Definitions
- Garment connector with soft material layer, manufacturing method thereof and ring eye belt garment connector
- the present invention relates to a method and technique for a garment connector with a layer of soft material that achieves attachment of a layer of soft material that isolates the rough surface to the major faces of the garment connector and the edges of the perimeter of the major face. .
- the garments are joined by fittings, so the garment typically contains connectors, support structures, and supported components that are treated in a special manner that is structured to maintain integrity throughout the garment.
- the integrity of the garment is evaluated by adequate support, adequate stability, and the configuration of the distributed pleats and their supporting structures.
- the supporting structure of the garment needs to withstand a lot of power, so it must be sewn with certain sewing means to compensate for the garments that support it.
- the strength of the supported member is insufficient in terms of strength.
- the construction of the supported structure requires firm sewing, bolt support, tight corners, or other structures on the garment. These other structures may be sharp, protruding, rough, ugly or very uncomfortable. Therefore, there is an urgent need for a complementary structure to effectively reduce this sharp, prominent, rough, ugly or very uncomfortable effect.
- the technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to overcome the deficiencies of the prior art and to provide a method and technique for isolating a rough surface on a garment connector with a soft layer.
- the present invention contemplates a garment connector with a layer of soft material, the structure comprising:
- At least one garment connector comprising a first side and a second side provided with a connecting structure, a pair of oppositely disposed side and bottom rims;
- the garment connector is an eyelet belt member and is rectangular, the soft material layer being rectangular and connected to the three edgings of the eyelet belt member.
- One end of the garment connector is provided with a connecting material for connecting other garment structures.
- the layer of soft material is sewn on the first side of the garment connector; or ultrasonically welded to the first side of the garment connector; or first by fusion welding at the garment connector On the side.
- a cavity space is formed between the layer of soft material and the garment connector.
- the present invention also contemplates another eye-loop belt garment connector with a layer of soft material, the structure comprising:
- a garment connector having a connecting material, the garment connector having a first side supporting at least one eye for engaging a complementary hook member, and a second side;
- the joining material includes a second central strength layer, the first surface and the second surface of the second central strength layer being surrounded by a softer surface layer.
- the second central strength layer is for securing the at least one eye to the joining material and opposite the portion of the joining material to enable another garment structure to be added between the second central strength layer and the joining material.
- the present invention also provides a method of fabricating the above-described garment connector with a layer of soft material, comprising the steps of:
- the connector component is rectangular, and the soft and rough layer of soft material is rectangular and connected to the three sides of the connector component.
- the soft, rough layer of soft material is sewn to the first side of the at least one connector component.
- the soft, rough layer of soft material is ultrasonically welded to the first side of the at least one connector component.
- the soft, rough layer of soft material is welded to the first side of the at least one connector component by fusion.
- the garment connector of the present invention can be made of a material that is stretchable, and the garment connector can be manufactured by any conventional method, and most conventional manufacturing methods require considerable sewing, gluing, and Welding and other methods to ensure that the components have the specified shape and connector characteristics.
- a soft, planar material i.e., a layer of soft material, is then placed in place to cover the connector or over the non-seal side of the other structure.
- the layer of soft material is mounted around the periphery of the garment connector, and a small portion of the layer of soft material is not attached to the garment connector, sufficient to allow the garment connector to flip over like a cavity.
- the soft planar material can be mounted at the outermost edge of the connector component, and the garment connector manufactured in this manner is tilted inwardly with the soft planar material, and the softness is turned over after being turned over.
- the planar material can completely cover the outer edge of the garment connector along the length of the installation.
- the structure of the garment connector is mostly covered by the soft planar material, and the edges of the connector component are also covered by the soft planar material, effectively preventing the rough surface of the garment connector from directly contacting the human body.
- the garment connector of the present invention is a stretchable connector that is more suitable for use on undergarments, for example, having a plurality of metal ring connectors for adjusting the length that can be coupled to the metal hook connectors.
