣机头结构作较大的改造,于是导致零部件的通用性降低,也不能对原有只具有平绣功能的电脑绣花机进行缠绕绣功能增设。而由本单位浙江冠军机电科技有限公司于2009年2月25日提出的名称为“缠绕绣送料装置”、申请号为“2009201145271”的实用新型专利申请,该申请公开了一种只需在平绣机头一侧安装即可实现缠绕刺绣功能的送料装置。该装置主要包括输绳机构、带有步进电机的驱动机构,使绣绳导向的导向机构,输绳机构包括输绳轮,输绳轮包括输绳轮本体,输绳轮本体中间设有绣针孔,绣针孔周边设有若干个输绳孔,输绳轮本体外周设有若干个内径尺寸与输绳孔相适配的导绳孔,输绳轮外周还设有同步轮齿,具有输送速度快、输送精度高、操作方便等优点。但由于使绣绳导向的导向机构无法识别并控制绣绳的松紧,如绣绳太紧,在绣制过程中容易产生拉面线现象,尤其是在补绣过程中无法收回多余的绣绳,从而影响补绣的顺利完成。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种可自动调节绣绳长度、操作方便、使用效果好的缠绕绣送料装置。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种缠绕绣送料装置,包括输绳机构、使输绳机构工作的驱动机构、绣绳张紧机构、收放绳监测机构和收放绳机构,绣绳张紧机构包括一端与电机座上的销轴活动连接的摆杆,摆杆的另一端设有导轮,摆杆靠近销轴处设有复位弹簧,复位弹簧的另一端固定在电机座上;收放绳监测机构包括收绳光藕组件、放绳光藕组件和设置于销轴一侧的编码盘,编码盘上沿径向设有用于透光的罅缝区域,收绳光藕组件和放绳光藕组件设置在电机座上、分别与编码盘上的罅缝区域相对应并与电脑控制系统相连接;收放绳机构包括收放绳电机、设置在收放绳电机输出轴端的输绳主动轮以及在输绳主动轮一侧的输绳被动轮。
本发明采用了绣绳张紧机构、收放绳监测机构及收放绳机构相结合,使绣绳的松紧通过绣绳张紧机构传递到收放绳监测机构,收放绳监测机构的光藕组件将信息传输给电脑,电脑对松紧程度进行自动识别,并通过电脑程序控制收放绳机构进行收绳或放绳动作,从而避免绣制过程中拉面线现象的发生,并在补绣过程中及时回收绣绳,从而保证绣品质量。
进一步地,本发明缠绕绣送料装置还包括设置在绣绳输出端的夹绳机构,夹绳机构包括夹绳螺杆,夹绳螺杆前端部依次设有止位螺母、夹绳片、弹簧与调节螺帽。夹绳机构的设置可以避免绣绳在固定初始状态时发生收绳误动作,从而使操作更为方便。
进一步地,在输绳被动轮一侧两端分别设有导向滑块,导向滑块一侧设有张紧弹簧,张紧弹簧另一端设有调节螺栓。可通过调节螺栓来调节绣绳与输绳主动轮和输绳被动轮的磨擦力,有利实现收绳或放绳。
进一步地,本发明缠绕绣送料装置还包括设置于收放绳机构上方的线筒固定机构,线筒固定机构包括设置于线筒中间的线筒固定销轴,线筒固定销轴前端部设有线筒锁销与卡销,线筒锁销上设有槽口,卡销卡在线筒锁销的槽口内。当需更换线筒时,只需拉动线筒锁销至水平位置,可以方便地将线筒从线筒固定销轴上取下。
更进一步地,线筒固定销轴后端部设有档圈,档圈内设有线筒张紧弹簧。这样可以使线筒固定良好,从而提高绣绳输送的稳定性。

