增强虹吸法兰 本申请要求于 2009 年 3 月 3 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 200910078730.2、 发明名称为 "增强虹吸法兰"的中国专利申请的优先权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。 技术领域
本发明属于日用卫生设备领域, 涉及一种适用于下排水坐便器用的安 装法兰。 背景技术
在设计节水便器时, 目标是一次冲洗使用尽可能少的水完成坐便器的 各项基本功能(GB6952-2005 ) : 1、 冲净功能; 2、 固体物排放功能; 3、 污水置换功能; 4、 水封回复功能; 5、 排水管道输送功能; 6、 防浅功能。
目前, 现有下排水便器实际安装时, 其排污口与竖直设置的地排污管 连通; 同时, 在便器排污口与地排污管之间一般安装密封法兰, 以防止污 水泄漏。
有鉴于此, 为进一步提高便器使用时的虹吸能力, 除了改进冲洗配件
(冲洗阀) 、 便器的内功能外, 亟待另辟蹊径提出一种新的设计方案。 发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题在于, 提供一种增强虹吸法兰, 以有效利用排 污管的内部空间实现增强虹吸的性能, 从而提高污水排出的流速。
本发明提供的增强虹吸法兰, 用于下排水坐便器的安装; 包括法兰盘 和增强虹吸管, 其中, 所述法兰盘设置于下排水坐便器的排污口下方, 且 两者之间设置有密封胶; 所述增强虹吸管置于地排污管内,其上端部与所 述法兰盘的下端部封固连接。
优选地, 所述增强虹吸管具体为竖直管, 在所述竖直管的下端部封固 连接有薄膜管。
优选地, 还包括保护外管, 套装于所述薄膜管的外侧, 且其与所述竖 直管固定连接。 30mm ~ 70mm。
优选地, 所述薄膜管的两侧分别沿轴向压粘, 以在静止状态下, 薄膜 管出口成扁嘴形。
优选地, 与弯头状地排污管相适配的, 所述增强虹吸管具体为弯管; 在所述弯管的出口端部设置有薄膜片, 且该薄膜片的上沿与所述弯管的出 口的上沿固定连接、 其下沿与所述弯管的出口的下沿之间具有间隙。
优选地, 所述弯管下方的折弯段和水平段与弯头状地排污管相抵接。 优选地, 所述增强虹吸管的内径为 41 mm ~ 55mm。
优选地, 所述法兰盘整体呈上大下小的锥台状, 且该法兰盘的上缘设 置有径向伸出的第一凸沿、 其下缘设置有轴向伸出的第二凸沿。
优选地, 所述第一凸沿与安装地基之间设置有密封胶。
施工安装完成后, 通过密封胶可以使得便器的排污管道、 法兰盘与增 强虹吸管之间形成一个封闭的刚性连通管道组合。 冲洗时, 增强虹吸管内 充满水, 并在这一段形成虹吸; 对于自身具有虹吸功能的便器而言, 这相 当于增加了虹吸落差; 对于冲落式的便器而言, 相当于在其后端增加了一 段虹吸管, 从而加大了排水的流速与冲净能力。 与现有技术相比, 本发明 具有下述有益的技术效果:
首先, 本发明提供的增强虹吸管置于地排污管内, 利用了地排污管所 提供的空间, 可有效地增强下排水坐便器的虹吸性能, 从而提高了污水排 出的流速; 同时, 更有利于固体物排放功能、 污水置换功能以及排水管道 输送功能等三项功能的实现。
其次, 在本发明的优选方案中, 增强虹吸管的下端安装了延长虹吸的 薄膜管, 由于薄膜周围的空气压力与薄膜表面对水的吸附, 可以在一定范 围内使薄膜管随水流的大小进行扩胀或者缩回, 从而可以延长与调控空气 从增强虹吸管下端进入管内的时间,使得更容易形成虹吸并提高洗净程度。
再次, 本发明另一优选方案中, 增强虹吸管具体为与弯头状地排污管 相适配的弯管, 如此设计, 既可最大限度地加长增强虹吸管的长度, 也可 进一步提高管道输送能力。 附图说明 图 1为具体实施方式一所述增强虹吸法兰的安装示意图; 图 2为具体实施方式二所述增强虹吸法兰的安装示意图;

下面将结合说明书附图具体说明本实施方式。
请参见图 1 , 该图示出了一种增强虹吸法兰的安装示意图。
如图 1所示, 该增强虹吸法兰包括法兰盘 3和增强虹吸管 5 , 其中, 法兰盘 3设置于下排水坐便器的排污口 1的下方, 且两者之间设置有密封 胶 41 ; 具体地, 法兰盘 3整体呈上大下小的锥台状, 且该法兰盘 3的上缘 设置有径向伸出的第一凸沿、 其下缘设置有轴向伸出的第二凸沿。 为稳定 法兰盘 3与便器之间的相对位置的可靠性, 在第一凸沿与地基(图中未示 出)之间设置有密封胶 42。
增强虹吸管 5置于地排污管 2内, 其具体为竖直管且其上端部与法兰 盘 3的下端部封固连接。 增强虹吸管的内径为 41mm ~ 55mm。 冲洗时就可 使增强虹吸管内充满水, 从而在这一段形成虹吸。 实际上, 在地排污管 2 许可的范围内, 可以尽可能的增加增强虹吸管 5的长度, 以有效提高虹吸 效果。