- Bra straps, bra straps can be manufactured in a variety of ways, such as sewing multiple metal loop connectors in multiple folded fabrics. The typical approach is to have a space between each fold, with two gold at each interval. Depending on the ring, ⁇ folding with a longer cloth will result in a larger width, and multiple sets of metal rings will be juxtaposed.
- a plurality of connectors can be obtained by separation techniques such as cutting, welding, and melting.
- the material is cut along the longitudinal direction to form a series of bra strap connectors.
- this cutting may be a double braided cut that will enclose multiple folded fabric components from the side, and each fabric fold will accommodate two or three evenly distributed metal loop snap members.
- a garment connector made according to the above method has a rough surface and a rough edge on a side opposite to the eye. This is due to the fact that the twins performing the double weave cutting operation also require heating, and the melting of certain materials will form sharp edges during processing. In addition, it may also result in rough edges along the opposite edge of the cutting operation. These defects can be repaired by replenishing or repairing before and after cutting, or by installing a layer of soft material. In some garment connector configurations, many other structures may also be left in advance for further processing. The other processing operations described may be performed before or after the cutting, or before or after the layer of soft material is installed.
- the present invention mounts a layer of soft material on the first side of the garment connector, at least a portion of which is not connected to the first side, forming a cavity structure, after all processing is completed, through the above and the first side
- the connected portion turns the garment connector from the inside out to form a garment connector for the connection operation.
- the material of the layer of soft material is preferably stretchable because it will be mounted inwardly on the outer edge of the garment connector and the width between the two mounting points of the soft layer should be sufficiently stretchable. The width should cover the outer edge of the garment connector and the entire second side. After flipping the layer of soft material, the garment connector becomes a bra strap connector or eyelet connector.
- the soft material layer can be mounted on the garment connector by welding, sewing, and zigzag sewing.
- the degree of sewing depends on the ability of the cavity to be turned over by this sewing method.
- the "inside-out" type of flip-up forms a cavity-like structure that allows the layer of soft material to cover the side opposite the entry face and to cover the edge of the soft material layer or the edge of the mounting line.
- the layer of soft material will rest on the wearer's body or on the undergarment, while the snap ring or eye will not directly face the wearer's body, raised or The hook-type connector will extend across the bite ring and directly face the wearer.
- such connectors generally have a vertical or longitudinally extending region that is fixed away from the wearer's body by the bra straps that are placed against the present invention. Avoid contact with the wearer's body on the connector.
- the garment connector is a bra strap connector
- the resulting product is at least a complete hook component that is also used in many garment configurations, including bra strap connectors, of course.
- the garment connector of the present invention selects either a double braided cut or a stamped cut in the manufacture of the crucible, depending on the material selected. There is no limitation on the type of raw material used, and a woven material of a woven type can also be used.
- the ring-shaped structure is formed by a series of sewing layers, in the case where a layer of a soft material is used in the present invention, a soft, inner-outwardly turned fabric covering mold may be formed to form a ring-eye structure.
- the layer of soft material can be folded with other structures of the garment connector to stretch the layer of soft material as well as the twisted portions of other layers of textile material, for example, the eye layer with which it is mounted.
- FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of the garment connector of the present invention, the cross-sectional view of which may be a separate eyelet connector or a wide garment that can be cut into multiple garments.

- Fig. 1 shows a cross-sectional view of the eye-opening garment connector 21, the actual shape of which is planar, and the effect shown in Fig. 1 is not flat in order to facilitate the identification of the specific structures.
- the eyelet garment connector 21 can also have a variety of other configurations, and the invention is also applicable to other similar configurations.
- the eye-opening garment connector 2 1 includes a first central strength layer 23 on which a soft surface layer 25 is overlaid. Viewed from the side, a series of eyelets 27 are mounted on the eyelet belt garment connector 21 in the following manner: The lower portion of the eyelet 27 (the right hand position of the perspective view of Fig. 1) is covered by a layer of material to protect and cover it. Installation point.
