本实用新型涉及一种照明灯具, 尤其涉及一种大功率的 LED照明灯。
背景技术
栅格灯为一种由多个发光单元组合成的照明灯具。传统的栅格灯由多只日光灯管安 装在一个灯座盘之平面状的基座板上, 每只灯管分别配装镇流器及启辉器。 日光灯管及 启辉器的使用寿命不长, 需要经常更换。 另外, 日光灯虽然相对白质灯要省电一些, 但 与 LED灯相比, 节电的性能相差甚远。 因此, 现有技术的栅格灯有必要加以改进: - 是要提高其节电的性能, 更加省电; 二是要提高其使用寿命, 少更换配件; 三是在节电 的情况下, 还应提高亮度。
实用新型内容
本实用新型旨在针对现有技术的上述不足及市场的广泛需求, 推出一种新式 LED 灯板型栅格灯。 其具有省电、 使用寿命长、 不露电及制造成本低等特点。
为了实现上述目的, 本实用新型一种新式 LED灯板型栅格灯采用如下技术方案: 构造本实用新型一种新式 LED灯板型栅格灯, 包括扁盒状的上下穿通的盒体、 多 个发光二极管、 主要起反光散热安装支撑作用的底板及主要对光线起扩散作用的扩散 板; 多个所述发光二极管按规定的方式安装在起支撑及散热作用的板条上以形成 LED 光源模组的板型灯板,所述底板位于所述盒体一端的端缘且所述底板与所述盒体为整体 成型的一体结构, 多条所述灯板成排分列地安装于所述底板上并位于盒内, 将交流电变 成直流电、 为灯板提供电源的电子变压器安装在盒内, 所述盒体另一端的端缘安装扩散 板。
对上述技术方案作进一步阐述:
多条所述灯板并联后与所述电子变压器的输出端连接, 所述电子变压器采用定电 压、 限电流的方式供电。 确认本

所述灯板使用高效率的发光二极管, 其发热量最低, 传到安装所述灯板的所述底板 上的热量也低, 故所述底板及所述盒体用金属烤漆板制作以辅助散热完全能够达到要 求; 灯板聚反光性及散热性于一体, 反光性及散热性俱佳, 能把 LED灯投射到底板的 光线反射到前方, 把 LED灯产生的热量传导出去, 且成本较低。
所述扩散板包括其周圈具有的框边, 该框边烤制白漆。 扩散板对 LED灯的光线的扩 散作用是很重要的。作为发光单元的发光二极管,光线向外投射的角度一般为不超过 130 度, 发光二极管的光线经过扩散板后, 向外投射的角度扩大, 加之板型 LED光源模组 的多条所述灯板成排分列地安装于所述底板上, 在向外投射角度扩大的同时, 相互重叠 补充, 使整个受光面的光线均匀、 柔和, 颜色纯正, 不失真, 接近自然光。
所述底板上或者制有增强其抗形变的加强条 (抗力条), 可以提高抗因厚度薄易产 生的重力形变或热形变的能力。
本实用新型的多条所述灯板可以安装于所述加强条上。
本实用新型同现有技术相比其有益效果在于: 其一, 省电突出, 本实用新型比传统 的日光灯管的栅格灯省电 1/2; 其二, 使用寿命长, 寿命可达 10年以上, 不用更换板型 LED光源模组的所述灯板, 为用户带来莫大的方便; 其三, 亮度提高, 在省电 1/2的情 况下, 亮度可以提高 1/4; 其四, 本实用新型采用高效率的发光二极管, 使 LED产生的 热量最低, 故可直接以烤漆底板为辅助散热, 且底板具有反光及散热功能, 聚反光及散 热功能为一体, 使结构简化, 制造成本降低, 具有价格竞争优势; 其五, LED 灯使用 12伏或 24伏直流电压,不会产生漏电,安全性高;其六, 电子变压器的输入电压为 90〜 250伏的交流, 适应性广, 适配性好; 其七、 光线均匀、 柔和, 不失真, 用途广泛, 市 场大。

具体实施方式

一条所述灯板4一般为20W或40W,可以选用20 W X 3、 20 W X 4、 40 W X 2、 40W X 3或 40 W X 4的多条所述灯板 4成排分列地安装于所述底板 2上。
多条所述灯板 4并联后与所述电子变压器 5的输出端连接,所述电子变压器 5采用 定电压、 限电流的方式供电。 所述电子变压器 5的输入电压为交流 90〜250伏, 其输出 电压为 12伏或 24伏, 适应性广。
所述电子变压器 5隐藏式地设置于电子变压器支架 7, 以增添外观之美。
电子变压器支架 7设置于盒内, 且电子变压器支架 7紧固连接于所述底板 2或与所 述底板 2整体成型为一体。

1、 一种新式 LED灯板型栅格灯, 包括扁盒状的上下穿通的盒体 (1)、 多个发光 二极管 (3)、 主要起反光散热安装支撑作用的底板 (2) 及主要对光线起扩散作用的扩 散板 (6); 其特征在于: 多个所述发光二极管 (3) 按规定的方式安装在起支撑及散热 作用的板条上以形成 LED光源模组的板型灯板 (4), 所述底板 (2) 位于所述盒体 (1) 一端的端缘且所述底板 (2) 与所述盒体 (1) 整体成型为一体, 多条所述灯板 (4) 成 排分列地安装于所述底板 (2) 上并位于盒内, 为灯板 (4) 提供电源的电子变压器 (5) 安装在盒内, 所述盒体 (1) 另一端的端缘安装扩散板 (6)。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种新式 LED灯板型栅格灯, 其特征在于: 多条所述灯 板 (4) 并联后与所述电子变压器 (5) 的输出端连接, 所述电子变压器 (5) 采用定电 压、 限电流的方式供电。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种新式 LED灯板型栅格灯, 其特征在于: 所述电子变 压器 (5) 隐藏式地设置于电子变压器支架 (7)。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种新式 LED灯板型栅格灯, 其特征在于: 电子变压器 支架 (7) 设置于盒内, 且电子变压器支架 (7) 紧固连接于所述底板 (2) 或与所述底 板 (2) 整体成型为一体。
5、根据权利要求 1所述的一种新式 LED灯板型栅格灯,其特征在于:所述底板(2) 及所述盒体 (1) 用金属烤漆板制作以辅助散热。