下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的描述。
参见图1,本发明包括输绳机构1、驱动机构2、绣绳张紧机构3、收放绳监测机构4、收放绳机构5、设置于收放绳机构5上方的线筒固定机构6以及设置于绣绳输出端的夹绳机构7。
参见图2,绣绳张紧机构3包括一端与销轴30活动连接的摆杆31,摆杆31靠近销轴30处设有复位弹簧32,复位弹簧32另一端固定在电机座33上,摆杆31的另一端设有导轮34。
参见图3,收放绳监测机构4包括设置于销轴30一侧的编码盘40,编码盘40上沿径向设有用于透光的罅缝区域(图中未示出),编码盘40边缘设有收绳光藕组件41和放绳光藕组件42,收绳光藕组件41和放绳光藕组件42分别与编码盘40上的罅缝区域相对应,收绳光藕组件41和放绳光藕组件42与电脑控制系统相连接。由于编码盘40与摆杆31为同轴,当摆杆31转动时,可带动编码盘40回转,使绣绳的张紧传递到编码盘40上,绣绳过紧或过松可使编码盘40上的罅缝区域偏离收绳光藕组件41或放绳光藕组件42,从而给电脑控制系统发出相应的放绳或收绳信号。
参见图4,收放绳机构5包括收放绳电机50,收放绳电机50输出轴端设有输绳主动轮51,输绳主动轮51一侧设有输绳被动轮52,输绳被动轮52可绕中心轴53回转,输绳主动轮51与输绳被动轮52可为橡胶轮,绣绳穿过输绳主动轮51与输绳被动轮52中间。输绳被动轮52一侧两端分别设有导向滑块54,导向滑块54一侧设有张紧弹簧55,张紧弹簧55另一端设有调节螺栓56,这样可以调节绣绳与输绳主动轮51和输绳被动轮52的磨擦力,有利实现收绳或放绳。当收放绳电机50接收到收绳或放绳的信号后,进行正向或反向旋转,从而实现收绳或放绳功能。
参见图5,线筒固定机构6包括设置于线筒61中间的线筒固定销轴60,线筒固定销轴60前端部设有线筒锁销62与卡销63,线筒锁销62上设有槽口64,卡销63卡在线筒锁销62的槽口64内。当需更换线筒61时,只需拉动线筒锁销62至水平位置,由于线筒锁销62的宽度尺寸小于线筒61中心孔尺寸,因而可以方便将线筒61从线筒固定销轴60上取下。同时在线筒固定销轴60后端部设有线筒档圈65,线筒档圈65内设有线筒张紧弹簧66,这样可以使线筒固定良好,从而提高绣绳输送的稳定性。
参见图6,夹绳机构7包括夹绳螺杆70,夹绳螺杆70前端部依次设有止位螺母71、夹绳片72、弹簧73与调节螺帽74。当绣绳端部被卡入夹绳片72中间时,使夹绳片72与收放绳机构5之间的绣绳为收紧状态,由于收放绳监测机构4监测到绣绳的状态也为收紧状态,因而可以避免收放绳机构5产生收绳的误动作。

Claims (1)

1、一种缠绕绣送料装置,包括输绳机构和使输绳机构工作的驱动机构,其特征在于,还包括:
绣绳张紧机构,其包括一端与电机座上的销轴活动连接的摆杆,摆杆的另一端设有导轮,所述摆杆靠近销轴处设有复位弹簧,所述复位弹簧的另一端固定在电机座上;
收放绳监测机构,其包括收绳光藕组件、放绳光藕组件和设置于销轴一侧的编码盘,所述编码盘上沿径向设有用于透光的罅缝区域,所述收绳光藕组件和放绳光藕组件设置在电机座上、分别与编码盘上的罅缝区域相对应并与电脑控制系统相连接;
收放绳机构,其包括收放绳电机、设置在收放绳电机输出轴端的输绳主动轮以及在输绳主动轮一侧的输绳被动轮。
2、根据权利要求1所述的缠绕绣送料装置,其特征在于,所述缠绕绣送料装置还包括设置于绣绳输出端的夹绳机构,所述夹绳机构包括夹绳螺杆,所述夹绳螺杆前端部依次设有止位螺母、夹绳片、弹簧与调节螺帽。
3、根据权利要求1所述的缠绕绣送料装置,其特征在于,所述输绳被动轮一侧两端分别设有导向滑块,所述导向滑块一侧设有张紧弹簧,所述张紧弹簧另一端设有调节螺栓。
4、根据权利要求1所述的缠绕绣送料装置,其特征在于,所述缠绕绣送料装置还包括设置在收放绳机构上方的线筒固定机构,所述线筒固定机构包括设置于线筒中间的线筒固定销轴,所述线筒固定销轴前端部设有线筒锁销与卡销,所述线筒锁销上设有槽口,所述卡销卡在线筒锁销的槽口内。
5、根据权利要求4所述的缠绕绣送料装置,其特征在于,所述线筒固定销轴后端部设有档圈,所述档圈内设有线筒张紧弹簧。