- the leftmost eyelet 27 is mounted with the first cover, fastening layer 31 and includes a first member 33 that is capped on the eye 27 and one that extends under the next eye 27 Component 35.
- the cover and fastening layer 31 is positioned above the eyelet 27, and the eyelet 27 is sewn to the sides of the soft surface layer 25 and the first central strength layer 23 through the opening in the eyelet (not shown).
- the lengths of the first member 33 and the second member 35 are determined by covering the sewing points of the fastening layer 31 on the eyelet 27.
- sufficient lengths of the first member 33 and the second member 35 should be provided to ensure that the sewing operation is not performed near the edge and provide sufficient second The length of the member 35 is guaranteed to extend below the next eye 27 .
- the sewing structure is shown as pin 37 in the figure, and the stitch 37 will be cut off at the rough end 39.
- the rough end 39 is not necessarily a very pointed end.
- Chemical fiber sewing threads are particularly prone to the above problems because the chemical fiber sewing thread is stiffer and its loose ends protrude from the fabric of the sewing machine.
- the stitch 37 is not necessarily a stitch structure, and may be an object such as a pin or a solder. If the two materials can be melted by heat or melted by ultrasonic waves, they can be welded together rather than sewn.
- cover and fastening layer 31 assists the wearer in hooking the exposed portion of the left side of the eye 27 by a suitable hook (not shown) to avoid interference with the bottom or right structure of the eye 27 or Obstruction. In this way, it is easier to 'find' the hook of the second cover 35 of the first cover, fastening layer 31 if it is to be directly engaged with the eye 27 Or slide into the left opening of the eye 27, rather than any structure or stitch 37 on the right side of the eye 27. This configuration is particularly useful where the wearer cannot directly see the hook (not shown) and the eye 27 as well.
- the number of the eyelets 27 may be unlimited. In the present embodiment, the number of the eyelets 27 is three, but in practice, there may be less than three or more than three.
- An intermediate eye 27 is mounted with a second cover, fastening layer 41 and includes a first portion 43 overlying the eye 27 and a second portion 45 overlying the next eye 27.
- the second cover, fastening layer 41 is located above the intermediate eye 27, and the intermediate eye 27 is sewn together in the same manner as the leftmost eye 27 by an opening (not shown) in the eyelet. .
- the attachment of the seam is shown in the figure, and the stitch 47 is cut off at the rough end 49.
- the rightmost eye 27 has a different coverage and fastening layer.
- the rightmost eyelet 27 is mounted with a double-covered joining material comprising an outer, relatively soft surface layer 51 with a second central portion in the middle of the surface layer 51.
- Strength layer 53 The material of the second central strength layer 53 may be the same as or different from the material of the first central strength layer 23.
- the surface layer 51 is designed in such a way that it will be joined to the first central strength layer 23 and the softer surface layer 25 to secure the eyelet garment connector 21 to another structure.
- the surface layer 51 of the double-covered connecting material and the second central strength layer 53 each have an end 55.
- the pin 57 of the mounting material is placed at a sufficient distance from the end 55 to form a good connection.
- the surface layer 51 of the joining material and the second central strength layer 53 are joined by: first directly toward the middle and left eyelets 27, and then folded toward the other end of the eyelet garment connector 21. This helps to cover the end of the stitch 57, but the rough end 59 still appears at the bottom of the eyelet garment connector 21.
- the connecting material includes a surface layer 51 and a second central strength layer 53, through which the first central strength layer 23 and the softer surface layer 25 form a pair of lengths connecting other materials, the length of the pair of materials accommodating another component , form a uniform fixed installation mode.
- a reversible layer of soft material 71 has a mounting point 73.
- These structures have been introduced in Fig. 1, and the layer of soft material 71 extends along the structure shown in Fig. 1.
- the end of the reversible layer of soft material 71 can extend to a position shorter than the end of the eyelet garment connector 21.
- the mounting point 73 can be used in various ways, such as ultrasonic welding, sewing, fusion welding or It's any way. A more detailed description will be displayed from other views.
