- 音声データのヘッダ圧縮を行い、ヘッダ圧縮の頻度が異なる複数の動作モードを有する通信システムにおける受信装置において、
前記ヘッダ圧縮を行う送信装置から送信される音声データを受信する受信手段と、
前記受信手段によって受信される音声データの通話状態を判定する判定手段と、
前記判定手段の判定結果に応じて前記動作モードを切り替える制御手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする受信装置。 - 前記判定手段は、前記受信手段によって受信された音声データを格納する受信バッファの滞留データ量に基づいて前記通話状態を判定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の受信装置。

- 前記制御手段は、前記判定手段によって有音と判定された場合は、前記複数の動作モードのうちの前記ヘッダ圧縮の頻度が低い動作モードへ切り替え、前記判定手段によって無音と判定された場合は、前記複数の動作モードのうちの前記ヘッダ圧縮の頻度が高い動作モードへ切り替えることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の受信装置。
- 前記判定手段は、前記受信バッファの滞留データ量が所定期間以上において前記閾値より大きい場合に前記通話状態を有音と判定することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の受信装置。
- 前記判定手段は、前記受信バッファの滞留データ量が所定期間以上において前記閾値以下の場合に前記通話状態を無音と判定することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の受信装置。
- 前記判定手段は、前記判定結果をメモリに書き込む演算手段であり、
前記制御手段は、前記判定手段によってメモリに書き込まれた判定結果を読み出し、読み出した判定結果に応じて前記動作モードを切り替える演算手段であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の受信装置。 - 音声データのヘッダ圧縮を行い、ヘッダ圧縮の頻度が異なる複数の動作モードを有する通信システムにおける送信装置において、
音声データのヘッダ圧縮を行う圧縮手段と、
前記圧縮手段によってヘッダ圧縮された音声データを送信する送信手段と、
前記送信手段によって送信される音声データの通話状態を判定する判定手段と、
前記判定手段の判定結果に応じて前記動作モードを切り替える制御手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする送信装置。 - 前記圧縮手段は、ヘッダ圧縮を行った音声データをメモリに書き込む演算手段であり、
前記送信手段は、前記圧縮手段によってメモリに書き込まれた音声データを読み出し、読み出した音声データを送信し、
前記判定手段は、前記判定結果をメモリに書き込む演算手段であり、
前記制御手段は、前記判定手段によってメモリに書き込まれた判定結果を読み出し、読み出した判定結果に応じて前記動作モードを切り替える演算手段であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の送信装置。 - 音声データのヘッダ圧縮を行い、ヘッダ圧縮の頻度が異なる複数の動作モードを有する通信システムにおける受信方法において、
前記ヘッダ圧縮を行う送信装置から送信される音声データを受信する受信工程と、
前記受信工程によって受信される音声データの通話状態を判定する判定工程と、
前記判定工程の判定結果に応じて前記動作モードを切り替える制御工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする受信方法。 - 音声データのヘッダ圧縮を行い、ヘッダ圧縮の頻度が異なる複数の動作モードを有する通信システムにおける送信方法において、
音声データのヘッダ圧縮を行う圧縮工程と、
前記圧縮工程によってヘッダ圧縮された音声データを送信する送信工程と、
前記送信工程によって送信される音声データの通話状態を判定する判定工程と、
前記判定工程の判定結果に応じて前記動作モードを切り替える制御工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする送信方法。 - 音声データのヘッダ圧縮を行い、ヘッダ圧縮の頻度が異なる複数の動作モードを有する通信システムにおいて、
音声データのヘッダ圧縮を行う圧縮手段と、
前記圧縮手段によってヘッダ圧縮された音声データを送信する送信手段と、
前記送信手段によって送信された音声データを受信する受信手段と、
前記受信手段によって受信される音声データの通話状態を判定する判定手段と、
前記判定手段の判定結果に応じて前記動作モードを切り替える制御手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする通信システム。 - 音声データのヘッダ圧縮を行い、ヘッダ圧縮の頻度が異なる複数の動作モードを有する通信システムの通信方法において、
音声データのヘッダ圧縮を行う圧縮工程と、
前記圧縮工程によってヘッダ圧縮された音声データを送信する送信工程と、
前記送信工程によって送信された音声データを受信する受信工程と、
前記受信工程によって受信される音声データの通話状態を判定する判定工程と、
前記判定工程の判定結果に応じて前記動作モードを切り替える制御工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする通信方法。