此外, 在竖直管 (即图 1 中所示的增强虹吸管 5 ) 的下端部封固连接 有薄膜管 6。 由于薄膜周围的空气压力与薄膜表面对水的吸附, 可以在一 定范围内使薄膜管随水流的大小扩胀或者回缩, 从而可以延长与调控空气 从增强虹吸管下端进入地排污管 2内的时间, 使得更容易形成虹吸并提高 洗净程度。 优选地, 薄膜管 6的两侧分别沿轴向压粘, 以在静止状态下, 薄膜管 6出口成扁嘴形。
应当理解, 只要增设有薄膜管 6就能够有效提高虹吸效果。 当然, 薄 膜管 6的下沿与竖直段的地排污管 2的下沿之间的距离为 30mm ~ 70mm, 以避免经薄膜管 6流出的液流冲击地排污管 2的水平段后反弹, 可最大限 度的提高虹吸效果。
进一步地, 还包括套装于薄膜管 6外侧的保护外管 7, 且其与竖直管 固定连接, 以避免薄膜管 6受损; 同时, 可改善整体外观效果。
以便器排污口 1的内径为 Φ 46-50mm为例。 增强虹吸法兰可设计为: 法兰 3的出口长 10mm内径为 50mm, 增强虹吸管 5外径的为 50mm, 内 径为 46mm, 薄膜管 6长 150mm, 保护管 7的内径 70mm, 增强虹吸管 5 的长度依照地排污管 2的高度截取, 使得保护管 7的下端到地排污管 2有 30-50mm的 巨离。
请参见图 2, 该图示出了具体实施方式二所述增强虹吸法兰的安装示 意图。
需要说明的是, 本实施方式与具体实施方式一所述增强虹吸法兰的区 别在于, 增强虹吸管与薄膜部件的形状设计不同。 其他组成和连接关系与 具体实施方式一相同。 请一并参见图 3 , 该图示出了图 2中 A向所示的薄 膜片与增强虹吸管之间配合关系。
具体来说, 与弯头状地排污管 2' 相适配的, 增强虹吸管 8具体为弯 管; 在弯管 (即图 2中所示的增强虹吸管 8 ) 的出口端部设置有薄膜片 9, 且该薄膜片 9的上沿与弯管的出口的上沿固定连接(图 3中阴影区域所示;), 薄膜片 9的下沿与弯管的出口的下沿之间具有间隙, 即虹吸帘式薄膜。 如 此设计,既可最大限度地加长增强虹吸管的长度,也可提高管道输送能力。
由于弯管 (增强虹吸管 8 )内液流冲击较大, 进一步地, 弯管 (增强虹吸 管 8 )下方的折弯段和水平段与弯头状地排污管 1'相抵接,以提高弯管 (增 强虹吸管 8 ) 的工作稳定性。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本技术领域的 普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明原理的前提下, 还可以做出若干改进 和润饰, 这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 增强虹吸法兰, 用于下排水坐便器的安装; 其特征在于, 包括: 法兰盘, 设置于下排水坐便器的排污口下方, 且两者之间设置有密封 胶;
增强虹吸管, 置于地排污管内, 其上端部与所述法兰盘的下端部封固 连接。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的增强虹吸法兰, 其特征在于, 所述增强虹吸 管具体为竖直管, 在所述竖直管的下端部封固连接有薄膜管。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的增强虹吸法兰, 其特征在于, 还包括: 保护外管, 套装于所述薄膜管的外侧, 且其与所述竖直管固定连接。
4、根据权利要求 2所述的增强虹吸法兰, 其特征在于, 所述薄膜管的 下沿与竖直段的地排污管的下沿之间的距离为 30mm ~ 70mm。
5、根据权利要求 2所述的增强虹吸法兰, 其特征在于, 所述薄膜管的 两侧分别沿轴向压粘, 以在静止状态下, 薄膜管出口成扁嘴形。
6、根据权利要求 1所述的增强虹吸法兰, 其特征在于, 与弯头状地排 污管相适配的, 所述增强虹吸管具体为弯管; 在所述弯管的出口端部设置 有薄膜片, 且该薄膜片的上沿与所述弯管的出口的上沿固定连接、 其下沿 与所述弯管的出口的下沿之间具有间隙。
7、根据权利要求 6所述的增强虹吸法兰, 其特征在于, 所述弯管下方 的折弯段和水平段与弯头状地排污管相抵接。
8、根据权利要求 1至 7任一项所述的增强虹吸法兰, 其特征在于, 所 述增强虹吸管的内径为 41mm ~ 55mm。
9、根据权利要求 1所述的增强虹吸法兰, 其特征在于, 所述法兰盘整 体呈上大下小的锥台状, 且该法兰盘的上缘设置有径向伸出的第一凸沿、 其下缘设置有轴向伸出的第二凸沿。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的增强虹吸法兰, 其特征在于, 所述第一凸 沿与安装地基之间设置有密封胶。