- Fig. 4 the mounting structure of the reversible soft material layer 71 is shown.
- the reversible soft material layer 71 is made of a softer material than other structures, such as the rough ends 39, 49 and 59. And the reversible soft material layer 71 can be stretched. As can be seen from Figure 1, when the reversible layer of soft material 71 is turned over to the other side of the eyelet garment connector 21, excess material is applied to cover the terminal edge of the eyelet garment connector 21 after stretching the material. 75.
- FIG. 1 With reference to Figure 2, it can be seen that this is a plan view of the eye 91.
- a typical eye 91 is generally made of a wire that is cut and bent into the shape shown.
- Each of the machined pair of bottom apertures 93 has an opening 95 which is completely or partially closed, depending on the precision of the machine in which the eye 91 is machined.
- the bottom eyelet 93 ensures that the sewing thread entering these areas can securely hold the eye 91.
- This arrangement is well adapted to the linear sewing thread passing through the bottom of the eye 91, since the latter is very thin and smooth, and it is easy to deviate from the right bottom of the sewing needle when the sewing thread is pointed.
- the eye 91 has a pair of arms 97 that terminate at the end bar 99.
- the end stick 99 is generally compatible with any type of hook used on the eye 91. Since the hook (not shown) has a pair of evenly spaced apart components, the straight end bar 99 provides a balanced connection. Additionally, the arm 97 allows the manufacturer to determine the extent to which the end bar 99 extends forwardly from the receiving connector of the bottom eye 93.
- Figure 3 is a series of spaced eyelet belt garment connectors 21.
- the side cross-sectional view of the eye-opening garment connector 21 corresponds to the cross-sectional view shown in FIG. 1, so that the structure shown in FIG. 1 can be extended for a long time, and then the long loop-shaped garment connector 21 is cut. For multiple units.
- the position of the eyelet belt garment connector 21 in Fig. 3 illustrates that if the eyelets 27 can be reasonably spaced, the principle and method can be used to fabricate a continuous ribbon structure to cut into a plurality of eyelet belt garment connectors. twenty one.
- a single eye-opening garment connector 21 is obtained by means of cutting, ultrasonic welding, cutting, sewing, sewing before cutting, and the like. It should be noted that the cover layer 51 is reinforced by the second central strength layer 53, and the bottom end of the eyelet belt garment connector 21 is composed of a softer surface layer 25 covered by the first central strength layer 23, both of which are common. A pair of structures that can be wrapped around, clamped, or sewed onto another structure, such as a bra strap. ⁇ In the form shown in Figure 3, the eye-opening garment connector 21 It can be used on clothing, but the rough ends 39, 49, 59 and other rough areas under the eye strip 21 may come into contact with the wearer.
- the position at which the eyelet belt garment connector 21 is formed is also the optimum position for mounting the soft material layer 71 which can be overturned to cover the roughened portion.
- the eyelet belt garment connector 21 is located below the reversible soft material layer 71, while the reversible soft material layer 71 shown in Figure 4 is flipped from the top of the eyelet belt garment connector 21 to below.
- the shape of the layer of reversible soft material 71 generally matches the outer shape of the eyelet garment connector 21.
- the layer of soft material 71 has a first edge 101, an opposite second edge 103, a third edge 105, and a fourth edge 107. Further, the soft material layer 71 has a first side surface 109 and a second side surface 111.
- the second side 111 is located just opposite the eyelet belt garment connector 21 with the eye 27 side.
- the first side 109 will be turned inwardly, on the opposite side of the rough ends 39, 49, and 59.
- the second side 111 will be turned outwardly toward the exposed eye 27 on the other side of the eyelet garment connector 21.
- the reversible soft material layer 71 has a relatively soft side and a rough side that accommodates the rough ends 39, 49 and 59, and the reversible soft material layer 71 should be mounted and determined in the corresponding manner described above. Its orientation.
- connection points of the reversible rough soft material layer 71 need not be all installed, and it is not necessary to include the non-mounting side on the right side. That is to say, some non-installed intervals are provided on the installation side to facilitate the flipping operation from the inside to the outside.
- the second, third side edges 105, 103 and the fourth side edge 107 be installed first, and the first side edge 101 is not installed until the eyelet garment connector 21 is mounted to the other
- the structure for example, the bra with a belt, not shown in the figure
- the side edges 101 are all not mounted to facilitate the sewing operation of the reversible soft material layer 71 after the inversion of the other structure mounting.
- FIG. 5 is a plan view of the reversible layer of soft material 71 on top of the eyelet belt garment connector 21. In the cross-sectional view, more details are shown regarding the eye-opening garment connector 21. However, the stitch line 121 shown in the drawing is slightly closer to the inner side of the side edges 103, 107 and 109.
- the stitching line 121 should be positioned inside the side edges 103, 107 and 109 to ensure that the soft material layer 71 is not worn by its edge material. And disconnected.
- the choice of material also affects the proximity of the stitch line 121 to the side edges 103, 107, and 109. If the layer of soft material 71 is bonded by gluing, welding, melting, etc., the mounting point around it can be closer to the outer edge of the reversible rough layer of soft material 71.
- the side edge 101 extends longer than the terminal edge of the eyelet belt garment connector 21, so that there is more choice in the final installation of the eyelet belt garment connector 21 onto other structures. Operations such as cutting or welding, melting, mounting or removing a length of the soft material layer 71 may be performed simultaneously to form the final product appearance.
- Figure 6 is a cross-sectional view taken along line 6-6 of Figure 5 illustrating the location of the layers of soft material layer 71.
- the cavity space 125 is located between the reversible soft material layer 71 and the eyelet belt garment connector 21 and can be used to accommodate the insertion of additional barrier roughness members 129 after being inverted.
- Figure 7 shows the situation shown in Figure 5 after flipping the layer of soft material 71.
- the reversible layer of soft material 71 covers the back side weld or stitch line 121 of the eyelet garment connector 21, the closest structure. It is the inner edge of the reversible rough soft material layer 71.
- the reversible layer of soft material 71 is located just inside the three sides of the eyelet garment connector 21. This case illustrates that the layer of soft material 71 covers a portion of the same side surface of the eyelet 27 exposed on the eyelet garment connector 21 and extends along the three edges of the eyelet garment connector 21, covering the rough end. 39, 49 and 59
- the eyelet is attached to the back surface of the garment connector 21. It is also possible to see a softer surface layer 25 and a cover layer 51, while the excess portion of the reversible rough soft material layer 71 has been cut away.
- the loop-eye garment connector 21 can also be coupled to another structure before the excess portion of the layer of soft material 71 is cut away, and the layer of soft material 71 can protect the wearer's body. According to the indication of Fig. 7, a raised hook member will enter from the top of Fig. 7 and snap into engagement with the eyelet 27. In this way, it will not face the wearer. The body is gone. In this way, even with a raised hook connector, no soft layer protection is required.
- the opposite side of the eyelet belt garment connector 21 of Figure 7 will be the only component that comes into contact with the wearer's body.
- Figure 8 is a cross-sectional view of the structure of Figure 7 taken along line 8-8, illustrating the position of the layers after the cavity space 125 is flipped over to the other side of the eyelet garment connector 21. Additionally, since the cavity space 125 is formed with one side edge 101 still open, the cavity space 125 will be operable to accommodate any other isolated insert, such as a cotton pad, prior to mounting any other structure.
- the advantages of this configuration will be more pronounced when the eye-opening garment connector 21 is more rigid and difficult to fold and difficult to bend from the inside to the outside. In this manner, the insert can be quickly and easily inserted into the cavity space 125 before the eye-opening garment connector 21 is mounted to another structure, such as a bra strap.
- the present invention recognizes the structure and structure of the present invention from a soft garment connector that uses a layer of soft material to ensure that the surface and side edges that are in contact with the wearer's body are sufficiently flexible. Technology can be applied to any type of clothing.
